Amazing Hotel! Quality, quality, quality! Staff were superb - the service and the food in the restaurant was top notch. The room was vary spacious, clean, modern and very well-appointed. We had a fantastic sleep in the wonderfully comfortable bed. The motorised blackout blinds and double glazing keep light and noise to an absolute minimum despite the fact that planes were taking off and landing on a regular basis. We loved the rooftop pool and the amazing views of the airside and runways with aircraft taking off and landing in full view. We also used the fitness centre, which is modern with an excellent range of equipment. It is disappointing that there is no 'Day Rate' available at the Grand Hyatt (our flight out was at midnight) and we had to transfer to the 'other' Hyatt for the rest of the day.

The staff was amazing, food was hella expensive but what do you expect at an airport?

We only stayed one night as we were travelling from Dallas to Atlanta for the World Cup football the following day, however the staff were so lovely, attentive, friendly and helpful and the hotel was really lovely.

Great location at DFW airport - right at Terminal D. Incredibly convenient for an early morning flight. Large comfortable room, excellent in all posdible ways. The price was about 50% higher than I would have liked.

We got a flight delay and had to bookshelves room. The front staff was extremely helpful,even supplied toiletries. Food was great as well and all that staff was excellent as well. The room was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel abd unexpected flight delay.

A nice bar and swimming pool at an airport terminal hotel were unexpected pleasures. Super convenient with an elevator directly to the terminal.

If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated.

We had an unplanned overnight at DFW and this was a great place to spend it. Nice lounge and restaurant. Felt insulated from the airport but so convenient the next morning to head downstairs and get in the security line. Upgrading to the higher runway view room was great- very entertaining for me and the kids. Staff was very friendly and nice. The fitness area was definitely better than most such hotels. Overall, great experience.

The towels were new and not completely cotton so they shedded when we used them. Best part was the bed which had outstanding sheets, pillows, and comforter, 11 out of 10.

So convenient for early morning flights!!

Quick stay for a layover on a late flight. Room was super nice efficient and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Super easy and helpful stay. I’d absolutely stay again.

Lovely room, exceptional guest service, convenient for our early flight. We left right out of terminal d where the hotel is located. Runway view rooms were awesome.

We had a cancellation of our flight leaving Dallas. We chose this hotel for the location. The price was outrageous but we were desperate. The restaurant stays open until 11 pm. We had buffalo wings and flatbread pizzas. They were excellent. Also service was great too.

For as expensive as this one night was the sheets were so scratchy. Bed mattress could have been replaced

First time staying there and will continue to each year after returning from my annual mission trip to Kenya. You cannot top the ease and convenience of being connected to DFW.

The convenience can't be beat. The rooms are stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. Bar area is large with great seating and lighting. Will definitely stay again.

My only gripe was that I had to pay $6.00 for a bottle of water in my room!

Every single interaction with a team member was perfection. Excellence personified! Room had amazing views of the tarmac and yes the rooms are sound proof. We ate at the restaurant and the service, food, and drinks were everything you could ever ask for. If you want the best hotel experience, stay here!

However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

We arrived at midnight.Service was still excellent. Room is lovely.

Perfect place to stay with an overnight layover at DFW - the room is so nice, we were sad our visit was so short! shockingly quiet as well for being connected to the terminal.

We stay at the Grand Hyatt at least 3-4 times a year as we travel back and forth between the US and Australia. This is the first time we have had connectivity problems. We also found the new dining room to be underwhelming and the chairs are ridiculously heavy.

I very clearly asked for a room not far from the elevator. He said it was very close. It was in fact at the end of the long hall. I have three kids and 6 pieces of luggage. Pushing them down the carpet was extremely frustrating as I knew the wheel on one heavy large bag was not working well. We otherwise slept well and the rooms were clean. It’s my third stay in as many weeks. I would appreciate hand pump soap rather than wasting a whole bar of soap for a one night stay. Seems so wasteful.

We were a late check in, service was fast, offered free bottled water, very nice staff, room was perfect! Great location if you have an overnight to catch a flight. Highly recommended.

The updated rooms are fabulous, particularly the bath tub and lounge seating and light. Dinner is fantastic in the restaurant.

Room nice ..I thought for the price not really a luxury hotel..At not even 12 the bar was closing after a hard day off travel delays for most..

Not having to leave the air0ort when my flight was cancelled was a big plus, but clean room, friendly staff, and room service took all the stress out of the unplanned delay.

So convenient- express check out - down the elevators - take a left and American check in was right there - so efficient
