WiFi wouldn’t work and we when tried to order room service the QR code didn’t work and we couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone even though we called during business hours

Staff was very helpful. Property is older but seems well maintained. All in all a nice stay.

The room was spacious and outdated but clean. The bathroom was as small as a jail cell. Two people couldn’t fit in there and the toilet was the same as a public restroom with urine around it… The air conditioner as the best part of the room as it was freezing in there. And as we were getting ready to go to my vehicle we see that it had been broken into in the middle of the night and the person next to use had his truck stolen. The hotel didn’t do anything but tell us to file a police report. There was even security driving around “all night “…. Not to mention we had to pay to park!!! I would never stay here again and I want a refund!

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were able to check in early so that was super convenient for us! Plenty of parking! The hotel was very old and outdated. The hook to hang a towel fell off because it was just hanging by loose screws. The room was tiny and I definitely felt like I overpaid. At best, the room would have been worth $80, not the $146 I paid.

Front desk lady who checked me in was great. Her name is Shanoe, she was so helpful with parking suggestions and gave me an extra hour for check out. I didn't expect the property would charge for parking ($20!!!) but she waived it.

I met a celebrity from a show I watched that was secretly staying here! I loved everything

Staff were great and the room was clean! My only issues were that only one elevator was working, there was a wasp nest on the balcony, and every time I stepped outside by the pool area it smelled heavily of cannabis(disgusting smell).

Second one i have been to with very disappointing staff. Can't ever get ahold of a manager. Hotel looked ok but not as good as in the pics. Ended up at Sheraton across the street with much better everything, including price.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel was quite which is always nice. Only one elevator was working. We were in town for a concert and there was alot of people so wait times for the elevator we're long.

I was really happy how they let us check in early without paying a fee. That was very nice of them. What a nice lady at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like about my stay here was that the water in the shower didn’t get hot enough. Other than that it was pleasant. And it would be better if breakfast was free also, to many nice hotels offer continental breakfast. Get with the times.

This place was just run down and you could hear your neighbors breath. Going up and down the hall to get ice you could hear other rooms playing their music loudly from the hall and in your room. At one in the morning, our neighbor starts beating on our mutual wall scaring the life out of us. Then around 6am our upstairs neighbors commence bouncing basketballs. It was such a sleepless night we checked out early (still paying for the additional night) just so we could go check into a cleaner and quieter hotel. I was shocked this was a doubletree. Every doubletree we have ever stayed at had been quite nice. It just felt gross the moment we walked in.

Decent room but really low ceilings. Would stay again but sad they charge for parking.

Looks nice in the outside but not that great on the inside. The room was small, the bathroom was tiny with low ceiling, I’m 5’2” and I could reach the ceiling with my hand. Cobwebs around the ceiling in the room. Not enough plug ins, had to move the coffee maker to the desk to make a cup of coffee. Parking is not free, $20/day, it was not mentioned when I booked the room.

The hotel was very nice. The king room could if had another chair to sit on. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful, and breakfast had many choices. Dinner was served in the bar area and could have had better choices. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Honestly was very impressed with this hotel they made the entire experience very simple and easy from parking to breakfast to check out the staff we’re all beyond friendly the room was super cute!! I would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue was my tv was semi broken. Had a weird glare on it but everything else was great.

Hotel is not in a good part of town. Don't bother picking a room type or trying to check in on the app at this hotel either. If you can, pick somewhere else.

For the same price, you can find much better options downtown. The biggest problem is the terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking, coughing, and even flushing the toilet in the next room. There was a connecting door between the rooms, and it felt like there was almost no noise insulation at all. I was unable to sleep. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff told us we could check out of both rooms the next day. I left some of my belongings in the original room and returned the next morning to collect them. While I was inside, housekeeping suddenly entered without knocking. Then the front desk staff spoke to us very rudely and demanded that we leave immediately, despite the fact that I had barely fallen asleep after 1 a.m. because of the noise. The breakfast was also disappointing. The fruit was not fresh, the coffee was weak and flavorless, and there were very few food options. Between the poor service, lack of privacy, terrible soundproofing, and low-quality breakfast, this hotel was not worth the money at all. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I loved the cookies of course! The stay was okay, but it’s definitely time to do some renovations and updating. The pool area is not as pictured, the cushion covers were very old and worn out. The pool was nice though. It has potential to be very very nice with minor updates. The staff were nice and friendly.

It was a great stay! the only thing was the air conditioner turns on and off and sometimes it be hot for me and it only went down to 67 I believe

Great place to go and stay. We got the balcony and it was amazing to sit and relax and watch the rain.

Great stay near local attractions

Hotel was only okay, but would not stay here again. We had the world's smallest bathroom I've ever seen, the shower curtain had brown stains and the shower head would not stay in place making it extremely difficult to shower. Carpet in the room was pretty gross too.

Came home to a new chargers on my credit card. Unsure what that’s about. Met friends and asked if there was a microwave I could use in the lobby and was told they had never seen one. Front desk clerk and bar tender both said no. Yet they allowed another guest to warm up their food, and actually warmed it up themselves! Brought it out steaming! Then proceeded to tell me when I asked why they didn’t allow me to warm my food they said they aren’t allowed.

Place was amazing will be back to stay

Hotel was quite dated. While the check in was great- front desk friendly- the rooms were a bit worn out. Had issues with the drain in the shower as the water would not go down. Location was good as we were in town just one night for a concert at American Airlines. If you don’t plan on spending much time in the room- good option.

The pictures look better than the property itself but it was reasonably priced. The parking wasn’t great and you’re charged $20/night to park, which is crazy seeing as we’ve already paid to stay.

The bad: Upon entering my room on arrival, I found every drawer and the refrigerator door wide open. It was a bit unnerving honestly. But the room was clean. The bathroom in room 202 is in disrepair. The outlet is coming out of the wall, the tile is cracked... not a good look. The room was clean but I really didn't want to go in that bathroom.

Air conditioning absolutely sucked at night, and room smelt like urine. No hot tub and they charge extra for parking and continental breakfast

The issues we had at this hotel weren’t major, just minor things. Oh and btw, they charge guests $20 a day for parking, in case anyone missed that like we did.

Parking was a bit of a surprise as I apparently did not notice that it is a daily parking fee. I understand in prime locations having paid parking, but this seems out of place. Overall happy with the stay and location.

Don't have a lot negative to say in this review, but was slightly disappointed based on previous stays at Doubletree locations. Hotel was clean. Hot Water was HOT, AC was COLD. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Nice from hallway was okay - couple of loud guests, but mostly quiet. View out window was TERRIBLE - the raw view of the tarred roof of the conference center - UGH. Bathroom was WAY TOO SMALL. Staff was friendly & professional. Breakfast was good.

The shower head leaks. They didnt really level the floor for both drains. It'll sit in front of the toilet. Should just supply the user with a wiper.

They charged me for a car I didn’t have

The room was great but no warning about the trees in the parking lot that will completely cover your vehicle in sap or some kind of leakage. It’s not just one or two spots. It’s thousands of drops and a headache I didn’t need included with my stay.

Room was clean but showed signs of age. Bathroom was uncomfortably small. Comfortable bed. Nice tv. Do choose a room on the pool side of the hotel as the street side has a lot of road noise. Plus, a concert venue directly across the street can be disruptively annoying.

The only thing that stood out was the air conditioning system. I was a bit confused on how to work it, but overall my stay was great.
