They’re remodeling the hotel and didn’t let us know before, the building is still old
- 5/5
Nice clean room! Nice and cold room! Staff very helpful!
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Over all I liked it. I wish they would’ve mentioned that it’s under constructions.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel for the Market center, we stayed here for the Le Cresuet sale and it was so convenient. Hotel was clean and updated. Room amenities were good, safe area.
- 4/5
The room was clean the breakfast in the morning was good. Dislike: The shuttle has set times. I arrived to the airport at 3 PM. I called to see when the shuttle will arrive in the next shuttle was not scheduled till 5:30 PM.
- 2/5
I wouldn't ever stay there again, and would caution others as well. It is under a heavy amount of construction, and the fact that it states it's "under renovation" in the description is an understatment. You will check in at a folding table in the back of the hotel, and dine in a side "hall" (if that's what you want to call it), with a small cart for beverages. There's plastic hung up everywhere, it's dusty, the entrie front of the hotel is torn down and up, there's construction equiptment everwhere, it's loud during the day, and the property manager will not hear your complaints. There are stains on the carpets and the bathtub in the room looked like it was fron 1980, with dust in the vents. The room was clean, i will give them that.
- 3/5
The property is undergoing renovations in the lobby area. Not the best scenario for customers . Work begins early and it's noisy. Moreover, carpet to rooms especially in the second floor was quite stained and dirty . If we would have known prior about the renovations and impact we would have booked place
- 2/5
When you arrive the place looks abandoned. You have to pull around the back to enter the hotel. This place is under construction, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. There rooms were okay? The Coffee Bean k-cups were great. The dog show was in town and the hotel was full of furry angels. I love dogs, I have one, but I don't want to lodge with them. The various breeds were a pleasure to see. The pool was kind of disgusting. I watched them vacuum dirt from the hot tub and pool. The jets did not work in the hot tub. There was a weird film on the skin from the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and attentive. I didn't complain because I understood the construction, however, I would not recommend this location.
- 1/5
This hotel should be closed down. They are remodeling the front lobby BUT that was the only good thing happening. It’s a dump. Stained carpets, no water pressure, old bathrooms, unfriendly staff and no amenities.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. They were doing renovations so the paint and sheetrock smell was strong in the hall ways. But there was no noise and the renovations will make the hotel that much better.

Property is being renovated would have been nice to know before booking so I could have booked elsewhere its a much needed renovations the property is old dated amd smells of mold

I prepaid for a Deluxe Room with two queen beds through Expedia, but our original room on the 8th floor was extremely hot and humid because the air conditioning wasn't working. The carpet also had several dark stains that made the room feel unclean. Around 1:30 a.m., we had to request a room change because the room never cooled down. While the staff moved us, the replacement room was not the Deluxe room I had paid for. To make matters worse, I cut my hand while using one of the hotel's luggage carts during the move. The next morning, I asked the front desk for a first aid kit and was told they didn't have one—only Band-Aids for purchase. Because the injury required more than a Band-Aid, I had to leave the hotel and buy wound-care supplies at Walgreens. I appreciate that the overnight staff moved us to another room, but between the undisclosed renovations, the malfunctioning A/C, being downgraded from the room I paid for, and the lack of basic first aid supplies after an injury on hotel equipment, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Carpets throughout the hotel and our room were stained. The entire hotel smelled like mold/mildew. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. I have an autoimmune disease so breathing in those was not good for me at all. Our entire bath tub was peeling, like it had been painted. Also around the drain was completely rusted out. The bathroom smelled like urine! The our rooms A/C has something wrong with it. It wouldn’t hold temp so we were hot all night plus when it came on it rattled like a washing machine which kept us awake. We didn’t know that the hotels atrium was under construction so you had to park in the back of the hotel. Wish I had known before booking or we would have gone elsewhere. I have traveled throughout the country and have stayed at the Hilton Garden before but this location was the worst! The breakfast was the only positive thing.
- 3/5
i didn't like that the place was under construction while I stayed there
- 3/5
So basically getting your car broken is a real problem here. The truck next to me had its window shattered and then they had a security guy sitting in the parking lot that night finally but I guess it's commonly here

Food was expensive. Cost me $400 for two days so I won't be going back.

The construction going on
- 4/5
They have construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay - staff was nice and room was clean . We only stayed one night but worth the price

The hotel was undergoing a new reconstruct. The paint in the building was dull and peeling. There were cracks in the ceiling and the carpet was filthy. The television and telephones did not work in some rooms and the bathroom flooded. My room was changed three different times on different floors, which was exhausting. As far as the amenities go, the whole five days that were spent at this hotel, the Jacuzzi did not work properly, and the staff did nothing to change that.

The stay was excellent, quite, clean

I arrived to a closed front entrance of the hotel, Garden Inn Hilton, (remodeling) had to go to the rear entrance. I am elderly (over 80) and the doors at the rear are standard heavy metal doors, I went in checked in after searching quite some time for reservation, I got a luggage cart which was not easily to handle no one offered assistance to get in and out of doors finally got to room, the maid was going down the hall cleaning I notice there were not sufficient towels that would be needed I ask for and rec'd towels from friendly maid I put things in order and rested for a while I went to use the bathroom and the commode had been used and not flushed (? why not ) which upset me I cleaned it with sanitizer I did not want to change rooms because I was very tired but should have. I then decided to shower and there were several black hairs in the bathtub, I got my hand sanitizer and cleaned the tub before I showered. I would not stay in this hotel again! I tried calling several times with no success.

It was a terrible decision to go there call me 4059819270

Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful and simply asked me to make a new reservation instead of trying to resolve the issue. As a result, I ended up paying twice to stay in the same room—once for my original reservation and again for the new booking. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service and flexibility.
- 3/5
The hotel is remodeling. I was not aware of this when I booked. The main entrance is switched to the back. The parking was tight and awkward. It was not worth what was paid, but it worked for the night. There is a stale smell in the hotel as well.
- 1/5
Hotel was under renovations and was not disclosed anywhere in the reservation. Room was not very clean. Staff was helpful but they can not replace bad facilities and policies from the owners.
- 5/5
Good customer. I like your staff. Helpful to guests. Numero Uno ☝️
- 2/5
I did not know they was renovating I would never went there cuz the carpet smell terrible The room was not clean enough The end table was dirty.the next housekeeping open my door at 8:30 am check out at 12:00 .
- 1/5
The location is about the only good aspect It was under extreme construction which was very loud. AC made loud noises. Thin walls where I could hear every word from the neighbor. Very dated hotel.
- 2.5/5
Location Cleaning was not proper had hair on the white sheet
- 3/5
The mattress were absolutely terrible. They definitely need to be replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtub was not cleaned. HOWEVER, the property was currently under renovation in the front entrance/lobby. The pool and hot tub were functioning and felt amazing. The food for breakfast I felt like was really good. The staff was great as well. Parking due to the renovation going on was a little difficult but it was manageable. I booked this room based on the reviews. It definitely should be posted and let guests know that there is construction in progress on the property.
- 5/5
Nice quiet and convenient. Close to Dallas Lovefield airport
- 4/5
Stay was fine, but would have been better if the whole front lobby was being worked on. Probably wo.
- 1/5
Absolute nonsense. There was ZERO indication of this property being completely under renovation. The entire hotel is ancient. I won’t stay there even after renovation. What a joke to be forced to pay full price when the floors are being scraped and I have to enter through the back door.
- 5/5
It was clean and friendly staff
- 2/5
Property was not clean. The carpet outside my room was not cleaned/vacumned at all during my 5 night stay. It had crumbs all over. Hotel staff was not helpful at all and at least two of them were extremely rude. As a Hilton member, this was a disappointing property.
- 1/5
What ever you do. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. This property is disgusting. The carpets are black. There’s caked on dust in the bathrooms that have now started to rust. It’s like a motel 6 with a Hilton sign. That’s why this property is non refundable because they know you will cancel as soon as you see this spot. You won’t feel safe and not want to touch anything when you see it. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!!!!!
- 4/5
All staff except the receptionist were excellent. The receptionist the night we checked in was rude and not helpful in any way.

I love Hilton Garden Inn Hotels so much! The staff is always friendly and attentive with all your needs. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. I also like that 12pm is check out time also. The breakfast you have to pay for but it is a good breakfast.
- 2/5
Check in was quick and straight forward. There were multiple families in our party. Unfortunately one of them had their vehicle stolen right out of the parking lot in the middle of the night. The staff couldn’t care less, which we know theres not much they can do but when asked about looking at the security footage- it was not possible. Other vehicles were stolen while we were there. The rest of the trip was ruined as we did not feel secure. Luckily, it was a quick weekend trip for an event. Will never stay here again.

Bathtub was kinda of old & stained Big room with a lot of space Deposit came back immediately!

Brekfast was too expensive m. not reasonable for traveling. I had to order Uber it was cheaper.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the magnolia trees.
- 3/5
Hotel is very old and weathered.
- 5/5
Everything was nice. Need to let us know when reservations are made that we will have to pay a security deposit when we arrive and the amount. Need to put on credit or debit card so that we will be prepared.
- 1/5
I’m very disappointed. Some people smoke something what stinks through the hotel. Very bad experience. Never again!
- 5/5
Free Parking !!
- 5/5
Nice location. Was in town to attend a conference. Very conveniently located.
- 5/5
The person that checked us in was super nice treated us well
- 2/5
With all that said- the staff was AMAZING. They were so kind and lovely. I wish I spoke about it during my stay but I was also unsure if maybe it was a fluke. But I quite literally have been perfectly fine since leaving and already know I'm severely allergic to mold.
- 4.5/5
Need more plug ins around the bed.
- 5/5
Great hotel - comfortable room, easy walk to the Hilton Anatole where i had a conference to attend. Sage and clean area.
- 2/5
Room smelled terrible. Water wasn’t even working and the staff didn’t let me know upon my check-in that the water would be off for an hour+ during my stay. The tub was cracked with a hole, the walls had water stains. The hallways smelled awful. When the AC kicked on, there was another musty odor expelled. Bartender was nice. Receptionist were nice. Housekeeper was nice but didn’t announce herself when she tried to enter my room at 9am when all previous days no one came to clean until after 12pm. When I told them the water was not working, they just said “oh I’m sorry”.
- 4.5/5
Nice big room and microwave and fridge No safe in the room
- 5/5
Could have had better breakfast for eighteen dollars.
- 1/5
The carpets were stained. The hotel wasn’t well maintained. The heat was on in the middle of May. Had to wait for maintenance man to come on duty to switch over to ac. Daughter found ants in bed had us change to another room. There was a low pitched humming noise that never stopped in that room. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Checked out of hotel a day early. Worst stay ever!!!
- 5/5
Older property, it could use some new carpet. Nice staff and excellent service. Good for the price.
- 5/5
When we got there our room was not ready & probably had an issue at the time. BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND. The manager fixed it & gave us complimentary breakfast & she & staff was very kind & very apologetic. All got fixed & they were 100% friendly, kind, & just the sweetest. I will Definitely be back with my family. Loved It
- 1/5
No hot water… it looked like someone had been in the room and used and realized no hot water and left… the room wasn’t clean. I asked for help and they sent the maintenance person who did nothing. I would never stay there again.
- 4/5
Parking good. Pillows musty. Shower moldly in crevices. Same breakfast buffet every day. Breakfast staffer cut in front of me while I was standing right in front of the fruits reaching for a bowl and filled her carry-out leaving very little fruit for the rest of the paying customers. They let items run out instead of preparing more. And the hot tub was out of order, which was a major disappointment since I booked that hotel primarily for the hot tub and breakfast.
- 5/5
Our window faces the freeway it was pretty loud all night. Also did not care for having to have maintenance come in everytime we wanted to switch from heat to air..that was odd. Otherwise clean place. Front staff was super nice.
- 5/5
Have stayed here numerous times on visits to Dallas and has always been a great place to stay! Main reasons I pick this hotel are 👍clean hot tub 👍 pool open late (10p) & 👍👍 always clean facilities (outside, inside, rooms, gym, pool) 👍welcoming, friendly staff eager to help (both front desk and cleaning crew) 👍 great location nearby many restauraunts, downtown, bars 👍 no charge on parking 👍👍 delicious coffee served almost all day in the lobby! honestly it's one of the big factors for choosing this hotel over others. Love having good coffee first thing early in morning but don't feel like leaving hotel in morning just for that, but front lobby has it ready at around 6:30am!
- 2/5
Staff was very rude. We stayed for 3 nights. The 2nd day we called front desk to ask if we can have our room cleaned and get fresh towels. The staff rudely replied that they clean the rooms everyday even though they did not clean out room the day before. We left for the day when we returned our room was not touch, I called front desk and asked for new towels at least. They did bring it up, but room did not get cleaned the 3 days we stayed.
- 3/5
I think it's time for a refresh. The elevator floor, the carpet and some of the furniture could use an upgrade

Staffs are friendly, spacious room, free parking. Good choice from others in the same neighborhood hotels.
- 5/5
I love this hotel because it has free parking and is close to downtown.
- 2/5
It was barely acceptable
- 4.5/5
I enjoyed the bar and Irene the bartender we had a great conversation.
- 1/5
My car was broken into along with several other cars. The staff was so not bothered by the dissatfaction of this. As if it happens all the time. Would not recommend this hotel to no one
- 2/5
The rooms were clean, thats really about it. Someone kept removing my DND sign off my door and they kept coming into my room to "clean up". On the first night someone broke into my vehicle, completely shattering my window and stole our family bibles and the staff was totally careless about it. We were not the only ones that got broken into that night! But nothing was done about it by the hotel or police! So please beware when you stay here.
- 1/5
I was told I had to pay $18.00 per person for breakfast so ummm yeah not okay
- 4/5
My friend wanted a black coffee and the guy who was taking our order at the bar, said go and serve yourself at the free coffee in the middle. And he said they had just made it an hour ago, but I’ve had been waiting in the lobby for an hour and I didn’t see anybody replaced coffee.
- 4/5
I appreciated having a bar and restaurant available. I had a burger at the bar that far exceeded my expectations. I had a glass of wine that was a decent brand as well. Breakfast was good. Nothing too great, but better than a continental breakfast. The bartender is quite chatty.

- 5/5
We enjoyed our short stay
- 2/5
No idea why pool was closed last 2 days hotel next door pool was open. Also toilet didn’t flush correctly always a mess
- 4/5
It was close to my conference. The facility was great and convenient. Not enough eating places near by. The restaurant was not open and the selections were limited.
- 5/5
It was at a great location. Pool and hot tub looked great, but it was too late for us to get in. The only thing was breakfast was a little too expensive for me, $18 for the buffet. Other than that it was a great stay.
- 3/5
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable but the room smelled like Marijuana really bad. It was so strong and you could tell they just sprayed something to mask the smell. The food was ok at the restaurant but the cocktails were so strong. I probably would stay there again if i knew for certain the room was not smoked in at all ever.
- 4/5
Ask for a room at the back of the property. The noise from the highway was disturbing us during the night.

The hotel itself was great. Room was clean, always had plenty of fresh coffee available in the lobby. Unfortunately the parking lot was a bit sketchy, we were in town for a show across at Market Hall and had a truck and trailer, as well as many other exhibitors staying at the same property, we were fortunate to not have any issues ourselves but others in our group had vehicles stolen from the parking lot over night. Security could definitely be better.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked, warm and tasty. Great coffee. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They need a new AC system and better televisions - but all else was nice.

The room was alright and staff was alright as well. On the way checking out there was a roach in the hallway on the wall. The hot tub I’m guessing had some white chemicals that was sitting at the bottom of the pool that ended up all over our feet, elbows, and hands which took a while to come off.
