The breakfast wasn’t terrific. Coffee was decent. It’s super convenient (across the street) for visits to Baylor Medical Center. Parking is around the corner, & requires walking plus an elevator ride.

This was a last minute booking due to an unfortunate experience with my prior booking. I appreciate their service and support with my unexpected situation.

Drop off/check in parking is horrible. Our room was at the end of a hallway and we could hear the traffic noise.
- 5/5
Full kitchen (with all dishes) couch, and table extra bonus. Comfortable and clean. Rooftop pool area was nice. Parking garage being downtown is the only less convenient part of stay. But you receive a ticket for entry/exit during stay. Breakfast is good; not excellent, but good. Overall it was a nice, clean, private, comfortable stay.

Stayed here twice now to visit a close relative in hospital. Perfect location for the hospital. The rooms are big, kitchen well stocked if you'd need to stay longer. Decent breakfast provided and the staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing to not like if yu just need a functional base for hospital visits

Electric window curtain in our room didn’t work which was inconvenient but overall the stay was great. Specifically, a gentleman named Eric who worked at the front desk was very helpful; he had excellent customer service. You should make sure you keep him around. We had to wait around for a couple hours in the lobby after we checked out and I also overheard his interactions with other people and he was excellent every time. It’s good people like Eric who determine whether a stay at a hotel is positive or negative. He made it positive,

The parking is in the parking garage so there is a little walk to get to the hotel . Since it’s close to the street you do hear the cars passing by . Overall it was a good hotel to stay in .

Clean, beds were so comfortable, great pillows , very spacious room! Staff wasn’t very cheerful.
- 5/5
Super clean hotel!! You’re less than a mile from a lot of bars and restaurants.
- 5/5
Hotel location was great and the view being in the pool was awesome. Staff was great rooms was great aswell In my opinion it's not a hotel issue. My first time staying here close to downtown. Having smalls kids having the parking separate from the hotel and walking with small kids not fun. But other than that it was great.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good
- 5/5
Great place to stay especially for the hospital stays.
- 4/5
my bigggesy complaint is the HIKE from the parking garage to the lobby. I am partly disabled meaning that walking such a distance is onerous for me.

Location, cleanness and room space
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, especially Maddison Johnson. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned. Water looked dirty.
- 4/5
Room was comfortable. Breakfast good. Pool small with no shade and no privacy fencing.

Well-furnished, clean room Refrigerator, bowls/plates/utensils very handy Dishwasher a nice luxury Breakfasts offer variety Very friendly and available staff THE BAD: Overpriced Towel hooks 12 inches above toilet!! Room door way too hard to keep open Hallway carpets very dirty Ice machine broken, no ice trays available Parking garage inconvenient, filthy, expensive and powerfully ugly Entry door from parking garage always locked 24/7 without room key access Breakfast food lukewarm at best, often cold Room coffee undrinkably bad (breakfast coffee fine) Worst possible rough toilet paper Must park literally in the actual right lane of a busy road (!) to load/unload vehicle
- 4/5
I liked the vicinity of the suites. It needs a handicapped access to the loading zone.

The bed was uncomfortable and we had asked for extra towels more than once and never received them

at home at Home 2 by Hilton So close to the hospital and there were a lot of help from your people telling me where to go. Breakfast bar was great The handicap spots were limited but all in all we got to go back in November and that's where we're going to stay , same room Lack of handicap parking

Very convenience location. One of the best we have been in
- 5/5
I stayed here about 1.5 years ago and several times before that. Last time it was not so great. Much improved this time.
- 3/5
Good location for the hospital but parking is separate from the hotel. The hospital says they were supposed to offer a discount but when asked, I was told they don’t do that anymore
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very clean room and hotel. Easy to get to attractions. The pool and hot tub were great.
- 5/5
Great stay! The staff went above and beyond during our stay, highly recommend!
- 3/5
I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc
- 5/5
Super close to Dos Equis Amp which was important to us.
- 5/5
Clean amenities and professional staff. Always a great place to stay!
- 3/5
It was a little more run down than expected and the area was not the most welcoming but it was conveniently located and the price was better than the other local hotels.
- 2/5
I booked this property through Expedia as I have booked through Expedia for 10 years. I paid through the app like I always do. Somehow when I got to this particular property the payment that I made on Expedia was just a “hold” and I needed to pay them directly. I have not yet received a refund and had to reach out to Expedia the next week. They are working to get this resolved so my issues it not with Expedia but instead this property.
- 5/5
The front desk staff, ALL of THEM, were amazing!!!! So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. Love this place. 2nd stay in 6 months here and will always stay here when I come to Dallas.

Everything was great except the quality of the breakfast items. The selection was great, just not very tasty.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. Parking was free and safe. Close to night life and good restaurants. Staff was friendly and elevators were fast.
- 5/5
The property is very well located. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good. We did experience some problems with the air conditioning. But over all the experience was very good and pleasant!!
- 5/5
The bacon at breakfast the 1st morning was really heard. But everything else was pretty good. The carpets through out the place could us some deep cleaning a long with the couch in the room. But enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great customer service! The guy at the front desk for nightshift deals with alot! Definitely deserves a raise for sure! Rooms were clean, lobby was clean, and the building was quiet!
- 3/5
If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to the Baylor Medical Center, then this is the place. If you are looking for a place that is 5 star, this is not the place. Rooms were clean, but had to ask for more towels and room did not get cleaned til day 3. Hallway carpets were filthy. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great Location and breakfast / parking is good once you find it and understand how to follow directions to hotel
- 5/5
Was wonderful

The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff, Wil, was friendly, professional and helpful.

- 3/5
They didn’t have any king side beds
- 5/5
We were needing a spur of the moment reservation and Home2 was a good place that provided a clean room and great staff that helped with any of our needs.
- 5/5
Good location, walking distance to all of Deep Ellum hot spots. Parking was close by but an extra $20 per night.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, walking distance from BSW where my wife was having surgery. My only complaint is the parking garage is inconvenient to the hotel.
- 4/5
The only inconvenience was having to park in the parking garage level 2, next to the hotel and having to walk over to the hotel and being buzzed in.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean
- 5/5
Reserved this room for the night before the Hot Chocolate 15k. It met our needs. Wouldn't hesitate to return... and probably will next year.

Had to pay for parking in a parking garage next door. The staff was extremely rude. Entry into the building was horrible. The room had a queen bed instead of a king. The worst place I have ever stayed in

The breakfast was nice and plenty of options. The staff was pleasant. General areas clean. Room itself had some sort of repair by the window along the wall and ceiling. Room was clean just needed some love

Housekeeping was not done at all, and early check in charges seems unreasonable

WE interacted with two desk clerks. One stayed in the back, so the desk always looked closed, but if you stood there for a while, he would come out of the back room. The other was just hostile. The room was reasonably clean and neat, and the beds comfortable. We did not use the breakfast or other amenities because we were only there to get a few hours of sleep before a medical appointment. The hotel is very difficult to access. There is a very small curbed strip (two cars were in it when we arrived and we had to wait out in the street until someone moved, WE circled the block a few times because there was (of course) traffic that we were blocking as we waited, There is a brick wall that hides the hotel doors (you have to go past one end of the wall and up a long ramp to reach the doors, all of which is hidden by the brick wall. From the street there is no way to know this is the one and only entrance to the hotel. A lsrge sign saying "HOTEL ENTRANCE DOORS" over the doors would help. There is a sign that says "10-minute parking for hotel entrance" or something very similar near the short strip of pavement, but as the doors are hidden behind the brick wall, there is no sign of any way to enter the hotel. We found the hotel with no issue, but spent over 1/2 an hour trying to figure out how to get in,

Very clean amd quiet
- 4/5
Also when you ask for specific request about accommodation, you would hope they are least looked at before the room is assigned.
- 5/5
Over all a great hotel experience and staff is awesome
- 5/5
Rooms were clean
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed having just been released from the hospital. Service was friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was a bonus. Parking was convenient.
- 4/5
Toilet had a bit of an issue to where it was loudly refilling with water every 5 minutes or so, but other than that everything was great. Big clean room, nice staff, free breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was and has always been excellent

I didn’t like having to use the parking garage and then have to wait for someone to open the door on the side where the garage is at especially because it was cold. And the night lady was a little rude. Eric at the front desk was amazing and I love that I could pick my room from the app and even check in from there .
- 4/5
service was good! easy check-in and check-out
- 5/5
Staff was really helpful and courteous. Room was really nice and clean.
- 4/5
Convenient location and quiet
- 3/5
Room was very clean. Hotel is dated and missing a keypad on the side door. Parking is not great. Staff was not friendly or particularly helpful. Other Home2 locations have been great. A little disappointed with this one.
- 4/5
Overall good hotel, walkable to downtown area nightlife. Would recommend staying at the hotel

Staff was great, room was clean but old, access from hotel to parking garage was awful. No elevator from bottom floor to 4th floor of garage. Literally had to carry luggage upstairs in the cold.
- 5/5
Had an excellent experience. We were able to check in as early as 11 am. The staff were able to resolve the issue we faced with the dishwasher. The breakfast is very good. They have waffles, excellent sandwich options, yogurt with oatmeal. It is good value for money. You don't really need a car for Dallas as the DART LRT station is just 4 minutes walk away..
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Everything as advertised.
