Older hotel but very well maintained! Front desk even asked if I preferred being on the middle or top floor, which was fantastic since I prefer not having the possibility of loud people above me(light sleeper). Will definitely consider in the future!

We had a good stay here at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The parking lot is very well lit. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was located in a nice area near many food options and a mall. Parking was easy. Breakfast was available as it lists. It was a decent stay for a few days.

Air conditioners were off and the room was so hot. Will I was going to turn on the air conditioner, it had mold in the vents! The room was not clean. The first desk guy was sweet.

Clean and friendly staff

Free self parking was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was no shampoo in the shower, and the TV is an older model so you don’t have many streaming apps to choose from, but that’s okay. However, the TV did randomly stop working one night, which was odd. Breakfast options were okay. Overall, if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this is the perfect hotel. But if you want to be a little luxurious and a bit more comfortable, this may not be what you’re looking for.

The lobby area was nice and clean and smelt amazing. When we got off the elevator on the third floor, it was a different story. The carpet was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned or vacuumed in quite some time. Our room did not smell clean at all. Luckily I had some cleaning products with me. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in our room. Also, the carpet near the ac unit was wet from condensation. We were highly disappointed in our stay as this was the closest hotel to our son's apartment. We had just moved him in and were hoping to stay at this hotel frequently. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Good place to stay

We had our room changed twice and each room was worse than the previous. The sheets had stains, the carpet had stains and food and crumbs were left around the bed on the floors. The elevator smelled like mold. The owners were sitting

Don’t book here the tubs have rust and mold. The walls are filthy and the rooms smells horrible. I got a refund and went to a better hotel. The staff was upset that I was complaining so the started speaking in Spanish. The front desk does not answer phone

The beds were comfortable, however; pillows were too soft, room has a musty scent, & we had to be relocated to another room due to roaches in the first. Truly considered your options before booking.

Clean but lots of things broken in our room. Lightbulb at bedside out, bathroom sink leaked water continually on top of sink, towel rack hanging down and dead old didn’t work. All were fixed after we notified them but for that many issues in one room, it should have bees noticed during cleaning and corrected.

The elevator felt like it will break, room was not clean there were stains on the walls and carpet. The bathroom was dirty. There were stains on the curtains. Didn’t even want to try the breakfast.

Smell of smoking in None Smoking room and when we called the front desk about this concern there was no action however the confirmed that all their rooms are none smoking 100%

The internet didn’t work well. The bath tub need to be updated. No daily room cleaning service. Had to ask for towels at front desk. The pool and jacuzzi need major update. Need more options for breakfast.

When we checked in the afternoon we were given a room that has not been cleaned yet from the previous curomer. It was disgusting, towels all used and are on the floor, beds not made, sheets and comforters are all messed up, and full of trash. The receptionist was not polit on top of that mistake. The other room that we were moved to smelled moldy.

Bathroom was really dirty. I switched rooms and second room wasn’t any better. I asked front desk staff to make sure the bathroom was cleaned when I was at work the next day and came back from work, bathroom still extremely dirty, only towels were changed out. This property is absolutely terrible. Do not stay here unless you absolutely need somewhere to stay

BLACK MOLD IN A/C. Do not stay here. The reviews must be fake or bought. I’m usually a 2 or 3 star hotel type of person so I don’t care if the place is cheap as long as it’s clean or semi clean, but this was the dirtiest and smelliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I’ve never seen worse, and there’s been really bad 2 star hotels I’ve stayed at before too, so please take it from me. There are mystery dark red blood stains all over the carpet, there is mold in the A/C (btw we could not turn it off.. it didn’t let us, so we were just breathing in that mold/mildew), and there are weird/rust-looking spots all over the walls. So disgusting. Also straight up got a heat rash and still have spots all over my body from this stay. I had an important meeting at the time of the checkout day and I did not sleep whatsoever. I absolutely could not fall asleep with the smell and the sheets felt so itchy and dirty. I maybe got 15 minutes of sleep. Please do not stay here, and I saw multiple reviews of bugs being here too so that could explain the itchiness and rash.

The bed wasn’t made no fresh sheets or towels, and the trash wasn’t taken out after I had specifically asked for it.

The carpet at the corridor was so dusty such that stepping on it was leaving foot marks. Telephone in the room was non functional and the entire set was very dusty. Similarly the gym equipment was dusty. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The best sleep I had. Not noisy, and the building construction was solid which helped keep the noises in the other rooms low.

And the handle of the restroom was broken. In addition, I guess the springs of beds are too old. So, uncomfortable.

Walking in there was an overwhelming smell of like soap later to find out it’s bc the rest of the property smelled like weed and cigs. The room was ok. Needs some upkeep. But the thermostat in the room was very aggravating. I’d have it set at 68 when I’d go to bed and wake up to it being hot, went to look at the thermostat and it’s nearly 75 degrees in the room. I think they have it set on a timer to only run for so long or something because I could never keep the room cold. You can also hear everything on the other side of the walls and even above you so that made it very difficult to sleep. I only stayed there bc the pricing was ok but I will not be staying there ever again. It’s needs major facelifts to the rooms like wallpaper redone, new carpets, light fixtures and the tub(major stain in it).

Terrible smell on the hallway and the bedroom- rust on bathtub- holes on walls - I was on second floor - the carpet was nasty.

The room locks looked like they were hot glued on, wires exposed and all. After seeing this, I asked for a new room. They were at least understanding with that. But the second rooms lock was only marginally better. Still glued on, but no wires.

It's a well-located hotel, but very outdated. The room door lock was broken. The bathtub had a big stain and wasn't clean. Only 2 towels were provided, and when asked for more, they said there were none available. It really needs to be updated.

No pool , no better room service, even toilet was not clean and clogged , not good experience even for single day

Currently fighting off bed bug bites from this place. Will be making phone calls. I stayed for 2 nights. I have not stayed anywhere else as far as hotels/motels before or after. Do not stay here!

Cheap but definitely run down.

Place was clean enough and the staff was great. Breakfast was -meh- first morning all there was available was dry sausage Pattie’s and strawberry waffle mix. Coffee was bitter. Didn’t go to breakfast the second morning because of the first. Other than that it was okay!

I have stayed there before and the staff is always very friendly and thorough. The beds in the room are super comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy and very comfortable as well. The water pressure in the shower is strong. You enjoy your shower. The only thing I didn’t like was the TV wasn’t working or possibl I wasn’t working well, but it didn’t turn on . Hours later I realized I had left an important makeup bag. I had a very expensive perfume and I was worried that somebody had taken it so I called the front office and the gentleman was more than helpful. He went to the room and not only did I leave that bag, but my boyfriend left a T-shirt and I left my dress pants. All in all I really enjoy the hotel. It’s close to 635 and Addison and I will be going back again.

There was hair in my bed . I had to change my linen myself. The pool had caution tape around it and was out of service. The tub had rust in it . The wallpaper was torn off the wall in the restroom .

Hotel is really older and outdated. The furniture in the rooms or nice but the carpet, walls and curtains all out dates. There was a smell in the hallways like old smoke. Breakfast was okay the basic waffles egg sausage and toast. Staff was okay did not see a lot of them I did not see one housekeeper until Sunday morning. The internet was slow kept buffering when trying to watch anything. Would not stay here again

This place is awful and super filthy. No one should be staying here. The photos they posted when booking your stay are super deceiving. Nothing is clean. The shower tub was filthy and the floor was uneven. The curtains had stains. There were several droppings of blood on the carpet and bathroom floor in multiple areas. The ceiling was unfinished. Blow dryer was disgusting. The tv does not work when trying to use Netflix or any other streaming service. The phone was fake, broken, not even plugged in and did not have buttons. The front desk is no help. The hallway smelt like smoke. Everything was awful and filthy.

The room was hot, sheets smelled dirty. The bathtub had not been cleaned. The pool and hot tub were currently closed.

The outer lock of the room door was damaged. More than half of the rooms on the floor we were assigned were the same way.

There were random hairs around the room. The wall trim/carpet was peeling off. There were random things peeling off the bottom of the bed frame. The key card reader was basically being held by hot glue. It was difficult getting in and out the door. The elevator smelled like it was burning. The pool was out of service. As soon as you walked in a very strong odor slammed into your nose. Not bad but very strong. The cheap price should of been a clue. In part our fault 😂

Pool and hot tub were under maintenance,which is one reason why I specifically picked the location so to come and see it was sad. Restrooms in lobby hallway toilets were not cleaned, went two separate times amd saw the same things in toilets. Breakfast was subpar. Sausage was underdone, and I wish they had more than one waffle maker it slowed down breakfast line. Shower had red splotches in it, looked like possibly dye damage. Water was lukewarm and never got fully hot. Lastly the air conditioner barley worked left it on the full day at 64 and still came back to a warm room. It made a lot of noise throughout the night I did not sleep well nor did my friend. We were both a little let down.

The room damage to the walls where molding had come off with spackling, holes with anchors where items hung had been moved, and ripped wallpaper. Bathtub was either damaged or poorly reglazed and the room had not been recently cleaned by the visible dust; also a pill tablet was on the floor/carpet. There was an inoperable thermostat on the wall and no hangers on the rod. Also the wall are extremely think and can hear everything on the other side; I even felt like I could smell cigarette smoke that I did not smell the first night I was there.

AC was not at all working. Terrible 2 night stay

Our first room the door would not lock they moved us to 2nd room no remote for tv and phone wouldn't work 3rd room tv and phone wouldn't work. They fixed tv. Hot tub and pool were both very cold. Bathtub wouldn't hold water. Property needs some serious maintenance and remodel. Staff was nice.Breakfast was good but thats about all.

Immediately smelled like weed. Safety bars in the bathroom not completely connected. Only one side was attached. Had 4 people in our room but only had 2 towels.

The whole place is a smoke “house”. The whole place is so smelly and pungent of smoke. The rooms are clean but the odor so strong.

The room was nice, just dont look too closely at anything. My only complaint is that the eggs tasted absolutely nothing like any eggs I've ever had, tossed them immediately.

The 2nd floor hallway didn't smell too good, could be better maybe its the carpet as it looks old and a little damaged.
