There are plenty of dining options for different budgets, including a Chick-fil-A next door, an excellent coffee shop across the way, and an on-site restaurant with delicious tacos and margaritas. The rooftop pool had fantastic views and a peaceful setting, though there was limited shade, and the water was warm. I didn’t use the gym, but it appeared clean and was conveniently located beside the pool. With its convenient location, enjoyable amenities, and overall value, I’d happily stay here again.

The pool is great and the hotel is clean and welcoming The location is OK but you can’t walk, you need a taxi anywhere you want to go. The streets around it don’t feel safe. Also, the elevators are scary, shaking and one guest got stuck.

Calling this hotel pet-friendly is misleading. If guests must leave the property and walk several blocks to find an appropriate area for their pets, that needs to be clearly disclosed before booking. When I raised the issue, the manager was dismissive and did not communicate honestly or make any meaningful effort to address the situation. The hotel needs to accurately describe its pet accommodations and improve how management responds to legitimate guest concerns

The pool was pretty tiny but nice. I did request another blanket which I never received, but all in all it was a great stay.

Enjoyed a beautiful relaxing stay

We stayed for only a few short hours, but it was exactly what we needed. The valet service was a bit lacking when checking in, but not enough to lower my general experience. Definitely would stay again.

We arrived Friday night and had hot showers, showered Saturday morning with Luke warm water. Called the front desk got moved to a new room and the hot water was hot at first but turned Luke warm again. Room was mostly clean however there were a few areas that could’ve used a little more attention to detail. AC would not stay below 72.

Clean comfortable great location and the staff where super friendly, there was a train line a few mins walk away, easy to use and a cheap way to get around Dallas The pool was shallow and drinking in the downstairs bars was a little expensive

The hotel was ok, just really old and out of date. The tv was not a smart tv and the treadmill halfway worked.

What i did like is the workers were always cleaning the common areas of the hotel. The pool area could use umbrellas or some type of shading

The property was nice, but our room wasn't. Very old and dirty carpet with stains. The bathroom had stains from mold.

As always Hilton Garden Inn never disappoint. I use this hotel wherever I travel to even for staycations in my city. Definitely number 1 for my list of hotels.

Great location with numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Pool is amazing and overlooks a busy street with numerous beautiful buildings in the area !

The staff, attached restaurant staff and valet service were very friendly and helpful. The view and pool deck were great, especially with the location in downtown Dallas. The hotel is in a perfect spot for ease to parks, entertainment and tons of good restaurants.

We booked very last minute due to a bad apartment we had booked and the hotel gave us a beautiful suite and the room was so huge. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the room was so clean and had beautiful bathroom amenities to use that smelled delicious. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked so lovely. The area of downtown Dallas is full of quite a lot of homeless people so be mindful when walking at night. This shouldn’t deter you though for a stay here at this hotel. Their restaurant downstairs also looked super chic and high end. We didn’t eat there but would be worth a visit. Even for a cocktail.

The room was clean and spacious. Close to alot of great places in downtown dallas. Only downside is the hotel pool doesnt have a bar. Staff was very helpful especially the lady that helped us with pool towels. Great place to stay for alittle r and r, sight seeing and then bar hopping at night.

The room was hot and stuck at 79 degrees. Maintenance came to fix the issue however nothing was resolved. They only provided us with a box fan.

As a family of 6 we stayed in two rooms. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel bar and restaurant were very good as well. Would definitely come and stay here again, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every need was met. And we enjoyed the location being so close to everything. Helpful, pleasant staff. Loved that there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Glass stand up shower was a plus!

I really liked the Hilton Hotel came here for a vacation with some friends mostly for the pool but the second day we got there it got broken down. Also the staff is really nice. Sagar is a cool guy.

Underwhelming hotel to say the least. The rooftop pool was nice at night but that's the only good thing about my stay. Rooms were ugly, ac filters dirty, and everything was out of date. For a Hilton, this certainly does not meet the standard. Luxury does not exist here. Lobby smelled bad and front desk employees do not look professional at all. Definitely will not go back. If Hilton cares at all about the brand, it needs a desperate remodel and new front office staff. 0/10.

Very nice stay would stay again

No servide. No valet, no parking, no amenities, couldn't get the room cleaned. Some of the staff were helpful, most were not. This is a 2 star hotel with the Hilton name. Don't recommend it to anyone.

The property was close to where my meetings were. Property is outdated and desperately in need of a facelift. I have come to expect better from Hilton. What I really hate, at this hotel and others I have stayed in, are the motion activated thermostats that cause the AC to go out in the middle of the night waking me up hot.

It was a nice place to stay for the price. Right near the train.

The room was clean. The television selection was limited and they did not have streaming options like many other Hilton properties. The small refrigerator in the room froze everything, even we adjusted the temperature. The bed and pillows were not what we expect at a Hilton property. However, the pool was great!

The centralized location of the hotel was very convenient for my family to come and visit me while I was there.

Valet was a little slow. Pool was not open when we were there. The rooms needed updates. Paint, doors, floors, etc. great location though and a good value for what we got.

The property was well maintained staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the rooms still need a lot of repairs and upkeep.

This hotel doesn’t look anything the part the pool picture suggests. We didn’t use the pool so we didn’t see what that looked like, but the room itself looked like a utilitarian dormitory in a North Korean work camp. The room was dark, the carpet was old dingy brown, the beds were hard with but two tiny pillows, the decor was drab and it was barely furnished. The bathroom had no amenities but a mirror on the wall and toilet paper dispenser. I guess there was nothing wrong with the room but it was what you’d expect at $50 per night 2 star highway motel in the middle of nowhere rather than a 4 star in the heart of Dallas. We should have gone to the Omni.

Trash parking and over priced for valet told me it was 60 then it was 95 when I had to check out like why lie about it

The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was amazing with helping me with my ample amounts of luggage. Loved getting the check in text throughout my stay.

Staff super friendly. Entrance and lobby nice. Room was standard, nothing special. AC in room sounded like popcorn popping when running. I noticed that the AC filter was very dirty and the last time it was changed was over a year ago according to the maintenance sheet. I was awaken very early one morning by hotel staff banging on neighbors door and yelling while performing a “wellness” check, this was followed by Dallas PD doing the same thing. You can hear everything, from people in the hallway to the cars/train 13 floors up outside.

From the guest service to the rooms everything 10/10

The staff and room was incredible.

Cons: Hotel garage parking is valet-only (otherwise, you’ve got to find a public garage and hoof it). Signage is oddly minimal (there’s a single sign over one door into the lobby, and that’s it. Otherwise, you can’t even tell you’re in a Hilton Garden Inn until you’re in your room). Also, the WiFi costs money and there’s no complementary breakfast, so the kids were pissed. The cons more than outweigh the pros. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. All of the staff members were friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I find a lot of hotels have hard beds and it makes it hard to sleep so I’m glad I had a room with a comfortable bed.

Clean room and property. I was able to check in early which was nice. Great location near DART public transit in a very walkable area. Staff was kind and responsive when I asked for more towels to be brought up to my room. Wish the room had a smart TV, but it was an easy solve with a Roku stick.

Everything was great. The staff was really nice, the restaurant inside has good food, and the place in general was really quiet surprisingly. The parking can be a bit finicky, it would be worth it to use the valet service because parking next door is around the same price a day.
