The hotel lobby and grounds were very clean and well maintained, Front desk staff was polite, housekeeping was helpful. Breast was presented nicely I would definitely stay here again. Centrally located to where I needed to be 30 min drive to Arlington.

Great location and price for an appointment I had at nearby hospital. Hotel was clean and staff very courteous. The parking lot was a little dim for our liking but that would be our only negative comment.

The hotel was disappointing. Our room was right next to the buffet area and lobby. There were constantly guests walking by and noise from outside our room, especially in the evening before the bar closed. The air conditioner was incredibly loud. The breakfast buffet that we paid for would have been poor quality for a free breakfast. The potatoes and french toast was too dry to eat. Pastries were smashed in the case, eggs were dry. We left disappointed and still hungry.

Location AC wasn't very cold

We did have an issue getting into our room. The upper security latch was bent, preventing the door from opening. They sent maintenance right up to fix it and we didn't have any other issues.

Property was okay and conveniently located. Room was hot. AC worked sporadically.

It was a good Hotel. The room was very clean and had some nice mirrors. The breakfast was included and the hotel also offers free parking so it was very convinient

I enjoyed my time in Dallas. I wish there was a shuttle for pickup or to drop off downtown maybe somewhere centrally located, but I definitely understand that could involve a lot of moving parts to coordinate that.

The hotel was very nice and clean, had trouble getting into my room but the staff were very helpful also used to the pool it was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast was great.

Amazing breakfast

The area was a bit sketchy but okay. The rooms were very small. Our door didnt close well & I had to literally push a towel up to the bottom of it to block the light out from the hallway. The A/C never shut off and the train was outside our window. It was very clean & friendly staff but we wont go back.

The room was extremely big, lots of space. It was very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is pet friendly, they did have restaurants near as well as rest stores and other shops. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was clean. I can't really comment on anything else because all I did was work come back and go to sleep.

Pool hours …I wish it stayed open 24/7

location The air conditioning in my room stopped cooling in the middle of the night, and there was no one available at that hour to fix it; the room temperature reached up to 80°F. They did come to repair it very quickly in the morning, but I had a terrible night and had to lose half the day sleeping because I needed to rest.

everything. the location was amazing and not too far to where we were going. the pool was awesome and super clean. the beds were like heaven. super super comfortable our room had a broken toilet but we went to the front desk and told them our problems and they immediately moved us no questions asked. very helpful

Amazing service overall by the staff

The room was clean. The location was near a lot of restaurants which was nice and close to Love Field. Only complaint is that the room was a little warm but it was 100° in Dallas so I’m sure that played a part in it. I’d recommend.

Close to where my. Earrings were No water in room , soap I had to ask for it , trash not taken out , bedsheets not changed , bathroom not cleaned daily

Great for the Value. Clean place, great breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool. Some of the things were out (like the body wash), and didn't get replaced, and they only leave 2 towels at a time in the room (but 4 of us stayed)... but those were small things, and otherwise everything was great.

Definitely our new “place to stay” when we need come for doctor appointments!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Everything was clean, well organized, and easily accessible for my child in a wheelchair.

Property was good, however there is a city train that passes right by the hotel. I’m not sure what time I finally fell asleep, but it went on very late.

Nice room and breakfast. It's good for people withlocal transport availability. Others depend upon public transport. A 12 min walk from hotel will take you to DART station .

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind. Room was clean.

The place was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. They did warn us that the keys demagnetize easily, and sure enough our keys did, but they resolved it quickly. Our extra lock in the door didn't work properly but you still couldn't open the door without the key. The breakfast was really good, better than other hotel breakfasts we've had. Overall a good experience.

my room was right opposite the ice machine and people were getting ice at 1am and 5 am. It was very loud and woke me up repeatedly. Would be great if you could lock it or remove access during leeping hours.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but odor of pets was strong and undeniable. Also our AC did not keep cool overnight.

Such a great second night! Reserving an additional night wasn’t difficult at all. The night staff walked me through setting up another night and made it just an all around pleasant experience.

The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommend for the location, friendly and helpful staff, and high quality but affordable rooms.

Loved the spacious suite as we were traveling with a large group. It was also right close to the event we were going to, so that was awesome. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed. Enjoyed our stay even though it was a short one. The beds were very comfortable by the way. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area.

I was traveling for business and highly recommend staying here for it's vicinity to downtown, restaurants and pubs.

My mother and I were staying here because I had to check in the UT southwestern at 6am for a major surgery. From the time we walked in we were welcomed with a wonderful greeting. They asked the reason for our stay and I explained I would be having surgery in the morning. The lady quickly said”I pray guides the doctors in every way and gives you peace throughout the night and days to come.” It was a nice feeling to have her acknowledge what was actually going on.

The air conditioning was nice and cold. The location is within walking distance of the transit train/buses though a clear walking path to location is questionable. Great food breakfast choices.

It was okay. The room was somewhat cramped, with the wardrobe creating a choke point when entering the bed area. As a result, I hit my shoulder a few times on a lamp that was on the wall. The clearance was only about 2.5 feet.

This property met all my needs. The front desk people were especially friendly and helped in my decisions for places to go for entertainment and food.

If you second guessing yourself to stay here don’t. Everything was closed and the day was great.

The location is not easy to find. The internet in the room does not work. I have to use my own data from my cell phone. The water in the shower is too slow. The breakfast has limited choices. The money paid for this place is not worth the benefits received.

The breakfast was amazing. Fully stocked and the staff kept up with keeping everything stocked. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Front desk staff was super nice as well. The only downside we had the entire stay was it smelled like skunk on our floor.

Bad: Noise from trains, bad wifi

Somewhat sketchy area. We ended up with a corner room. Dont get a corner room unless your shoulders are as wide as a 12 year old.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and interacted with several staff members..all very friendly and helpful.

The shower had great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. In addition to having good USB connectors on both sides of the bed, we especially appreciated was the abundance of outlets throughout the room.
