Location near the station Room was dark, dingy and depressing. Inadequate lighting. Decor from the 1970s. Noisy air con unit. Toilet didn't flush properly. Gym tiny. Pool out of order due to lack of chemicals. Internet connection very sketchy. Breakfast very basic. Room not serviced.

From the outside and the lobby hotel looks nice. Our bathrooms were not totally clean, bathtub and around toilet wasn’t clean. No large towels in the room. Had to go ask for some and they were not all the way dry. Had to get sheets for the pullout couch and no hairdryer. There was no breakfast as advertised. They finally brought some cereal, bread and packaged honey bun and muffins out. No juice. Ice machine was not working and they gave me half bag of store bought ice. Pool was dirty and closed as well. Talked to 3 other customers and no one had a good experience. Do not recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at the property a number of times over the past dive or so years, and it needs some serious work. Lots of little issues - stains, broken woodwork, loose latches, no soap in the bathroom (only shampoo and conditioner), only large styrofoam cups for lobby coffee. For breakfast, juice machine and hot food plates out of service all weekend. WiFi down all three days of my stay. Staff seemed to be learning the check-in/out system, but they'll improve with practice. Hilton HQ should invest $$$ to upgrade the facility and help the staff.

Property was okay Upset because I asked that we be able to use the pool pool wasn’t being able to be used because y’all didn’t know if I could get in or not which didn’t make sense. There was no breakfast. I made sure to click that there was breakfast. and I was bugs in my room and our toe was dirty. We had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the tub.

I checked in on a Saturday. The hotel advertised a breakfast, pool and Sauna. None of these things existed. The pool was there. But, you could not use it. For breakfast they gave you a sugary cinnamon bun and sunny delight. If you had dietary restrictions, you could not those foods. On Monday, they added some cereal and fruit. The rooms smelled and so did the hotel. The coffee maker in my room did not work. I reported it to management but they never replaced it. Once upon a time, it was a really nice hotel but it has gone downhill.

The property was not landscaped the grass was overgrown grown, the pool was out of order no breakfast was served during my 3-day stay which is the reason I booked the room ,furniture was old and stained in the room so much I asked for extra sheets to cover the sofa so my children could sit down on it. The young man at check-in was very helpful and professional.

They canceled me because of the ice and freeze - and I’m still paying until I hear you refined my payment They showed I was already canceled when we went in two days before the big freeze in Dallas.
- 3/5
Was not made aware that the pool was not going to be open or that breakfast was not being served. There was a sign that said we could cancel our stay but what was I going to do pay double for booking at the last minute? It cost me an extra $60-$80 to for breakfast & was not offered a discount. The hotel was not as nice or clean as my previous stay. The ice machines were out of order, there was no vending machines, and front counter didn't have any snack or drinks in their cooler. Would not reccomend or stay at this facility again.

The service was slow. But the staff was nice. Everything was horrible. The service was slow. No one at the front desk when we arrived. Check-in took way longer than necessary. The area was industrial looking, not the best but not horrible either. Hotel overall was not well kept. Pool was out of service. Was told that they were not offering complimentary breakfast, which I do not mind since we usually don't get it anyway. Our huge issue was that our door didn't automatically lock when closed. We were heading out to dinner when we noticed this. I didn't notice but my husband did. He said you should hear the automatic lock click into place when the door closes. Without the key, I pushed the door to the room and it opened. We tried pulling it shut multiple times and waiting 20 seconds to see if it will automatically lock on its own. But that didn't work, the door would still open without a key card. So we grabbed all of our stuff and went back downstairs. Told the front staff that the door didn't automatically lock when closed. Staff told us that they will look at another room for us. They found us another room with a door that would lock but the hinge on the doors were broken. At that point we didn't want to stay anymore. Asked for a refund, which the staff was more than willing to oblige. For which we are grateful. But we would not recommend this place at all if you are in the DFW area. We ended up further north in the Plano area and loved it there.

This property is disgusting. There were roaches in our room. There was no AC, the phones didn't work, the pool was closed until further notice, the staff tried to charge me twice and the whole thing was very unprofessional. We drove in late and had nowhere else to go but thos was the worst hotel stay ever. The pictures are extremely false. Then they had the nerve to go up on their rates.
- 1/5
Pulled up to the front and slide door broken, cats walking in the building like they rent a room, receptionist had to check room to make sure the AC even worked before. No breakfast, no pool as advertised. Didn’t even bother checking in and didn’t receive a refund. Horrible experience. 0/10 do not recommend.

Stayed here when the temperatures dropped and the front door could not shut all the way. The lobby was the nicest public area but freezing. Do not expect breakfast. No continental breakfast or coffee.
- 2/5
No breakfasts served, pool and hot tub were closed, front doors were broken and cockroach in room. In our room there were stains on the floor and couch. We wanted to like it, but is was in really rough shape!
- 1/5
They say free breakfast but they didnt have any, when asked they said "we're not doing that right now". They have a pool but its out pf service for maintenance. The first room thermostat read 83°, tried turning on ac but my ac was out and door was off hinges, had to lift it so it'd close all the way. Moved to another room, the tub had a dent in the middle and water didnt get hot. Luke warm water like for a infants bath. The toilet kept over flowing. Worst experience ever, the staff was not friendly and was very nonchalant when expressing disappointment in the stay. They couldnt pay me to stay at another Homewood Suites
- 1/5
This is the ghetto! Homeless people outside, roaches, they do not have breakfast. I would assume it’s because of the roaches. I traveled from Missouri and needed to stay one night. Upon arrival I knew it was going to be bad. Waited over 20 mins to be checked in. After I was finally greeted, I was checked in and told that they didn’t provide breakfast, although that was one of the amenities listed when I booked.I travel with children so I typically book hotels with breakfast. After being irritated I just said whatever it’s one night I’ll just suck it up! Me and my kids get to the room and I kid you not we weren’t even all the way in the room and we saw roaches!!! I requested a refund which I have yet to receive. I left the hotel totally disgusted… This is not a vacation hotel nor family friendly at all.. DO NOT BOOK!!!!
- 2/5
Our room never got below 81 degrees. We went to the front desk and got a different room but it was even hotter in there. As well as the carpet wasn’t properly secured in the transition to tile and we continuously stepped on the staples in the floor. Very uncomfortable stay.
- 3/5
The room was basic. The hot water did not work in the shower. Pool was closed.
- 1/5
Bad location.Dirty, unprofessional staff, room don’t have enough pillows , bedding and towels . Did not provide complimentary breakfast at all even though it was advertised and one of the reasons we chose this place. Do not stay here

When I arrived at the hotel on Sunday evening at 10:45PM, the shift had apparently just left, leaving a sign saying “We’ll be back (emphasis added) in 15 minutes.” When the young lady for the next shift arrived a little after 11:00PM, she asked how long I had been there — I told her 15 minutes. It then took time for her to sign into the system (in fact, she had to call someone for the password — I assume this was because the prior shift had signed out, rather than handshaking it over to the next shift). In total, it was about 30 minutes from the time I arrived until I had my card key in hand. The hallways reeked of weed, on the ground floor, as well as on the third floor where my room (room 333) was. The water pressure was terrible. There was what appeared to be pubic hair on the floor of my shower — certainly insufficiently cleaned. What I assume to be the anti-slip surface on the floor of the shower looked to be crumbling. On Monday evening, the temperature in my room was 78°, and the air conditioner was not touching it (even though I turned it down to 64°)! I had to open the windows to get relief. And, perhaps worst of all, there was no complimentary breakfast. This was verified by a colleague who was also staying there. I point out that both the Hotels.com AND the Hilton website say that there is a complimentary breakfast.
- 1/5
The safety door locks were both broken, so we used a chair to block the door. The bathtub faucet leaked and caused the water flow to be diminished, no breakfast was served as advertised as an amenity, ice machine was broken, no luggage carrier available, there was a homeless person entering the hotel and then hanging outside by the side doors, unsavory people were working in the parking lot on a vehicle that had a tarp tied with a rope over the driver side window. This is not the Hilton quality that I expect.
- 2/5
There were transients or people loitering outside day and night, making parking lot and hotel fill unsafe for coming and going.
- 1/5
Took 20 minutes to check-in because ‘computer was running slow.’ No breakfast. No pool or hot tub. The room door didn’t close until you pushed HARD. The front doors were broken. No wash clothes in room. Went to get more and was told there was no more so she had to get them out of empty rooms. Remote didn’t work. Place was dirty with mixed matches light bulbs. Had to walk past two huge pit bulls in the hallway. This was horrible. I wouldn’t stay again for free. Don’t stay here if you can afford ANYTHING else. I am so disappointed to see the Hilton name associated with this mess.

Yes
- 1/5
It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at before, dirty sheet, broken shower handle, front entrance door broke & you can’t hardly get in, broken leg on ottoman, no breakfast available at all & more, we ended our stay after one night because all the issues that was scheduled for 4.
- 1/5
The operation manager said they will not have breakfast for entire week and immediately offered me a refund but due to not having a phone number he offered his email for communication to help w refund of which he hasnt responded and Expedia cant get ahold of them because the phone doesnt work there and the email they have for proerty is old. There pet fee online is not accurate this place is a mess get things updated its not a good way to run a business.
- 3/5
The entire motel needs a facelift. No breakfast, free or otherwise, since at least October. Peeling wallpaper, stained and chipped furniture, automatic front door broken, no snack/soda machines, roaches. A sharp metal bar extended from under my bed about 6 inches. Staff are great!
- 5/5
Hot tub was not heated and pool did not seem heated either. Otherwise, wonderful stay! Des
- 1/5
It’s like this place is waiting to be torn down and they don’t want to spend money. Two things we were counting on, hot tub and a breakfast , neither happened and no compensation offered.
- 3/5
However, the plane was clean, quiet, and smelled pleasant enough.
- 5/5
The room and staff are excellent. But my car was broke and I had to get road side assistance and I had to finally check in 7hours late almostissed check in time. After driving in the dark and rush hour, which I planned my trip around, but because the car, they switched me for. I originally book a sports car three months in advance. And they gave me an electric car not even charged up. Well on the spot and ola very tight time schedule,I was stuck with what they gave me. And it's been a disaster. But my room is great, too bad I didn't get to experience it and all it's amenities. This opportunity was a very rare chance and the car ruined it
- 3/5
The staff was great. But the condition of the place looked more like lipstick on a pig. The floors felt soft like the subfloor was weak in spots and unlevel. The dishwasher wasn't screwed in and secured so it kept moving forward when in use. There is an attempt at an update but looks half done. The floors in the kitchen may be unlevel the kitchen counters are barely touching the cabinets and has a bunch of spray foam to hold it together. You can see this from sitting at the couch which sinks in badly in the middle. No extra bedding for sofa bed was in the room. Could hear every single footstep from room above. the drain plug is missing in the shower and the faucet leaks so you hear that in the middle of the night unless you shut the door. could not find any mats for getting out of tub/shower. the cold faucet leaked when on in the bathroom sink. The transition between carpet and tile in main living area was starting to fray and of course the baby kept pulling at it. For the price comparable to other hotels in the area the upkeep should be better. I chose this one since I have a baby travelling with me and needed the kitchen area and extra room for the baby to play.

The door didn’t have lock, it wasn’t clean, the furniture was torn and nasty
- 2/5
Door did not close unless lifted up, toilet seat was falling off, and outlet in bathroom did not work.

Pool light eas pulled out of its socket with wires hanging.
- 1/5
It was ice cold and jets didn’t work
- 1/5
Room is dated and kind of gross. Weird stains on the chairsand it smells like smoke. Advertised breakfast but they were "out of supplies" parking lot is mad sketch I laid awake wondering if I'd still have a ride out in the morning.
- 3/5
sheets had stains, dead ladybug on the nightstand ?, door was broken, charged me $90 for the pet fee even though online says it’s $50
- 2/5
They did not have breakfast
- 1/5
Breakfast is not provided here. They lied on their description. The floor we were on smells like weed and cigarettes despite non-smoking signs on every door. Complaints were lodged and management ignored it. There is a hole in the floor of our room. Their hot tub is the closest one I've ever been in. This place is not as advertised at all. No attempt has been made to correct anything.
- 2/5
Staying two nights, first night got in to room with no ac , but staff got switch next day. Doesn’t get refunded on deposit
- 3/5
Overall okay. The room door was hard to open and close. Had to lift the door to close it. Breakfast though we showed up half an hour before it was suppose end was already done and they were cleaning up.
- 1/5
very dirty, we immediately asked to cancel reservation after seeing the room and how nasty it was. the front desk said we would be fully refunded but we are still waiting to see that money back. do not stay here it is nasty
- 1/5
No breakfast second day. Door broke. Extremely hot.
- 3/5
The staff charged me for my room even though i had already paid for it on Hotels.com! When I tried to get my money back they sudden they kept telling me that they would get back to me.
- 1/5
Do Not stay here, 82 deg in hallways, etc, smelled like cigarettes, filthy rooms, doors wouldn't shut without being shoved . The outside looked just as bad, and lots of vagrants, we checked in, and after seeing room, well 2nd room, (we had asked to be moved), but it was in same condition, we gave the keys back and found a different hotel. We are currently trying to get room refunded. The gentlemen at the desk knew how bad it was and told us to request the refund. He would have given it to us, but we went through a 3rd party, so he said he couldn't. If you want to stay here, do yourself a favor and go there first before you make the reservation. So you can see first hand what your getting into.
- 2/5
The morning we needed to checkout there was no employees working and no coffee or breakfast which is part of the reason we stayed here on Saturday the ist morning the biscuits were served cold and the gravy was cold dumped from a can in front of me.The suites are very run down.
- 2/5
The property is old. Breakfast was minimal.
- 3/5
Horrible older property

- 4/5
The facility is showing its age - worn carpets, cracks in the tile, etc. Lots of ongoing road and hotel construction in the arwa.
- 2/5
We chose the location for convenience but upon arrival it was not the best area. We also chose it for the hot tub, after reading the reviews and saw that it had been broken since March, thought it would fixed by May. It wasn't.
- 1/5
Also the property is not maintained well, lots of weeds and not in an ideal location for restaurants or shopping, many vagarants nearby. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay and we had to evacuate the building as well. The breakfast was subpar, soggy bacon. I will not be staying there again.
- 3/5
The staff were great! The hotel is in need of repairs. The carpet in our room was stained. The couch was in terrible condition-rips in fabric…… The fire alarm went off 2 times during our 2 night stay. The mattress was uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Pool was ice cold and Jacuzzi was out of service.
- 4/5
O
- 1/5
It was awful! Hot tub was broken, indoor pool was freezing, our AC stopped working and was never fixed, the room phone didnt work. The room was very run down, the carpet was gross. Not in a good area, random people walking around asking for money and cigarettes
- 5/5
The attendant was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate the insight into where Walmart was located lol. My family was well taken care of, we will be back!
- 3/5
We stayed 3 nights and did not have a single housekeeping visit to make up room. When a request was made for anything to staff, met with looks, silence, and begrudging service. Booked specifically for a jacuzzi option, and of course, there is a sign up it is not working which looks permanent. How long does it take to make a service call? False advertising. Breakfast bar very spotty. Weird tasting egg like fake egg, and bacon and sausage also not tasting right. Waffle maker came out one day out of four we were there. Toaster in buffet had a note on it that toast had to be manually checked and taken out by guest as it was not working properly. Smell of burnt toast every morning. How expensive is it to replace a toaster EVERYONE uses as a guest. There was a toaster in our room for goodness sake. SWAP IT OUT. Coffee in lobby for guest breakfast was empty every morning but one. Took forever to get it filled. Why are guests having to ask for the BASICS. No staff was attending the breakfast area at all. Hit or miss selections, okay on weekend, very poor during week. 3 kinds of bread for toast (to be burned), bagels only one day despite having out cream cheese. Waffle maker one day, no waffle batter to be found and have to find staff and ask for some. One tiny trash can found in entire suite, bedroom and kitchen/sitting room. No hairdryer. One bar of soap--for 3 nights! It sits on a noisy access road in a very high construction area. Staff at desk were friendly. No excuse for price.
- 1/5
The hotel needs some updates. My suite had a lot of wear and tear. The carpet had stains and was unraveling. The curtains were torn. The pullout couch had pet hair on it and the mattress appeared to have a blood or poop stain on it. I had to pay for my stay at the hotel counter, even though I had paid on Hotels.com prior to checking in. I was issued a refund, but it takes days to post to my account, so this alone ruined my trip. They also ran out of syrup at the hotel so there was no syrup for the waffles. I came down for coffee at 9 AM and it was all gone. I was not impressed and really wanted to go to another hotel but because I was charged twice for my stay and was waiting for a refund I didn’t have the money to do so.
- 3/5
This hotel is definitely in need of repairs and maintenance. The ceiling fans and lights in our room did not work. The dishwasher backed up in the middle of the night into the sink. Faucets were loose. Breakfast was not great.
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel and staff, but the room seemed a bit dirty with a few things broken. Breakfast was good! Parking was easy.
- 2/5
Property is older, warm hallways, tub chipped in the bottom, raggedy shower curtain, ice machine broken in halls, the freezer made like 5 blocks of ice the entire stay. I would not stay here again. Oh and the night staff slept the entire time in the common area.
- 2/5
Place is desperately in need of a good cleaning and renovation.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind. The room itself needed some updates (carpet coming up and the sofa mattress was awful). Very family friendly set up. We will definitely look for other homewood suites.
- 4/5
Nothing special. Property needs some TLC, The neighborhood is less then desirable. Staff was was not really very friendly. Just a average hotel
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Comfortable and the staff was very attentive.
- 3/5
The staff was great and professional. The room was very average to say the least. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was so-so. We only had one remote control for two TV's. The FireStick would not work inside the room to watch our Netflix Hulu or Amazon. Dishes of silverware had stains on them not showing they were clean. The second floor had a weird smell coming out of the elevator. Breakfast and the appetizers in the evening was good. The area of the hotel be careful, a lot of homeless and unconvetional people that is a concern. I did not notice any cameras on the outside of teh hotel to watch for vehicles
- 3/5
The room was old and dated. Needs remodeling. The area was suspect. I was actually worried about leaving my wife there alone.
- 3/5
Upon check in there was no information given, the room was nice, but very warm even with the AC turned down. The pool was about 80 degrees and the pool room was around 90+. The breakfast was awful. Probably the worst part of the stay. Soggy wings, diced ham, and crazy that tastes like something other than gravy. Beds were comfortable though.
- 2/5
Poorly maintained property
- 1/5
No air first night, didn't get room advertised. The reason for trio was a family bonding. We had to move from two bedrooms suite to two separate rooms because of the air. Water leaking from ceiling in ktcgen. No face towels. We didn't because continental so called breakfast was a joke. Was charged more than quoted.
- 1/5
Save your money. Do not book here
- 3/5
Dirty around the property inside damage ceiling on break room
- 2/5
Room I was given had wet carpet..possibely due to leak from the AC.. 2nd room had a smell..The property had seen its days.
- 3/5
This hot tub didn’t work, even though when I called booking I was told it was open. Funny smell in room. Rip in couch. The sign out front was the biggest indicator as soon as we drove up, totally ripped and falling apart. The lady at front desk was super sweet though. I will not stay here again
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating when possible. The facilities are on the run-down side.
- 3/5
Just to get to the room, there were some pretty foul smells in the hallways. Whether that was due to someone's inability to cook, lack of cleaning and so forth, it was present in the hallway for my entire stay. Secondly...I open my hotel door and first thing I receive is a strong smell of weed. It was so bad that I told the hotel staff, and they promised to send a staff member at 11:00 P.M. Well, 11:00 P.M. comes and no shows up. I go down at 11:30 P.M., and the new staff member is surprised that there was a weed smell. She proceeds to give me a can of half empty disinfectant, and it did nothing to change the smell. So I opened all the windows, and after a day, the smell cleared. At best, this hotel is an average stay with comfort and quality. Cleanliness is clearly not the top priority. I recommend finding another place before this one.
- 1/5
This is one of the dirtiest, nasty outdated, unprofessional staff. Hotel I have ever stated
- 5/5
Staff very friendly
- 3/5
First room we were given was still dirty from the guest before. 2nd room we got had a problem closing the door. Breakfast was not available the following morning even though it was advertised. Points were offered but I was not a member so I couldn’t be given them.
- 3/5
Wasn’t the Hilton finest stay. I chose this place because I had 4 little children and I wanted the convenience of having breakfast being on a travel budget I had to wake up and prepare the children to go out for breakfast costing $ 90 extra bucks then continue driving. Unfortunately the kitchen endured an issue and not even cereal or bagels were provided.

No pool! Second morning no breakfast.

Dated and dirty. The breakfast was the worst I've experienced in all my travels

The room I booked wasn't available. The only room they had available smelled like smoke.

We always book based on a hot tub being an amenity. We get there and there's a sign on the door that the pool is out of order. Really?!

I've stayed at this location a number of times and have always enjoyed my stay. Convenient to 635 and 75, with lots of dining options nearby. Checkin/out very quick and easy, and parking is free. Hot breakfast available, though nothing fancy. Gym is available, although I've never seen anyone use it. The pool was closed. Suites are large, with kitchens, flat screen tvs, large bed, and good bathroom. Recommended for singles and families.

The area is suspect. Staff was amazing. Cannot stress that enough. Staff was fantastic. Catered to everything we needed. It was just the area.

One or two star. Maintenance required in many areas (hallways, bathrooms, carpets). They didn’t even have syrup (none) for the waffle maker on Sun morning. No English speaking staff. The place is a train wreck! Father-in-law embarrassed for recommending Homewood Suites. He paid our bill.

We booked our room to enjoy time with friends who came to stay with us. We had booked a double suite but upon arrival were informed they had over booked and offered us two individual suites instead at no additional charge. Friends had to switch their room as it stunk and our room should have also been switched out because the top hinge on the door was broken and you needed to lift the door vib an angle to close. Both nights of our stay I was woken up with dog owners yelling at their dogs to come back - they owners were guest as I saw them at breakfast the next morning. Breakfast and rooms were great. 3 days later we discovered on credit card had been charged for both nights, at full price with two different hotel names in bill. Cancelled card and then discovered that the hotel used two different names in their billing. Still disputing the charges for the second night. Otherwise it would have been a great visit. I did suggest when leaving the supply a dog run away from where guest are staying.

There was no fitted sheets for the bed just a plain sheet tucked in. No comforter just multiple layered sheets. The sink was stopped up, the tub had mold. The paint was peeling, the rooms smelled like old food, the telephone didn't work nor did the fan. I will never stay here again. It’s not the employees fault that the hotel is in that state, but Hilton should really update this hotel

Front desk unfriendly, yet the cleaning ladies were very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Upon entrance to our first room, It smelled lkle bad body odor and human urine. We were put in another room and that one had a broken door, bed sheets were stained. They only had 2 bath towels in the room, we asked for 2 more due to a family of 4 and we were told they were all dirty and wont do laundry until the morning. The extra sheets they gave us for the sofa bed were also all stained. NEVER AGAIN

There are stains everywhere you look: on the walls, on the ceiling, on the bedding. The breakfast was very minimal and cold every morning, and the fellow renters are something to watch for the show and your security. It seemed like 8 out of 10 other patrons staying at this hotel appeared to be recovering addicts or current users. This is in the top 10 of my worst hotels that I have stayed in. I have spent about 15 years combined in hotels traveling for the film industry.

The hotel had mold. It was torn up and trashy. The room itself had bugs and paint was coming off of the bathtub. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen

The first room they gave was not accessible due to a bad battery on the door lock. The second had several maintenance issues including what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet.
