Our favorite staycation for the weekend and family friendly!! Always a friendly staff and clean.

The hotel was great !! The only option for parking is valet $60 per night. Outrageous

This hotel is our go to when we have something at the American Airlines Center. I love that we can walk to anywhere that we need whether it’s eating, entertainment or venues. This hotel is really located in the best spot - super clean and extremely friendly staff. Another plus is their breakfast is absolutely amazing!

We spent the night for my husband’s birthday. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great for anything in Dallas.

Beautiful hotel, nice bar and great location. The room was very nice with a wonderful view of the city

We wanted to take our kids for a weekend at a fancy motel in downtown Dallas and it was absolutely terrible. The pool was green. They closed the pool bar an hour early on a Friday night. The I caught the valet driver driving my truck like he stole it. He floored it coming out of valet parking boy knowing I was around the corner taking pictures of downtown as the sun was setting. I will never stay at this place again, nor will I recommend anybody staying there? We paid $300 a night for tiny rooms that were in desperate need of a renovation. Sunday morning went to grab coffee at Starbucks the concierge had Guns & Roses blasting in the main lobby. It just didn’t seem like the kind of music you would play place of this calibre. It’s makes sense after a full review of our stay. The valet parking which was recommended by the motel was almost $70 a night but if you go around the corner half a block there is a parking garage. The charge is $12 a night. It took me about a minute and 20 seconds to walk there from the main lobby.

The pool was nice It was scruffy, tired looking. Our beds had scratches and marks on the bed heads in each room. There were chips and scuffs on the doors and paint work. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. We had to switch one room because it smelt so much of smoke. They didn’t clean our room. The restaurant and bar were disappointing. Compared to the price I paid for three rooms, I was very disappointed. I won’t book at the Fairmont again. This is the second time I’ve been to one in their chain and it was far from the luxury brand they think they are

The staff was very accommodating during our stay. The pool could use a refresh, it is a little outdated for a higher end hotel.

The hotel room was clean and they made the bed and changed the towels every day. The hotel itself is located in a very central spot downtown Dallas with easy access to the highway. The food and mini bar are definitely way too expensive and not offering free WiFi is also unheard of. The staff was friendly however, their valet parking price of almost $70 per night is ridiculous. We asked the concierge about alternative parking options close by and basically were told to look up the area but there weren’t many spots. Coming to find out that there is a parking lot right around the corner that offers parking for $20 a day and there is street parking right in front of the hotel and to the side entrance that is for free over night and you only have to pay between normal business hours and the fees are very reasonable. Kind of made us feel like they didn’t want us to know that there are more affordable parking options right around the corner. The pool was cloudy and it didn’t look very well maintained. But all in all a good stay! The Starbucks inside the hotel is definitely a plus but if you want something different there is a nice bistro and cafe called The Heron right behind the hotel that offers delicious coffee and bakery items.

Bar inside could use some better service

I love everything so nice and clean . The inside of the room should have been more decorative.

The room was comfortable and the staff was incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met!
- 4/5
Room was clean and hotel has the perfect location.
- 5/5
The staff was attentive. The room was clean and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion smells divine - Le Labo Rose 31. You can smell the scent as soon as you walk into the hotel. Our view was wonderful for the room we got. We could see oart of the Dallas Skyline. Very central location. Many restaurants, museums, and points of interest within walking distance. Pool hours are good - they close at 10pm..other hotels nearby closed at 8pm and this pool is on the terrace and has a wonderful view. The garden on the terrace is cool to see. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and there was also a restaurant - The Pyramid. All parking is valet style. You pay $64.95 per day, And it is a third party but can be charged to your room. This is a higher price than the average hotel but this hotel is in the middle of everything. The only thing that I can say that was not positive is that they never answered the phones to request fresh towels and toilet paper since we didnt ask for our room to be cleaned daily, they were not replenished. So I had to go downstairs to request some and they were immediately taken up to our room. Overall it was an excellent stay! We would definitely stay there again!
- 4/5
A similar experience in most of the fancy downtown Dallas hotels. It’s clean and pretty but kind of older. Expensive valet parking is the only option. I’m not sure if I could have left my car on the street and it would have been ok.

Staff was amazing have the best service and assistance there. The room was a little outdated. Not necessarily the aesthetic, but the wear and tear of the wallpaper the shower, ripped sheets. A little TLC in the rooms would be really nice.

Great overall experience. Nice staff. Valet team was amazing. Close proximity to everything I needed.

We came into the bar later (9:30) and asked for a dessert menu and the server told us they only had two options and ice cream. Really? There were two other options on the room service menu, but why bother? The pool area was a bit of a disaster, too many kids and too and people in general with no staff maintaining order. I suspect since their weekend room rates are pretty competitive for downtown they attract a different clientele than in previously days. One last thing, when we drove up, the valet area was an absolute disaster and the valet just offered me a ticket, no explanation about parking at all and when I retrieved the car this morning I was charged $60.00 for parking. In their defense, the parking rate is listed on their website and I didn't check, but I still think that $60 is a ridiculous rate to charge a registered guest. It used to be complimentary if you dined at the Pyramid Room.

They were super pleasant and sweet everyone
- 5/5
Excellent stay at the Fairmont Dallas. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish, and the team truly went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the level of service. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful! We were treated like royalty the moment we arrived. Staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed talking with Phillip and really appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary.

The hotel is fine, but not great. I stay at Fairmont's all around the world and this just isn’t up to that standard. It’s a fine 4* hotel and the price reflects that, but it falls short of other Fairmont properties. Staff were great, restaurant was ok, location good.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in Dallas downtown with a great pool.
- 3/5
I really expected more from a “luxury hotel”. The water pressure was awful. The pool bar is only open Thursday-Sunday (didn’t say that anywhere on the website) with very limited hours. There’s no water available without astronomical purchase prices. The ice machines were broken every time we went to get ice. Housekeeping didn’t bring enough towels even with asking every day for more. The temperature of the room was warm and despite the thermostat being accessible, it seemed locked in on a set temp. The pool deck was an actual hazard. It is so slippery and I can’t imagine deemed safe. I fell and watched 3 other people in two days fall hard. The restaurant was just randomly closed on more than one occasion and the back up option is the bar with a very limited and unimpressive menu (though the staff was lovely). I was really underwhelmed, disappointed, and would never book again.
- 5/5
BOI at the front desk kicked off the wonderful stay at the Fairmont hotel! Staff was amazing and the Rose 31 lotions and bath shampoo/conditioner/gel is worth another visit for just that. Price was steep for valet, but we parked 2 blocks away at self parking for half the cost. Can't wait to come back!

Would like to shout out to security team, very cool & helpful… but what does it say about my experience if I was interacting with security team. Make your own choices, I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Everyone from the valet, to the concierge, to the front desk were so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Cool pool on the terrace with a cabana bar. Valet service was expensive, but pretty necessary with luggage.
- 5/5
Overall good experience,staff valet etc
- 5/5
Always a great experience!
- 5/5
This property is beautiful. The only thing is having to pay for parking or getting valet only. But other than that, the pool was clean and the rooms were comfy (outdated but cute) and the staff was nice.

The hotel staff was courteous and kind throughout my stay. When I checked out, I left my personal items (a dress and shoes) in the closet. I called back and spoke with the concierge, Darrell, and he was excellent in getting my items to my friend, who brought them home to me. This is a top-tier property with a well-trained staff.

Needs updating. They only offer valet as a parking option and it’s 56$ a day. Our room wasn’t available so we had two double beds. I would book the Omni next time. This isn’t worth the money.

Each staff member was helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet. Will stay again!

From the check in to check-out, it was a good experience. Particularly notable were the staff-- the valets, front desk, and consierge-- all pleasant, professional, and helpful. Finally, we were impressed that they have level-2 charging available for our EV. The valets even plugged our car in, soon after our arrival, ensuring it was fully charged when next we needed it--how incredibly thoughtful.

We went to Breakfast the next morning but waited for a host to seat us only to find out from a server that the wait will be 10 to 15 minutes. If you don’t have a host, inform the servers to please make eye contact to those in line. We left and walked down the street to The Henry restaurant. Awesome place.
- 5/5
The room was nice, spacious and quiet. The property was easy to get to. The staff was courteous and helpful. Location, Location, Location!
- 5/5
The Fairmont Dallas definitely lives up to its reputation for luxury. Our room was fantastic and thoughtfully arranged with great attention to detail. The views were breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the concierge, Philip, who assisted us with directions and dining recommendations. Thank you, Philip you were truly outstanding.
- 4/5
The staff was absolutely polite and helpful!

Everything was great besides that I got charge for breakfast that I didn’t order $140.49 I been. Trying to contact the hotel but seems like no one can’t help me, I am frustrated at this point.
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance and the staff is kind and helpful. We will for sure be back.
- 5/5
Looked at a lot of options to stay downtown to attend a concert at Dos Equis. Picked the Fairmont and it was perfect for what we needed for one night. Close to the venue, nice pool and they upgraded us to a suite upon check in. The price was very reasonable and we valet the car. The city views were really terrific, the Starbucks for morning coffee was very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again. Thanks!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 3/5
The hotel property is fine-the lighting in the bathroom is horrible and size of the bathroom is too small for a junior suite. Didn’t replenish creamer and toilet paper. Have stayed in numerous Fairmont properties, both on Gold and normal rooms, and have had great experiences-this didn’t look/feel like a Fairmont property.
- 4/5
The property was clean and staff were very nice however the hotel is outdated and our room was very hot. Granted we did stay on the 17th floor but I also expected the room to be nicer since I paid an upgrade. They did say they would be updating/remodeling soon. Will come back just might not pay the extra for the upgrade/lounge.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean property and clean room. The room did need a little of updating, but it was clean and comfortable. It was to chilly to go to the pool, but the pictures looked nice. The valet attendant was helpful.
