Rooms were huge and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

There was no TV remote and after asking for one 3 times, it took 3 hours to get one and the staff member really didn’t seem to care and was rude about it.

Easy check-in and clean room. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The staff was nice, room was clean, and the bed was ok. The location was great for us. The ac worked well. The elevator was out for a bit and we were on the 5th floor but was fixed pretty quickly. My husband got breakfast, I did not, he said it was fine. Honestly for the price it could have been better as we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area when we come to visit family and this was our first time staying here.

Dominique, the front desk agent who checked us in, was amazing! We booked through a 3rd party and we're supposed to have a wheelchair accessible room, but we were put down for a hearing accessible room. She went above and beyond to get us in a wheel chair room for my mom, and gave us a lower rate.

The flavored water on the counter when you first walk in. The hotel system was down and I was told that my booking wasn’t confirmed. I showed the front desk my information and confirmation number and the manager proceeded to argue with me about not having a reservation. I then had to call the booking site and have them talk to the front desk to confirm exactly what I said. Instead of the manager apologizing to me and rebooking he told me it was nothing that he could do. Many customers had issues checking in as well and got their rooms situated. I had never stayed there before and had never had a booking issue through the site it used before and I won’t be returning to this establishment. Also they wanted us to leave our credit card information on a sheet of paper and leave it with them until the system was up and running so we could still get charges later. I took my paper for safety reasons of course.

Breakfast had good ideas of selection but the flavor wasn’t there house keeping comes every other day Stayed on the 4th floor a lot off noise coming from the other rooms quick stay would be okay I guess I would think again if longer then that oh and parking the spots are small so there’s a lot of door to door parking if the other guests know how to park my husband had to drop us off and he goes and park the car The hotel does have patrol so it’s safe no concern with that

Rooms: The room (1 king bed) was HUGE. Desk, couch, mini fridge, microwave. Really great space to lounge or do work. One of the biggest hotel rooms I have seen, and particularly impressive given the affordability of the hotel. Breakfast: Available until 10 in the mornings. A good amount of options, barring any serious dietary restrictions. Delicious. The breakfast room is super nice and a great spot to do work or read after the buffet shuts down. Gym: Solid, nothing fancy but clean. Getting around: About a 10-15 min walk from the nearest train station, then 30 min into downtown via the DART. Ubers will pick you up here as well. Staff: Kind! They also let me keep my bags there after I checked out so I could spend my last day exploring before an evening flight.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest places I’ve stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

All the ladies working was definitely sweet and friendly helped me a lot always spoke to my daughter when we came thru. Guy late Thursday night was also cool great customer service. except on my Friday morning young lady working the front. I only had to speak with her once cuz I was checking out. My room was cleaned everyday I was there cuz I requested it if I wanted somthing done I just texted the number and put a request in. Some of the housekeeper ladies didn’t understand English. I noticed one elevator was down whole time I was there. Breakfast was awesome one day they had sausage patties scrambled eggs the next they had bacon n eggs and the basic breakfast choices. Great mirrors in room one body mirror n a big size mirror in the bathroom. Indoor pool was awesome..

I stayed here for a business trip. The property was a little dirty but they were doing some renovations. So I can’t really say it was their fault. Great location and decent price. Fitness center is missing some parts but still was usable. A nice property and worth another visit

The staff was WONDERFUL from the moment I checked in til the moment I checked out! The front desk staff was kind, pleasant, and courteous! The breakfast staff and housekeeping were a delight! Sofia heads up the breakfast service and she was amazing. She even made my kids turkey sausage one morning as they don’t eat pork. They conversed with us every day, always smiling and very helpful! They kept everything clean and someone was always cleaning something every time we were in the hallways! Wiping walls, glass on doors, sweeping, etc. I loved all the live plants throughout the lobby & building. Our room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was it smelled a little musty, like damp or something. I’m guessing it was from the wall a/c unit as in the Texas heat in July, it ran NON- stop for the 10 days I was there. The couch in my room had seen better days and could’ve afforded to be replaced- just old, faded, one cushion ripped where it met the back of the couch, but none of those were deal breakers for us. The staff, environment and experience were wonderful! The pool and gym were both clean and in perfect condition and we utilized both. The fresh cookies and fruit infused water every afternoon were a nice added touch and my kids took full advantage! 1 of the 2 elevators was down during our stay, but we were on the 1st floor so it only affected us when I went upstairs to do laundry. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and we WILL stay here when we return to Dallas!

My flight was significantly delayed, so I didn't arrive until after 1 a.m. (This hotel is conveniently located by Love Field airport.) As a solo female traveler, safety was my top priority, and I’m happy to report the hotel felt very secure. The night manager was absolutely awesome—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly put me at ease after a stressful day. I wish I had caught his name to give him proper credit, but he provided excellent service during a late-night arrival. The parking lot was also well-lit, which I really appreciated.

The hotel does have security but did not feel safe here,

Pets are allowed. Breakfast was adequate but could be better. Beds were comfortable. It’s a functional and basic place for a good price. Good location. Parking was good. Elevator was slow and only one was working for entire 4 night stay.

We felt safe as the hotel security guard was always walking around the parking lot. I’d stay here again!

We stayed there after we had an early morning appt. Roads were iced and it was close to Appt location. We got the second floor after we requested lower due to limited walking capabilities. it was very hard getting dad upstairs. okay location if you can go walk upstairs

We ended up asking for a refund and went and stayed somewhere else. They over booked rooms so we didn’t get the room we reserved. There were dirty tissues sitting on the chair and floor when we walked in and the carpets were extremely dirty. We walked in and walked out and went to stay somewhere else

The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is definitely a strong feature and added value. Parking was easy. My only note is that the rooms need to be updated.

OK, the room was average at best. The air conditioner was either too cold and freezing or when it’s cycled off the room was too hot. The mini fridge didn’t work so we complained about that they came in replace the mini fridge with another mini fridge that didn’t work, which wouldn’t be a normal concern, but my husband had just had surgery and we needed to keep ice packs cold and it just wasn’t happening so luckily we had a cooler with us and had to fill it to the top with ice to be able to keep his ice packs cold, the staff was accommodating but inept. The breakfast was your average boring, hotel, breakfast and cold.

The beds and pillows were very tired and in need of being replaced. Everything else was fine and the front desk staff was great.

The room smelled really clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, after an early morning walk our door stopped working due to weak batteries, the hotel clerk changed the batteries at 4am without waiting for the maintenance crew to do it the next morning, I really appreciated that.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall the property was very well kept. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast buffet. The room was just ok. The bed was hard and you could tell it was 2 twin beds put together because my husbands side was lower than mine along with a hump in the middle. Found hair in the shower and on the floor in the corners. Carpet had several stains. The shower was also very slick.

This hotel needs to be updated. It’s showing age. Only one working elevator the 4 days we were there. The location is prime and the hotel should reflect the neighborhood.

Rooms smell a bit musky - probably the carpet is either over used, not cleaned very well or there’s moisture elsewhere. I looked at a second room and it was similar. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or made up during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. We did not try the breakfast but had a look and seemed average. I think it’s an ok place if you’re just looking for a room to stay and nothing fancy.

If you like using yoga mats, I’d recommend bringing one since the gym doesn’t provide them. Overall, the gym was great and I was still able to get my workouts in during my free time. I tend to do more yoga/Pilates-style movements, so I definitely noticed the mat was missing. The gym was clean, although unfortunately the treadmills weren’t working during our stay. They did have a really nice Peloton bike that I was able to use instead. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. Great location as well!

The hotel offered secured convenient parking and a good breakfast.

They use free parking passes for outdoor parking and have a "patrol car" that checks in that. And the parking spaces are not wide, if you know what i mean!

I have stayed here many times. There are 2 elevators. Only twice in the last 5 years have both elevators worked. With 5 floors and the number of rooms there, both elevators need to be working!! Not a hotel for me anymore!!

We were very happy with our stay. Parking was excellent, security was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Cleanliness was good except for the tiny trash cans in the room, when you're not taking the trash from the rooms every day.

Both were good. Staff was friendly especially daytime staff. I didn’t notice until later but my recipe showed my address as Las Vegas instead of San Angelo, Texas!

Excellent hotel to stay with your family

elevator was out of use, my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and the fridge had the previous guests food items in it when I checked in.

Parking was easy and accessible! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Breakfast was hot and stayed stocked and the indoor pool was clean and well kept. We spent most of our time there! I’d definitely stay here again when in the area!

Good clean room. Hotel conveniently located to businesses, restaurants, and shopping. Room was very basic- small, furniture and fixtures were lower quality than I’m accustomed, water pressure in shower and sink were acceptable. Breakfast was typical.

Easy parking, close enough to SMU campus and a bit less expensive than the other lodging closer to the university. Good free breakfast. Was perfect for a 1 night stay.

Our stay was quite pleasant The staff made it feel like a home away from home. The hospitality team was great the manager Corey was absolutely amazing if I’m ever in the Dallas area I will definitely be revisiting you all.
