Location It’s hot on the hallways and room was clean , it had a cockroach

Very good

The breakfast is really coffee only

Older hotel that needs some work. However, it is nice to have a balcony if you get one of those rooms. The reason for the poorer rating was a few things....Outside chairs didn't even have the cushions on them and the wifi was almost unusable...especially in the courtyard.

I will never go there again

I was charged twice first day $50 and the second day %76 dollars and that took all my gad money and she not explain why I mot happy at all
- 3/5
Overall, my experience was good. Of the two elevators, one was being "rennovated" & the other had me using the stairs b/c it seemed to struggle. The east parking lot had traffic cones in it, but i didn't ask why. Other than that, things were better than average.
- 2.5/5
Everything was clean There were a few ants on my husband side of the bed...so he was restless. He didn't tell me until the morning. I let the front people know, but I yet to get a call from the manager!

Super disappointed in our stay. The hotel has a very musty & damp feel - all of our clothes felt damp. The pillow I slept on felt damp. We had to keep the air on freezing to get rid of the musty smell. The most disappointing thing was the poor function of space in the living room area - it's a huge room with a terribly small and uncomfortable TWIN pullout chair. We had an adult daughter that needed to sleep on that and her feet were falling out of the end. Nevermind the paper thin mattress. And in this massive room there wasn't much else. And the bathroom vanity was tiny, the lighting was awful and there were not any other mirrors in the whole room(s). This made 3 women getting ready for an event extra tricky. Outside of our room, the carpet in the halls was in terribly shape - falling apart and large stains. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money they charged. We would never stay here again. In desperate need of updating in every way.

They didn't have their system together properly and we're unaware as to what rooms had what and had placed me in the wrong room.

nice furnished room

Starbucks coffee was nice. No light in elevator- complete blackout. Back door didn’t work properly so they had it propped open with a rock. Little to no Air conditioning in hallways, gym, and common areas. Definitely an older hotel that could use a remodel. Door to the shower was installed backwards.

Good visit. All went well. Not impressed with the pillows. The bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Didn't find any dislike.
- 2/5
Rooms need to be cleaned better. Lots of hair in the bed sheets, light switches were filthy with grime, blow dryer was nasty sticky with all hair stuck to it.
- 3/5
Decent hotel but shouldn’t have ‘Marriott’ attached to it. Room smelled like mold/mildew, probably coming from the AC. The access door closes to our room didn’t work so either had to walk in from the front, hope someone was walking out, or someone would prop the door open with a rock. Only take cold showers because there’s no vent in the restroom. The lamp shade by the bed was stained really bad but you couldn’t see it unless the light was on. Sketchy area.
- 5/5
Everything was great very peaceful close to all the stores
- 1/5
Bed bugs. Stay away from this hotel! Since we came back home, we brought bed bugs with us.
- 3/5
Parking was easy. Checking in is easy. However, the room's toilet was running and the thermostat was dead. The 2nd room's phone was dead and the A/C made hirribke loud noise. There is also a strobe light at night on the fire alarm which is ridiculous. 3rd floor ice machine was dead. The lobby kitchen's cappuccino & coffee machine was dead. The pool was locked up. This was a disappointing stay.
- 1/5
The lobby smelled terrible, the carpets were a mess. Not worth 150$
- 5/5
Clean rooms..loved the balcony access! Wish there was free breakfast. But overall it was a nice resting relaxing stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy.
- 2/5
The scent of the hotel was extremely overpowering, even in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the ac kicked off and on all night, and was very loud. Terrible nights rest.
- 1/5
If you want to stay at a hotel that has hallways that smell like pot and hear rowdy guests, this is the place for you. Also, there are bugs in the room and highway noise is terrible. I will not be staying here again.

very old and bad smell. never come back
- 3/5
Overall our stay was fine, but there were so many little things a 3 rating is all I can do. The bathroom door was fully opened when we arrived and we had to lift the toilet seat and force it past the toilet to get it closed. After that we just left it partially opened and squeezed into the bathroom past the door. Small things were broken all over the room- soap dish, torn couch, crack in light fixture, chips on the counters and nightstands. Thermostat on the wall has no power. The room was inexpensive and seemed clean and we were just there to sleep, but for a Marriot it was unusually tired and worn.

Very friendly front desk person. Interaction was quick, efficient and friendly.
- 4/5
I missed breakfast but was given tea for free. Had trouble getting cold water out of shower and also getting reception on tv(channels were scrambled)but response was immediate. Room smelled musty but I was able to open door on balcony.
- 1/5
Dirty, poorly updated, air freshener to cover smell, elevator not working, not clean, mold on bathroom door.
- 3/5
Had to get the room key reprogramed 3X. Closest outside door to parking would not work as the scanner was out of order. Bed was too stiff. Shower control valve leaked profusely. Room phone did not work. Hall carpet was dirty and worn out. There was one ice machine on the ground floor and it was quite a hike to get to it. The ice machine did work well and was appreciated.
- 2/5
The #120 in-room A/C put out a musty, mildewy smell that was very unpleasant. We turned it off and, fortunately, the room was cool enough without it. It was a sickening smell. We won't be returning to this Courtyard.
- 5/5
Very convenient to our vendors when we travel to Dallas
- 5/5
Parking in front of your room. It being so empty & not serving breakfast.
- 5/5
Frictionless experience and as expected but a facility that needs updating
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The bedroom was clean and more modern, but the bathroom (especially the shower) is showing its age and needs a refresh. Gaskets were hanging from the shower door, there was rust/dirt in corners, bad caulking, etc. Bathroom sink light was really dim.
- 5/5
I love staying at courtyards. They are consistent and clean and great standards. This one upheld those just like all the others.
- 5/5
Everything excelent

Next morning there was Large cockroaches in the bathroom. See attached photo.

We immediately requested a refund which the Front Desk was nice about, she didn't apologize but she was nice.
- 5/5
Clean, good location between city and frisco
- 4/5
The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of ice but that was my only disappointment.
- 4/5
The check-in confused me because I had to pay a deposit even though my room was already paid for but I did get it back. The pillows on the bed were smelly maybe wash them more often or spray them and the sheets were scratchy. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great . I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms were nice and clean
- 5/5
Service was good but you can tell it’s an old building very old elevator
- 1/5
The actual courtyard and pool area was over run with rats. Unfortunately our room was a first floor so the infestation was right outside of our door. It’s terrible that the owner’s of this facility choose not to do anything about this.
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
The hotel staff took great care of me. I had a great staycation there. I highly recommend Courtyard Marriott Dallas Northeast. My favorite hotel.
- 5/5
Easy check in and staff were very friendly!
- 5/5
Arriving at almost midnight, after a long drive in a thunderstorm, front staff was very patient and understanding! Thank you!
- 4/5
Check in and check out was fine, elevator broke so had to take stairs which wasn’t the best given health. Managed for the two days
- 5/5
Front desk lady was helpful and very nice..
- 5/5
It's quiet. The front desk is very helpful. I will definitely booked again.
- 2/5
This was an unforeseen excursion and all your competitors were all booked up. The hotel was under construction and poorly renovated. The room itself had a very unpleasant order the entire time as if the vent had never been changed.
- 4/5
This property is very convenient location for our family trips to Dallas. The property is well-kept, not overly fancy, and suits our needs for something simple. The staff is excellent.
- 5/5
It's all good. My favorite hotel. They always take care of me. I highly recommend this hotel. I give the staff a 10+
- 1/5
It felt very unsafe. I ended up having to cancel my reservation after staying nor evening 12 hours due to the fact that I was having people knock on my door both in the hallway and courtyard area throughout the night.
- 2/5
Surprisingly not well maintained for the brand of courtyard. Mostly exterior. Elevator soubded horrible like it was going to break down.
- 5/5
My stay at the Marriott was very nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Rose and Adrian, I'll make sure I come again and was sorry I wasn't able to stay longer because of booking process, please continue to be helpful and healthy ☺️🙏
- 1/5
Property was full of homeless people looking for handouts and begging to anyone walking through the parking lot. There were also numerous women eliciting paid services in the area. When attempting to check in, the front desk staff and 2 guests were yelling at each other, making the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.
- 4/5
The stay at the Hotel was good. However, the staff there could have had fresh coffee ready tkk on go at 5:3@ am
- 1/5
Worst and expensive error. At eye doctor being diagnosed with Macular degenerative diseasw and Expedia could care less!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked how clean the whole building was. Excellent service as well.

Very friendly staff
- 3/5
The Fairfield brand seems to be the exception to this, and we've stayed there a few times. We tried this Courtyard and, though we could at least get a complimentary coffee in the morning 'til 9:30, you still wanted to sell us breakfast. I guess we'll have to give up on Marriott again for a few more years. Darn.
- 2/5
There was mold in the bathroom. We didn’t get fresh sheets on the bed. The bed was very hard and the pillows that made up the “headboard” didn’t have sheets that fit them properly. The elevator is definitely on its last legs, as it took well over the appropriate amount of time to open when you got to the first floor. Oh and for an entire day we didn’t have hot water. Everywhere was posted that checkout time was at 12, including inside the room but we almost got charged for extended time for not being out at 11…

I would stay there again. Property has been remodeled.

Staff was very nice. Very quiet on a crazy ou/Texas football weekend. We will be back next year
- 4/5
The room smelled moldy, TV had sound but no picture in room #144
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property has recently been redone and everything was "fresh" and "new" feeling. The only complaint was that the electrical outlets on the beside tables did not work on either side.
- 5/5
Very good customer service, clean room and easy to drive around.
- 5/5
Love it
- 2/5
AC noise was too loud to sleep. We ended up turning off and suffered from the heat. Water stain on the wall bothered us. Two dead cockroaches in the closet and bathroom welcomed us when we first entered the room.
- 3/5
None of us liked the mattress and did not sleep well.
- 4/5
Quiet overall, the pool was available and we enjoyed it! The room was comfy.
- 2/5
Stay here several times, this time both rooms they gave me were in very bad conditions
- 5/5
Everything went well with room and staff. Quiet stay. Clean room.
- 2/5
It was nothing like in the pictures and I let the lady in the front desk know that they should at least said something about it on the website that it was under construction.
- 1/5
The wallpaper was peeling, the sink was leaking, there was rust everywhere in the bathroom, and on the second morning, the bathtub had 2 large cockroaches. This was absolutely horrible for a Marriott.
- 5/5
I liked the courtyard. Peaceful.great music whole weekend!
- 3/5
Didn't realize the area this hotel was in - not the worst part of town, but not the best. Room was adequate for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. Shower head was set to drive the water through your body, no way to adjust water pressure. Temperature went from tepid to HOT without warning. Bar was not open on a Saturday night. Staff was difficult to understand and not very personable.
- 1/5
Not what the pictures looked like. Definitely would not be coming back.
- 2/5
The hotel is under construction which wasn’t bad. But the room has a musty order. Other family members rooms did as well.
- 4/5
Hope to do it again soon 👏👏 Keep up the great work
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the property nothing to complain about.
- 4/5
I enjoyed staying here, I was in Dallas for my last classes of the quarter and I stayed at this hotel with a classmate, the beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the shower is WONDERFUL only the bathtub took a while to drain the water. The staff was super attentive and kind, the room service was of good quality. They are renovating and there was a little smell of paint in the hallways but nothing that bothered the rooms. It was a good experience.
- 1/5
It looks like a Dump to be honest. I stay in Courtyards all the time because of travel. This is not a real Courtyard. Its run down. From Roaches to the Doors literally being broken. Even the elevator was worrisome.
- 1/5
I booked a Marriot Bonvoy property thinking it would at least be somewhat nice. Upon my arrival at the property I thought it was abandoned. The front windows were boarded up and one of the double glass doors was off and lying there. I stumbled through all of this to get to check in because my reservation was non refundable. Once checked in, I made my reservation at to the room via the stairwell, the stairs flooring was torn up and pieces lying there. Finally, the room was somewhat clean however there was a wet dog smell and what looked like a blood stain on the floor. Overall a horrible experience, save yourself $60 and book a Days Inn for the same quality or maybe even better.
- 1/5
Well, when I got to the room, you had a high humidity humidity, but I never really checked on too much of anything brought my PS five with me and turn it on and entertain the family before it was bedtime. I turned it off and went to sleep I proceeded to wake up the next morning, my PlayStation wouldn’t start and it was light and we had the windows open and light on. We seem to notice that the room has always been with moisture because I noticed some spots on the wall and on the ceiling in the corner, and they appeared to be mold
- 1/5
Once I made it to check in, i was made aware the hotel did not have any rooms. The hotel did not provide any accommodations for the inconvenience or anything. Just said they didn’t have anything available and gave me a refund for not the full amount. Highly unacceptable!
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
I hope restaurant reopens lunch and dinner options. Otherwise, my stay was good.
- 1/5
Just a flat out inconvenience and stressful situation
- 1/5
Spider on the bed crawling around, room and hallway smelled like numbness - awful!
