Staff was friendly Awesome parking Breakfast was good and Breakfast area was clean.

Sheets did not fit the bed so every morning I woke up I was sleeping on mattress. The bath towels were very old and stained, worst of all weren’t changed out daily so I had to call the front desk twice on a 4 day stay, both times I also had to go to the front desk and retrieve them. Parking was scarce.

Nice place to stay. The bed were comfortable and the facilities and runs were clean. The staff was quiet but friendly.

The staff was kinda mean, the building is in bad shape. Had a allergic reaction to something on or in the pillows. Not a safe place. We had people that weren't even staying there trying to get us to give them money or try to get on our vehicle.

Hotel is in a good location, right off the freeway. Very clean. Breakfast was good. My room was nice and spacious. The only thing I would say, is the tub could use a coating on it, but the suite was very nice! I was happy and would stay again! Tub needs a little update.

Everything was as expected..really enjoyed our stay! Pool was great for the stay and time of it closing was perfect...11 p.m.!

Clean quiet and good price

The overall stay was not very great. Had to turn in used towels to get new ones. Honestly never had to do this anywhere else. The rooms need updating. The sheets on of the beds had a blood stain. Replaced the sheets. The front desk attendant was not very friendly. Will not be staying again.

No maintenance

The staff was great! It also smelled amazing walking in. They definitely need to do some upgrading!!! This was nothing like the Comfort Inn& Suites we are use to staying in! My husband killed 2 ROACHES IN OUR ROOM!!!

Disappointing

They said dog friendly online but they were not. The attendant at the front was constantly talking on his phone with earbuds while talking to me. It was very disrespectful and he definitely wanted me to go away

Musty smell in the room, countertops old and stained, they would not let us use credit card or room charge for the store items for sale next to the front desk (cash only and who carries cash anymore??), breakfast was very disappointing.

A 150$ deposit is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and this hotel should be ashamed to charge that to their guests! I traveled across the country and have rarely, if any, seen this shady practice! I can understand WHY but if the city of Dallas is THAT delinquent and unsafe, this hotel should cut their losses and board the dang place up. 0/10

Not well maintained, building looks decent from the outside, but run down deteriorating on the inside ie, the decor, the furniture, carpeting, fixtures, paint. Unprofessional front desk staff. I would not stay here again!

The location was great, room setup as well as breakfast. Several roaches, AC unit was very dirty and the circulation fan in the suite was as well. Dirt buildup wouldn't allow me to use it as it just spread dust throughout the room.

Killed the biggest roach I have ever seen in our room. Breakfast was okay but could have used a few more things like some fruit, peanut butter for the waffles and maybe a different cereal other than corn flakes

The online pictures presented clean well maintained rooms. The actual room was FILTHY! Hair was in the bed. Mold was in the shower. The carpet in the hallways was FILTHY. The room smelled wet and OLD! The air didn’t work very well and made the room humid! Three of us checked in the room for the night. There was 3 bath towels and one face towel in the room. When asked for more face towels, I was told I had to walked down the stairs from the forth floor to get more face towels because this was not a full service hotel. The elevator was out as well! Never again. The ONLY reason I didn’t leave is because we had been at the hospital all day~14 hours and had a two hour drive home

This hotel is in a very dangerous area with tons of homeless people walking through the parking lot. I was offered drugs by one of the homeless people within a few minutes of parking my truck. There are signs everywhere in the parking lot about it being in a high crime area and to hide and protect your valuables. For these reasons, I tried to cancel my reservation due to feeling unsafe in this area. I did not want my vehicle broken into or damaged while onsite at night nor did I want to deal with the homeless people and the very obvious drug use in the parking lot. Both Hotels.com and this hotel manager declined to partially or fully refund this reservation even after I voiced my concerns for the safety and wellbeing of my family. They do not care about your safety or wellbeing if you choose to stay here. I would have accepted a partial refund even if they chose to charge me for the first night plus a cancellation fee, but they charged me for four nights with no refund. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!!!

Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time. Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise.

In need of renovations, believe we may have booked while they were updating. Pool was ice cold, getting towels was a pain. Weird since they have an indoor pool. Staff are excellent, breakfast was good, rooms had a wet carpet odor, AC very loud.

Needs updated work, staff not friendly carpets are old and tubs need cleaning, beds need updating no fitted sheets on bed, not enough towels for guest wifi is terrible and air conditioning units needing updating. The whole place just needs a remodel, you can smell the carpets when you walk in.

The smell of the rooms

Staff was courteous but the sofa’s cushions were in need of replacement, not very comfortable. We didn’t use the pullout couch cause a piece of metal was sticking out from under it. We mentioned to the clerk but he never hacked on it.

Room space is good, but old furniture

The room looked like it was patched with quick repairs and the rooms smelled.

AC was loud and noisy. Breakfast was bland. Dust mites from room made me sick.
