The breakfast was really good. The location was in the middle of our meeting location for business I had to go down and get more soap because it was almost empty

the location was located perfectly for visiting Dallas and surrounding area. It was close to restaurants and a shopping center ideal for supplies or easy meals. More protein/meat options for breakfast each day would be better. As someone who cannot eat pork, it would be ideal to include alternate options.

The location was convenient. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was good. My room was infested with ants. A maintenance man unlocked and opened my door without knocking and waiting to be let in just moments after I was dressed. Mold and mildew in shower.

Clean modern facility. Junior Suites were very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good. Near many food options & retail outlets. Staff were very friendly & accommodating, including the housekeeping and breakfast staff. At breakfast the fruit juice machine was out of order and there were no alternate options. Also, fresh fruit was in short supply. There was no drinking water available.

Water in the hot tub was a little questionable. I ended up in a room that was very difficult to get into. It kept denying my key card multiple times. I was only there 1 night so I didn't bother trying to get it fixed.

The main thing I look for when getting a hotel with children is the pool and hot tub. This is an indoor pool and the water was freezing, and I’m not over reacting, I jumped in and got straight out. The water was like ice water. So disappointing. Hot tub was nice and hot tho. And Breakfast was very good lots of options, and they kept the place very clean. Elevators did stop working on the third floor.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We got in late, after 10pm and unfortunately leaving wasn’t an option because after a long day of driving our kids were tired and cranky. The room we checked into was disgusting, particularly the bathroom. Hair was everywhere as well as mold and rust. I immediately reached out to Travelocity about this issues, who were also no help.

The rooms were not the well maintained or the cleanest. Two towels that were supposed to be clean had stuff in them and on them, mold under the sink lip, stains on the counters, chips in the shower with mold that weren't repaired. The real kicker someone's fake eyelash on the nightstand by the bed.

We got hungry last night after swimming in indoor pool, we went to Whataburger (open 24 hours) right behind the hotel. If it wasn't so late, we'd have walked. My only concern was the water temperature of the pool, it's too cold. The Hot Tub was amazing

Rooms are good and clean but facilities like the pool and gym need some work. Personnel should read some hospitality books.

Everything was absolutely great except the wifi. We had 2 grandkids with electronics and the wifi kept dropping signal.

Room was spacious but i think it needed a vacuum. Some small maintenance needed, leaking ac unit, handle in shower popped off, some mold on top of toilet tank. But it was clean. Next to interstate easy on/off. Next to a Walmart that was the busiest walmart shopping plaza I’ve ever seen(and we’re from Chicago!) Lots of traffic! room quiet though despite the heavy traffic and closeness to hwy.

Multiple small things in the room were broken, light switch, plugs not working ect. The hotel is in a bad area, hoodlums were in the lobby and the desk staff was having a hard time removing them Be careful where you park your vehicle

Staff at check in could not be bothered more to help you, waited at front desk 10 minutes for her to come up front, elevators don't work stains on sheets, used cup on the floor in the room

There were some issues with making sure I still had a booking even after I notified the property I would be arriving closer to the end of check-in time. They attempted to charge my card before I arrived, which was against what I was notified at booking. Staff was delightful and breakfast was good, but the room had various unidentified stains on multiple surfaces, there was unidentified cheese in the mini fridge, the bathroom made me and my spouse claustrophobic, and there was what I can only explain as an audible party in the 2nd floor hallway the Saturday night we stayed there, with a mess of empty bottles and wrappers the next morning. I don't think we'll be coming back.

Room lock was taken off and only locked from handle, bathtub was rusted out, toilet shifted everytime you sat on it and stood up, pool area was dirty and no towels were provided in the shelf down in that area

Overall the stay was good. I booked this hotel very excited to swim and relax at the pool, but couldn’t do so because the water was really dark and murky. Besides the pools cleanliness it was a good stay.

The staff was the only positive experience. This was the worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. Breakfast wasn't stocked past 8:00 am, whirlpool water was BLACK, microwave in room didn't work.

FYI- The area is very congested and busy. Noise at night. (I’m from the city so it doesn’t bother me)

The staff was great the hotel was cleaned my only problem is when staying in a hotel that has a sofa bed you should also make sure it's clean the sofa bed was for my kids when pulling it out it had cereal on it and also what looked like blood (not sure) bedding should already be in the room for it!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast variety. Location is near many restaurants and stores.

Very clean room. Staff was polite. I recommend parking in front as it seemed there was more camera in the front. Only downside is the way the showers are positioned, water spreads out and there is water damage to the bathroom door and flooring immediately next to shower.

Love the stay and location. The only thing the pillows were too soft but i would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room was not ready when we check in and the young lady at the desk took my information and told me to wait in my car until the room was ready. I was very annoyed after driving for 10 hours. Then we asked for extra blankets and the where out. The room was very clean. Will not stay that particular hotel again.

Breakfast was great - felt very safe in parking lot and on the grounds. PROBLEM - GOT RESERVATIONS ALL SCREWED UP AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO VERIFY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Went in by myself to check in and was told no room available until 3 but 2 people were checked in before me. I arrived around 2. Husband went in by himself 30 min later and was told differently. No blow dryer available. Front desk would never answer.

Very clean and friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice and convenient. There are various restaurants and shops that you can walk up to. I recommend this location.

When we arrived there was no internet so no TV. 100 degrees outside so wasn’t planning on being outside all day. Hair was all over the bathroom floor. So not sure if they used a dirty mop or what.

The staff was unprofessional. The female manager who was often at the desk seemed to have a bad attitude. I went to purchase some drinks from the shop and stood waiting while she had a long conversation with someone from housekeeping.. it was in Spanish but they were giggling, and when I approached the desk she held up her finger for me to wait (which is fine), but continued to have her long conversation with housekeeping. When she was done, she turned to me and seemed annoyed and said “yes?” It just seemed really unprofessional. The pros: the lobby was clean, the bed was comfy

Comfortable stay for one night. Bed & pillows were very comfy and once we figured out what was going on with the a/c the room stayed nice & cool. The blinds made the room very dark. Breakfast was decent with a pretty good variety of items to choose from. The staff were very nice.

Overall this property has generally been kept up. However here and there were some signs of disrepair. The most glaring example in our room was the tub faucet. The diverter stem on the faucet was very hard to pull up to turn the shower on. The faucet itself was loose and felt like it was going to come off the wall. The inside of the toilet had been cleaned, but still had old stains that had set in. But the employees seemed to do a good job of keeping the property clean. The indoor pool area was nice and my kids enjoyed their time swimming.

There was water leaking in our bathroom from the room above us.

Llegamos y la de recepción nos hizo el check in muy amable,,,el lugar esta muy bien y la ubicacion perfecta hay restaurantes cerca puedes ir caminando es muy seguro hay un walmart tambien ,,ademas tiene suficiente parking las camas son muy comodas y el almuerzo es continental,,los biskets estan bien sabrosos nada que pedirle al McDonalds..tiene alberca dentro de las instalaciones,,,100% recomendable....la proxima vez ahi llegaremos primero Dios....
