Well first of all at the chicken they took forever then the iron wasn't working and it's the first time that I stay at this place nothing is included there you have to pay for breakfast and you have to pay for parking lot which they are not responsible for any stolen trucks which they almost Steal my Truck they damage the handle they cut the wire for the horn and they stole my console tray and they said that they weren't responsible for anything I will never stay at this place again

The customer service was great That our room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge.
- 0.5/5
The location They put me in a room with no fridge no phone and busted AC. I had to ask to be put in another room that still did not have a fridge, but the AC was slightly better I guess. No ice machine no ice buckets you had to get a standalone bag of ice from the little store on the first floor.

It's close to everything It was very hot in our room we got moved to a low floor and it was still hot in the new room they gave us so they gave us breakfast cards for me and my husband the breakfast was very nasty so we went the next day and tried it we just walked away because it didn't look good at all We have been coming to this hotel for many years because it's so close to everything but we are looking for other hotels now because we will not be returning.

No hot water the whole time I was there. Maintenance came, said a valve was broken, and then used my towel from the floor to wipe the bathroom and left it dirty. They told me it would be fixed by morning… it wasn’t.

The breakfast was good. It was fun. People were nice. Lady (Tamika) checked on me often. No HDMI on TVs

Poor security. Someone tried to break into our car, and staff did not handle the situation well. We felt unsafe and left early.

While building was warm with and odor The pool was milky, our room had no hot water, they don’t have smart tv so could not watch anything. A/c was not adjustable. Ordered food at the restaurant to go and buy the time we ate they forgot my desert which cost me 16$. Our room was prepaid for but I now have pending charges on my card for 169$
- 3/5
I love the crown plaza but the only thing I hate is when they have large events there because its hard to find good parking and use of elevators. The lobby is always crowded with nowhere to sit. They dont clean your rooms when you stay multiple days. You have to ask for fresh towels as well.
- 2/5
The hot water was not functioning well- it barely got warm! There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The air wasn’t cooling the room as well either. I won’t stay again there. Not up to par

Liked the hotel, but didn’t like paying for parking.
- 3/5
The hotel may also want to look into their parking kiosk/gate partner. I was only able to successfully scan my code to get in one time. Exiting and entering again required calling the helpline at the kiosk (which was not to the hotel, but another company). I nor another car behind me could get in or out without taking the time to call the helpline. This wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't been returning at 12:30 am from a concert; waiting to even speak to personnel then waiting further for the helpline personnel to verify I was a real person and check my confirmation and put me on hold then return to my call took around 10 minutes. I sat in my car with the window down in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night when I was simply trying to get into the hotel parking lot to go inside and retire- it was less than ideal.
- 5/5
Unknown charge for parking. Given that this hotel has had this parking lot for years - parking should just be included in the charge for the hotel.
- 1/5
the air condition not blowing cold .Even after switching to another room it easy still the same issue .
- 3/5
Very tired property with only warm water for shower and marginal ac. Ok for 1 nite head in bed. Staff friendly but not that motivated to check in folks expediently. For the price, it's a fair proposition, but not for a Crown Plaza!
- 4/5
The Staff was kindhearted when entering the building, letting me know the amenities available. The servers at the breakfast buffet were also very helpful & attentive to my needs.

The AC went out in our room. It was miserably hot.
- 1/5
Our room had no air. It stayed at 84. Tried to move to another room and the worker said we will have maintenance come up in a bit and look at it. Waited 20 min- SWEATING! Had to ask multiple times for another room. Finally gave us another room. Air worked but it wasn’t cold. The room stayed at 78. No help from staff. Managers won’t call us back. I’m not stopping. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

Food was delicious and room was clean and soft bed

Only place I stay when I come to Dallas .

Actually my family and I were unable to stay due to family emergency but I just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff. Hotel was beautiful and clean.
- 3/5
Staff was great, but too noisy, and daininish smell too strong
- 1/5
We arrived to the Hotel and come to find out they had no A/C in the entire hotel obviously we didn’t stay and my reservation was not honored for the next hotel they sent me too
- 5/5
The store in the lobby lacked stock, no wine, no drinks, no food. Just sugary snacks. Bar closed at 9 No room service....but overall, the room for the stay was nice.
- 4/5
Nice hotel has a pool. Very friendly staff and we’re so helpful! Staff is 10/10. The room had NO fridge only a coffee machine. And we arrived at 7pm and our room was not ready yet. Maybe call ahead if traveling from out of town to make sure your room is ready on time.
- 2/5
Rooms were hot and breakfast was basic not worth 18$ per person
- 3/5
Overall the stay was ok, but we had to request an ironing board which was supposed to be in the room, the iron had the prongs bent on the cord, and the coffee maker didn't work. Parking is $15 a day and if you're looking to charge an EV, it's Invisible Urban charging stations, Plugshare will say it's free but it isn't. So you're looking to pay roughly $40 a night for parking/ charging on top of room rates. Breakfast is $18 per person for minimal continental meal so consider in all the added fees when booking.

Hot water for the shower, heat in the pool area, the smell of the hotel is bad on the floors, needs new carpet in the rooms, the heat in the rooms does not work, the hotel room doors do NOT shut so you have to make sure to pull them with some force. Hotel needs to be updated .

I booked this stay as a quick overnight with my child, but quickly realized the location was not what I expected and did not feel appropriate or safe for a family. I contacted the hotel shortly after booking to request a cancellation, but no flexibility was offered, which was disappointing given how recent the reservation was. Unfortunately, the experience itself reflected that lack of care. Staff interactions were brief and not particularly helpful. The indoor pool, which was one of the main reasons for booking, was not usable—the water was barely warm and the pool area itself was extremely cold. Additional concerns included very thin, low-quality towels, outdated televisions with no smart capabilities, and a noticeable odor throughout the property. The elevators were also very slow and appeared unreliable, with doors frequently seeming to stick. There was also a $100 hold required at check-in to cover a $15 overnight parking fee and incidental charges, which was not clearly communicated in advance. While the price point may be appealing, the overall experience, condition of the property, and lack of transparency make it difficult to recommend—especially for families traveling with children.

Breakfast was great: lots of fruit, scrambled eggs, Yoplait yogurt, sausage and bread...other things I didn't try. Bacon was included in more elaborate menu. Since my diet is different, I enjoyed the small mini fridge in my room. Shower took some minutes to reach warm temperature, but once it did, was fine. There's a max temp setting, which was comfortable and the temp didn't vary unless I changed it. Fitness center had adequate weights, from 5 to 50 pounds with only one 25 lb weight missing. Yoga mats and water and overall condition good. One elliptical made an intermittent grinding sound, but the other was really great with a video of a trail in a desert to watch while 'running'. Saw someone on the treadmill and it looked like it was running well. Pool was good with lots of towels...nice setting indoors. Enjoyed the coffee, and I think there was tea also, in the lobby. Hotel is pretty well sound proofed, but there is minor traffic noise from the adjacent freeway. Pretty good stay overall.

I stayed at this property for 2 recent nights, attending some family events over the weekend. It was a super stressful drive from Vicksburg, MS on a Friday afternoon, arriving at rush hour. I didn't know that there are 2 Crowne Plaza hotels in Dallas, and mis programmed the location. After an extra 20 minutes or so Downtown, I was routed back here. At first glance, it's not very "friendly" looking...from the outside, with it's paid parking arms and very limited "guest parking" available. That said, I made it to the front desk, still rattled from the road, and encountered a couple of minutes of minor miscommunication, even expressing my relative stress level to Sam, at the front desk. She "got it", and put the entire process back on track...in a very relaxed and comfortable way. She even checked a bit later to see if I was OK...or needed anything. Honestly, they do that with all of their guests, but it does make you feel "special" and like this giant corporation actually appreciates your business...which they do! All of that goes the same for Tamika, on the later evening shift. All of their facilities are clean and up to date. My room on the 11th floor was excellent...4 star level, end to end. Not only that...they had a great price and location as well. This property will now be my "go to" in the BIG D. I hope your stay here measures up to the overall comfort and value proposition that I enjoyed.

It was a great hotel in decent area of town where we felt comfortable and safe. The hotel staff were nice and kept everything clean
- 3/5
I read that the hotel was newly built, maybe I mistaken it for another. Property condition did not show this but at least free breakfast was fresh & decent. I would give this hotel a 2.5/5 overall. Wasn’t really impressed stay at other hotels in the same price range with better property upkeep.
- 2/5
Staff did the best they could with what they had to work with
- 5/5
The front desk folks are so friendly and helpful. I first used this hotel as part of their park and fly offer, but have gone back when needing to stay in Dallas because it is just easy with protected parking and easy access to downtown and Dallas Love Field.
- 3/5
The staff was very great. The couch in the room looked old and dirty. The water was cold.

Very clean and nice rooms. Lobby was nice too. Our room didn’t have a fridge and they brought one up within an hour.

Honestly disappointed not having good experience
- 2/5
Bathroom had urine in the toilet and over the seat. Shower didn’t work properly poor water pressure. Checkout morning only one elevator seemed operable making it hard for patrons higher up. There aren’t any microwaves. The iron was defective and also the AV didn’t work properly so we hardly rested. Texas and no air doesn’t mix. I’d stayed before but this experience wasn’t ideal at all. There are some aesthetic upgrades but with out basic it’s hard to rate any better. Also, there was a coffee machine but no water o

I had a really great stay here during spring break. The room was very spacious and clean, which made it comfortable for my family. My kids had an amazing time, especially with the indoor pool since the weather ended up changing on us. It was nice having that option so they could still enjoy themselves. Overall, everything was well kept and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back again!

My daughter and I enjoyed a few days for a quick getaway trip.

Staff was friendly and the indoor pool came in handy from the heat.

The staff was somewhat friendly but for my first time staying there she did

The only thing that pool needs to be cleaned, and it’s way smaller than on the picture.

Very good experience. Awesome courteous staff and management. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Was nice clean and check in and out and out was easy. Only thing I didn’t like is they make you pay for parking $15 a night.
- 5/5
Nice clean property. Lack of staff at fron entrance
- 5/5
Great room on 10th floor! Only negative was the $16/night parking fee
- 5/5
Awesome stay, nice and safe environment!! Clean, clean, clean
- 4/5
AC is too loud, door repairs are extremely poor, and not enough towels was given initially.
- 1/5
They will need to fix their hot water system.

My 1 night stay on March 6 2026 was pleasant. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. I received a Cookie for being a IHG member. My room was nice and clean with the view of Downtown,Dallas. I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use, but my room had a nice scent. My one and only complaint was the air conditioning didn’t get cold enough for me. I had the temperature on the wall at 60° probably should have notified the front desk but I was stepping out for the night and forgot. Next time I’m in Dallas I would definitely stay here.
- 2/5
Hotel is mid . Have 4 elevators but only 1 is working for 21 floors ! Cold showers .
- 3/5
Then we checked in to this hotel exhausted. It was not until the next day that we found hair in the bed and splattered blood on the wall. Honestly. I’ve never been so Uncomfortable. I suppose it was quiet for a giant hotel…but that’s the only thing good I can say
- 5/5
Good stay. I’d stay again.
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The halls and rooms were overly Fabreezed. You get used to it pretty quickly, but have to wonder why it was that way.
- 4/5
Good rooms. AC was not working in the room but they moved us to another.
- 5/5
I stayed at this location when the renovations were under way. They did an excellent job. I felt the quality of the staff. The breakfast buffet was top notch.
- 4/5
It was good for the night. 1st time staying in Dallas.
- 5/5
Great rooms, very clean, the staff upon arrival was amazing.
- 5/5
Room was super clean staff was nice good experience overall
- 4/5
Easy check in, clean rooms, nice staff. Cons- paid parking, the “market” was expensive - $3 waters, $3 bag of chips , $8 sandwich ; pool heater was broken so water was cold.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly! Room was clean and overall a really good stay, except for my very loud neighbors that shared the conjoined room/door with me.. but I know that is out of your guys’ control, will definitely stay here again!!
- 4/5
Staff was amazing room was cozy
- 1/5
The room was cold. The hotel was cold. The "hot" water was tepid. The dry cleaner's hours were useless, wanting to clean your clothes during the day (when you're wearing them) instead of overnight. The TP left lint everywhere. The mobility assist room had ONE grab bar in the wrong place. Don't stay here. I couldn't wait to get out on the final day of my stay.
- 5/5
Yes great staff
- 2/5
The room was warm, a/c was not working and the hallways smelled like weed.
- 4/5
Slowly decaying building that was falling apart around their ears.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff
- 2/5
The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful! Rooms and hotel common areas were clean. Enjoyed the restaurant/bar. On Friday, our first room(905,) had a very loud noise coming from the AC and the shower did not have HOT water at 7 pm. When my boyfriend arrived at 11 pm, the AC noise was too loud to tolerate. The front desk personnel was very nice and changed our room to 1007. The air in 1007 was not blowing cold air but it wasnt too hot in the room and we were too tired to go back downstairs. Again the shower water was lukewarm. Saturday night the shower was still lukewarm. Sunday morning, there was no hot water from the 10th floor up. I was so happy to see my boyfriend after 6 weeks apart that i was willing to tolerate things (totally my fault) but we will not choose the Crowne Plaza again. The building definitely needs repairs and upgrades!
- 4/5
It was spotless and the staff was amazing view and disappointment in a few things
- 5/5
The staff was super nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the remote for the TV wasn't working. Almost immediately one was brought to my room.
