Reviews
The hotel has a great location in downtown Dallas, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. However, valet parking is expensive and can be inconvenient, with some guests experiencing issues with their cars. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, but some guests have reported problems with air conditioning and noise.

Parking is terrible! The website says "valet parking is available" when it's actually the ONLY option with the hotel! There is a public parking lot, not related to the hotel and not monitored, somewhere behind the hotel that people can park in, which is not a safe neighborhood to leave a car. So the website is misleading. It's $55/night plus tax and tips which the workers mention frequently. I contacted Expedia regarding this misrepresentation but they would not do anything about it. The room was a nice size and breakfast was good. The last night our whole floor and room stunk of sewage. When I called to the front desk, they offered to move us but only had rooms for 2 people and we had 3 in our party. She then said she would leave a note for the manager but we were never contacted. Had we known the only option for safe parking was valet, we would stayed somewhere else.
- 5/5
Only thing was there was no information on where the ice machines were! They are on odd floors!
- 1/5
Air conditioner doesn’t work it was a very warm 78 our whole stay. The room is located on the 11th floor right next to the parking garage they use for valet. At five AM the car alarms started. I’m assuming valet locates the parked cars by using the panic button on the keys due to the non stop car alarms that you can hear loud and clear from said room. Staff was awesome. Room was terrible.
- 3/5
No wifi, breakfast was good. The staff were amazing, just really bummed there was no wifi at all during my entire trip
- 5/5
I liked this hotel. Very clean and well maintained with a spacious breakfast area. The parking valet remain busy so I would have some patience with them or request sooner. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff were super friendly and warm, always willing to help Sadly the breakfast was a bit bland I did not use the parking facilities
- 3/5
Parking is expensive. Our room had a wet spot in the carpet, a side lamp did not work, and the ice machine on floor 7 was not working.
- 4/5
No wi fi for my entire stay. I parked valet. On the second night my vehicle could not be accessible The gate was not able to open due to network issues . I was advised to get an Uber. I missed my restruant reservation.

Nice, spacious, and clean room! Very quiet!!

The location is the best part of this experience. That's all. First, the coffee machine in the room was probably the worst one I have ever seen. Frankly, it would have been better not to have one at all. It was difficult to call it a proper coffee machine, and even more difficult to call what came out of it coffee. Another issue was housekeeping. There were notices by the sink stating that the room would be serviced daily, including making the bed, removing trash, and replacing towels. We stayed at the hotel for two days, and none of this happened at any point before we checked out. We also wanted to visit the pool after seeing the photos online. We asked the front desk whether bathrobes were available, but there were none. We were told to use the towels from our room instead, which was not particularly convenient considering that our towels had not been replaced due to the lack of housekeeping. The pool area itself was also extremely hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The food selection was extremely limited. The options included bagels that you could toast yourself, an omelet or boiled eggs, potatoes, and pork sausages. The eggs in particular were very poor. For drinks, there was basic filter coffee of very low quality or juice that tasted excessively sugary. The most popular breakfast option seemed to be the waffles, which guests could make themselves using the waffle maker. The breakfast area itself was also far too small for the number of guests. It became crowded very quickly, people could barely pass each other, and simply preparing your breakfast. One more point is the so-called “free Wi-Fi.” Yes, you can connect to it, but in order to do so you are asked to provide personal information, including your phone number, email address, full name, and home address. In practice, you are exchanging your personal data for internet access, while also agreeing to receive advertising and marketing communications afterward. Is that really “free” Wi-Fi?

Great location for exploring Dallas. No problem holding our luggage until check in. Good size rooms. Nothing to dislike
- 4/5
Bed was hard, not super plush but decent. Great pillows. The room ac was nice and cold. When I reviewed the property, I saw parking was available. I was not told that Valet for $57 per night was the only option. Thumbs 👎
- 5/5
The room was extremely spacious. I absolutely loved the rainfall shower. Plenty of towels for all guests so we didn’t need to ask for more. The room included a sofa couch and two queen beds, a mini fridge and microwave. Lovely views of downtown from a corner room. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. Not too hot and not too cold. Starbucks on main floor. Breakfast was delicious. Overall amazing stay. Valet parking only at $50 a night but this was expected for downtown.
- 4/5
Had everything we need and beds are so comfortable we loved the onsite Starbucks The indoor pool
- 5/5
The property and room was clean and up to date. What I didn’t care for so much was the breakfast. It didn’t have much flavor but I guess you can’t be picky when it is free. The Starbucks on property was definitely a plus!
- 5/5
Definitely a nice hotel to book in downtown dalls
- 4/5
I know it's downtown, but keep in mind the lack of parking. Valet is $50/day or you can park in a paid parking lot around the corner. For 3nights/4days we paid about $100.

It was really good to be honest the valet were super nice and friendly and the staff were too with good breakfast options. Room was clean only complaint is the a/c was really not that good and a little crowded in the street.

This was the perfect location in the heart of downtown Dallas. I was about 15-20 mins from most of the tourist attractions. The design of the hotel was absolutely stunning and the rooms were a nice size and well maintained.

Todo super bien
- 3/5
The staff were amazing and informative about how to navigate the area. However, the ac was out and the hotel places a box fan in the room instead of offering different accommodations. Myself and my friend have complex medical issues and the heat was uncomfortable. Again the staff was responsive and the overall stay was good. We would stay again.

I had an excellent stay, clean room, good customer service from the staff, and the breakfast was good. Only one thing I didn't like was room service, tidy up the room, is available every other day.
- 5/5
Valet was wonderful and stay was amazing!!
- 5/5
The perfect stay in our opinion. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a different hot selection each day plus a waffle machine. Kudos to staff for there knowledge and friendliness. Location felt safe and very convenient to walkable restaurants and city parks. Will definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a stress-free stay in Dallas without breaking the bank, this Hampton Inn is a fantastic pick. We were thoroughly impressed by several factors that made our trip much smoother: * **The Room:** Surprisingly **spacious and incredibly clean**. It didn't feel cramped like many city hotels, giving us plenty of room to relax. * **The Service:** The staff and valet team were the highlights of our stay. They were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we pulled up. * **The Location:** You’re **close to a variety of great food options**, making it easy to grab a bite without a long commute. * **The Value:** Easily the best part—the price point is unbeatable compared to other hotels in the immediate area. **Bottom Line:** You get high-end hospitality and a pristine room for a fraction of the cost of neighboring spots. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was nice and staff very helpful and convenient to walk to JFK and other downtown attractions
- 5/5
Absolute amazing city and Hampton Inn. There is a modern and old world vibe that is magical. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is VERY COMFORTABLE. There is WiFi and the staff has been welcoming and accommodating for all of my needs. The room is quiet despite the bustling city noises. They provide Breakfast, looking forward to that! The Inn has a large bar with delicious margaritas 🍹 😋 and a wide variety of liquor to chose from. There is even a pool for the family to swim and enjoy time here without ever leaving. The location is nestled downtown in the heart of the city. Downtown Dallas is clean and I enjoyed walking around to get the night vibes. The valet guys are amazing.
- 5/5

Great location! Walking distance to great restaurants and farmers market. Very clean!!
- 3/5
Person working check in didnt act like he wanted to be there. The place was clean and the room was clean.
- 5/5
The staff was helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Valet parking is too expansive and there is cheaper parking nearby. Was there for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. Took an Iber to venue which was great.
- 5/5
Location was everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had complementary breakfast. I had a nice stay for the Dallas vs Lakers game.
- 5/5
It is close to the art center and the place is really nice and clean
- 5/5
Everything was well kept. Beds were comfortable and clean smelling. Nice indoor poor. When I stay there again. I will valet park. It was only $10 more than parking outside in another parking lot behind the hotel. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars while we were there. There was a park very close too.
- 5/5
I love the way the furniture is as rearranged in the room
- 3/5
Bed/pillows wasn't as comfortable as other properties. Room was mostly clean. Overpriced for quality of hotel
- 5/5

I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. We had lots of roaches in our room lots of homeless people downstairs sketchy area. Stay away from this area and hotel.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice clean room, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast with many options.
- 1/5
This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
They don’t have self park and the valet is 50 per day + tips
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Clean and spacious
- 5/5
Having security was a plus. My kids loved the pool. 24 hr laundry room came in handy after a long road trip.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was on their phone many times and wasn’t friendly or helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area. The valet attendants were so friendly and welcoming, though. Although the hotel had snacks and drinks near their front desk area, they were greatly overpriced. Also, although the hotel advertised as a pet friendly hotel, we could not find a close area for walking our dog to relieve himself. The hotel room was very nice, however, and a great size for my family of 5 and our service dog.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean. Thank you
- 2/5
Rooms were large and clean ( suites)/the guy who checked us in wasn't friendly at all , rude/ very clean large rooms / the ladies we encountered at front desk were very helpful and friendly / many food places walking distance / excellent valets / overall good experience
