Reviews
The Beeman Hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location, but expressing dissatisfaction with parking arrangements, thin walls, and occasional maintenance issues. Some guests also mention issues with the pricing and communication about parking.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Confusing and inconvenient parking arrangements
- Thin walls leading to noise disturbances
- 5/5
Conveniently located and makes all destinations in Dallas a short trip. Slight congestion in parking lot.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had no issues with anything during our stay.
- 4/5
For our first time staying here, it was pretty decent. Our refrigerator wasn't as cold as we'd like it to have been (the knob was broken off to change the temperature) but it wasn't the end of the world.
- 5/5
A/c never seemed to get cool. It was hot and the room smelled.
- 5/5
Great clean hotel!

Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Dallas! Amazing service from start to finish, beautiful accommodations, and the most comfortable beds. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Only trouble was valet was extremely over crowded but it was move in weekend for MSU. Booked 2 queen beds didn’t get that gave me another room not sure what I’ll get charged.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
I requested a room with 2 queen beds and then they gave me a room with a king. No biggie, but when I asked to get it changed they gave me attitude at the front desk and said I shouldn’t book with a third party and they’re not obligated to honor room requests through Expedia.
- 5/5
Excellent service as usual.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff No free breakfast
- 5/5
Great property. We have stayed here multiple times. Really enjoy this property. Centrally located and great staff.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel and decor was excellent! Will return.

Superb
- 2/5
We did not realize there was a $40/night charge for parking and the parking was not covered parking.
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and I have traveled the world.

Decor was amazing

I tried repeatedly to communicate with this property about canceling my reservation it could never get anyone on the phone and never got any response from a chat but I never got anything via email I got no response from anyone anywhere with any form of communication. This is not how to run a business and I want my money back

Modern, luxe lobby and dining space with amazing, helpful staff. Well appointed room with premium bedding and chic but comfy vibes. Stunning outdoor pool space. Great food and drinks served for breakfast and dinner also provide room service.

Was big and the bed very comfy . We went to the bar and had a couple drinks that night and the cocktails were good and the bartender very friendly ! Will be back .
- 5/5
Great stay clean room and champs and valet checking was huge plus
- 3/5
The pool was broke down so that was not good but it does happen. Our bathroom door was like a sliding barn door and it came off the rail so we had to be real careful I e I got it back on that it did it do it again.

Great
- 4/5
The location of the property is fantastic. The staff were polite and very helpful. Must stay!
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff was great and hotel was clean!
- 5/5
I loved the location. Considering that the valet parking was “free” and we received breakfast vouchers, the price was most reasonable. The rooms were designed very well and the beds were extremely comfortable. Best of all: Nespresso coffee in the room!! The air conditioning would not cool beyond 73 degrees.
- 5/5
The friendly staff, cleanliness, and the safe environment. Nothing, everything was perfect.
- 4/5
The room was clean and well appointed. The air conditioner works great. The only drawback was the TV stopped working. They came and fixed it but then it stopped working again. The shower was incredible and the beds were really cozy. They do charge $47 a night for valet parking. They stated that they do not allow regular parking, but I was able to find a spot behind the building without any issues.
- 5/5
It is required to valet, and there is a charge associated with that so be aware per day! Our bathroom had an odd sewage smell, besides that we really enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable!
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this hotel! Boutique vibes with a fabulous bar that also serves a nice breakfast menu. Amenities were all wonderful. Very convenient to Lower Greenville, downtown and uptown Dallas areas. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. FREE parking so easy to use in the back. This hotel will be my forever go to in Dallas. Stayed for 3 nights.

"The location of the hotel was convenient. However, the room had noticeable cleanliness issues. I observed several cockroaches in the bathroom and near the nightstand during my stay. The property requires better pest management." I also noticed the vent in the bathroom was louvered shut and needed cleaning inside the housing of the duct.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Helpful staff and a nice room made for a solid experience. Only critique would be the parking situation.

I had booked wrong dates, the third party stated since they couldn’t change the date I wanted they stated they were going to submit a waiver so they wouldn’t charge me. They still ended up charging me.

Uncomfortable bed and the sheets were thick, hard, and rough. Not very comfortable. Clean place and good food though.

- 5/5
Room was great! They had a Speakeasy at the hotel as well which was nice. Didn’t use any other amenities.
- 3/5
We were woke up at 8:30 am. By the house cleaning staff. So no sleeping in. Everything else was great!

Great place to stay!
- 5/5
This is one of the best stays out of town I have had!
- 3/5
I didn't like the valet parking mandatory $46 added to your bill. Without question. No place for friends to visit and park without paying $20. Rooms were small. No free breakfast. Other than that it was fair.
- 5/5
Water provided in the rooms, a nice coffee machine —-a step above most hotels. Rooms were quiet from hallway traffic and outside noises.

- 4/5
Wonderful place to stay. The AC had a hard time cooling. We kept it maxed and it was comfortable but we like it cold at night. The AV struggled to make the room cold.
- 5/5
Our valet team were swift and so professional with a huge touch of genuine hospitality. I’m definitely coming back for a girls trip soon!!!!!!

Nice. I really didn't have time to write this review but I also can figure out how to get out of the damn thing.
- 5/5
Super cute hotel and definitely a great value for the price.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. In particular they have a shuttle service that makes reaching entertainment in the area very much a part of the reason to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we plan to be back.
- 5/5
For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful but the morning front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful and bordered on nasty . I hope management figures out they have a problem with her.

- 4/5
Very comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night for business. Great experience.
- 4/5
I had an issue with some of the lights in my room, and I could not get the shower door to stay closed. I raised the issues with the front desk; they were addressed straightaway. I was not happy with the parking arrangement. Long story short, the hotel wants $46 for overnight valet parking. I do not need or want valet parking; I prefer to park my car.
- 4/5
The hotel is better now since the upgrades and name change!
- 5/5
Clean room. Great location
- 4/5
the shower door did not close and they did send someone to fix it, it was better but not completely fixed. Also, because the hotel was next to the highway, in the evening the noises were very loud. I think the glass windows must be made sound proof since they have remodeled the hotel. the staff were friendly, I did not take a look at the gym but I am sure it was nice. and the hotel remodeling and furnishing was very nice and pretty and luxe. did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that.
- 5/5
We love the location and the place is clean.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, recently renovated. Walls were thin so it was noisy; luckily I am not a light sleeper.
- 4/5
A nice room for the price.
- 4/5
The newly renovated restaurant/bar area is really nice. Elizabeth at the bar is so nice. Front desk staff was also very nice. Room was pretty big (2 queen beds). Pillows were soft (which I like but just an FYI). Only thing I didn't care for was the sliding bathroom door. It didn't allow for privacy because it had open space on either side when closed. The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan either so mirror gets foggy post shower. Beds were comfortable and hotel itself was clean and welcoming. I will stay there again.
- 1/5
The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
. The Hotel staff is great however the bar manager was pretty rude about getting us to leave for some mock event they were doing for select people . No sign saying so . Just her singling a person out to leave . Also hotel had no thing going on in or around the area but yet felt like it was a little expensive for that room . If it were not for the rest of the staff I would not go back .
- 5/5
Easy access off route 75. The entry portico was being worked on that confused me for a sec.
- 5/5
It was fantastic like always. This property is my first choice hotel when coming to Dallas
- 2/5

The room appeared clean, however we arrived late and went to bed. Woke up this morning and saw stains on the sheets which was disgusting. Also the hanging light in the room was lovely but have no idea how to turn it on, nor could we figure out how to turn on the lamp on the desk.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly!
- 4/5
Large, clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean ,and the staff was very nice and professional
- 4/5
Pretty and clean rooms
- 3/5
Room was clean. There are no spare pillows or blankets kept in the room. Bathroom has a sliding barn tour type closure that does not close all the way. Not especially private. Too few replacement towels/washcloths when room was being serviced. Waited 10 minutes when seated at the bar/restaurant area and was not spoken to or acknowledged by any of the waitstaff or apologized for not being able to take my order. I sense this hotel is understaffed or not especially trained to prioritize for details like the above.
- 2/5
Hotel was very dusty. My husband had issues with his breathing and got bad sinuses on the trip. We did not know that they were under renovations until we arrived and could not cancel our stay.
- 2/5
The original presentation shown of this hotel was not what we arrived to. On our first day the lobby area, elevators, dining area, and floor tiles were under construction and continued throughout our entire stay. Room lighting can use improvement as well. If the property gave any type of notice of reconstruction, we could've found a better fitting stay. On a positive note the location of this hotel makes it easy to disperse into downtown. This place has great potential in the future.
- 2/5
The room lacked amentities. The restroom was small. No self or paid parking. Only valet parking for $45 per night. Beds were ok. Not enough pillows. No closet/ wardrobe.
- 1/5
The hotel was hot… I requested clean towels for over an hour and half… I booked for the pool and the pool area was so trashy and nasty they should not even offer the pool area. It was supposed to be a 4⭐️ hotel but it definitely gave 1⭐️ hotel. The front desk was nice but the hotel it self was trash if you thinking about booking this hotel you are better off staying at motel 6
- 2/5
There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the hotel is currently under renovation. I’ve been hearing drilling noises since very early this morning, which has been very disturbing.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Front desk very unfriendly checking in and out. Same for valet. Had no towels in bathroom when checked. Phone in room didn’t work. Had to use my cell phone to call front desk to request towels.
- 3/5
Place was nice but construction was insane
- 4/5
Room was decent, paper thin walls. Also my fridge didn't work.staff was super nice. Stupid that you can only valet but it was kind of nice.
- 3/5
Most the hotel is under renovation rooms okay but floor was bubbled from water damage
- 5/5
Nice staff and walking distance to food and events nice hotel
- 5/5
Staff was first class
- 3/5
The restuarant, bar, and gym were all closed for remodeling. I would not have paid the price if I had known that was the case.
- 3/5
No one told us the hotel was under construction. No seating in lobby, make shift bar/dining area. Elevators in bad shape. Got stuck a couple of times. Staff very nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Yes everything was perfect
- 5/5
Grear service clean hotel.
- 5/5
Property is fine. Nothing special. Under construction right now. We’re only here for a night. Valet is nice but does suck to not have the option to self park to save $40 for valet. He said text the number when ready and wait five mins or so. We did and he hadn’t checked the texts after we wait almost ten mins before even coming down. He quickly went and got our car though. If you have to pay $40 for valet and not have the option to self park, you’d think the valet would be decent at least. If there is no option for self park, the price for valet should already be part of the price for the room. Fine for one stay, but wouldn’t stay any longer.
- 4/5
Front desk employee was nice, friendly and helpful when we checked in with food ideas. Comfortable bed and stay.
- 5/5
I loved it here. I’m definitely booking again

Half the outlets in my first room were dead with no electricity?? I’ll never stay there again !! Good location!!
