Horrible room, in desperate need of an upgrade, AC didn’t work, room was at 80 degrees, and no ac getting to restroom, cranked up the ac to 65 degrees and it took 5 hrs to cool the room while the restroom was still an oven. Everything felt dirty and old. Time to remodel or turn it into a budget hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and worth the drive. The bathroom was a little dated but worked great. I would defeintely stay here again.

The food was very good and the pool was nice. The man checking us out was very kind. The customer service (Brandon) when we arrived was not good. Very condescending, They didn’t have the room available that we booked. So we were down a bed. They didn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience. They blamed booking.com which could easily have be their mistake. I typically use Hotels.com. and have never had this issue. This was our first time using booking.com. But ultimately it’s your hotel you fix the problem. The room was old but it was clean. So really wasn’t impressed considering what we paid.

The breakfast was very good. Free drinks and snacks in the evening were a nice treat. What I didn’t like for the price of over $180 was my cubby-hole size room, 425. A friend had 725 and was just as disappointed in the size of the room. The room next to me was so close, you could knock on the adjoining door and they could hear you. Very disappointed.

Great stay in the ambassador suite. Huge area with two rooms and living space!!! Highly recommend. Location was perfectly located to all the places we wanted to see.

The alarm kept going off all morning with a false alarms. It was scary and then very confusing. We did not get any sleep.

The ac was the main concern about the room The fan was blowing but it kept getting hotter during the night. Very uncomfortable. Then as soon as I got in bed something made me itch and that went on all night long. I told the front desk as I checked out the next morning but all that was said was “did you call maintenance “

Overall good place to stay but I’ve had better breakfast at other Embassy hotels

What a nice surprise! From check-in with Lamar, who was so kind and friendly and helpful to our room, which was a large suite. The hotel offers free transportation to the airport and back and and a happy hour. The restaurant had a good menu and again good service. We will highly recommend this to everyone in the future.shuttle

Front desk staff at check in were not friendly. The room was great except the a/c wasn’t working very well was told that a/c shuts off if no movement and since I sleep very still I kept waking up in a sweat and the pillows were old and flat. Called front desk and was told there was nothing she could do. Breakfast was underwhelming reminded me of sub par La Quinta or holiday inn breakfast. Will not be staying here again if I can avoid it.

Close to Dallas Love Field - convenient for early am flight.

Great location and property. Air conditioning in the room struggled with the Texas heat and breakfast wasn’t great.

Man do they need to upgrade bedding. I can't remember the last time I stayed with 2 doubles bed. Also the pullout couch mattress was barely better than a dog bed. I mean this place could be money for early flight fliers but man does it need some upgrades.

This hotel is dated and the rooms need some attention. Additionally, the hotel staff was short handed while I was there. Some illustrations of problems - a major wet spot on the carpet due to placement of the desk in the room directly in front of air conditioning vent, noise issues on upper floors because of the atrium design carrying noise to the top floors, security / front desk unable to deal with a screaming lady on a upper floor late at night (front desk kept putting me on hold when I would call to complain and the security guard was standing on the first flow with his arms at his hips staring at the lady instead of going and confronting her to ask her to stop. I ultimately had to scream at her myself to get her stop). The beds were uncomfortable and the shower had poor water pressure. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and very well organized, the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly even when we checked in at midnight.

Property was mediocre at best. The room I was assigned was extremely small and in a corner. My room was lil dirty. Hair in the sink. My bed had wear and tear visible. Also had a maid walk in my room. Just walked in withe her key card. Did not knock or anything. Very dissatisfied. I will never stay here again.

Also the bathroom was very poorly maintained and did not feel clean. I would not recommend unless it was a quick stay for the airport and you are ok with paying more than what you were quoted and anticipated to pay.

Stayed here for a couple of days; it wasn't the best experience. They are priced top-tier, but the quality of the place was poor. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Rooms were in bad shape. Compared to the other Embassy Suites I have stayed in, this location is the worst. The breakfast isn't on par with the others; the servers working the area aren't great, and it's high-priced and didn't deliver.

Awesome place to stay and the staff members are amazing. The rooms are clean, quiet and cozy. It’s also an awesome location, extremely close to the Airport. I only stayed one day due to flight delays but if given the opportunity… I would definitely stay here again. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in the Dallas Love Field Airport area.

Beautiful propert, friendly staff and easy check in. Happy Hour was great. The restaurant has great food. Will be our place to stay while visiting family for sure!

When staying at a hotel? You expect noises throughout the night. A door slams or car horn or maybe even people talking in the halls. But for some reason in the room that I stayed in all night long from 10 PM to 6 AM all I heard were mechanical noises. My room was close to the elevator so perhaps that was it but no matter I didn't get any sleep. I only booked the room for one night because my flight was canceled. I had spent a day traveling, and I would be up early the next morning to travel again. All I needed was a good night sleep and I wasn't able to get that. I did tell the front desk clerk when I left this morning. She said she notated what I heard on my room number, but that was all she responded.

Spotless and staff was very attentive. Mehmet was one of the drivers for tranport to Love Field. Super helpful and just a beautiful person.

The Hotel was great. I rented 2 rooms for me and my companions The problem came I was monitoring my credit card. The hotel started making charges during my stay that I didn't understand, and they surpassed the amount I paid for the rooms. When I asked for an explanation, they said that part of the problem was I booked one room direct and another room virtual through Expedia. We did get it straightened out, but it took away from the enjoyment of my trip. If this is true, I probably won't use Expedia anymore and I'll probably book directly. I'll reread my confirmation emails again and see if I can make sense of this and make sure it wasn't a mistake I made

Beatiful hotel, the Atrium looks very nice on arrival. Staff is very friendly. There's a lake and a walking trail right next to the hitel.

My room refrigerator didn’t work and my food which was brought in from out of town spoiled. To make matters worse the lady at the front desk had the nerve to ask me to pull the refrigerator out and readjust it. I’m by no means an employee nor am I a refrigerator specialist. Also I was not informed I would be charged for parking.

The room was in great shape and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and great shuttle service!

First and the main reason for the low rating; the shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also, once the shuttle arrives it shoved 15 people into a van that is not made for that many! The room was ok but dated and needed some work. The temp control was not working. Overall, not our best stay. Extra, the uber driver we used the next day, told us he stays around this hotel because the shuttle is a known issue and he gets plenty of work; not a good thing to be known for! Should get a refund for all these issues! I may contact Hilton directly.

We had a great quick one night stay here. The room was clean and our kids wanted to swim in the pool which was impressively clean! We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and this one by far was the cleanest.

Stayed here due to it being close to Love Field Airport. Enjoyed the cocktail hours from 5-7. Not many choices for drinks. Had dinner in hotel restaurant. Very good.

This location was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room was lovely and the soundproofing was exceptional. Breakfast had many options and even custom, made to order omelets. They also include happy hour providing free refreshments and snacks like trailmix and vegetable tray. The only downside I would say is the parking, as there is a small parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel.
