Great location for my needs. Quiet usually except this stay there was an alarm dog across the hall.

We were there in the middle of August, in Dallas, so it's hot. The lobby area was hot, the hallways were hot, the elevators were hot. The a/c was not coping very well. The first room we checked into, the a/c was barely working and the room was hot. Even after a couple hours it was still hot. The remote to the TV didn't work, and we happened to find out by accident our door didn't lock. You could walk by our room and just open the door whenever you wanted. We did ask to move rooms, and was placed into a room just down the hall so the move wasn't bad at all. The new room worked much better. The pool was also supposed to be reopened by the time we arrived, but after our three day stay the pool was still closed. The breakfast was also pretty good, except the yogurt machine was always empty.

I liked that it was quiet but not far from everything, and that the room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator worked, and the bathroom door didn’t lock or close correctly.

The staff was verry welcomeing. The pool is nice and clean. Stop and store and get beverage. Bottle water is $8 The location is tucked away. I didn't mind it. Now the liitle road you turn on off the interstate, you have to be paying attention. Its easy to miss. But I would stay here again when in the area.

Great place to stay… breakfast was a little picked over, but refilled when asked. Could use more protein or fruit choices, but we found plenty to satisfy us. Rooms were huge and kitchenette was nice!

The staff was very nice, friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean as was the room. The breakfast was like any other continental breakfast that hotels offer; so no complaints. The coffee was hot and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

It wasn’t an excellent hotel like the Expedia review says. Not the greatest area. Water was off when we got to our room. The halls and elevators were very hot. Rooms weren’t the cleanest.

We just had a 1 night stay at this hotel. I was slightly worried when we walked into the lobby because it seemed a bit dark and looked dated. The clerk that checked us in was very nice. When we got to our room, we were surprised at the size. Very large room, well appointed, clean and very comfortable beds. Although we only spent 1 night, we remarked on how nice this room would be for an extended stay traveler.

When we arrived hotel was beautiful but when we got into our room it was terrible floors were dirty carpet was dirty, the bed was dirty trash all over the room. I called front desk guy he was super helpful !! Told us he can switch us rooms in the morning! But did get us new bed sheets etc point is this hotel was dirty! Our experience there was horrible! Other than the room being dirty the shower was disgusting wife had to clean it !! Next day we tried to go swimming and the pool was disgusting , hazy, and dirty!!! Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a WHILE!!!! Our room never got cleaned ! And we told house keepers to come clean and never did!! Never again!!!!

everything was good and went well. breakfast wasn’t bad and options were solid. staff was helpful. the only downside was a roach in the hideaway bed but they moved us into a new room so that was a plus

Hilton staff needs to face the consequences for this behavior. I can only imagine what they have done to other single female guests.

I had a service dog and the property waited till I checked out to add additional fees to my credit card..very deceiving hotel!!!

We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Dallas. The room was very accommodating for us having children. We also all enjoyed the breakfast!

Overall, I had a great stay. The check-in process was seamless, the front desk team was incredibly helpful, and I loved the quiet, secluded location. My only complaint involves the guest room doors; they are very heavy and slam loudly. It was quite a shock to be woken up by a loud bang at 4:00 AM. Aside from the noise issue, it was a wonderful experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE or other hotels close by. A bunch of vehicles were broke into and it’s such a common occurrence there is a security trailer in the parking lot that does no good and the cops don’t even respond. Multiple windows smashed and damaged, a stolen truck. They know they have a problem.

We checked in and went to our room, however the keycard would not unlock the door. Went back down to speak to Anthony ( he was great) He said the battery may need to be changed on the door. He text someone in managment who for the life of me could not understand we never entered the room. He kept asking Anthony if our stuff was in the room. We were not able to unlock the door to get in. Apparently the hotel was booked. Anthony had to find us another room for 2 nights. He mentioned we may have to switch rooms on Saturday but he wasn't sure at that time. Check in took 45 min total. from 9 - 9:45 pm. There was 3 other people waiting to check in while Anthony was waiting on text from management or maintenance. Our room was nice and we would stay there again,

More attention to details needs to be given when cleaning. Build up of dust and lack of thorough vacuuming is apparent.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. However, there was a large contingent of college athletes in attendance, so breakfast items needed attention. Particularly, the oatmeal was cool, instead of warm near end of breakfast time, and the 2% milk needed to be refilled. Also, our room’s toilet seat was loose and could not be tightened with the attached screws. It was broken from the hinges. I did not tell management as we were only staying 2 nights. I did report upon check-out as I did not want management to think we broke it. I reported that it was broken upon our arrival. Overall, this is a nice hotel. This was our second time staying here. I would definitely stay here or at other Home 2 Suites again.

The rooms were very clean, the AC worked well and the setup was efficient. The hours for breakfast are very accommodating and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job in keeping us stocked.

We liked the size of the one-bedroom suite. We liked the breakfast options. We would like to have had more cover for the bed. We expressed concern about shower water and maintenance worked on it immediately. Overall, this hotel is well-maintained and well-organized.

Hotel was Hilton level with great staff, but even as a Hilton Honor member I did not recieve a late check out as I went through Expedia--which is less expensive. You get the room next to the elevator etc. yet in this hotel the room is still great with a kitchenette.

Booked at a hotel so kids could swim and have some fun. The pool was closed the first day. The second day open but should have been closed. It was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.

The breakfast was average. I wanted there to be more of a variety of healthy items. The bed sheets were uncomfortable and looked like they were bed skirts instead. I did not sleep that well because of the sheets

I had a great time but have never been more disappointed in a hotel for the incidental charge. That price is crazy. You took away money I could have spent on my child. It was a trip to celebrate being together before I move. I was in 2 other Hilton hotels on my trip and neither of them charged that ceazy price. Very disappointed in how the staff didn't even care that the price was to much. They asked me if I wanted to cancel reservation. I have decided to not return to your location for that reason and have told family and friends.

Decent place and the rooms are plenty big.

Home 2 Suite is always the first place I look for when I’m traveling with my family. It’s always clean and ample amount of space in the rooms for my family of 6. Breakfast is always good when available. Parking is always great! This particular building showed some age though. The mattress was collapsed in the middle and we would eventually roll into the center by middle of the night. Toilet did not flush very strongly and sometimes had to be flushed twice. We actually lost water completely for a few minutes but it came back with no further interruptions. I understand things happen and it won’t keep me from booking again. I just hope Hilton takes proactive measurements and “freshen” up their business.

Clean spacious room, didn't have a do not disturb sign, asked twice and never received one. Also the phone in the room didn't work I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk. The pool was very clean, we just didn't like the breakfast.

Room cleaning done after alternate days,that was a 👎. Charges online different from the charges at the counter with a big margin,be truthful,paying $654 instead of the said four hundred and something dollars

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Couch in suite looked like a dead muppet and the cushions did not match the rest of the couch. Made room look old. Sheets were thin and would not stay on the bed. We would stay here again just needs some maintenance to be 5 star.

We offered to leave on the last night of the reservation but was told no refund. That's when they finally agreed to put us in another room. I will never stay at this establishment again

Easy access to highway. Rooms are very roomy and clean. Our room was facing the pool/highway so you can hear people screaming, traffic, and cars. So, if you're a light sleeper, I recommend you asking to get a room farther away from that area. But overall, I would definitely book again.
