Room was tidy, quiet

Woke up to the nasty smell. This really has been the worst experience. I had to go to a different hotel.

Good stay

"Basic" property - small but functional room. Clean and well stocked with towels. No utensils in the kitchenette but could be requested at the front desk. Refrigerator and A/C were a bit noisy. Check-in and check-out went well.

I liked the location and the outside landscape. When I arrived, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come in. When they did come in, they asked me to hold on while they went to the back. This person had a wrinkled shirt that was untucked. Another person came to the front after that even though I had been waiting. This person took over 5 minutes to check me in. I already had my ID and card out when they got to the front. At most this should have taken 3 mins.

The check in clerk was incredibly sweet and helpful. Highly recommend! I liked the full kitchen and price for room was great also. The room REEKED of cigarettes so much that I went and bought Lysol. Also only 3 pillows for 2 adults and they are crazy thin wasn't cool.

Its not the Ritz Carlton. Its cheap and you get a big room and free breakfast. Thats about all I can say positive about it. Clean wise it wasn't filthy but could be a lot better. Staff interactions were limited my first experience checking in I waited an hour in the lobby for someone to even get there to check me in.

The beds weren't that stable.

The room was clean all but the floors needed to be mopped and the two stove eyes were not clean, they had a black something on them. Got coffee at 9 and it was cold this morning. Other than that it was a good stay.

The front desk lady was very nice. Very friendly and positive attitude. She was awesome. Love the location because it was close to the hospital. I stayed a week. Housekeeping is rude. Decided to go to comfort in for the next few days due to the price being the same, more offer for breakfast. Coffee is offered all day and night. Get more for the same price.

This place was a dump. Got up and left!

Fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Close Roaches

I liked the friendly staff! They were super respectful, answered all my questions, and had great attitudes! The room did not seem the cleanest. The location was in a less populated neighborhood, meaning there was lots of activity with people hanging around the property, and we were woken up many time throughout the nights to yelling, extremely loud music, and banging.

Room was clean. Bed is a cot with a mattress that is very hard. Don't count on room being cleaned, towels or trash taken care of for you. You will need to turn in dirty towels to the front desk to get more. Take out the trash yourself.

Place is dirty, my door wouldn't even lock. The toilet wasn't clean. On top of that someone died two doors down, but of course we can't control that. In the lobby was a coffee station for breakfast. I had to take my breakfast next to a homeless guy, who smelled so bad. He was touching utensils and cups ?. I don't have anything against the homeless, but the lobby can feed him separately from guests. The place needs major renovation. Sorry for the honest review.

Then on the 10 that they were spraying for bugs on the 11th. From 4-7 but my husband took off work because I am bed ridden bad toes ambutated right foot. I asked that it not be done. I was told it had to be done. They didn't Come into. 8pm and it took

The place looked ok but once we got in the room ... OMG it was stinky. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Not to mention not very clean. Also found dirty socks in the room. A dirty spoon bent and burnt with some previous tenets drugs on it. There was no trash cans in the room. Needless to say if I hadn't already paid with a gift card and couldn't get a refund. I would have not stayed . The only halfway decent thing was the nice big screen TV. That would have been 100 if it has wifi connected to it. Also was charged for WiFi that never did work. Have to say a real bad experience.b

I have already written a review for this property but I have to say why I’m now giving a two star rating! Their WiFi router was in the room! Other then that the property was filthy all common area though out the property was covered in dog poop ! The room I was in had no shower curtain no soap or shampoo the.bathroom and kitchen area was just nasty filthy they so need a new cleaning lady I actually cleaned the entire room with Clorox clean-up

Terrible stay. Check in was easy. Got to my room and it was never cleaned from the previous guest . Got a new room and roaches everywhere, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend. Front desk lady seem irritated after my 3rd visit to the lobby. 3rd time my key would not let me in my room. Never again.

Terrible experience all around. Days prior I called a number of times to inquire about early check in & no one answered the phone. When I checked in attendant wasn’t welcoming. Got to my room sat on the bed & there was a wet spot, mirrors dirty, a sticker on the wall, upholstery hasn’t been cleaned in a long time & when I got to breakfast there was no food. Don’t recommend this property at all.

Beware! They did not allow a late-night check in, even though I called and gave them a heads up. I had to find another hotel. They told me they did not have any rooms available, but not true, as more than half the parking spaces were empty. Horrible customer service. Expedia on the other hand was great, Expedia found me a nicer hotel, thank goodness.

I was very disappointed. I woke up early to roaches on the wall in the bathroom n on the ceiling. They was crawling everywhere. They were big n little roaches. Roach fell off the ceiling on my bed. So I checked out early.

school year and I’ve been traveling for 10 years. This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve experienced hands down. 1) The hotel I stayed in had roaches. All sizes. I honestly can’t remember the last time I seen roaches in a hotel. 2) My shower didn’t have a shower curtain. 3) My bathroom didn’t have any towels. When I went to go talk to the representative about getting towels, they said they didn’t have any clean linen. The rep went to the back to go see if they had any clean towels and the towels the rep gave me was entangled with hair. 4) The room I stayed in was in Dallas, Tx so when I arrived, there was no representation in the front to greet me. I sat at the front counter for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. Every representative that was there was in the back watching the Mike Tyson fight. Personally, I get it because the fight was based in Dallas, Texas so there was a hype and excitement about it, but you still have a job to do. My experience was horrible here and I will never stay here again. Thx for the learning experience. I have pictures of the roaches in my bed and the curtainless shower for confirmation.

Rooms were not as dirty as outside. Outside my 2nd story floor room was by the open stairs. On the first floor, underneath the stairs was about 3 trash cans with a terrible smell and flies flying around them. I will never stay there again. Yuck!! Staff was nice and pleasant!😊

I do not want to complain against the front desk staff as they were nice and did the best they could. But the hotel as such is a very different story. They were "oversold" and didn't have any rooms (even though we had booked and pre-paid and confirmed). Reason? - because they has maintenance issues in many rooms. We asked what were the issues - Answer? - broken furniture, damaged walls, cockroaches etc., We were informed to get a refund from Hotels.com. We were in a fix and needed a place to stay for the night. We asked for a room with cockroaches as we had no other choice. The lady upfront kept asking if we were sure and understood our desperate situation and then gave us a room (without roaches). But overall, I would never ever stay in an Extended Stay hotel again in my life, let alone this one. You can't pay me a billion $$ to convince me to stay in one, and I can't even begin to explain the reasons why - because it is everything.

Half of anything electronic did not work, the AC was stuck on freezing, there were 2 dead roaches in the rolled up bath towel, there were two dead roaches on the bathroom vanity, i killed three roaches within a 10 minute period on the night stand, and left their carcasses there. Roaches were crawling on me during the night. Roaches were in my clothes, under my baggage. ROACHES! This place is disgusting, and needs an inspector to come out, this place is not passable

Room was dirty , woke up to multiple bites on my legs

My husband was having surgery and we planned on staying with my mom, but her ac went out. He was having surgery on a Wednesday, then had to go back to the doctor on Thursday to do a check up and finish. But we didnt want to stay at my moms post surgery for the day with no ac so we booked a hotel Tuesday evening as we were headed to Dallas. We book and pay online only to arrive and they tell us there was no roms available. Super frustrating. Then it took several hours to get my refund

Screaming match between other guests to the point where I seemed like it was going to be violent. The security guard just walked by and did nothing.

Room smelt like body odor and the thermostat was not working. Was switched to another room which was sufficient. The young lady at the front counter was very courteous and quickly tried to remedy the situation so we were appreciative of that.

We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. We received an email back from Expedia saying that they would respond within 72 hours. When I called, I was told that the manager they needed to speak with was not on the property.

The property was very nice and well put together. The cleanliness of the room was a bit off. I had to wipe spiderwebs from a bunch of the bed with some Clorox wipes, which led me to wipe down other parts of the room, which was very sticky and dirty. There were a lot of baby roaches as well.

The location decided to cancel my additional day I added. They claimed “someone” had cancelled it. The front desk person was awful. I’m likely to pursue legal action of some kind against the place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I was checked into a room that was trashed and smelled strongly of smoke. I went down to the front desk to request a clean room and they gave me another room that had a broken air conditioning. I ended up not staying at all.

Booked for 10 days, got in super late the first night, checked out the next day and booked somewhere else after having to fight roaches while trying to get a couple hours of sleep.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Spent nearly $800 for 3 nights in a non-smoking room and the first night we had a room that was smoking. There was only 1 sheet on the bed and it was dirty. The shower was broken and water leaked all over the floor. There were mysterious red stains on the door and the floor and table were sticky. Overall the room was not cleaned prior to us staying there. The next night they moved us but there was a cockroach in our room, the toilet was disgusting and our room still stank. Overall unclean and unsanitary and would never recommend anyone to stay here or for Extended Stay as a company to be associated with this location for the wellbeing on their brand.

The room was disgusting & infested with roaches all over the walls, floors & ceiling. I had to check my family out of there within a few hours. Hoping to get a full refund.

The floor of the room was disgusting. There was something on the side of the bed that was dripped onto the floor that looked like vomit. When we complained they cleaned just that one spot which means they knew it was there. The rest of the floor was covered in black dirt. Our socks got filthy. We also could not use the bathtub at all because it was clogged and it would fill up with dirty water. We asked for help and was told we would be helped and nothing happened. When my husband complained a second time the woman behind the desk dismissed him and said that. "maintenance comes on Monday." NO ONE OFFERED TO MOVE US. We had no other place to stay because we had already paid them. They refused to refund my whole trio with Hotels.com. I do not understand why we are charged at all to stay in a room without a functional bath or shower? Forget about the filth even.
