First off I was not able to stay here. I tried changing the dates of my stay 2 weeks prior, but none of the emails were responded and the phone numbers are also not responding. This is by far the worst transaction i had with hotels. The property communication is the worst. No response at all.

I booked a double queen room and pre paid for the room with Expedia. when I arrived i was told that there are no more double bed rooms that it may have been given away to a member. This is unacceptable when I booked and paid for something and had to make do with one bed and couch as the other bed.

The location and pool. Room was clean and staff friendly. A little pricey for the area.
- 4/5
They did have a private pool party going on which caused a lot of over drunkness around the lobby area. Staff were super helpful.
- 4/5
Property was beautiful and so was the view, but the room had random stains everywhere on the cabinets and nightstands.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Spacious lobby to sit and work. Good firm mattress.

The entire experience was great. The room was more than expected. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a hotel reservation we made at 11:55pm to stay and get a few hours of sleep due to a flight delay and missed connection. After getting pushed back to even later we arrived to get a few hours of sleep and were told we could not have our room since it was after midnight. A room that we paid in full for already! So had to go sleep at the airport for 5 hours. The hotel left a room sitting open that we paid $200 for just because we arrived after midnight. Waiting for hotels.com to refund our money for an unused room and they are not responding to multiple messages. Awful customer service by both the hotel and hotels.com

Everything was great, wonderful hotel

The staff were quite friendly, answered questions promptly, and even came to reset our breaker when my cell phone charger tripped the bedroom outlets. The stay included breakfast, though I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry. The room was spacious, and included a kitchen area, was clean and reasonably cool... The pool proved to be very refreshing and towels were provided, so you won't need to bring one from your room.

Clean, and nice breakfast
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and huge rooms. There is some food within walking distance too. I couldn’t get an early check in but it was worth the wait. 10/10. I would stay here again.

The convenience of the airport shuttle from Dallas Love Field Airport was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. Our only issue was our room needed to be changed because of AC issues but the staff was wonderful in troubleshooting, and getting us another room promptly. Shout out to Wyatt the maintenance man! The kindest and purest soul!
- 5/5
Front desk staff? Friendly, kind, and actually pleasant to deal with (which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is). Breakfast though… wow. Not your average setup. They had a super sweet woman making custom omelets, and she was the kind of person who just makes your morning better. The hotel itself has a really cool vibe, and the beds? So comfy you might rethink your alarm choices. Easy location, great people, legit breakfast, and seriously comfortable beds. Done.

Convenient to airport No shuttle service. I waited at airport for 50 min despite speaking to someone at hotel for shuttle service. Worker didn’t show up to work and the man attended couldn’t leave his place. Desk man was very nice though. Wish I would have been told that 50 min earlier!!!

The room was decent however the rug was worn. The morning breakfast was terrible. There was only 3 choices to select from, and only 1 type of muffin. The silverware was dirty and not washed or clean. It looked like they just reused silverware from other guest that already eat.

One person at front desk no explanation of amenities ridiculous

Breakfast was fine. Coffee was really strong, maybe too strong. Lots of tv channels. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work to our liking. Bath towels were too coarse. Didn't like paying for parking.

I liked the location as I flew into Love Field. Also like the location as it was close to a DART station which I used. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I requested to be moved to another room due to a barking dog in the room next to me and they handled that quickly and with no fuss. The only negative to the room was one of the electrical outlets on the bedside lamp did not work.

The room was very nice but the neighborhood had alot of homeless people and the parking is wide open. People who lived in the apartments behind were parking and getting deliveries in the hotel parking lot. There are a few food options nearby. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
It very clean and the staff friendly.

I stayed here for a week and after four days developed bites and rashes all over my body. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room for the last two nights, with a promise of compensation. No manager was on duty at the time. Days later, I still hadn’t received a call from a manager. Each time I tried to follow up, my calls went unanswered—until I called from a different number, at which point they picked up immediately. I was then told the manager “wasn’t available until later.” The hotel itself was fine, but the staff’s lack of follow-through and assistance was unacceptable. I’m still dealing with the aftermath of this experience. I won’t be returning or recommending this property.

We chose this hotel because of a promo for Free Parking when reserving a King Suite. When we arrived the receptionist said they never give free parking. I showed her a screenshot of the reservation which showed free parking. She then gave us the stinkiest room.
- 4/5
Nice clean and new hotel with nice staff. Kind of strange industrial airport parking & rental car kind of neighborhood
- 2/5
But this time, while they acknowledged that we had pre-paid Expedia reservations, the desk clerk could not give us a room. Why? Don't know. We were asked to wait for the manager. So we waited. And waited. And finally I gave up, went to the desk and paid a second time for the room. Did the management come to us offering to make things right? Nope. Apology? Nope. Sat at the bar to order drinks. No bartender. Waited, and still no bartender and this was on a Saturday night. So I walked into the kitchen and asked if anyone could pour me a drink. A cook came out, did her best, but did not know how to collect payment. So again, it was wait for the manager, who finally showed up and seemed baffled by his own computer system. I gave up, slapped down a 20 and walked away with my drinks. The impression I had on the first stay was confirmed: this hotel is not well managed. I don't blame the clearly under-trained desk clerk, or the willing cook, this is a management issue.
- 2/5
Very busy and noisy hotel. Not enough parking.
- 5/5
Love the person that I checked in with she was super friendly and awesome
- 2/5
The first room had an AC that didn’t work. I had to go back downstairs to get another room. The second room was a bit dirty, fridge/microwave were open when I went in the room. The shade was broken so it wouldn’t close letting sun and light in from outside. The panel in bathroom was closed. The bed was uncomfortable and smelled weird. Toiletries were missing. Dishwasher was leaking. Please contact if you’d like pictures I took.

Great stay!
- 5/5
Very modern facility with very clean and pleasant rooms!
- 5/5
Nice for a 2-day stay.
- 4/5
Quite pleased with my stay in a very nice hotel. The only problem was they charged for parking by mistake when I had a room that said free parking on the hotel’s.com website, even after I checked the folio had no charge on it. Had to take time on the phone to get the credit
- 2/5
I really really wanted to like this hotel based on the photos however I was really disappointed. Check in was smooth but I didn’t get the pool view as per my booking. Upon arrival to the room i immediately noticed dog hair all over the furniture, human hair stuck on the wall inside the bathroom. There is a black hand smudges all over the door. The shower head looked liked it needed a good cleaning with vinegar to get rid of all the calcium buildup. The nightstand on the side I slept on had black crust (maybe mascara) on it, you can tell housekeeping didn’t clean it at all. The carpet also had a lot of human hair that was not mine. We also noticed housekeeping did not come around the entire time we stayed (3 nights). Bed was really comfortable but the sheets were not soft at all, they might as well cover yourself in burlap fabric. lastly when we looked under the sink for some paper towels we noticed black mold under the kitchen sink.

Easy checkin. Clean comfortable quiet room.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and lots of restaurant choices by the hotel.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our get away weekend! 10 out of 10 would stay again!
- 5/5
The staff on the Element side were very nice and attentive. The hotel is close to the airport and close to the Highland Park area making it a convenient and affordable place to stay. We will stay there again on our next trip to the big D...
- 5/5
Getting in or out of parking lot and spaces for parking were very narrow.
- 5/5
Good value for being able to have fridge, induction stove, kitchen sink, and microwave; also spacious bathroom and spacious room with desk and couch. Good value for a stay when you are on a work trip and want to come back to ample space with multiple functions
- 4/5
Great location to Dallas Love.
- 5/5
Such a clean hotel, always. The staff is friendly and check in is a breeze! The parking fee is only $10 which is nice.
- 4/5
Overall, it was a nice place to stay to catch an early flight. I was satisfied with my experience but surprised that I did not get the type or location of room that I selected on Hotels.com. I had requested a 1 king bed room, non accessible, with a view of the pool. Not sure if this is a hotel or hotels.com issue.
- 5/5
He had the best personality and a smile on his face. He was. So helpful. We will stay at the hotel again. What we Liked best is they have 24 hour service to Dallas love field.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and the location was perfect
- 2/5
Got charged for parking and no spaces available. Plenty of apologies but no help.
- 2/5
$16/night self park is too expensive. Luggage carts too small and too few. Breakfast was poor. Room had damaged window coverings and there was no cookware to use on induction cooktop.
- 4/5
Nice property big rooms and bathrooms
- 3/5
Good hotel, near Dallas Love field airport, but not trust on schuttle bus servive.
- 4/5
Place needs a deep clean before it’s gets worse. Detail cleaning is it needs. Am surprised management hasn’t seen it.
- 4/5
Overall my stay at Element was nice, though having to pay for parking in a wide open self-parking lot is not customer friendly. The room was nice and large (suite) with a full kitchen. It is nice to have the bar and restaurant on site and the food I ate was pretty tasty. They should add Chardonnay to their wine offerings!
- 5/5
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Top-notch all around!
- 3/5
I would recommend this hotel to those flying out of Dallas Love Field - the shuttle was great.
- 5/5
we were very happy with our stay.

Always an amazing stay!!
- 2/5
I have spent thousands of dollars at Element and I'm so disappointed. I broke out in hives after my second night only to find the right comforter was brown in the sunlight. I reported it to the manager who promised to get back to me and never did. I booked through Expedia and they attempted to get partial or full refund and were denied.

I stayed here over this past weekend, 6/9-6/11/2023 for the FanExpo. I had my daughter and her boyfriend. I booked a two queen bed studio. It was a five hour drive to get to Dallas from where we live. We were to leave on Friday before 5:00. However, due to a family emergency I didn't leave town until after 8:00 that night. Putting me at the hotel after 1:30 AM. I contacted them to let them know of my late arrival and was assured it was no problem because they ran their systems at 3:00 AM. Make it to the hotel at 1:30 AM. Get checked in and to my room and I was put in a king studio with a sofa bed. I booked two beds. I go back down and show her my reservation is for two queen beds. While on the phone she plays around on the computer to tell me sorry, all those rooms are dirty and she can't fix anything. I am so unhappy immediately. Sleeper sofas are the worst. I paid for two beds for comfort. When booking I saw the king room with a sleeper sofa, which was cheaper but paid more money for two beds for a reason! On top of that, no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. Had to request that, waited 45 more minutes for that. Called over and over at the front desk with no answer to find out what was taking so long. Out of frustration, went to go to the front desk in person only to find the bedding laying on the dirty floor outside our door and missing the blanket. Got no sleep that night. Woke up early for our day which was ruined because of how tired we all were. Will not return.
- 3/5
This location is close to the airport terminal which was convenient. However, I found my room to be very noisy. I could hear people running in the hallways and doors slamming closed. I also didn't find the staff particularly friendly. The one person who was very nice, (and seemed to really like his job) was the bartender/server at the Aloft bar. He was professional and had a great attitude. I loved the tacos I ordered as well.
- 5/5
Close to the airport and to a decent meal!
- 5/5
The staff at the Element was amazing! Bree got me into a hotel when there were no reservations available the early morning of Friday, May 19th during her overnight shift. The crew of Tariq (also my namesake), Tabby, and Samuel were amazing in the daytime shifts at the front desk. They made sure that my stay was amazing. I had a wonderful time. My stay was so great that I ended up re-arranging my flight to leave a day later and stayed in the hotel an extra night from checking out the morning of Sunday, May 22nd to leaving on Monday, May 24th.
- 5/5
This is what every hotel experience should be like!!! A nice hotel, reasonably priced with accommodating and friendly staff. Plus the beds were super comfy. My daughter said she’d live there if she could.
- 5/5
The room and hotel are nice. However, we waited 50 mins for the airport shuttle. We were told it would take 10-15 mins. I actually called 4 times! Then they told me it had been by the airport twice and they absolutely had not been by. Just get an Uber and ditch the shuttle.
- 3/5
It is a clean place but house keeping shows up every other day. They should pay more attention to places that patrons may leave trash that could be unnoticeable.
- 4/5
It wasn't bad.

It was a new ce place to stay.

Liked the room had a small kitchen
- 3/5
While I have stayed at both the hotels many times, I am amazed that there is no options for decent food at the bar.
- 5/5
Sixth time staying here. Excellent as usual. Only concern is that the bar Never has ingredients for a Bloody Mary
- 1/5
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! We checked in and the upgraded room we reserved two months in advance was not the one we got. I went back to front desk and she said sorry we have an event going on and those rooms were all given away. She told me that I could call their accountant the next week to get a refund on the upgraded amount we paid. The room we were put in was tiny. The room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the sink still. The staff was not helpful and we had to look for the microwave. Parking was limited in the front of the hotel and it was raining. The next morning the cleaning lady knocked on our door early and asked when we were checking out. There were two other couples that stayed at the hotel and the exact same thing happened to them. I do not recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
The property was clean. Parking was great. Free breakfast.

For us weary elderly travellers just trying to get to our daughters in California for Christmas and New Years and being stranded in Dallas because of Southwest; it was wonderful to arrive to a warm welcome and warm comfortable room!! We were also so grateful to have free shuttle service from the airport. 😊👍. Since we were also travelling with our little dog, it was wonderful that this hotel was pet friendly! It was also so nice to have breakfast included. It was also our first experience having a Robot deliver the extra blanket we needed! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good place to stay!😄👍
- 3/5
Room 563 was very clean. Overall a really nice stay. Thanks!
- 1/5
We called the hotel at 8p day of our stay to let them know we would be checking in a bit later. They acknowledged this and informed us that we could check in anytime until 6a. We arrived at midnight and were told that there was a water leak and that we would have to find other lodging. This applied to at least 10 people who arrived after us. The desk reception were not helpful or professional. This has been the absolute worst hotel experience to date. We struggled to find accommodations for an hour and a half before finally checking into a motel 6,
- 3/5
Place was nice but fire alarm disrupted our stay. Wasn’t offered a refund. We stayed at hotel for a total of 3 hrs. Because the Fire Alarm. Left with 1:30hrs of sleep
- 5/5
The hotel is super clean and the staff there are very friendly. The room is like a little apartment with kitchen, 2 TVs, big refrigerator... The hotel also has a big exercise room, free wine every evening... They have shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes. We stayed there for 5 days and will definitely booked this hotel again when we visit Dallas again.
- 2/5
When I get to the hotel to check in I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes, while they constantly let people check in before me and a whole line of people. After standing there for 30 to 45 minutes the lady said well you all can check in on the other side. After that long wait, which could have been avoided if she would have told us that earlier. Now we had to rush to get to the event we were going to. Also, the shade in my room was electronic and it was broken, called about it and was told someone was coming to fix it and they never did. The light coming from the window woke me up the next morning.

I was sent a message that my reservation could not be located. This was sent when I landed in Dallas Tx. I saved the message. 6232652658

Conveniently located and a very nice property.
- 5/5
Hotel and location was perfect. Only downside was front desk wasn’t always available. It would have been a 10 but not without daily housekeeping
- 5/5
Also, the workers are friendly but with the divided desks, they are often on one side.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Was a nice stay for one nights stay.
- 5/5
The hotel front desk staff was nice and very helpful. I will defiantly stay there again.
- 5/5
All of the staff were very helpful and I’m top of everything. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
- 5/5
Stayed twice while traveling through Dallas Love. Clean and convenient with comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Element was a really great hotel. There were great dining options nearby, a gym, and the staff was fantastic.
- 2/5
They canceled my reservation saying they did not have a credit card for my reservation! Not true..I had to put a card in to reserve my room! Request room service never got it after paying $300 per night. Terrible service!!
- 4/5
It was confusing when you walk in- A Loft & Element, one entrance on each side. The young man who checked us in, was obviously new. Not in a uniform, had a terrible body odor smell. He kept asking my husband to insert his card for the deposit. It put 3 deposit holds on our card. Not cool! We asked for a pool view when booking. Was not gave one. The pool area could have been cleaned better. Some broken chairs needed repairs. Breakfast was decent, except a teenager running the area.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and very clean facility. I enjoy staying in this hotel.
- 5/5
The only thing I did not like was the bed covers. They were so thin, like sleeping only with a sheet. No blanket what so ever. And the very thin bed cover had brown spots, like the very small amounts of stuffing in the bed cover had lumped together and burned in the dryer. That’s what I hoped, and that it was not mold.
- 5/5
The facility remains excellent for our needs. Love the shuttle service and the drivers. Front desk and bar excellent as always. Would like a minimum of automatic room cleaning, removing trash.
- 5/5
Very clean. The staff was excellent!
