Clean, well kept king suite. Front desk staff and manager were wonderful in managing a hiccup in my reservation. I liked everything about the property. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. Even the sofa bed in the suite was comfortable. Was in town to see a very popular band at AT&T Stadium (15 min drive)

Location, staff, and breakfast. The shower room and ice maker require more maintenance. The image of the bathtub isn't very good. The ice maker looks dirty.

Clean and staff was friendly. The bath tub in my room had rust spots on the floor of the tub. The enamel was so worn you could see the gray dark primer beneath the faded white.

The first room I stayed in smelled like mold or mildew. I had to ask to be moved. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and I didn’t have to park.

The breakfast was right on time, the staff was polite an informative, the location was key because of the immediate access to the highway an plenty of food spots to choose from within walkin distance

Only I don’t like is air conditioning auto make room hot but the rest stuff no problem

Everything about my stay was just amazing. Check in process was easy. The room, bathroom, and beds were clean. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and didn’t have to do much which was great. And we did go to the gym one night and that was good too. The manager there made our stay. She made sure my son had the snacks that he preferred because he’s so picky and she was truly hospitable. We felt welcomed the entire time from all of the staff and never had any issues. Will definitely be staying here again.

Thankfully my husband asked the young man at the front desk for an extra towel. He was so kind and polite to us. We will highly recommend hotel to our family and friends. We will return..

Our car wouldn't start. It ended up being a bad battery, but the maintenance guy came and jumped it off for us with his own tools.

Great staff, great amenities, clean common areas and clean rooms, toilet seat was broken, ironing board was broken, water pressure in shower was dismal.

The hotel did they did not have my reservations and I had to pay them at the hotel and also they did not see my modified reservation and I am asking for a refund because they know never receive modification of the reservation so I should not be able to charge me thank you

The staff was nice for the most part. The room appeared to be clean on first glance BUT the shower and toilet looked like it had not been touched. Luckily, I carry Clorox wipes and shower shoes. Great location.

Front desk help was friendly and helpful. The room condition, though, seemed a bit lacking. The bed covers had the smell of body odor, as if they hadn't been washed properly. In the bathroom were a couple of toenail clippings that were there when we arrived. I've stayed at Hampton Inns before and have been quite happy, but, if this had been my first time at one, it most likely would have also been my last.

Super clean room. No weird smells and very comfy beds. Competitive pricing for the area near downtown. Very nice stay overall.

Front desk staff. Water pressure very low and housekeeping missed a day due to holiday but found it unimportant to advise me prior to.

Our room was very clean. Hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of tables to sit for big families. Amy at front desk was very nice and went above and beyond for us and our big family party of 5 rooms. I slept through breakfast and she was kind of enough to get us milk for our toddler even though they had just closed. Lady on night shift also had a great smile and very nice. House keeping ladies were very helpful and smiled at my toddler when he would walk by them.

Breakfast was okay, my French toast were a bit cold. Other than that no complaints.

Everything was great except for the check-in, Had to find the clerk to check-in and he was very rude - no greeting, no smile, talked very rapidly and basically acted like I was interfering with whatever he was doing and he just wanted to get rid of me. Didn't inform me of the wi-fi info so I had to interrupt him again to get the information.

Parking lot is well lit. Easy travel in and out of the area.

Breakfast was exceptional. This is coming from someone who hates eating outside.

The TV was hung so poorly you couldn't see TV from bed. Room was either freezing or hot. Seek accommodations elsewhere. Overall horrible.

The property seem isolated but other that no complaints

It started it out fantastic but our car was stolen the mast night we were there and the hotel was very unhelpful. It felt like an inside job. A brand new truck stolen with our baby-seat and stroller inside almost 4 hours from home. They would not show us the security footage or the name of the worker who was very suspicious. The first day we just checked in and that same suspicious worker came upstairs and said there was a complaint. She was trying to look in the room but I held it slightly open. Tjat same worker was waiting outside for her ride when we returned Saturday night only for our car to be stolen that night after we retired to our room. Other vehicles similar to ours have been stolen

We didn't like that the bathroom fans didn't work. Other than that, the room was great and clean.

Rooms are always clean and comfy. Breakfast is fresh and good as well. I love staying here when in Dallas. This is my go to spot. Great area as well, a lot of convienant options all around.

Everything was great, we had a little issue with the television but the person from the front desk went and fixed it for us. Breakfast was delicious. We will visit again soon.

I was happy with the hotel and the location. Not happy to be charged 25.00 for checking in 1 hour early and not told.

The stay was great no issues apart from there only being one working elevator.

Excellent stay, very clean, great breakfast, free coffee all day, ample parking, vg location, easy fill water station, frig and microwave in room. Only minus was staff said internet was not free, even for hiilton honors guests.

This was a last minute reservation and everything was quick and easy.

Overall it was fine. However, I did not like that the clerk at check-in wanted a $25 early check-in fee when the room was already clearly ready. Also, there was no juice at all for my grandchildren to have with breakfast as the machine was broken and no one bothered to get some individual size juices to have available for the hotel guests with their breakfast.

We enjoyed this hotel and will stay again if we come back to the area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and our room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good! We loved the location. It was only about 20-25 minutes from airport, Grapevine Mills and only 10 from downtown!

They treat you like you work for them if you need anything for the room like towels etc they tell you go look down hallways for a made and asked them for clean towels or come to the front desk doing normal morning business hours of 9:00am just rude and lazy service! If you’re going on vacation don’t stay here they will put you to work like you are renting a Motel not a nice Hilton hotel sister property not your normal Hampton Inn suites that’s for sure !

Staff was extremely polite, breakfast was phenomenal, and rooms were very clean and neat.cant wait to stay again.

Donna from the front desk made my stay completely horrible. She made us sit in the lobby for at least 3 hours because she swore up and down they did not accept debit cards per the owner. Mean while my mom and I are showing her the company website for this exact location stating they accept debit / Visa cards. She agrees with the website but still says she has to go with the owners rules. We ask for the manager on duty she told me she was gone for the day… 3 minutes later here comes Anne i believe her name was the dang on manager! I told her what happened and she fixed it and got us in a room within 15 minutes. The manager Apologized and told Donna to handle it. Donna handled it but before she gave me the keys said “yeah she’s doing this because you guys are from out of town” like no she’s not .. she was so difficult to work with and lacked empathy. The other staff were nice and my stay was pleasant! No bugs or anything.
