The staff were helpful. Enjoyed the pool area. Having stayed at this hotel last year we rebooked, however they now have a band which plays 2/3 time each week at the bar next to the hotel. The wifi went down for 2/3 days the lift didn't work for 4 days and still wasn't working when we left.
- 5/5
Just great! Surprised to see station omelette on Sunday morning! Room was not cleaned during the stay.
- 4/5
Watch out because they will over book rooms. Glad they fixed mine
- 4/5
Clean but VERY humid room. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Large plush towels. The omelette bar was so good! The breakfast area is very small and cramped when more than 6 people are there at once.
- 4/5
The breakfast was so good especially the omelettes I think new decor is in order. It looks like walking into the shining. The tv is a little dark as well
- 1/5
Unfortunately we had several issues during our stay: AC wasn't working in our first room, second room had a chirping smoke alarm randomly through the night, lights flickering, elevator not working, etc. Most of the staff were very accommodating to make it right for us.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing with omelet station options, not just the typical continental options. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome bag with snacks and water. A coupon for a free cocktail and a free menu item in the bistro.the room was cozy, clean, and cool when we walked in. Everything was ready for our stay! We will definitely stay again! It was not the staff's fault, but the computer system kept freezing up during check-in, but it got worked out pretty quickly.

Exceptional
- 4/5
Breakfast has the possibility to offer an omelet prepared right there, but starting from 6:30/7 a.m. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not many options or restaurants nor stores around the location of the hotel. Air conditioning unit somehow noisy.
- 4/5
The stay went well. We were able to walk to medieval times from the hotel so it was convenient.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast and free water during 100 degree temperatures Room floor under the sink was soaking wet and required maintenance. Door on bathroom would not close due to warpage, the refigerator only turns on for 2 hrs at a time, excessive noise from outside.
- 5/5
Super close to my event which I appreciate!! The elevator a little outdated and spooky and the handicap front glass door not working
- 5/5
Great, staff was nice. Wish the bathroom was a little cleaner but wasn't bad.
- 2.5/5
The AC units in the rooms were amazing, staff was super sweet. I didn't get the guys name but he knew who I was when I walked in. Breakfast options were pretty good, getting in and out of the hotel was also a breeze. The elevator was rickety and shook alot more then normal one would, the side door not having a spot for the keys to open the door was a bit annoying. I am highly allergic to lavender so the provided body wash/ hair care were awful. For my final note, I booked 2 rooms at the same time thinking I would get rooms at least side by side, but instead we got rooms at the end of the hall down the hallway from one another. Normally thats not a problem but they rooms had a door for split rooms to be conjoined and nobody was in them the whole time we were there.

Meh, I asked for Housekeeping service a few times and they never sent anyone. I called front desk to get some clean towels at least and they said that I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get them, ugh

Was in Dallas for the Enhypen Blood Saga tour. This hotel was convenient to the venue. Staff was wonderful. Well maintained and clean. The breakfast had variety and taste (something you don't always get with complimentary breakfast). Would definitely stay again if in the area. Plenty of parking and felt very safe.
- 4/5
The location was great, near our daughter’s apartment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, but one fabric chair in the room needed cleaning or replacing. Other than that it was well maintained. The hotel overall needs a little updating, but we would likely stay here again.

Made to order omelets for breakfast was a great touch
- 5/5
The room was pretty spacious and perfect for three adults. It was clean and comfortable and a good location with various eateries nearby. I felt it was also conveniently located close to American Airlines Center since the reason for my trip was a concert. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious and much appreciated. Thank you so much.
- 4/5
Clean, great location, price and amenities. It’s a slightly dated and smaller than other Fairfield Inn’s that I have stayed in, although was cleaned and provided a lot of amenities compared to other hotels in the downtown area of Dallas.
- 0.5/5
The location was near my conference hotel. THE BAD S**TTy SMELL. The room has an extremely unpleasant smell. It's so bad that I can't compare it to anything else. The room is dusty, and the dirty carpet, combined with the humidity, creates a terrible odor. I don't understand how Marriott can consider this acceptable. Even the hallway smells old and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel has a pervasive bad odor.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property it self was not vey well maintained. First was given a room that smelled like cigarettes and had a broken bathroom light. That same night they switched to another room that also smelled like cigarette smoke. They moved to another room the next day which smelled much better, but the flushing handle on the toilet was loose and didn’t always flush properly. I expected much better facility for the price and I would not book a room there again.
- 5/5
Only issue wasn’t exactly in downtown as advertised. It was around 10 mins by car or 20 mins by public transportation.
- 3/5
atencion muy buena
- 5/5
Room stayed cool but we’re not cleaned daily
- 3/5
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small and the shower dripped persistently but it was clean and there was good hot water and pressure. The biggest problem with my stay was that the pillows were all the flat squishy kind with no structure or firmness; I would not stay here again in the future unless I were able to bring my own pillow because I genuinely could not sleep. The front desk staff was friendly upon check-in but the person who checked me out did not ask if I enjoyed my stay which surprised me. I typically have better experience at Marriott chain hotels.
- 3/5
Only reason it’s a 3 is the location. There’s some bar/lounge next to it and it plays really loud music into 11pm. Unfortunately we have a 5month old so even with 2 sound machines on loud the music was so loud it made it impossible for him to sleep until they closed for the night.
- 4/5
We arrived in the evening check in was slow due to another customer not having reservations. Staff was polite . Room was clean and comfortable . Wasn't told breakfast ended at 9:30 am.

This Fairfield Inn delivered! - Clean room, great breakfast, and really helpful staff. Because it has merged facilities with Courtyard by Marriott next door, you can enjoy so much more at this hotel for the price. Smart Marriott!
- 4/5
People were nice breakfast was great. Hotel was a little dated and there were ants in our bathroom. Parking was great!
- 5/5
Room clean, staff very friendly.
- 4/5
The facilities was okay, i didn’t have any issues or complaints
- 5/5
Everything was great, except for the pool being closed one of the days.
- 4/5
It was affordable and clean satisfied our purpose. Breakfast was great, parking great and staff friendly.
- 5/5
It was pretty good in general!
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious with very friendly staff. The room was clean. There weee computer problems at check in which took an extended period of time. We were part of a wedding party and there were items that were supposed to be in our rooms on arrival. They were not and we had to go looking for them. The brides family was very disappointed. Everything was in good working order in the room.
- 4/5
The hotel was a bit outdated but it was ok. The staff was very nice and helpful
- 5/5
Could use more handicap parking. Enjoyed the stay, breakfast was great.
- 3/5
The overall feel was that it needed a good clean. Things were okay for an overnight stay but the lobby floors were sticky, carpet is old. The room we stayed in had a torn curtain, stains on bottom of curtain and bathroom had mold around the caulking.
- 3/5
The room felt very damp and had a sour smell. The staff was kind.
- 5/5
Breakfast area is very small, therefore it was hard to properly eat when a lot of people where there. Plan your breakfast run accordingly! 100% recommend and would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great!!! Ecxelele!
- 4/5
We enjoyed the late breakfast on Sunday morning. Even though we were right behind the front desk we never heard any noise. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
The only nice thing is the Marriott Courtyard shared with the hotel. The omelette was delicious.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly polite and professional
- 5/5
Rooms were clean the breakfast was good. They had someone parked in the parking lot blaring their music from 8 pm to 10pm. Other than that it was quiet.
- 4/5
The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, despite being placed in the bonvoy “quiet zone”, we had a dog in the room next to us who barked constantly all morning and late afternoon while we were in our room. Dogs should be placed as far away from other guests as possible to not bother anyone. Otherwise, again, the staff was great.
- 1/5
Breakfast was good. Parking lot is short and tight. There are roaches in the room, also in the refrigerator. I was done when I saw that. I will never stay there again. I really was skeptical to eat the breakfast after seeing roaches.
- 5/5
Very nice staff would recommend coming back here if we ever back in Dallas
- 3/5
Didnt get the room I reserved . Check in was simple , did request the room I reserved and was advised (respectfully) I could canceled and look for another hotel if I wanted as they were over booked. Other than that the stay was decent ..
- 5/5
I cannot say enough good stuff about this hotel. It was clean. It was relatively easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. There was a high school band there at breakfast time this morning and the staff kept up very well and kept the food well stocked and were always kind. A special shout out to Paul, the man who checked us in. He could not have been more helpful. Anything we needed or any questions we had he was able to take care of and always had a smile and a kind word. The Fairfield needs to make sure they keep him!
- 2/5
Breakfast staff was so rude! Over spilled syrup and chocolate pieces put into waffle maker. Along with no signs indicating topping were not allowed . Slamming dishes because she was mad. Not our fault she chose that job! After that I called front desk for towels and one towel had a literal poop streak. Have the photo to prove it. Paul who worked the front desk carried that whole hotel! Friendly from the beginning! He was the only one who made us feel welcomed and comfortable! I traveled here from Corpus Christi so I highly recommend you don’t book there you aren’t missing out on anything!! Oh and the hotel keys don’t work for all doors so was forced to walk straight through the main entrance.
- 5/5
We didn't eat breakfast but parking was great.
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice - appears recently updated and was clean and fresh. The staff were helpful; the front desk clerk that checked us in was super! This is a nice hotel at a good price -- BUT there is a restaurant/bar super close by and on Saturday night they had a band outside that was LOUD. During the evening until 10 pm we could barely hear our TV. The music stopped shortly after 10 pm, thank goodness.
- 5/5
Breakfast selection was great, parking was was also easy.
- 3/5
The hotel is situated in a very busy area of Dallas and off of the hwy So, there was considerable street noise.
- 5/5
Good hotel, well located. Good value for money
- 5/5
The breakfast was well above expectations.
- 5/5
Great spot! Close to the market hall. Great breakfast!
- 5/5
The passageway had litter in it and that was unsightly. I think the staff are doing an amazing job with a worn down property. At least the bed was comfortable and had no dust or bed bugs but my expectations were really low.
- 5/5
Yes and they've been respectful and polite
- 5/5
Super convenient and close to our training facility. The front desk clerk, Barbara, was amazing in making sure we got everything we needed. A hot breakfast was exactly what we needed before heading to the training facility every day. We will stay there every time we are in Dallas.
- 4/5
Cleaning room service is not regular
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable and the property was safe and quiet. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. But the best part of our stay was the wonderful staff - especially Barbara at the front desk. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We will definitely return.
- 3/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Room was nice, we had to change rooms because the door lock wouldn't work. But Eric was super nice, and moved us to the room next door. Who h I appreciated because I had a 2 yr old and her mom who is handicapped. Plus we were also close to the door on the first floor. That was amazingly wonderful for me, since I was in charge of luggage.
- 5/5
This is my 2nd time staying at this location. Staff is always friendly, check in was quick and easy, it's not in a super sketchy part of town, and rooms are always clean. It's obviously not the Ritz-Carlton, but for the price, this is a great hotel. I really appreciate the complimentary breakfast, talk about a lifesaver (and timesaver). Not sure what the issue was, but it seemed like it was difficult for Uber/Lyft drivers to find, but that could have just been issues with those apps. Overall, I really like this spot, there are, of course a couple things I could complain about, but again, for the price, it would just be trivial little nitpicks. We'll definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was convenient and fresh. Room was nice and quiet and clean. Walking distance to the gas station for snacks a plus.
- 3/5
Very outdated. Super noisy with kids running through hallways. The front desk staff was very awkward and they did not list that parking is an extra charge.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice breakfast area. Restaurants in walking distance.
- 5/5
Was disappointed to find out the pool was not open as I flew in a day early & thought I’d spend my day off having pool time.

Paul at the front desk was super nice and friendly at check in!

Good place for affordable price

Great location, nice staff, very quiet, and comfy bed! I missed breakfast, because it was so quiet and comfy that I slept through it. Good food nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk friendly and helpful, room clean but basic, bed comfortable and walking distance to American airlines center.
- 5/5
Very clean room and very nice people
- 5/5
Everything was excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Left the hotel with bug bites all over my body. House keeping only came 1 out of the three days we were there. My mom literally found a eyelash cluster stuck to her foot from the floor.(we don’t wear eyelash clusters).
- 3/5
Staff was great. Hotel itself needs alot of upgrades. Pool not operational, tv's are small. Just a couple to state.
- 5/5
Clean room, front desk when i checked in was kind, friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and staff. Expedia had me in the wrong hotel but I stayed because of service. Expedia experience was horrible
- 5/5
The room was more than spacious and I loved how clean and accessible everything was. The staff were all very polite and courteous; they greeted everyone and helped keep the overall mood light and welcoming. Although my stay was to have easier access to/from work during our most recent ice-age, I was very appreciative to Fairfield for allowing me to have a space to destress and relax after a 12-hour shift at the hospital; 5/5!
- 4/5
Second time we stayed at this hotel due to location. The room was clean and comfy but they did miss a dirty hand towel that blended with the shower curtain. Also, the shower curtain needs to be longer so that water doesn't get on the floor. Breakfast was great but go early because the staff puts juice away early.
- 4/5
Overall good stay with very courteous staff. Avoid rooms on end of first floor as they are noisy.
- 4/5
Aceptable estadía, lastimosamente no hubo asistencia para el aseo de la habitación, tuvimos que tender nuestras camas y organizar la habitación, el desayuno promedio estuvo aceptable. El personal del hotel fue muy amablemente
- 3/5
Everything was ok.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice. Breakfast was not good. Sausage was burned and eggs were wet.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the hallways had nice carpet on the third floor. I had the waffles so breakfast was delicious but they did have quality sausage. They had run out of coffee, I asked someone if they could make more and coffee was ready in about 5 minutes. The bed and pillows were comfy. Parking was $11 but that’s a small price to pay for security! A new window and whatever is missing out of your vehicle would be much more expensive. I felt safe in the hotel and parking lot. I would stay here any time I visit Dallas! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and you can not beat the price!! Would highly recommend

The only thing wrong withthe breakfast was if ya in a wheelchair and short yyacant reach lot of the stuff

Significant Deterioration and Undisclosed Fees Context: We previously stayed at this property two years ago and had a pleasant experience. Our recent stay shows a marked and unacceptable decline in standards, affecting both the physical condition of the hotel and the service. Property Condition & Maintenance It is evident that the property has not received adequate care since our last visit. Several areas were neglected: Elevator Issues: The elevator floor is noticeably worn and torn. More frustratingly, the doors close at an unacceptably slow pace, turning a simple trip into a significant, daily inconvenience. Breakfast Area Furniture: The seating in the breakfast area is in severely dilapidated condition. The chair cushions are nonexistent, and the upholstery is torn and worn out, creating a poor presentation and uncomfortable experience. Room Cleanliness: The bathtub in our room was visibly dirty and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness upon our check-in. Service and Billing Discrepancies The service quality was poor and compounded by severe billing errors: Premature Breakfast Closure: Staff actively began rushing the closure of the breakfast area well before the advertised 9:30 AM deadline. Their practice of physically blocking access points made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Billing Errors: I was charged for an additional night that had already been paid for.

Clean, comfortable room. Courteous, helpful, outstanding staff. Delicious breakfast. Good location.
