Waited at the front desk for 30 minutes to be checked in with only one person ahead of us. The bathroom had no counter space. Woke of to construction banging above at 6 am.

great property. Big hotel. Decently specious rooms. Pluses: great pool (outside), good dining (breakfast especially), grab and go Starbucks (can be long line), so-so to meh gym, Easy to find on GPS with valet parking. The only (small) negatives were construction was going on and some rooms may have some noise impacts during the day hours. Mine had nearly imperceptible noise and only for a minute. Gym was a 4 of 10 and the lobby and lower level were a little hard to navigate (easy to entirely miss the lower level restaurant and gym). I'd stay again.

Parking was expensive and breakfast was nice but not free. Not sure why but my partner became very sick after breakfast he lost it all. Overall we would stay there again if we needed a downtown Dallas hotel.

Sink and tub stoppers broke Dirty curtains that even my 13 year old pointed out. Pool area looked rough, the tanning chairs were upside down in the pool.

The location. The pre-authorization charging my card twice, no room service, parking garage gates not working properly, our floor had construction being done so we could hear everything.

Will stay there again.

The location was convenient and close to the Galleria. The lobby was clean, and some staff members were polite and professional. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the standards expected from a Hilton property. I experienced several issues that affected my comfort and overall experience. The room and services did not match the price I paid, and my concerns were not handled satisfactorily. I expected a much higher level of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed and believe improvements are needed.

The Manager was not friendly at all. There must have been construction going on the floor above me, I did not get good rest. All I heard was drilling and banging. The day I got there and the next morning.

From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed by Mohammad at the front desk who made sure to give me the Hilton member perks allowing me to upgrade to a nice room. The room was King bed overlooking the city which made for a nice view and the bed was very comfortable although the pillows could use a bit more fluff. Really loved the TV had ability to watch through apps like Netflix and HBO and have games to play on screen for kids. The glass elevators down to the pool/gym/lobby area was a nice ride. Loved that the gym had many great machines including peloton and there were towels and water at each station as well a thoughtful wrapped green apple to pick up on the way out. Would come back here again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom could've used a bit of updating, but it was definitely clean. Hardly any noise, and got a good night's sleep every night I was there. Would stay here again.

Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue. Thankfully he was able to fix it, but a better accommodation would of been greatly appreciated considering how much we paid for it and for being Hilton Honors members

The guy checking me in was confused about linking my Hilton honors and got frustrated.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool! The room was clean also.

This hotel is not worth the hype. Everything looks worn out and rasty. The carpet smell moldy.

I arrived late for check-in and was informed that the king room I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was assigned a room with two full-size beds which was disappointing since I specifically requested a king bed. After getting to my room, I noticed there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign. I went back to the front desk to request one and was told that a team member would bring it to my room and hang it on the door. Unfortunately, that never happened and I was awakened the next morning by housekeeping knocking on my door. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. While I appreciated the accommodations, better follow-through on guest requests and honoring room reservations would have made for a much better stay.

I liked how friendly the people were from the valet parking workers to the desk workers. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Stay was amazing and hotel was the best so far

It was very limited on the food choices and pretty much whenever you went somewhere to get a snack or something it was not easily accessible. I like the open area where you walk in, and you could easily see where the lobby was and locate all the staff, which were very helpful. The rooms were just right, and the amenities were good overall a good stay.

Legacy took care of us as we checked in. My guy was celebrating his birthday and he got red velvet cake in the room. Everything was very nice.

The overall stay was okay. I wouldn’t say that is a 4 star hotel. The location was the only thing really nice about this hotel.

Everything about the hotel is great. The room is very clean and spacious. The property is very well maintained. The only thing we did not like is that the pool area hardly had any staff members , so people were constantly smoking even though it is prohibited and a couple decided to have sex in the pool while kids were around. I emailed the front desk about that incident but it took a while for the security agent to show and he walked around the pool once and left again.

This Hilton hotel was absolutely beautiful outside and inside! It was very modern and each part of the hotel was more beautiful than the next. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous all around the hotel. The room was really nice and clean. The pool area could’ve been upkeep a little bit better there was food wrappers in the pool etc. but other than that it was still looking very clean and the hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at!

Nice rooms, delicious food at the restaurant, breakfast cafe was really nice, especially David! So attentive and friendly. Amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

It was hard to even manage walking through the lobby because of how packed it was and they are hosting this all weekend. We checked into our room and it was ok, but the room was a connecting room and the neighbors were so loud we could hear every word of their conversations. We ultimately had to switch rooms at 10pm which ended up being on a lower floor and not as nice as a room. The AC also did not work so it was unbearably hot throughout the night. I never write reviews but the overall experience was so terrible, especially for staying at the Hilton. They really should have made the stays for the weekend exclusive to the people attending the event. It was so strange to be subjected to that and so many people throughout the lobby and amenities which we didn’t feel comfortable using.

Great staff and location. The breakfast food for our convention was outstanding. I had a plumbing issue in my room but they took care of it. The down escalator from the lobby to the lower area broke but it was repaired after a few hours.

Arrived after midnight and both rooms AC were not working have to wait until they fix it. It took over an hour to cool even though the AC wasn’t very efficient. The hotel room is old no update the only thing good was the location

The property looks to have been recently updated. Rooms were clean. Location is convenient. Not a lot of choices for dining on property..

House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.

I had an outstanding stay at the Hilton and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt valued as a guest.

The property building looks very nice but the room and bathroom look outdated need to be upgraded. The shower is no even look like a Hilton hotel.

Staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. The space was clean and well lit. The elevators are a little fast and can make you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster for the first millisecond.

Everything was above average other than malfunctioning elevators on the last two days, and a bartender who was less than courteous.

The dining staff at the restaurant were execeptional. The best I have seen. I cannot remember all names, but there was a young African American lady, also a guy by the name Jose, Jessica and Rene Jimenez.

Upon arriving, noticed parking was $25/night for across the street or $38/ night valet so we chose valet. They were nice the whole weekend. The room service is extremely expensive! The room we were placed in was by the ice machine with a view of the roof and construction. It was so small that you could barely bring the luggage cart in and the bathroom door wouldn’t close with someone on the toilet. Popcorn ceilings and a squeaky office chair. Housekeeping was good about making our bed and fresh towels. The room was very dusty and when we woke every morning, our throats were scratchy. The pool was a mess with large pool furniture and leaves in the pool. I will not return to this hotel.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. A little remote so having a better bar/restaurant option in the hotel would have helped. We were using the work trip as a vacation as well so it did not feel like a vacation - felt more corporate based ... would have preferred better dining options other than a cafeteria in the building for employees or the mall food courts across the freeway.
