The reception staff were very nice and helpful—two gentlemen and one lady. I received a free upgrade to a king suite through Booking.com, and the room was spacious and comfortable. You can safely leave your belongings in the room when you go out. Overall, it was good value for money. The hotel is very close to Dallas Love Field Airport, and the parking area is large and convenient. The breakfast options were very limited. They served scrambled eggs, hot dogs, muffins, tea, and coffee, and the same items were available every day. Only disposable plates, plastic spoons, and forks were provided. There are not many restaurants nearby. A few stores are available, but they are quite expensive. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two nights.

Honestly nothing. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty and I mean everything. Our sheets had dried blood splatter. The bathroom was dirty and all of the towels had hair intertwined in the material. Every corner in our room had crumbs from who knows what. We feared bugs were going to get us luckily they didn’t but please think twice about staying here. Also the free breakfast was gross. Staff were nice but that only goes so far.

Hotel looks nice on the outside, but is rather run down on the inside. This is the only location that has actually charged me for the $100 deposit.

They had a roach in the room I had to spray it

Room was dirty there was water all on floor from refrigerator and water leaking from air conditioner so the carpet was all wet there was roaches all on the walls

It’s pretty noisy due to the location is by the side of the freeway.

Service was good. The Indian guy behind the counter is above and beyond. Breakfast was ok. Lobby does not look like the pictures. The room smelled,A/C broken. Restroom tiles were falling off and the noise from the highway at night when trying to sleep were horrible.

Great rooms, very clean, bed was comfy. No bad odors. We were very satisfied. We extended our stay for a few more days. The Staff at the Front Desk were very nice and helpful!

Good location for my event location. New owners and it shows. Completely new staff. Rooms need remodeling and tv upgrades. According to front desk on antenna channels were available. 7 channels like the old days. Other parts of hotel had cable. Interesting.. asked to move to different room with cable but was told none had cable. Overall it served it's purpose of a room.

I did not like there were no Gideon Bibles in the rooms. other than that the stay was pleasant.It would have been more pleasant wiyh teh Bible to read.

The workout equipment does not work and is hazardous. Also the elevators do not work and when they do work they are very slow and often get stuck. I had to change rooms because the floor was caving in near the AC unit. This entire place is run down and it’s not being taken cared of, negligence and false advertisement regarding quality and amenities.

there is a stench upon entering the room and the lights did not work. the elevator also did not work, and there was not access to stairs. fire alarm was going off throughout the hotel in the morning, and staff did not address this with any of the guests. We ended up leaving and did not stay.

Room was filthy, paint job half done everywhere, mattress had stains all over it, entire hotel smelled awful. Terrible location right by interstate. Will never stay again - can't believe this place cost nearly $200 a night but couldnt find anything else.

Upon arrival I was charged an additional two hundred dollars on top of the price I had originally reserved the room for. The bathroom, bedsheets and countertops were noticeably unclean and remained so even after requesting room service.

No one was at the front desk for 45 minutes to check in. Then the rooms were stink of smoke when it's suppose to be non smoking. They had mold all over the restrooms and roaches. I kept on my shoes because the floor was dirty it also had trash under the bed. Worst experience in hotel ever. That place is for drug addicts.

Perfectly fine for this pricing segment. Particularly liked that the fridge has a freezer compartment. Rooms facing the highway are not quiet because of noise from traffic. But then, you're also conveniently next to the highway.

Many things need to be worked on. A tile fell the bathroom wall while we were there. The conference room obviously had some water damage to the ceiling. The parking lot was small and would be tough for large vehicles or trailers to park.

The hotel is next to the freeway

First of all the rooms were dirty carpet had some stains dirty smell. Both ice machines in 2nd and 3rd floor were not working there was mold around the machines and they were extremely dirty. $2.00 for room temperature water bottle when the ice machine is out is outrageous!! Only 2 towels for a room with 2 beds is crazy as well. Wouldn’t go back here!!

the staff was so nice and helpful! the property was right off the highway so we heard traffic all night long. it also did not feel like we were in the best part of town. but the beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

There is a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the shower. There is black mold in the grout ! Needs repaired.

Just a quick overnight stay and it was great. No complaints! 👍

Whatever it was that needed done/fixed was taken care of right away. Everyone was very nice.

Needs to be updated, a paint job, new carpet. The cleaning products they use leave an odd smell in the hallways. Sheets did not fit very well on the bed.

It is very outdated & needs an upgrade. The toilet leaks from the bottom. The sheets are torn in the corners & needs replacing. The smell is muggy that perhaps the carpets need shampooing. The shower head needs to be soaked in apple cider vinegar to break up the calcium & rust look.

Went to Dallas for a music festival with my best friend and had a blast. This hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to be and provided a great breakfast and clean room. The area seems pretty relaxed and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Dallas.

This place was horrible, the WiFi didn’t work, only had 4 channels on tv. The bathroom was terrible bugs it wasn’t clean. My key card wasn’t working at all I will not be back to this location.

Customer service was very nice.Had a strong musky odor In the lobby area. rooms were pretty outdated. Electrical outlets were not up-to-date nowhere to plug-in power cord for cell phone. The blow dryer and magnifying mirror were dusty and a bit dirty. surprisingly, the bed was very nice and comfortable.

Overall a good stay. Was upgraded at no extra cost before arrival to a "suite" when our room had plumbing problems. In our room the toilet had a very slight leak that caused no problems but reported it on checkout.

Hotel was ran down and not well maintained there was a huge roach in the bathroom. Walls were banged up and cracked. Plug ins in lights didn’t work. View from room was barbed wire fence. Room was very noisy from highway traffic Furnishings were scared up. Toilet had rust around bottom. Hotel smelled of strong air freshener like they were trying to mask smoke or mildew. Bed was ok and linen seemed clean.

I was not aware of the $100 deposit requested upon check-in. It was a shock and since I don’t carry credit cards , it was only luck that I had the funds in cash . This policy should be made clear when one is considering a booking with the hotel.

Bathrooms need attenrion and supplied before guests arrive. BUILDING INSIDE Is QUITE RUN DOWN AND needs maintenance. Rooms did have adequate supplies; microwave, fridge, coffee and tv.

Service was ok, but hotel is very dirty, broken down and dated. Tiles cracked, elevator didn't close all the way, no hot water in the shower, roach running on bathroom counter top and terrible mildew smell throughout entire place. I would not stay here again.

It’s wonderful place to stay

This was a fine property for the money and we only stayed one night. Though, several of the appliances, including the phone and hair dryer were broken and the staff weren’t able to fix it. Again, fine for a budget hotel.

I can not rate several of the categories because we did not end up staying overnight. We checked in, there was a foul odor (weed) in the elevator, the lobby was dirty, the hallways were dirty, and there were roaches. Our room seemed clean enough, but there was mold in the bathroom. I though the window in our room was open when we entered due to the loud traffic noise, but it wasn't, just wouldn't close properly. My daughter and I did not feel comfortable there, so we checked out and found another place. The young lady at the front desk was nice, so there is a positive.

Cigarette burn jokes in carpet. Lots of worn areas in carpet. The coffee machine was out of order one morning. And the place smelled like weed.

Saw multiple roaches! Had been on the road after leaving hospital for multiple days or we would have moved hotels.

Horrible experience

The rooms were fairly updated, but not clean or kept up. there was a bulb for one of the lights in the bathroom. The walls looked like they had food smears. The lobby and surrounding areas smelled faintly of sewage. We were thankful our room didn't smell. It was right off the highway so we heard cars all night, but it was easily accessible. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice.

Totally fine and great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the smell (I’m not sure how to describe it) and just the fact that it’s not that nice, just the basics, yet totally comfortable and acceptable. Service was good!

Hotel needs updated. With the old windows you hear the freeway traffic all day and night. Bathroom sink was leaking underneath, which made the bathroom floor wet & tacky. Only one valet cart, so we had to make multiple trips to unload & load our car. Don't waste your money staying there.

We have stayed at this location a few times. We have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. This time there was a musty smell on the elevator, the door to our room did not latch when we closed it (we had to push or pull it to make sure it latched), the tv was on when we arrived. We found out the reason was because the remote would not turn it off or change channels. We were able control the volume. We did speak with the desk on our check out and she said she would turn that info in. We enjoy your establishment and look forward to future visits.

Had an issue in my room with the TV. Channels did not match therefore could not find anything to watch talk to girl at front desk. She gaff me off went back down she called the manager I asked to be put in a new room. I was told only two rooms left could not have new room manager came up checked my TV peddled with it. Finally I told him telling me I can’t have a new room is telling me they don’t care about me and I thought that was wrong. He went checked new room TV fine, so they moved me to another room finally

Hotel was run down. Killed two Texas size roaches in our room and one in the dining room. Breakfast was mediocre. Didn’t eat anything after first morning. Hours were supposed to be 7:30-9:30am. Ran out of food one morning at 8;45, refused to fix anything more. Furniture in lobby needs replaced or cleaned. Had stayed there in the past and was a great Hotel. Very disappointed.

There was no hot water. I took warm showers. There was terrible lighting in the bathroom and entry. I put my make-up on by the window. The light at my room door was strobing. The bed was comfy.

Airport shuttle is not avaiable for Dallas Forthworth airport. I had to pay for an uber to take me back to the airport. This was unexpected as Expedia and Comfort lnn states free airport shuttle. They say it is only for the local airport when at the motel.. This needs to be clear stated when booking so that travelers are aware. I only booked this motel because of the free airport shuttle. Additional the rooms are dated with paint peeling in bathroom and grout peeling. Though 1 front desk clerk was kind and he tried to help me, the other frontdesk clerk was rude. I would not stay at this nor any other choice motel.
