Room space was good. Beds were comfortable I requested for an early check in, there was no response. Some floor tiles in the bathroom were loose, and room smelt.

The breakfast wasn’t great , all you smell is weed through the halls and when we went to the pull there was trash and a homeless person smoking weed and making the whole pool area smell bad since the pool is small

For my first time ever in Dallas with my partner I will say I’m glad I chose this hotel to stay at very friendly and comfortable to stay at and it was near everything I needed to go to!!!

This was our second time staying at the Comfort Hotel. My husband enjoyed staying here because it doesn’t feel like we are staying at a hotel. Our room was so nice cleaned and we had plenty of towels. My husband and I think that the hotel has sounds proof walls. We don’t hear kids screaming or running or slamming doors. We slept great no noise. He also enjoys the breakfast and the Texas waffles.I truly recommend staying here..😊👍

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that it was not maintained to acceptable standards. Cleanliness was non-existent — surfaces were dusty, floors felt dirty, and the bathroom was particularly unpleasant. It seemed like basic hygiene and upkeep were not priorities at all. The overall environment made it uncomfortable to relax or feel at ease. The property also felt poorly organized and not suited for someone who values comfort, tidiness, or a sense of care from the host. If you are a traveler who prioritizes cleanliness and a pleasant, welcoming space, I would strongly advise considering other options. This experience made my stay stressful rather than enjoyable, and I found it difficult to spend time there. Future guests should know what they are getting into and set expectations accordingly.

A/C unit had mold in it. Got me and all of my friends sick.

Upon walking into my room I noticed a sour smell in the room like a dirty mop was used. Also when going to take a shower, I noticed cracked floor tile and cracked shower tile. Shower handle was also very loose.

Room was by a highway. You could hear traffic all night long. Hotel has foundation problems. 1st room had a huge wide crack from ceiling to floor in closet. We moved to another room due to noise and we had problems closing the door to get into room. Bathroom floor had loose and cracked tiles. When we came into room we found a pillow with lipstick markings on it.

The key card did not work every time we left the room. The front desk staff was no help and couldn't help with anything room-related. We even had to plunge the toilet by ourselves and go get a plunger.

My bed had stains and the lobby was really shabby looking- the lobby chairs had stains - they need to get new furniture- I would not recommend . Homeless people on the outside of hotel - felt unsafe .

My Toyota had its catalytic converter stolen from the parking lot. Staff at the front desk were incredibly unhelpful. Staff said maybe 3 words total for check in/check out, didn’t explain a thing. The bathtub would not drain, there was hair all over the wall in the bath, bed sheets had multiple stains, and the outlets in between the beds did not work. Not a good part of town, crackheads and homeless people everywhere.

Was there for a 5 days stay. Asked the room to be cleaned after 2 days but they said they can only do it after the third day and I was that’s fine and they would do it but they didn’t even clean it after the third day. Disappointing service

For the most part my stay was good..My room was good.. But the ladies at the desk do not have good customer service skills...They didn't talk to me like I was a guest ..They were not polite at all and not one of them said have a good day or hello ..I always had to speak first .I stay in hotels Alot and I'm always greeted when I walk in even sometimes I'm greeted by my name ..One of the morning ladies even questioned if I was staying there when I asked about the lobby bathroom .. I work overnight so I stayed there for three nights but I went to work at 9:00pm and I got off work at 6:00am and I came back to the hotel at 6:00 a.m. I just wanted to go in the bathroom and wash my hands so that I could get breakfast ..She asked if I had a room there and I felt it very disrespected. I will say the breakfast lady was very nice.. But all the other ladies need some serious customer service training..espcially the one with the tattoos on her arm who works in the mornings ...She is very unprofessional.... I asked for a late check out and one of the girls just told me no I had to leave at 11:00.. no consideration for the fact that I had worked overnight... And you can't tell me that she wasn't able to give me a late check out I'm just one person... I checked out but I still ended up coming back checking in for two more nights because I was trying to stay within my budget and a lot of rooms in the area were in the $200 range but price wise this location was more affordable for me .

Short trip, we had a good experience

Room was clean and what I liked more was housekeeping. When I asked for something they never hesitated and made me feel welcomed. I asked different memebers from housekeeping and all of them were super nice.

Parking spots are limited. The parking lot is small for a big truck like mine but would be no problem with a smaller car. Other than that everything was great.

When I first got there, there was no rooms ready and that was at 3 o’clock when I stepped in there was a smell of drugs. I told the lady at the front desk and she said the smoke comes from the outside in, so I said I guess. The front desk lady I think her name was Isabella. She was totally awesome. She helped me with getting my room a little quicker by calling housekeeping can you change my attitude about everything? Isabella was totally awesome. I believe that was her name.

Walmart is near walking distance

Well it wouldn’t allow me to book for Monday night so I booked Tuesday night Tuesday thinking I could check in when I arrived but he told me I couldn’t cause check-in time was at three. I paid 120 something dollars and I didn’t get to sleep anywhere but in my car that night because I had just purchased the room 30 minutes prior to arriving and the gentleman asked me to pay another $114 so I didn’t have that so I slept in my car.

Close to varied dining options and close to The Potter's House of Dallas.

Breakfast was forgettable—bland, cold, and just plain sad. The rooms didn’t feel clean and had a strong musty, moldy smell that made it hard to relax. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the front desk staff were incredibly kind and did their best to help. They were the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. I hope the management steps up and improves things, because the people working here deserve better—and so do the guests.

We spent 124 dollars for there to be a funky smell in the room a huge clearly visible wad of hair in the bathroom and a roach in the tub.

Been our home away from home for medical procedure and follow ups. Clean, comfortable place to relax and sleep.

Everything was good until I walked out to put my things in the car and I caught some men breaking in my car. They ran away as I was approaching my car... Not a good area!
