Stayed overnight with family for a concert. Very clean hotel and good quality furniture, towels, comfy beds! We felt safe and front desk staff were friendly.

The room was clean, staff was nice! But I did get charged for parking.

The location was a major issue for me. A lot of homelessness in the area and it made me feel unsafe. I also worried about my car so I would not recommend staying here.

Between a virtual assistant and the hotel staff, i don’t know who was worse. After several discussions that claimed to find solutions, both incomplete and accidental cancellations, and a lack of communication between staff members, we were left with double charges, given no options/accommodations for the mix up, and no refund options. It all felt like a scam.

The room was clean and the bathroom smelled sanitized. The front desk staff was really kind and helpful with our stay as well as recommendations for things to do. Parking was easy and in the front and back of the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate 24/7.

Please tell us at check in that there is a parking fee so your patrons can be informed and not surprised. Fee is reasonable amount. #2 Consider an alarm clock in your rooms. Guests don’t want to oversleep. Some need more than just their phone alarm. Breakfast was good. Hostess there was wonderful, as were desk clerks. Thank you.

Everything was great, except the room was a little warm. We woke up several times because it was too hot. Other than that, great hotel!

The sheets had not been changed. There were potato chip crumbs or something that looked like potato chips. There was no C charger outlet. He let me use his adapter. There were roaches

Housekeeping kept our room clean and organized. We had clean towels every day.

Overall a great place to stay for the price & location. I was suprised by the unexpected parking charge required for each night. Although it was only $10- that was not advertised anywhere and annoying since it's not anywhere near downtown. Also it would be helpful to have breakfast open later than 9:00. That seemed pretty early to end breakfast. The gym area was nice but had a strange gassy smell in it. The pool was too crowded to get in. The room was nice, clean and the beds were cozy.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well above average. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a pocket door, which was a bit unusual. My family and I definitely enjoyed our one night stay here.

Everything was great but didn’t like the breakfast. What they served wasn’t very tasty. Scrambled eggs and bacon would tasted a lot better than what they served. I try find places where breakfast is severed to save money but this time we ate out because it wasn’t good at all

When I am traveling I usually try to stay at a Hampton Inn because I know exactly what I am getting and this one lived up to my expectations. We did not have time to utilize the pool and fitness areas but they appeared to be clean and on par with most Hampton Inns. The breakfast was only average compared to most Hampton Inns but the cleanliness, service and quiet, and comfortable beds made up for it. We were right next to the Interstate but you couldn’t hear much travel noise, in part due to the room darkening shades. I would strongly recommend this location!

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. It was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed our short stay very much!

A bit far from downtown, but was not problematic to find the place. Cleaning, comfy bed, typical breakfast.

The room was very clean. The breakfast served was very good, and the food area was consistently being cleaned by a lovely lady. My husband lost his wallet, and the staff was very helpful, checking the room several times.My husband found it in a different part of the hotel. The reason I only gave four stars is that the bed was really firm, and the pillows were so flimsy that it made for a rough night of sleep.

Only negatives were the elevators were extremely slow lol and the indoor pool was too cold to swim in.

Overall, this place was great. Clean. Helpful staff. Everything worked well. Minor gripes were small: sink faucet was barely over the edge of the side of the sink. People with large hands have an issue with this. Breakfast had good coffee and juice. Food offerings were meager and not replenished quickly. Still 4.5 stars. I would return.

The only thing I have to complain about was that my truck was broken into and my tools were stolen out of the parking lot

Breakfast was marginal staff which was the breakfast person and front desk were both eating at same time not paying attention. Need to realize when they have to much water under items which makes it hard to get what you need. supposed to be hot items they were not. Today was potatoes chicken patty and omelette. Potatoes also had paper in container which made it hard to scoop out. I always book hotels that offer breakfast again this one was marginal. Also need to wipe the spigot on the creamer by the coffee as it had dried creamer on it making it hard to use I do work in food service.

We were having problems with the TV remote. They brought new batteries to our room. When that didn't work, they brought us another remote. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful.

I was impressed with how clean it was, and the size. I did not use the amenities but the only problem seen is that the elevator was out the morning we left. Everyone was really nice as well.

Elevators were broke when went to check so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The extending counter top in the bathroom was awesome. The water pressure could have been better. Bed pillows weren't very comfortable.

Last minute choice in an area that I was not accustomed to, took a chance on newly built hotels and choose this one. We had a very late check in, driving up we saw several homeless walking around. Upon check-in, I made the comment, is our car alright out there? to which he responded, No. We removed all baggage before going up. We were told the police monitors and does drive thru's - that there is a problem with break in's. To our releif, nothing had occured over night. The beds are very comfy, usual bathroom. Breakfast was good. There is an overall musty smell - like it needs circulation. Over all we slept good. Bear this in mind, it is an old under developed area but looks like they are trying to fix it, just not sure if I would take the chance again, there again, it could happen anywhere!

This is a great hotel to stay at! It is surrounded by some not nice area but that doesn’t reflect at all on this hotel itself. The breakfast was great every morning and the staff was very friendly!

This property is in the wrong part of town. My catalytic converters were stolen over night. I wouldn’t recommend this area. The hotel was clean and staff friendly but they did send me a bill for $5 for parking that wasn’t mentioned after I checked out. Pretty sad considering my stuff was stolen from there parking.

House keeping wasn’t done cleaning our room by the check in time and we had to wait another 20min to get in the room.The door to my room was difficult to open and close, house keeping didn’t get to our room until 5pm the next day when we were trying to hang out before dinner. Overall a very meh experience but you get what you pay for.
