Easy access from the freeway, it’s clean and has lots of greenery I did not select a wheelchair accessible room so it was difficult for my mom to get in and out of the bathroom with her walker

Air conditioning on the 9th floor, was not keeping up, the hotel was not even close to full, no idea why placed on top floor.

I have tried to get in touch with management & have been ignored. Went up to the front desk FIVE different times within the span of three days and there was never a manager available. The room we stayed is full of mold and the carpet is soaked! The room reaked of mildew. The first night was fully booked and we were told it was a known issue and there was nothing they could do. You can see black mold on the edges of the carpet and also where it has been painted over to hide it. I had given the hotel a chance to do the right thing and have been treated like this is not a serious issue. Expedia was terrible and ignoring my pleas for intervention. Their reply was they could not get in touch with the hotel either. I found a review from 5 months back where they stayed in the same room number (214) and had the same issue. That means this room has had a continuous leaking problem with mold continuing to grow and guest are put in this room. This is a severe heath hazard that is being ignored and guest health are being put at jeopardy. Do BETTER!

Breakfast was ok Our room was humid feeling and not very cold. There was hair from the previous person that stayed in our room. We couldn't walk barefoot because the carpets felt so dirty.

The room itself was very clean and spacious. I loved the breakfast provided: a whole omlette station! Upon walking into the hotel, some of the carpets were dirty and there was a very strong smoke odor but it did not affect the quality of the stay. I liked the parking and how they provided a pass so it felt that my vehicle was secured. Overall, I would stay here again.

I like that the breakfast had many options. The room I stayed in was big and clean. The place was clean and had an indoor pool.

We really felt like we were staying at a lavish hotel, but didn't have to pay big bucks! This place a great value for your money & we had a great stay!

The parking lot was a pain to get in and out of. I ended up having to pay for parking just to be able to get out of the lot. The carpets in the room were slightly sticky, the bathtub looked like an infection waiting to happen, the air conditioner couldn’t keep up and the tv also didn’t work. They offered to move us rooms but it was late so we stayed. I’ve stayed in hotels for a third of the price per night that were better quality. Staff was nice but the property itself was a huge disappointment.

System was down couldn't even check in yet still was charged for a room that wasn't even available no attempt to correct situation of offer rebook or reimbursement terrible

One of my fav hotels. The hot tub is always hot, the breakfast buffet is amazing and they give free drinks at the bar daily from 4-6

This hotel was pretty good. A bit outdated but for the price and the comfortability it was great. Definitely would stay here again.

The parking lot is not secure they broke a window in my truck and the front desk did not do anything to help with my cost for the new window. It was like 10 cars with broken windows that night.

This Hotel is one of the best. The Staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, the restaurant is awesome, they have breakfast, the omelets are amazing. There is an indoor pool. Nice location close to American Airlines Stadium. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The Bad: I found a hair on the wall in the shower when I first entered. We had an open-plan shower and it flooded the floor, which just sucked. The parking was $31.

I stay at embassy everywhere i go.

Our 2 night stay was excellent. Friendly customer service, clean room, breakfast was yummy, and overall, my kids loved it which makes this mom happy. If you are planning on exploring Dallas and areas around Dallas for severals days, you can buy some waters and snacks to place them in the mini fridge they have in the room. The best thing it's not far away from downtown Dallas. Highly recommend it if you got a budget plan.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the breakfast was not so good

Our tv in the bedroom did not work for the entire stay. We had to talk to the front desk three times before someone came to look at it. It was never fixed nor was a solution offered. The shower drain was extremely slow.

The stay at Embassy Suites is also the most economical and comfortable stay for my family. We enjoy the layout of the suites and the hot, made to order breakfast. We'll always consider this hotel brand when traveling.

This hotel has a wonderful staff and I will give a special shout-out to Armando who has checked us in on our last 4 visits to Embassy Suites while we had appointments at UTSW Medical Center. When we got to our room we noticed a concern that we thought we should mentíon to Armando. I called the front desk and told him we would come down to the lobby to explain. Before we could get there Armando was on his way to see us and we met in the hallway. He was coming to take care of the situation…and he did just that. In a matter of two minutes Armando had everything taken care of. It wasn’t a big problem at all and was a very easy fix, but just the idea that we had a concern in the first place was something that Armando wanted to quickly address. It is obvious that customer comfort is a priority for him and we so appreciate that type of work ethic!

Overall, we had a good stay. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options, and the hotel's location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and getting around the area was easy. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating. Despite that, it was a comfortable stay and a good value for the location.

It will always be my go to stay at place. Love the full breakfasts, the Staff are all very Sweet, rooms are clean & it's a good atmosphere.

Good location, and parking is gated. The hotel is older but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, just an average hotel breakfast.

Have stayed at lots of Embassies but this was the worst one. Their breakfast is usually the best and one of the reasons we like to stay but the omelets were burnt. The sausage patties were raw. Also in the dinning area, there was a roach. I have never experienced this at any embassy ever. The staff was nice though.

I always travel and use Embassy for my stays! I absolutely love this hotel. I will say we were less than impressed with front counter service. When housekeeping came and cleaned our room, they took all the towels and wash cloths, but didn't leave replacements. We asked the front desk and they said they would send someone with more. Finally, at 9:00pm, we went down to get them ourselves and the front desk said housekeeping knocked on our door a few times and we never opened, and I quote: "that's why you don't have your towels." We opened the curtains and were setting on the couch waiting on them. For over an hour, we never saw or heard anyone. He wasn't the friendliest at the desk, but otherwise our entire stay was great. The breakfast was GREAT, the hotel is roomy and clean and other than the one problem we had, we had a wonderful time. Will continue to stay with Embassy in the future!

Our room was perfect….the suites are roomy, very clean, and well-furnished. Armando has checked us in for our last two visits and I hope he will be on duty for next visit in two weeks. He is a great ambassador for this facility, making you feel like you are extra special guests.

On June 10th 2026, we discovered a large cockroach in our room. , I spoke with the front desk staff and was informed that, as compensation for the incident and the disruption to our stay, the full amount of our room charges would be credited to us in the form of Hilton Honors points within the next two days. However, we have not yet received any confirmation, notification, or points related to this matter. Today is June 19th 2026. I’ve e-mail them but no reply!

I got a 2 queen bed room. It was definitely not queen's mg 6 foot husband slept sideways, the room smelt like cat pee when we walked in, the vents were caked in dust and it looks like a diy-er did the paint and patch job on the walls. Was fine for 1 night couple hour stah- will not stay agian.

The staff was very nice, afternoon reception and breakfast were good. The room was clean but maintained terrible. Water damage all over the ceiling, the walls were bubbling from it and the bathroom had mildew all over and it smelled musty.

The front desk male name Amando deserve a 5 star customer service rating. I shared what happen the day before with my toom he immediately offered me something in return.

Air conditioner compressor made a loud noise every time kicked in all night.

This was our first time visiting this hotel. Our room was located on the front of the hotel, so the road noise was really loud, even at night. There is not much free parking, and you pay to use parking within their paid space. The code card quit working after the first day in the parking area, and we had to ask to be let in the second day. The beds were smaller than expected.

The main reason I am writing this review is to give a heads up to anyone booking an Accessible Room for handicap reasons. The suites usually have a table with a couple of chairs, a sink inside the bathroom, a door that closes to the bedroom. Because of recent medical events, I requested an Accessible room. I had a choice of a shower with a bench and a handheld sprayer that included a fixed shower head, too, or a room with a tub with the same hand held +fixed head shower. I chose the shower with the bench and wish I had not. The room had no table & chairs, no bedroom door, and sink in bedroom in order to meet handicap requirements. It was actually harder for me to be comfortable in that setting because. I now know to get the handicap with tub and sink in bathroom and a bedroom with door. I will continue to book here…it’s a great place with great staff. But I will be more inquiring about the amenities of the Accessible rooms. It was entirely my fault for not checking because options are available. I just wanted others in my situation to be aware so they can call to be sure the room they book fits their needs.

Breakfast was nice and the amenities at the hotel wasn't bad, just that it's a little older than modern hotels hence the interior of the rooms weren't as recent as some of the other hotels I've used. Staff wasn't bad as well.

On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. However, the layout made it difficult to navigate during busy times, and the coffee machine was not working during our stay. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room and some maintenance issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Great breakfast buffet and cocktail hour

This establishment is very well managed. The location is ideal. The happy hour was great. The breakfast was ok, there was definitely a wide variety of options, but the made to order eggs tasted like there was something placed in them to make them stretch like milk or something. And you had to request bacon. The bacon was not placed on the line and it was undercooked and bad quality. I did like that there were 2 sets of elevators on each side of the hotel and the private parking. The room was not up to Embassy standards in my opinion. The bathroom needs renovation, the bed and the couch need to be replaced. Overall had a decent stay, not sure I will be back unless issues are addressed. Especially with all the other hotel offerings in the area.

Our room was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The only small issue we had was the AC would not get down to the temperature we set and it took a while to cool down. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and we loved the omelette station!

Good breakfast. But it was a bit of an older property with some cosmetic issues. They were working on the plumbing and shut off the water to our entire floor for over an hour. We needed to shower before bed so we weren’t able to sleep until after midnight.
