Excellent location, room very spacious, very cleaned, staff very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Construction at the entrance made this a bit of an inconvenience at the onset. Hotel was fine but do not expect any extras…even the complimentary coffee was empty the few times we went for some. Staff knew but it never got changed. Overall ok but won’t stay again unless construction is cleared.

We loved our stay since it was in the middle of everything

The room and hotel was spotless. All the staff were very helpful and quickly shipped some items left behind. Especially, my granddaughters favorite stuffed owl. She was crying for days. Thanks to all of you at Doubletree. The bar and bartender were awesome. The food was top notch. Entrance is under construction but not too difficult to get around.

Beautiful building in general, inside and out. Everything was warm and cozy. I don’t want to leave honestly. Will come back again.

The bathroom sink was clogged. The basin would fill with water, and sit, and then clear, on its own, though black "stuff" was left in the basin each time. I understand that the pipes must be old - I've stayed at the hotel there many times over almost 30 years, but I reported this on the first day, and the second, and nothing was done about it, and I wasn't asked if the issue had been resolved. I almost asked for a cut on my bill and I think that would've been justified.

We complained to Peter …. Guest services …complained many times about the loud TV noise …. We even called their room…. No answer….Peter did finally came up to their room…. 1712….knocked…. No response…. He even tried to enter the room… but it was dead bolted…. No one would answer the door!!! At 5:00 am…. We still could not go to sleep as the noise was so loud !!!! I even asked for a refund from Aaron at the desk…. But he refused as he said we had booked through you…. Expedia. We are due a refund from someone…. As unable to sleep in our room last night…Friday night. . At 4:30 am, hotel did offer us another room down on the 4th floor…. But who wants to move at 4;30 am?? A read unhappy and bad experience at this hotel.

Currently under renovation. The temporary entrance is difficult at best for anyone with mobility issues. Dust everywhere. There were spiders in the hotel room and bathroom. Zero view from my room on the second floor outside of a brick wall. What was supposed to be a “Deluxe” King room was more of a semi standard room.

It was close to the facility I had surgery at.

The tub had water leaking on a constant leak, way more than just a drip, and they never sent maintenance to fix it even though I called them about it 3 different times. There is construction at their entrance that would have been nice to know ahead of time, but that’s about it.

The staff was an extremely, not helpful not nice and very unaccommodating. The amenities or lack of amenities wasn’t very good.

I stayed in room 703 while I was there. It was a couple arguing for hours constantly throughout the night they were on the 8th floor they were fighting so loud you could hear ever word clear as day as if they were standing in our room. When I got to front desk the guy said he knew about the couple on the 8th floor. Said he couldn’t help with anything else all he offered was some warm cookies and the manager number who also wasn’t any help himself, the manager acted like he didn’t know it was ever a noise complaint. I even offered to send him the videos of where you can clearly hear the people but NOTHING was resolved. I’m back home now and won’t be booking again. Thanks for NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING

We got to hotel at 3:30 to check in but were told their system was down nationwide. The lobby was packed with guests waiting. They said they were sorry but did nothing else. We needed to get ready for an event that night but waited until 5:30 and heard nothing. We could not shower or dress. We were very disappointed they did not have a way to assign rooms or make Keys. We were just out of luck!!! Too bad!!! Finally at 9:30 that night they let people in rooms. Why did they not have a policy in case systems were down like doctors are expected to do? We had electronic proof of reservation but it didn’t matter. I asked if some kind of compensation would be given but they said no. They should have discounted our room, given us free breakfast or voucher for future reservation. But nothing!!! Very poor customer service.

This made the room rather warm. It never really got cold. Also, I was unaware until I checked in that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The hotel is somewhat dated and needs a renovation.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not working properly. When we arrived at the room around 6:30 pm, the temperature in the room was 81 degrees. We turned it down and went out to dinner thinking the room would cool off while we were gone, because we could feel cold air coming out of the vents. By midnight it was down to 78 degrees. We had to sleep without the covers because it was so hot. Finally, by 7:00 am the room was down to 71 degrees.

Entry to hotel due to renovation was very difficult to access with suitcases.

Decent…shower was uncontrollably hot: and looked not fully clean.

My vehicle was broken into with literally 3 cameras facing towards they need to reinforce security

Excellent location for our visit to Dallas. Our activities were all north of downtown. Very close to North park Center. Dangerously close to chik-fila for the kids. We didn’t try it but the hotel had 2 TopGolf suites in the lobby!

The staff in the restaurant were great! The people I dealt with at front desk not so much just one particular man he was horrible wish I had his name but the other staff were awesome.

Loved the location. The beds were comfortable, and the room was so quiet. I love the amenities in the room. Great front desk clerks.

Room was tired and beat up. Furniture had obvious worn edges and fabric. Built in cabinets had missing facings. Dirty grout in shower. Mattress had rut where guests slept. Elevator had worn interior panels. This used to be a fabulous first class hotel back in the 90s...But not now.

The front of the hotel is going through a major renovation; however, the new entrance is easy to access. The Breakfast was substantial and Rosemary in the breakfast area was friendly. The staff was professional and friendly. The warm cookies at night were a treat!

The hotel is located right next to a highway and a train track, which creates significant noise throughout the night. The traffic and passing trains made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise level seriously affected the quality of my stay.

The Only reason I’m giving a 3 because the staff was really nice and tried to help. Good location, awesome view! The rooms were not clean neither was the bathrooms. Some stuff was falling apart! I think the curtains have not been cleaned in years. The chairs in the room were disgusting you visibly could see the dirt on them when you open the window. Very outdated, They are going through a renovation which I understand. But the cleanliness of the rooms are just NOT up to par. Changed rooms and it was the same filthy chairs, stains, outdated, I was very disappointed and it was my very first stay at the doubletree. Maybe after completing all their renovations it’ll be better but until then, I would not stay at another doubletree at all.

Our sink didn’t drain well at all. A bug was in our toilet when we got to the room. My comforter was very dingy and even though I’m sure it was washed, it made it feel dirty. The room was clean overall. Little things like that matter to me though when I’m paying for a room. The staff was great and very friendly.

The room was nice and clean. I didn't care for the building support pole in the 19th floor room. Also could have used a microwave oven. But I would surely visit again. Thanks

First, arrival was confusing as their entrance was boarded up by plywood with only a narrow walkway exposed that is difficult to see when pulling up to park - so you don't know if you are at the right place, or where the entrance is. Second, the rooms are run down and not cleaned well. The room I checked into smelled horrible (which I suspect is actually a plumbing issue as the bathroom wreaked of sewage my entire stay). The bathroom mirror had old toothpaste on it. If other things were clean it was hard to tell as things were so run down - the bathroom fan was rusted out, the ceiling of the shower had a circular hole in it - with a random pipe pretruding out of it. The cabinetry was falling apart with giant paint chips missing - the wall art and other fixtures were also deteriorating. The toilet appeared to be a creation made from 10 different toilet parts as they were all varying shades of aged, disgusting, marked up yellow. The toiletries attached to the shower wall were empty (which I only attempted to use because I forgot to bring one - and as luck would have it so did the hotel). The room was exceedingly small, cramped, and DARK, which made it feel even grosser. I sucked it up because I was stopping in for a quick trip and I booked a non-refundable stay on Expedia - but I will never stay at another Hilton again after this experience - the photos and reviews were so misleading.

The room was amazing, view was great… the staff was very attentive and I like how the rooms already had extra of everything that I would need so I didn’t have to ask for anything. The only downside was there being only one microwave but the overall experience was 9/10!

The construction made getting your things to and from you vehicle a bit more difficult but im sure that means they are upgrading their drop off/entrance

One of the best things about this hotel is that the restaurant on-site is very good, so there's no need to drive anywhere for dinner. The food was great, and the prices were very reasonable. There's also a coffee shop in the next building with delicious coffee and fresh pastries, which made for a perfect start to the day. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A few areas for improvement: the air conditioner was quite loud, housekeeping did not restock the tea bags in our room, and one night we noticed a marijuana smell coming through the AC vent, which was unpleasant. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

there was a piece of cond*m packet on bed side…. i didn’t even touched it, i was so disgusted but i saw it in the morning of the checkout so wouldn’t matter even if i change the room

Convenient location. Hotel has vending machines, snacks, and a bar. Room has free water bottles for your visit which is nice. Price is reasonable and rooms are large. The hotel is a little dated and we had some issues with the AC. I would stay at this hotel again

Definitely not worth the money for someone who is there to enjoy their stay on their own hard earned money, there were numerous physical defects with the room and staff wasn’t very hospitable, not to mention the absence of a pool! Definitely better places for the money.

When we got there we had to pay a fee that wasn’t originally listed on any of their sites so was blindsided by that especially since we called beforehand and asked and wasn’t made aware of it, it was given back we were just blindsided by it at first. When we got to the room our covers where dirty and had stains on them so we had to use our own which is not what we want to HAVE to do luckily we were prepared! they had bugs crawling around in our room around the coffee machine and left with bug bites so i don’t know what bit us , i have a video recorded of a bug that resembles what a roach looks like but i’m not sure what it was exactly and don’t want to put that in the air if that’s not what it was but i definitely gave it on video! The staff was nice but i had to ask for towels my first night there i wish it was better prepared for us and a maintained a little better!
