I was told I would get my $100deposit back next day and it’s already Wednesday and I got room Saturday night and still haven’t got my money back

Traveler beware. The room was decently nice as pictured but lacked being fully stocked. Called the front desk over 10 times with no answer finally going all the way to the front desk to get the missing item. Each day my key card stopped working after 4:00 p.m. even though I was scheduled for 3 nights. The second night the key card wasn't working there was no one maintaining the front desk for over 20 minutes. Call in the number listed no one answered. Other customers coming by to purchase from the drink / snack kiosk that tired of writing and walked off with the products without paying. Good morning breakfast is 100% carbs so beware. And there was only one working ice machine in the whole complex when I arrived and within one day it was not working as well. All I was told was someone was coming to fix it which they never did. Staff seems to have all the right words to say when complaining about something but nothing ever becomes of it, just same old same old

My main issue with them is that I've stayed there multiple times within the last six months. The elevator has been broken since I've been staying there. It's a HUGE inconvenience.

The elevator is out of order the washer and dryer out of order the ice machine only works on the 1st floor the pool was out of order my refrigerator didn’t work but the staff was great

Staff were helpful

they gave us a room with two queen beds and one sofa, bed. The sofa bed was disgusting. The sheets on the beds were disgusting The pool not as clean. The food was all right however, when we tried to leave to go get dinner, there was prostitutes everywhere I wouldn't recommend if you plan to stay at this location you don't bring kids along because these prostitutes were literally half naked and I know it's not the hotel's fault but the location where it's at I do not recommended if you have kids

Upon arriving neighborhood not clean, elevators broken, a/c unit leaking floor wet by bed. No remote control had to request. Very dirty love seat, phone and tables sticky. Smell of weed throughout property. I had to send my husband to the car late at night and there was many loitering and hookers on property. This is not a place to stay with family.

Room was ample but elevator was broken, room wasn’t that clean, and we asked for an extra pillow but the employee said he didn’t have the keys to the room where they keep extra pillows.

Took almost two hours and thirty minutes to get checked in, when I was initially told the room was ready when booked at 1pm. Didn’t get into an actual room until after 5:30p! No microwave in room, finally brought a microwave for room #337 the day before check out & I was there seven days, and the microwave didn’t even work! Turns on, but doesn’t spin or get hot. And the air conditioning unit in that room barely blows, so when it’s hot outside or if the air is let out the room it’s takes forever to cool down. DO NOT GO TO ROOM #337. Literal worse stay of my life, I want half my money back.

Found ants in one mattress, killed at least 10, not very clean place. Stairs a mess, very dirty. Elevators didn't work, no shampoo in the shower.

Rooms are nice and clean but too much activity going on outside of the property that can make some nervous at night.

2. Very old carpet 3. No shower curtain 5. Coffee maker was not cleaned after use by previous guest. 6. No option for tea. Only coffee was available.

Simple, clean hotel. Perfect for what we needed the night before a flight. Hotel was just a few minutes from Love Field and made the travel day so much easier. I would definitely stay here again.

First room the lock was busted so couldn’t lock the door, AC wasn’t working the room was HOT! Elevators were out had to use the stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. Moved to a new room, window was broken and the mesh was removed. Thankfully husband was able to jam it shut for the night. Felt very unsafe, toilet leaked to the floor and the bedding had spots. Lamp shade even had splatters of something on it. If it wasn’t midnight when we arrived I would have left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was spacious and clean, however we had to ask for soap, towels, and toilet paper. Landscaping was unkept, lots of trash outside. The front desk person seemed in a bad mood the whole time. For breakfast the coffee machine was broken.

Room was clean. But, there was no vending machines, elevators were down, breakfast was poor, no juice, or regular coffee, mini refrigerator in room did not work, also microwave was broke, bathroom sink stopped up. Overall would only return to stay in a pinch.

There was no eggs or bacon, the breakfast area had roaches in the refrigerator where the hard boiled eggs sit. The pool didn’t work so if ur booking for the price and pool find another place. The place had tweakers in the parking lot wondering around. The room across from us had water pouring down the walls, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor and the vent in our bathroom didn’t work and house keeping didn’t want to give us towels.

The only bad thing was that the elevator was not working.

My Hotel room did not have a welcoming FRESH smell.

Upon arrival we found the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were no toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. The front desk was helpful about getting this done. I could’ve understood if we had arrived early, but we were several hours past the check-in time. The room got cleaned the next day, but we again had to ask for towels because they didn’t restock them. The pool was never open. It had conflicting signs that said 10AM to 10 PM while the other said 8 AM to 8 PM, not once was it unlocked. The elevator was broken so you had to use the stairs to get up to your room. There were used, fake fingernails on and in the bedside table and on the last night, I found a roach in the bathroom when I got up to use it in the middle of the night. Needless to say we went ahead and left then. The two gentlemen operating the front desk were extremely helpful, but unfortunately, they didn’t have help.

Es terrible la atencion, el refrigerador estaba roto en la habitacion pedi q me cambiaran de habitacion ya q necesitaba para guardar los alimentos q llevaba para mi niño de 2 años con necesidades especiales y me cancelaron a las 9 y 15 de la noche y me dejaron en las calle con El Niño, pesimo servicio no recomendado a nadie

Everything was great! We were missing something in the room, and the host helped us very kindly and quickly. I recommend it.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Also, there were no towels or shower curtain in the bathroom.

Coffee pot did not work in room because electrical outlets not working causing microwave not to work either. Elevator was broken and the ice machine was also out of service. We had to take the stairs to our rooms . Desk attendant was not friendly. I tried to ask questions about staying another night and he was short seemed annoyed. I walked away from desk got my things and left. Told him I’d stay somewhere else. The ac did work in rooms , hotel and rooms outdated.

I stayed in Room 206. I had planned to stay in and watch the Spurs/Knicks game but the remote was not working. I tried calling the front desk but the room phone was not working. I walked downstairs and they gave me 2 universal remotes both of which were not working. I had to go watch the game elsewhere and spend money which I hadn’t planned. When I went to take a shower the towels were stained. When I tried to use the usb outlets they were missing from the electrical outlets. I had a room with 2 double beds. I used the bed I didn’t use to lay out my clothes. When I woke up in the morning I noticed ants on that bed. Horrible stay and horrible hotel

There were no towels, toilet paper, when I ask for them I was told they didn’t have any at all. The room was not cleaned. And they charged me a 100.00 dollar deposit after I checked out.

I arrived at the location before 3 which is the check-in time. And the receptionist told me to come back at three to get a room when I arrived back at the hotel the receptionist advised me that he did not have any rooms available. I then looked online and booked the same hotel room through hotels.com and seeing the rooms were available, I pay for the room online I go to check in And the guy says that there is $100 deposit I go to pay for the deposit with my car and he says the deposit won’t be back on my car for up to two weeks. I asked if I could pay the deposit in cash and he said they do not accept cash, which is crazy to me. I canceled my reservation at the counter, and the guy said in order for me to get my refund, I have to go back through the third-party who I booked the room with which is hotels.com I contacted hotels.com and they’re telling me that I should contact the facility. I called the facility and they hung up in my face. They took my money and I was unable to get a refund for the room that I booked. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. I never known a hotel not to accept a cash deposit. If you’re booking for this hotel, just be aware that you may not get your deposit money back for up to two weeks at least that’s what I was told.

Did not have anything but hand towels in the bathrooms, not able to dry off with a regular towel after the shower. The elevator wasn’t working and there was no soap in the bathrooms.

We arrived for a one night stay and the elevator was out so we had to haul our luggage up three floors which is never fun but is what it is. The top two floors ice machines didn’t work. The ac unit in our room made a cricket type sound so it was hard to sleep. But the room was clean and had a comfortable bed and room setup and the front counter guy was a nice guy. And that’s all I have to say about that.

Elevators were out of order which isn’t a huge deal — until you find out they’ve been out of order for over a year now. I think that says a lot about their accommodation toward guests and their priorities to get things fixed and done for their stay.

AC unit was broken and stuck on 66, but didn't seem to be cooling. Luckily it was a pretty cool night and I brought my fan. The fire alarm went off multiple times at night and early in the morning. The elevator was out of order but we were placed in first floor room so that didn't affect me. Other than this everything else was great, parking lot was nice, the room was pretty nice too.

They tell you to pay a $100 deposit which they say you will get it back but never gotten it back, they lied & kept my money & they don’t answer any calls at front desk in order to reach someone to dispute the situation about why hasn’t your money return

Stayed a whole week and didn’t get room service not one time after asking several times … not help from the staff other people complained about bed bugs.. it wasn’t a comfortable stay

The room was clean, but smelled like smoke. The parking was safe and easy. The breakfast was fresh. The staff was friendly. But the elevator was broken, there was no rooms on the first floor and It was very hard for me to go up and down the stairs with my bad knees.

They did not let me check in. I arrived around 4 am to check in for the night that I had already paid for. They said, their check in cut off is at 3 am. It it not mentioned any where during my reservation process. The person on check in was rude, abnoxious and would not listen or answer any thing.

My truck window got smashed out and tools stolen. Hotel would not let me see camera footage even after giving them copy of police report. They don't supply any soap,Shampoo. Only towel per person gus at front desk was an Ahole

The sheets were stained, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and the room didn't even have chairs or napkins. My car was stolen from the window of the hotel even though it was parked in front of the hotel. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

No breakfast was available as the ad advertised, and neither shampoo.

To be honest my stay here was very terrible. Almost everything about my room was broken. The only thing that worked were the lights. The bed was not flat and made a high pitched squeaking noise anytime I moved on it, the plastic molding on the walls were all falling off, the couch was broken and as soon as I sat on it I basically fell through it and landed on the floor, the shower door had a water proofing piece that was almost fully torn off, the entire hotel had no tissues, and the room smelt of bad mold the entire time which I'm sure is some sort of health hazard. On top of all that, every time I left my room I had to get my room key rescanned by the front desk because it wouldn’t work anymore. I stayed for only 3 nights and each time I returned to my room on the third floor the key wont open the door so I would have to go all the way back to the front desk and get it re-scanned (happened 3 times during my stay). The elevators were also out of service so we had to carry our luggage bags up and down (I don't mind the exercise but we didn't pay to stay in a hotel with broken basic amenities). I absolutely did not enjoy my stay and it felt like they were just cutting corners in every possible way.

No shuttle to the airport; that would have been a deal breaker if I would have known this was an error. Then the second filter I put in was a pool. Yes, there is a pool, but it is only open in the summer. No breakfast either= false advertising.

De not even get to check in because there swipe they blocked with tape om it and wanted 1000.00 deposit . Said I would pay cash for deposit then and they said no refund for deposit then . Expedia took my money and won’t do nothing and of course those crooks won’t give my money back .

Horrible service to begin with I paid for breakfast and there was non. I also didn't like how the room was dirty and also only two dirty towels and a dirty restroom I told the receptionist and all they replied was I can't do anything

The front desk clerk was judgy about any request I made. We had two adults and a teenager but only towels and shampoo, etc. for one guest…so I asked for more and he asked me if I could not find towels in the room. Check out was another issue.

I like the fact they serve breakfast which was really good The receptionist who was booking the rooms. He was very unprofessional. He was more concerned talking to a guest about his country then helping me with my issue. Even the guest who seemed to be from his country looked bored bud didn't know how to disengage in the conversation. He should be told to stay professional at all times and stop wasting unnecessary time so he can serve other waiting guests so he can book their rooms as quickly as possible so we can get our rooms as without having to wait till he talks about personal stuff. The room I stayed in was very hot and it took the room quite a bit to cool off. I was very tired and couldn't sleep due to the heat, I thought the AC wasn't working at first.

The location and the kindness of the boss. He informed us so well about white Sands and Ruidoso. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was nice. Maye I missed eggs or sausage but it was milk, orange juice, toast, marmalade and bananas... It is a good place to spend a night close to white sands. Maybe the shower was the worst part because the water didn't have so force.
