Stayed on the 11th floor and had a view of Union Station and the fountain which might’ve been nice if it was just a lot of unhoused people bathing themselves in it. Windows were pretty filthy so even trying to take pictures out of them of the Reunion Tower didn’t turn out great. Besides that, room was nice and quiet, valet was fast. Close to Sixth Floor Museum, which is why we booked it.

Overnight parking $45.00 seems high. The check in person was rude. The rest of the staff was friendly.

I am not comfortable giving my vehicle and personal belongings to someone I don’t know, especially when this requirement and the additional charges were not clearly disclosed during the booking process. I feel this was unfair and very disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not choose to book or stay at this hotel again. I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly disclose all parking requirements and fees during the reservation process.

The staff was so wonderful, especially at the front desks. Beautiful property. Not many restaurants. Get food before 11 AM or wait. JFK museum is a couple of blocks away. The 12th floor terrace has wonderful views of the Dallas Morning News building, Réunion Arena and the city. All are very close. Literally across the street from Amtrak.

Great hotel. Room was clean. Entire hotel was clean and smelled great. There is a rooftop bar on the 12th floor. Hours are 5pm to 10 pm. Staff was awesome.

I stayed for two nights. First time in Dallas to visit the Kennedy Museum and Dealy Plaza. The hotel was walkable to everything I wanted to do and more. Room was clean. The hotel has lots of amenities for your stay. I will definitely consider this property for my next visit.

We were greeted by an amazing staff member who went above and beyond to make our check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Our rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The entire stay was pleasant from beginning to end, and the wonderful service made our experience even better. We will definitely be staying here again and look forward to our next visit!

My truck was wrecked by a valet employee. I was lied to and eventually getting the truth. I didn't get to enjoy my stay and now on top of that have to find a repair company to fix it which takes an ample amount of time. No refund was issued and all I get out of this is a dented truck. Thanks for everything.

Parking fees are too high and there is no other parking available. Great location of hotel, I was able to walk to Reunion tower, John F. Kennedy center, and Moaks BBQ. Rooftop view is amazing at night! There is no free coffee and breakfast is expensive.

The entire property was very clean & the rooms were comfortable & provided all the basics needed for my overnight stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, & professional. I felt very safe in this property. I liked how you needed your room card to even enter the facility. This is a great feature for guests & staff. And the room card scanning in the elevator is a great feature, as well for everyone’s safety. This property offers a fabulous price point for the amenities offered. Overall, I had a great overnight stay here & would definitely stay here again in the future if I’m in this area of Dallas. I would recommend this property to my family & friends, as well. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The hotel was clean and had a nice odor. Parking was a challenge with the location being downtown.

The night shift worker that worker the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an encounter that we were handling with valet that had nothing to do with her and she felt the need to not only jump into our conversation but get up from behind the desk to approach us and was very rude. We also had ants crawling in our room and had to be switched to another room.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Loved the Starbucks in House so I didn’t have to leave to get my coffee. Room rooms and bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our time here.

Place was nice, but for the price you pay, you’d think you’d get daily room cleaning. Also parking is outrageous.

The staff was lovely- responsive & helpful. The property is conveniently located close to the highway so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel. The property was maintained but my guess is that it hasn’t been updated for awhile- overall a good place to stay.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and ankles. These toilets were really horrible. If I went there again I would have to request a handicap accessible room.

We spent 4 nights there and the room didn’t get touched by the cleaning staff once. No fresh towels, restocking of coffee, or emptied trash cans once during our visit. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us clean towels and coffee. when we went down and asked for them. We tried to eat at the bar top restaurant one night that it was supposed to be opened. It was roped off so we called the front desk to ask and was told it was closed. It would have been nice if there had been a notice up in the elevator or at the restaurant itself letting people know it was closed. Not the worst experience, but not the best either.

I stayed 4 nights and did not receive regular room cleaning services. Although we requested housekeeping at the front desk, the room was cleaned for only one day during our stay. Additionally the reservation was paid in full through Expedia; however I was charged again directly by the hotel, horrible service

Parking costs was 65.00. The sign said 20.00. We did not come and go. Parking access was difficult. There were no signs directing you. Bar was very nice. Maid had left a cleaning rag on the bathroom counter. Air conditioning was very good.

I want to shout out to the front desk lady that worked nights on Saturday to Sunday morning. She deserves a tip and very hospitable and approachable. Yaniel was great at the valet always had a smile and welcomed me back with that same smile. Definitely will be back.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The location in downtown is quiet, yet walking distance to restaurants and the Reunion tower. My only gripe is there is no signage in the hotel to show where amenities are located.

The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was housekeeping. During our stay, they did not make the bed—they only provided fresh towels, emptied the trash, and replenished the toilet paper. The bathroom was not cleaned at all; the countertops, floors, and shower were left untouched. I’m not sure if this is standard for a short (2-day) stay, but it was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would still consider staying here again on my next trip to Dallas.

There is no onsite parking other than Valet which is $40 per night. This was not disclosed until check in.

Clean and very comfortable. Room was quiet and we got good rest. Parking was a bit troublesome with wait times and lines out into the street to get in. Getting the car the next morning was also a long wait due to them losing someones keys. Maybe better staffing in the parking department would help because there were only 2 people both times parking and getting vehicles.

The parking valet were all wonderful, polite, fast, and very friendly.
