The toilet had issues that caused water to spill onto the floor, and the shower was not very clean. Parking also becomes extremely difficult to find when events are held at the hotel, despite having paid for a parking pass.

The only minor detail to mention this time was the service during check-in, as the staff at the front desk was not as friendly as on previous visits. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, attentive and very professional. My family enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was bothersome was guest lettung their children run the hallways at 1am which was very disruptive making it hard to sleep.

I was shoved into a room that was clearly made for disabled persons. The shower was very uncomfortable. I am 6' 4". Had I known that the only room available to me at that time was that for a disabled person, it may have prompted a change in accomodations.

Popcorn on check in. No cookie was presented, rare for a double tree. Staff is not super kind behind the scenes. The room is good. The spacious lobby was good. They didnt pay attention to details — the soccer posters were outdated. I didn’t feel very welcomed. The staff questioned me multiple times. There was on checkout no issue. This day, but the next day was bad.

Worked out well for my basic purposes. Only around 15 minute drive to downtown Dallas but a better price I believe. Being on the north side put me near the places I was visiting. It was clean and quiet and safe.

Overall, decent affordable place to stay. Bathroom was definitely outdated. Took me a min to tell if that was cracks in the tile floor or hair. My biggest plus, affordability and pillows. The pillows are fantastic. My biggest dislike, the mattress. Little too firm for my body. If I had to do more then my one night, I would have been either sleepless or hurting.

The only issue I encountered was with the toilet in Room 215. When flushed, the water would rise unusually high before slowly draining, suggesting it may need servicing. Aside from that minor maintenance concern, my experience was very positive, and I would gladly stay here again.

The infused water was refreshing. I did not have anything special anout my stay. I was glad to be able to relax in a clean room before going to my event. The tv screen had welcome with my name. Which was enlightening.

The staff while checking in was very unorganized. One gentelman was of no assistance at all continously had me leaving our church meeting after I expressed to him I would be tied up could my husband check in if the room became available earlier. He could have established a name at that point. This staff was was not satisfactory.

Did not try the food. Only needed a short getaway. Was deeply disturbed by the crack on the door. The rest of the room was acceptable. Huge issue for me. They charge for parking at a hotel I am paying to stay in. Unfortunately that a never again issue for me. Thank you.

I had someone enter my room while I was out and they went through my luggage and stole a pair of valuable earrings. The hotel is not concerned with guest safety or comfort. The management was cocky sarcastic and dismissive. The room did not feel clean. The toilet paper is very poor quality. The drain stopper in shower bath did not work or drain so standing in water while showering. Problems with hotel card key. Long wait for elevators. The heat did not work effectively.
