The hotel was very clean and the staff was great! The bed was very comfortable, but I could use a better pillow if I could find anything wrong. The amenities are awesome! I will go back and I do recommend this hotel.

This hotel was so gorgeous, so modern, so amazing! They had live music at the bar every day with beautiful musicians. We stayed in the suite and it was like we were staying at the Ritz-Carlton. The front desk people, the Doorman, everyone that worked at that hotel was like they were trained by the Ritz-Carlton . When we arrived in the room, they gifted us a very good bottle of wine, and a When we arrived in the room, they gifted us a very good bottle of wine and an amazing fruit tray, and it was not even our anniversary.. The service was impeccable.5 Stars!!

We had our honeymoon there , staff was helpful, rooms were clean everyday . I have enjoyed the room service and the menu.

We wanted some ice since it was so hot and 100 degrees out. There was a sign in the room asking us to call for ice. Looked for the hotel phone to call for ice. The phone in the room was broken. We went out to dinner and got back late. Finally used the bathroom. Toilet would not flush. We were so tired we did not want to deal with having someone come to fix or having to move rooms. Luckily my better half is handy. He knew what to do. We had to lift the top of the toilet cover and press the toilet fill valve. Every single time we wanted to flush the toilet… When we checked out the next day - we told the front desk and they refunded me the resort fee and valet charge. The staff were nice and hospitable. Check toilet before you unpack if you are staying over night. Flush several times to check all is working.

I have stayed before in this hotel a few months before, with that good experience I went ahead and booked for this travel I had and let me just say that the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the shared amenities, and even the rooms left a lot to say, to elaborate in one of our rooms we found a dog toy that was chewed which my toddler got a hold of, and one of the beds there was a blood stain, now when it comes to the shared amenities, the pool had green grime all over the sides, and the water was filthy. Also, the food left us very disappointed from simple toast that were burnt meat undercooked, to a lot more food quality issues. The staff is great. They did an amazing job and making us feel comfortable but other than the staff everything else was a complete disaster will not be staying there ever again.

Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern. Lastly, I needed to warm my food up that I got from somewhere else, they brung a dirty microwave to my room, sat it in a chair that had food spills and a bug in it. I called them to bring a different one and it barely worked so couldn’t warm my food. All in all, I will NEVER return. The hotel is TOO expensive to deal with any of that. DO NOT STAY THERE! ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THE PICTURES ONLINE MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK BETTER AND BIGGER BUT ITS NOT THAT IN PERSON. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and had better service and microwaves in the room. Also there are extra charges for parking and once you leave that they do not tell you about.

I had an amazing stay at Hall Hotels! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I had absolutely no complaints throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hall Hotels to anyone looking for a great experience!

The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. We had drinks & appetizers at Astra which was very nice & very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful. And having a free car service, as long as you were within 5 miles was great, as the average temperature while we were there was 95!!

This hotel is simply stunning and feels as though you’re spending the night inside a beautifully curated museum. Every detail reflects elegance and luxury. The customer service was exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests, creating an experience that was both memorable and special. This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again.

Great hotel. Elegant and well maintained. The only issue was the restaurant. We had planned a special celebratory dinner before a graduation ceremony at nearby Symphony Hall but never received our entrees because the waiter forgot to put in our orders.

There are still a few kinks to be worked out, but the hotel shows promise. Very well located.

Always enjoy staying here....Hilton or Marriott affiliation doesn't seem to make a difference. Housekeeping fell well below expectation this time around, however. Ran out of tissue paper on day one....it was never replaced despite requests to housekeeping and the front desk.

This hotel is beautiful and located in a cool part of downtown. However the property got sold to new ownership 2 weeks prior to our stay, and Hotels.com didn’t notify us very thoroughly (just saying we might need to adjust our res). Then Hilton said our reservation was cancelled and credit card charges waived. Then Marriott said nope your reservation is still on! So after we finally found the right place it was OK. The other issue we had was noise—it’s next to very busy streets that can get loud with vehicles and people shouting at night. It aside from that the staff was nice and everything is artsy and cool.

The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with spacious comfortable rooms, a beautiful rooftop pool and very attentive staff.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. All the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My only complaint would be with the car valets. They were not very attentive, and did not have the sense of urgency that most valets have. When we checked out the valet just handed my husband the keys and watched him load our bags in the car.

The hotel is under some major renovation and feels very understaffed. We booked the highest category room and received a nice corner room with pretty views but much smaller than what a 480 sq ft room should feel like. We made a reservation for the Ellie for dinner but found out that it was closed for construction (which was I did not know about). Had breakfast before checking out. Although the food was fine, our server/service was extremely slow. There was only one guy working the valet and we had to wait a long while for the key to our vehicle (even though it was already pulled up at the curb). While we were waiting for our car key, another couple that was waiting asked me how breakfast was onsite. I honestly told her that the food was fine but the service was slow. Her response was, “we ate here for dinner last night. The service was very slow and the food was not good.”

Good central location in a pretty part of Dallas. Love the art installations in this hotel too! An overall 8/10. The only thing was the valet.

Staff on duty was not good for poolside service waited hours on food order and drinks were already watered down then I was charged for drinks that were not on my room. While front desk staff would throw Hilton points my way my credit card did not get charged the correct amount. Frustration is an understatement

Located in the arts district, it is a perfect hotel for people who love all the artistic events that Dallas could offer. We could just walk to the performing arts, the Dallas Museum of Art, and so on. While September is a low key month to see such performances, we loved staying in this fine hotel. It has a rather small roof top pool that I loved too. They need to get a better restaurant on the property. We, however, walked around the area to find good restaurants that were better than satisfactory. We will stay here on our next visit, but that will be during the season of opera, dance, theater and such.

I’m so disappointed with this hotel… this is a 5 star hotel? It felt so unmanaged, single ply toilet paper, hairs everywhere, not bringing up our luggage, bits of mold on the shower trimming, the safe vault was not functional in the room, 1 working elevator.. awful

Beautiful Hotel however parking was confusing and valet was not welcoming. The tv in our room didn’t work and there was hair and hair ties in the closet and bathroom. Merissa, who check us in was the nicest person we had interaction with at the hotel.

This stay was great. It was my anniversary and the gentleman at the front desk upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. We received delicious bubbly once we got to our room. The customer service was just superb and made my wife and I feel welcomed and comfortable.
