Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria

One elevator is broken. The other elevator is slow and loud. You can hear it running all night long. Paid parking is extra. Rooms and lobby have all been updated compared to other Embassy Suites. The breakfast was clean and delicious.

Check- in was super easy and lady at front desk upon check-in and check-out was very polite and helpful. Evening reception was a nice add-on bartender Craig was very nice and pleasant to talk to i asked him what fun things were to do in the area he gave us good ideas and was personable with others as well while serving. Definitely a great stay!

Breakfast is great. Pool and room is a bit dirty, cockcroach in the couch but other than that, staff was great.

I arrived at the hotel and there was NO air conditioning. Then we had to wait over (hr for the air conditioning to be fixed. The next day ALL the elevators were not working. Which we had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor.

Breakfast that's it! The air was out! It's Texas for heavens sake! There was a bug in my sink. The ironing board was broken. Elevator stopped working!

It was great. A smaller embassy suites and the bathrooms are remodeled.

You will pay almost $30 for parking and during our stay the a/c was out house keeping kept just walking in on us on day of check out.

The air conditioner went out and we were told it was fixed. That was a lie. One elevator also broke down with no one fixing it. Horrible stay.

I stayed at the hotel with my teenaged son. They had a great breakfast buffet which is free with the room rental. Our room was clean and very roomy. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place in Dallas.

The hotel was very nice. And the breakfast was good. The girl at check in wasn’t very nice. She looked like she’d prefer not to be there. They don’t have washer and dryers available. They have a laundry service that was pretty pricey. And parking is also pricey. They did give complementary drinks at the bar from 5:30- 7:30, from a select menu they have, which was nice. I would recommend it, if you don’t care much for saving.

You just pay for parking which adds $25 per night. The neighborhood is also not very nice. For the amount you pay I don’t think it is worth the stay.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was not good. The sausages were completely pink/raw in the middle and dry. Omelette was ok. The room was EXTREMELY hot, even with setting the thermostat to 60. We all had to sleep with no blankets.

The Omelets every morning was Amazing. Definitely a resting spot by the Galleria for couples. Me and My wife Loved it

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made sure we had towels without us asking. They checked in with us just to make sure everything was good! They helped us find places to eat. Breakfast was wonderful, and the snacks and drinks in the evening made it even better! The hot tub and pool were both very nice and relaxing. The room was clean and very comfortable! My family loves to stay at Embassy Suites the breakfast, comfort, and staff always make it a great stay. This place really had the best staff though. We asked for a walk in shower they did not let me down. Nothing, my hair dryer went out the 1st morning. They got me another very quickly.

I didn’t like the fees to park, I feel they were too expensive for the amount of time we actually park there.

Even though it was recently renovated, the place looked it was run down. The whole time we were there only one elevator was working.

Breakfast wasn't open early enough for our activities. They did not even have coffee available before we left for the day.

Great location. Jets in hot tub were not working first night and one elevator out of two were down the whole stay. The staff seemed indifferent to being there and were not eager to help. We had to change rooms due to a moldy smell after it had rained. Charge for parking now when they didn’t before.

Breakfast was great! The parking was almost $30 a day.

This Embassy Suited was below average compared to others. The breakfast selection was not as great. The rooms were not as clean. The pool area had no towels. One elevator was down the entire stay and parking was $27.99 a night.

The room was ok there was a couple of items due for the trash when we got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were extremely helpful and nice! Breakfast was great! The parking was extremely high in cost, I didn’t expect to pay for parking but I’m glad I had money for incidentals.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well as the sofa in the separate living room in our suite. Our bedroom and the living room huge tvs with multiple apps for streaming including Sirius. The location we were at in Dallas was very centrally located near the Galleria mall and minutes from Addison restaurant row. The free breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! We will be back!

They can do a little better at the front desk when I got ready to check out what’s nobody in the front desk had to wait almost 20 minutes before somebody came and help me check out

Breakfast was great. I did not read about the parking fee which was about 25.00 for one night. Seems awful high for unsecured parking. No gate…, just open parking lot.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was relaxing and comfortable and the staff was so kind. The food at breakfast and evening reception is so fresh and delicious. We will definitely use this hotel again.

At the time we visited the hotel their was only one elevator working and the hotel was very packed. It took fifteen minutes just to get on the elevator. A lot of families were frustrated. Outside of that, we had a great experience.

One of the elevators broke down during our stay, making it difficult to use the stairway while hauling bags/luggage.

it’s a nice hotel for the price, i’ve stayed here a couple of times and the rooms are amazing, the pool and hot tub are good too! will always stay here for my visits in dallas from now on:) but one of the elevators are broken and it took forever to get to your floor, my only complaint!

Breakfast was outstanding. Parking is safe. Early check in fees are ridiculous though! Come on, when the rooms are ready and $75 1 or 2 hour early check in fee????

Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location.

arriving 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the hot buffett and coffee were empty. We were told 5 more minutes multiple times and still only part of it was refilled. We were never able to get eggs or coffee. I typically love Embassy suites, but this visit was very disappointing.

When arrived, room smelled like smoke but staff cleaned up immediately. Fast check in and friendly staff.

Breakfast was awesome, omelettes are made to order and fantastic. Everything else is just as great, drinks, cereal, fruit, you name it they have it. 100% family friendly. Definitely a decent volume of families staying there’s and they have everything to accommodate everyone Staff situation was off, somehow this place only employs people who seem 100% happy to be there and go above and beyond to make your stay 5 star. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. Pool was great, when towels ran out they quickly got restocked. Kids had a blast. I’m local, just had a mini stay-cation and if I was staying in the area again with my family, I know exactly where to go.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, but had the basics and was nice to have. The pool was pretty cold and there were never towels available. One thing that I was not pleased about was the fact we had to pay for parking each night. I am not sure if this is a common thing in Dallas, but at most hotels, parking is included. The battery to our door needed replaced and the maintenance guy was very prompt and friendly. Despite these small issues, would stay here again.

Was not aware of fees and did not have enough towels on second night and the cleaning people left the cleaning rag in the room.

Everything was great and we would definitely stay again. The breakfast is amazing with an on site chef making fresh omelets and egg scrambles. Light snacks(veggies/dip, cheese/crackers) were available free of charge in the evenings.
