Hotel was clean. They were painting the lobby so lots of noise and congestion. Bottom line is that the hotel is fine. The overnight/early morning staff was rude and completely dismissive. Would not stay here again.

The Keurig in our room didn't work very well and there were a couple of benches and chairs in the open room that shown where and need of repair . We really like this hotel as it was roomy and kept very nice. The staff was very friendly and it was clean.

There is not alot of activities in this area besides food and night clubs. We were in town for a concert and it was still a 25 minute drive to fair park.

Clean and friendly The tv in my room was messed up like someone had punched it, which sucked cause I couldn’t watch tv and I was just crashing for the night while my wife was out for a friend’s bachelorette party.

parking didn't feel too safe because there were homeless people camping out outside and the property felt like it was in an abandoned shopping mall. nothing but parking lots with shut down restaurants and a view of the freeway.

We were only there for a shout time, but it was very clean, great customer service and very comfortable beds.

King Size bed with King sized pillows of two hardnesses. Safe in closet. Very large TV. Chase lounge by the window. Two bedside tables with lots of outlets and USB ports. Refrigerator and microwave. Large shower with glass doors not tub. Pool open and very clean. Towels provided for pool. Hot breakfast: sausage, eggs, sweet rolls. Coffee available 24/7. When both machines ran out of coffee at breakfast a gentleman immediately refilled them. Construction across the road from Hotel, but inside the hotel was quiet. Very close to Love Field Airport. Hand wash and body cream in dispensers on the wall in the bathroom. I had to look carefully to get the right one every time I washed my hands. Heated pool was very chill. Hotel a little hard to get to. Google maps had the entrance in the wrong place. Luckily at that point I saw the correct entrance ahead of me. One light switch didn't work.

Amazing stay

Wonderful staff. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The breakfast area was attended nicely . There were several international groups attending FIFA events and I felt they were pleasantly attended to, demonstrating how IHG can serve the traveling public.

This was a great stay and a great experience all around!

From the moment we entered, we could tell this was a good place to stay. The two ladies at the front were delightful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, clean and well taken care of. There was a security guard out side, ensuring that we had parking during an event at a neighboring club. This was well worth staying at.

Whitney, at the front desk, was a whole vibe! She was so nice! My whole family enjoyed her. She had everything ready to go when we got there. Check in was a breeze and every time we came down, she had a smile on her face and put a smile on ours! I can’t say enough about her! The property was very clean and comfortable! Will stay again when in the area!

They had great staff clean rooms sough parking spaces good for a complementary breakfast.

The hotel was ok. The lobby was nice and so was the breakfast, but our room wasn’t the cleanest. There were white stains on the sofa and a huge cobweb on the ceiling. The surrounding area was a definitely sketchy. They had free coffee all day and night but they charged $4 for a bottle of water.

Good location, clean rooms and everything smelled clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Great place to stay, we will definitely stay here again when we come to Dallas in the future. Restaurants near by were DELICIOUS.

The location of the hotel was in a safe area although it seemed a bit tucked away. There were many food options. The check in after midnight was quick and smooth. Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast options were many. Everyone was able to choose what they preferred. I would recommend this Hotel highly and stay again. Oh, the rooms were very spacious. Great value for the money.

Great place to stay if you are flying out of Love Field!

I was very happy with the room and the interior of the hotel. The person who checked us in was SUPER friendly and pleasant. I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. The only downside was there was loud music playing from outside the hotel until around 10:30pm.

Everything was good. The room was clean, the staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the parking was safe, and it was easy to find a spot.

Dirty, tv didn’t work, rude staff

The staff was excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. you would think that it’s a very safe place with having a security guard, but you have about three big clubs surrounding about three blocks from the property the lady showed up while my daughter was out smoking and asked cause she sit beside her and she told her no, and she went straight to the vehicle that she knew that she were driving and started rubbing her arms and stuff all over the vehicle, and then after saw about three men having a hands up on their shirts like they had a weaponand another lady jumped out the vehicle. It could’ve been a bad situation and your security guard was in his car sleep workers was over in the corner sleep when she use her card to open door and asked him to please call the police and he said no I called the security guard so how safe can that be? That could have been a bad situation even a trafficking situation until they found out that someone else was out there with her they were sitting in the car and got out. then they left. When they saw the security coming, but then turn around and made another block to come back. you have a very nice establishment there but you all need more security and alert security to keep it up. Thank you but that is one place. I will not return too close for comfort.
