Great location and easy to get back and forth without driving in traffic. Newer hotel and very well maintained.

The only complaint I have about this stay is about the towels. The towels need to be updated; the recycle phase of the towels is up. Dingy, stains, and threads loose means It's time to replace them, otherwise my stay was wonderful, staff very attentive, AC in the room was BOOMING cold, the TV had a short in the plug and kept blanking out but this was very minor, change the cord and that issue will be addressed. Otherwise, this place was a pleasure to stay at. 4 out of 5 for sure!

The bathtub was very slippery as if someone poured baby oil in it. As we showered, it was very slippery and dangerous. Falling in a shower at my age could be deadly! (57) For $113 per night (3 nights), I expected a little better than that. I just know for SURE I won’t be visiting Fairfield Inn and suites Dallas again. Sorry

Easy and comfortable to stay!

I was disappointed the room was not cleaned everyday or even every other day. I had to ask to get our room cleaned at 8 pm at night when my grandbabies eye tied. We still had to wait another 40 minutes

I had requested a feather free room twice. Called days before arrival as my husband has a respiratory condition and can't be around feathers. It took one hour to check in as there was a notice on the reservation no feathers, but no room assigned. My husband and front desk person went from room to room trying to find pillows with no feathers. To do that you had to take off pillow cases and read the labels. We had been driving all day and spending an hour total to find pillows was most upsetting. The gentlemen at the front was also trying to check in other people. He was the only person on that night.

Not far from ATT Dallas stadium The hotel is quite rundown and smells old. The air conditioning is loud. They clean the rooms every other day but don’t provide new towels. I booked a room with a sofa bed, but they claimed it was an error in the booking and refused to apologize or make any attempts to resolve the issue. They also don’t respond to messages. To make matters worse, they charge $8 for a small water bottle in the mini market. Booking didn’t help at all in solving the problem.

Very nice, everything very high quality and new. Beds super comfy! Rooms are very spacious. Only down side is I wish the breakfast didn’t end at 9am.

Quiet and clean room

Staff were efficient and polite. The property was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had several choices and the area was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the bed was too hard and the pillows not supportive enough. Bed and pillows not to the usual Marriott comfort level.

Slight problem checking in but the staff handled it. Room was clean comfortable and quiet except when the trains went by. Breakfast was plentiful varied each morning Nice big walk-in shower. Finish work in bathroom was poor. Looked like a 5 year old had caulked the sink. Shower panel was cracked. Only one packet of in room coffee and no service for 3 days, had to go down to breakfast area for coffee

I didn't like that we had to make our our breakfast and that the indoor swimming pool AC wasn't working, so we really couldn't enjoy the pool from the heat and the chlorine burning our eyes from the heat. The staff opened up the door that led inside the hotel. Eventually, it got better, and we were told a ticket would be put in to fix the AC . That's why I gave it an 8 score. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had a nice stay. Breakfast was very clean, good and organized well. I hardly ever eat breakfast in hotels but did during this stay. Slept well. Only issue was noise. Not that there was a lot but we could hear the people walking/running upstairs. Could also hear people talking nextdoor. Overall though a decent stay. We would stay here again if we came to the city for events and things.

My first option to stay in Dallas

Loved the pool

Had an issue with price per night vs Expedia price but they did sort it out. The hotel seems a little older but overall worked for our needs. The pool was pleasantly warm and fun for my toddler.

Pick a better hotel, not worth the money

Maybe just have different breakfast items. I don't like ham. Maybe have some sausage and bacon and biscuits.

Hotel was reasonably priced, and had great amenities. Hotel pool was nice and warm and easy to use.

Staff was very pleasant. The room smelled like mildew. In the restroom, the towel rod was broken and covered with a towel over it. I’ve never stayed at a Fairfield Inn in this condition.

It’s in a great location. Close enough to hope on the highway but not hear cars, and plenty of food and gas stations nearby as well. The entire hotel including the room was super clean. The room was the perfect size, and I definitely loved the bathroom! I also really liked the table with wheels. Nothing. I would 100% book here again.

The staff was friendly, the location was okay, the room was clean The room was clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable. It feels like I’m laying/sleeping in the floor. I woke up stiff, hurting. I needed to stay an additional night in Dallas, but there is no way I’ll sleep another night on this brick, hard mattress.

the mattress was very dirty ! I contacted the front in regard to getting a new mattress, I was informed by the representative that it will be a new one put in that day, but they never did it and I went back downstairs to let them know. Also, the elevator was broken and my wife is handicap and that was the purpose of me getting a handicap room. it would have been better if I would have gotten some type of discount off of my room

There was no one at the front desk to greet us. We waited for 20 minutes before someone came from the back to check us in. There was no apology given for taking so long. Staff was not friendly. Very disappointing.

Two hours after check-in the elevator went down and made it impossible to get to our room with my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to use a medical device in the room. I requsted a refund and was told I "should" be refunded the cost; however, I have yet to receive the refund or any communication from the hotel.

Well, save yourself damage to your vehicle and DO NOT stay here. Our vehicle was broken into. So was another vehicle parked two cars over. Didn't help anything that we parked under a light and beside a sign stating the property was protected by cameras.

It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.

My husband and I had a trip to Dallas for a concert and we were happy with our stay here! We loved the continental breakfast and the location. Downsides are the check in was strange, no one was there at the counter to greet us at 5 pm so not too late and we had to just wait there for about 10 minutes until someone emerged from the back office even after calling with no answer. Also, the room was fine but the curtains had very strange red stains (not sure what) on them but the rest of the room was clean and ready for us with fresh towels and blankets and such. Overall would definitely stay again, just a couple minor inconveniences.

Needed an easy stay after a long drive and concert. This spot was perfect at a great price! Staff was concise and efficient.

We asked the receptionist to change the sheets as soon as we arrived at the room because they were filthy and had yellow spots and what appeared to be makeup. It took a long time, and she claimed she didn't know how to do it and that she was the only employee in the entire hotel.

The walls between room seemed thin. The room next to us you could hear slamming doors & talking. Sounded like they knocked on the all…a lot & loud mouth!

Very good value, good looking hotel. Pleased overall and would stay here again. I will say it was a slow check in, lots of clicking of the keyboard and hesitation, especially after an email PRE-arrival checkin…seems my confirmation number didn’t matter, but it works out fine. The manager said there were technical issues — (a) room key/card wasn’t working and (b) elevator was down. So he had to walk us upstairs and let us into the room. Small pain, and I know it wasn’t his fault. Made me not want to leave my room as I didn’t want to go up and downstairs or deal with the key issue.
