Accidentally left my 5 year old daughter’s pillow in the room. Easy grab it and call me situation. I call them every weekday the following week (even though they told me repeatedly they’d call me back in a few minutes or the next morning) only to get strung along and then told they didn’t find it. A pillow.

The hotel was clean, but had a bad smell as soon as we walked inside. Check in staff were nice & friendly. We stayed in a suite. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding wasn’t soft at all. I woke up with the stiffest back. 😢

Very nice and cozy stay. The location of the hotel was in a slightly rough part but once you take that extra few minutes to get around it, you’re in a beautiful part of dallas. Our room was amazing and staff was great. We will be back.

I read a few bad reviews and I was unsure. But I can say from personal experience 10/10 5star. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Everything was super clean smelled good. Staff was friendly. Parking is paid parking but I like that level of security.

Everything was really good and nice except by the night stand on the wall one of the power outlet didn't work and the walls in the tub was slimy, it was not clean. But over all of the everything was really good!

The breakfast buffet was grossly over priced; it had the exact same things any cheap hotel buffet would have, except we were charged $25 a person. Absolutely ridiculous.

I stayed at this hotel last week and loved it. Went back again yesterday, booked the same type of room. A while later we discovered there was no bathroom door between the bedroom and the shower/toilet area. There was a door in the other room, but this one had the door removed. Like WHY would you place me in a room where you can shower or use the toilet with privacy? It would be one thing if it wa do it my husband and I. But we traveled with our baby and our 13 yr old son. Which is why I booked a 1 bedroom so there would be privacy. Only to find out there would be none. We didn’t request a new room because it was 11 pm before we realized the door was missing.

The only small downsides were that there was no ice machine on every floor, which was a little inconvenient, and the staff at the bar were not very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well. The room was spotless and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also impressed by how well the room was soundproofed—I couldn't hear any noise from outside, making it peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay. Location very close to train

The room was clean and spacious, however, plumbing was the issue. The drain in the sink was not draining well and would collect and have water sitting all day. Good thing we only stayed one night.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. My wife and kids enjoyed the comfort and the convenience of having a mini fridge and a cable network to watch late at night once we were done with our adventure in Dallas.

Clean room but bathroom doors looked like they hadnt been wiped down in a minute. Friendly front desk girl. Lobby floors were dirty. Lobby had strange dingy odor. Hotel should invest in some Glade plug ins and place throughout. Didnt see a lobby attendant or housekeeper which explains why trash can on side entrance was overflowing w trash on ground, both my check in and check out days. When i checked out there was a homeless lady rummaging through that trash. Did not see one hotel security ever.

The hotel was fine. Not spectacular and there is some wear in the hallways. Breakfast was basic and needs to be replenished more often. Front desk staff very friendly.

Pool was closed down for much of our stay unfortunately.

Highly recommend staying here, our car was broken into at a different location and they went above and beyond to help. They definitely made a difference in making the situation less stressful for us. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in town.

Really GREAT ROOMS! Celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary at the same hotel we got married in and had our reception 18 years ago!

Clean rooms and nice facility

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff at check out was however not very knowledgeable but the lady at check in was fantastic. The breakfast was also really good but it should be complimentary!

Don’t expect a 4-star hotel, if you book this hotel. The property is old and NOT well-maintained. The room was very dim, and lights were insufficient. Sheets and the towels were dirty, old and smelly! Faucets were leaky and shower head was very rusty and calcified to a point that the water was just dripping. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and broken. Countertop in the bathroom was cracked and the sink had a lot of mildew build ups. But the staff were very helpful and courteous.

The parking was expensive. The staff was pleasant. The room was dark with a broken (or burned out) light.

Very quiet place only problem I would say when walking to my room the hallway smelled completely like smoke cigarettes I believe but other than that no complaints on my end as far as the room goes.

Refrigerator did not work in one room. Daughter lost food. They tried to charge us again for one night that we had already paid for. Wanted to charge us $30 per day for parking.

The breakfast was too expensive for my taste but there was a Denny's just around the block. We were close to the hospital and that’s what really counts. The staff were nice and bi-lingual very helpful for my husband!

Thank you for responding the experience I had was less than ideal as stated, my room was cold and dirty, when I told the front desk associate she was not concerned, She just told me that there was no engineering staff there, and looked at me as though that was an acceptable response, security came after I yet again went down to see what could be done mind you I work 2nd shift at a hospital and it was now around 3am, he was nice and assisted me to my room and verified that the heater was not blowing, as though I was lying. The front desk did not offer me another room until after 5am, so now I have been awake for almost 20 hours, I am tired, aggravated, and very unhappy, I will make sure to tell my job never to book with your hotel. She didn't offer me anything for my troubles, no breakfast, no free parking, no nothing. I expected to have better service; this was the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel.

I was seriously worried when we pulled up as the outside looks so dingy. It seems like they could clean it up and make it look presentable without too much effort. Thankfully, the inside was clean.

Alarms in the middle of the night. Full Dinner menu was not available on Thursday. No notice in reservation of having to pay 15.00 for parking. Loud party in bar area made dinner unbearable.

The hotel is parallel to the fwy so you can hear the traffic at night from your room….Staff….Talisa front desk seem to be annoyed by number of people checking in…..so it reflected on her attitude….she offered the couple in front of me complimentary water bottles…but I wasn’t……

I’ve stayed at this property before. The first time I was highly impressed by the hotel but this time when I arrived it was a bit dark and gloomy inside. It looks like it may be time for some renovations or deep cleaning

I was dissapointed with the outrageous prices in the restaurant and bar for poor quality of food and offerings. The shower in my bathroom had hairs on the soap dispensers in the shower. Overall for the price I was very dissapointed.

Everything was fine except paying to park here seems absurd. There is ample free parking everywhere around this property. There is no security guard. Whoever is running this location is just looking for a way to add $$$ to your stay. Please do me a favor and just charge a slightly higher room rate and don’t insult me by charging to park. You aren’t downtown where space is a premium and you aren’t offering any suggestion of protection for my property or vehicle so what are you charging for? You aren’t near the airport or any transit so all guest must drive in. Seems like a decision made in the accounting dept not from the front lines.

If checking out, no need at all to check in room. Otherwise stay was as expected.

Unfortunately the room condition was not up to the level expected.

Front desk lady was not in a mood to entertain any customers like me at the time of check in, who was trying to checked in . She didn’t to offer any rooms availability nor asked my preference.after we checked in in our room , I realized she didn’t told me the breakfast hours and location. After half an hour when we move out for something, that I asked her about my breakfast ( which I already paid at the time of booking), she said let me find out and then she said you’re good for breakfast. And available every morning at there during 6:30 to 10.00, I never give any review for anyone, but this time I have to Because I was surprised about behaviour..

Stayed one night with my family and it was great! Kendra and the staff were awesome!

Staff was friendly, room was average, pool no lights at night, charged for parking when we didn't park overnight or stayed longer than an hour at the most (stayed at the children's hospital all day and overnight) $94.17 to be exact and it was a 2 day booking!! Wild how they charge you so much for something you didn't utilized! Bad enough we were there for hospital business on a tight budget then get hit with parking fees! Called several times, waiting on a supervisor to return my call!

On Sunday morning, a 6 AM fire alarm jolted us awake. We rushed downstairs only to learn it was triggered by someone burning bacon in the kitchen—a disruptive and disappointing start to our vacation. The lobby was in disarray, with a leak causing buckets of water to clutter the space, completely ruining the ambiance. To our surprise, renting a microwave cost an extra $15, which felt unreasonable for a hotel of this caliber. Worse, we spotted a possum roaming the property, adding to the sense of neglect. Checking out was a nightmare: the porte cochere was crumbling (with a car parked unsafely beneath), the front entrance was blocked, and the side entrance was locked from both sides. We struggled to find an accessible entrance just to return our keys. Overall, this hotel’s poor maintenance, unexpected fees, and operational failures made our stay deeply disappointing. It does not deserve its 4-star rating, and we will not return to this Marriott—or any Marriott—after this experience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a pleasant stay.
