Not much. TV would only play Roku, no local stations and turn itself after an hour. No where near a bus route. It's secluded and distanced from any store or restaurant, it was either delivery or take lyft somewhere to eat.

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed at. I arrived at 1am and was going to leave around 7... so just needed a place to sleep, shower and continue my travel. I walked in to what was a prison plexiglass to talk to the clerk to check in. The ac on in the lobby made it difficult to hear the employee. He literally have to write a note what he was saying. I went to my room and noticed the top of the tank was removed. The only way to flush the toilet was to adjust the inside hardware in the tank. The bathroom door knob was missing parts so the door wouldnt lock... in matter of fact the door couldn't even shut because it need adjustment. There was no mirror, ams no mini fridge. This is my fault for going so cheap... lesson learned, pay extra and dont stay here. I can say more but you get the point.

N/A First of all they never answer the phones. I booked on booking.com and when I got to the property the guy that was in the front desk literally looked at me in my face and put up a sign that said he will be back in 10 minutes. So I stood there and waited for longer than 10 minutes and when he finally came to the front desk to attend me he said that their rooms are not $55 which I paid for but was actually over $100. I didn't even stay there at the property and still only got refunded not even $10

I did not like the rude staff. I did not like the $1.50 fee that no one was able to explain to me. I did not like the nastiness of the room. I did not like seeing roaches in the room.

The room literally had bugs and should just be called the murder hotel we had to leave at 11pm. The front desk was rude, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets and on the bed, bugs were literally everywhere, we got a smoking room when we booked a non smoking, I didn’t feel safe once, the lamp had random red stuff on it?? And there was old gum stuck on the wall

They take extra money even if is already pay, they dont care, still waiting for my depósito, please never use debit or credit card at that place

You get what you pay for but the run was actually better than expected. No bugs except one tiny spider, which was only a problem for my very self aware dramatic fiance (she’s extremely terrified of them) 😂 so it made for a good laugh while we expected the room. The only thing i can say is the floors could use a mop. Other than that the staff was accommodating and respectful. We woke up a bit late but the staff didn’t make us feel rushed to leave or stay hovering so that was s nice change from what you’d usually get at these kinds of budget friendly properties. I’d definitely use them again! A solid and satisfying 7.9/10 overall 👍

Came out with bed bug bites, room smelled like cigarettes, he asked if I wanted a non smoking room. I could just imagine how the smoking room smelled. False advertisement. Please save your self a headache and pay a little more for something else

I JUST saying I should have received a refund for the I day I didn't get to stay. Just wondering i guess I souldnt have to buy the insurance next time I make reservations

A very sketchy looking place with poor accommodations. Didn't even stay in the room and they did not refund any money. Just didn't feel safe. It seems falsely advertised as the pictures do not match current appeal.

The staff is very good, they put towels and soap, but the cleanliness of the site as such is disgusting, small and large cockroaches everywhere.

Cash deposit you receive the next day when you’re returning your room key on time.

Omg this place did not look like the pics at all. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt it’s very dated and has that old moldy smell. Then it’s in a sketchy part of town and gotta shady looking people hanging around and just didn’t feel safe.

The only problem with this was the outside looked shady. Not inviting or welcome. But the biggest problem was the bed. It was so uncomfortable I slept on the floor half the night. Other than that it was terrific.

This time around I was in. Non smoking room much better than previous stay. Could not use Television due to remote not working. Staff could be a little more friendly. Because you use apps to book online at a discounted rate when you get to the hotel they charge you. Extra for a deposit which is refundable.but also an extra service fee. I was booked from Saturday until Tuesday by someone else. When I reserved for and extra day. I was told in order to keep same room I would have to pay $ 20 extra. So was made to check out wait until 3pm to check back in and into the same room which did not make sense at all. The hotel is in a quiet area I can say that. It serves the purpose of a place to lay your head if you don't have a place to stay.

Property definitely needs remodeling but it’s $50 a night you get what you pay for. It’s like a motel in my opinion, this place is definitely a last minute place to get ready for an event or just to stay overnight but I wouldn’t stay here multiple nights

The water smelled terrible, the wifi was hit or miss if it was going to be working, the main office was in terrible condition and the vending machines had out of date food and not drinkable sodas, the cans were caving in on the soda in the vending machine, I wouldn't trust the microwave they had in the office for anything, there was 1 tiny trashcan in the whole room, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way and the door handle you could see thru a big hole around it, the latch on the front door was broken, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND very terrible place the only good thing they have is the fact that its cheap. Never again will I ever stay at a dallas love in my life. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

No lock for the restroom and the bathroom is not good no exhaust and the bed it seems like broken and not satisfied with that.

The pictures were inaccurate. They were obviously from previous owners u see a different brand. The room was pretty clean, but there was just a thin sheet on the bed. No way to adjust the a/c. I’m glad I was just there for one night. I would never stay at this property again

Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review.

Don’t go it’s roaches and everything else there

The property needs a lot of work. The main light to my room did not work. The restroom needs an upgrade. It was OK for what I needed. I just needed a place to check in late, get a quick rest, then leave the next day.

The location was great quiet and secluded no high traffic or noise. The only problem was the bedding was not clean stained linen and a couple of roaches. I asked for a bottom floor room and was told all were taken. Which i think it was about 60 bottom rooms and it didnt seem to be that many guests overall throughout the stay. There was afridge in the room but no microwave.Overall it was decent for the price from Hotels.com, Especially if you have no where to stay.

Worst place I have ever stayed. I could not get ac unit to turn on. The front desk person had to come but the next morning I couldn’t get it to work again. Worst shower area I have ever seen. Not a safe place to leave your vehicle.

This location was terrible, roaches crawling on the bed, we had to pay 5 dollars for an extra key, the card kept getting inactive. There was a mildew smell in the sink area. I had to keep going to the office to get key card to work. It was very inconvenient for me. One worker there was rude.

It had roaches, that heat did not work. I was cold all night. They came in and said it were work in 15 minutes and it never did. It had mold in the bathroom on the wall, the bathtub had a hole in it and it had a mat to cover it. The whole experience was horrible.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the room. I stayed because I didn’t have other options at the time, but the experience was not pleasant.

It’s a former Red Roof now Roach Motel. The management are Indian and I believe they think they are superior to other people especially people of color. Toilet seat broken, mattress worn out.

They only had a when it was cold and the shower was barely warm on top of a cold room then it's been since the 1st when I checked out but my return deposit is still flipping pending like what the heck all this plus my deposit like trureal WOW

The sheets and linens and pillows were all dirty they had stains on them. The the paint on the walls were peeling, there is a really bad smell in the room. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom on top of the toilet and there was two of us Overall it was just a dirty rundown Hotel with a lot of questionable people around. We hear people arguing in the room next door. The police reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad after checking and looking at the room, we left and booked a different Hotel someplace else. We could not bare the idea of staying at this hotel. Unfortunately I lost a little over $100 booking this property. There is no way I was going to stay at this place, nor will I ever return to this hotel.

Everything was lacking. The banging on my door by the homeless people… The roach I found crawling around in the bathroom… The cigarette burn on the bedsheets… The rude staff… Nothing was like the pictures listed on the Expedia website… Dirty walls… No telephone in the room like as what was listed with amenities… amenities also list vegan and vegetarian option meals. The only thing even remotely close to food was a half filled vending machine… after the banging on my door started I moved the dresser in front of the door to make sure nobody could get in… The latch lock was broken…. I really should have been clued in when in the rules. It states you have to wear clothes outside. That should’ve been my first clue of what I was walking into. Never ever again.
