Breakfast should be able to be brought to the rooms if guest aren't able to go down to the breakdown area

Walk in to the hotel and doesnt smell clean , This place need updates .

This place was outdated, and the rooms should be rented by the hour.

Everything was good no complaints

The a/c in the room wasn’t working properly and the window is bolted shut.

My room had a terrible stench. My room was not cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very light.

Pics DO NOT match the property. Smelled poorly keys didn’t work had to get new keys daily front desk left unattended. The place smelled of mildew, just old and poorly maintained. Had I not prepaid I would’ve canceled and relocated!!! This is a 1 star hotel if you want a cleaner place like the pics look go closer to frisco plano or McKinney

The front Dest was nice and somewhat helpful. Just our fridge had mold on the inside I hakes daily to have it cleaned, it never got cleaned. The pool was super cute but very cloudy and algae growing on the side. Needs attention. They do have a decent hot breakfast and the beds are way comfy.

However, the room did not appear to be very clean. I found 2 living bugs in the room. The bed was way too soft. It sank down in the middle which was very uncomfortable for sleeping or sitting. The shower was very, very strong. The water shoots out from the spout, and you cannot adjust it or turn the shower head. The water goes onto the floor, and the shower curtain is useless.

Breakfast was real.. eggs sausage along with the waffles, a very pleasant surprise.. parking well lit and safe.. staff kind and helpful.. the property seems to be updated ... newer room colors, nice bedding.. looks like some work still in process which is favorable..

Otherwise, all was good!

Everything, The pool wasn't open,

To start the pool was closed, fully green, front desk said somebody was coming to clean it and it would be open until 10. No body ever cleaned the pool and it did not open our whole stay. There was trash on the floor behind our trashcan, trash around the base of the bed, stains on the floor of the closet and on the walls.

I requested Wi-Fi service, but the signal was only available in the lobby near the reception area. There was no Wi-Fi signal on the upper floor where my room was located, which was very frustrating and inconvenient during my stay.

Staff and beds Nothing

This property is clean and well maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance. Breakfast is included. I would recommend.

My room smelled like mold and my last day there it stormed and I woke up to rain pouring thru the window. And the breakfast was terrible

The window was sealed shut and leaking.

Don’t recommend. Wouldn’t eat the bfast because I don’t trust anything had been cleaned. Not a great stay at all.

The rooms were good the bed was comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan that purifies air instead there was just a hole

Nothing it was dirty It was dirty called to get new sheets nobody say anything back and just hanged up on and got the new sheets and there was a cigarette burn on it and stain also and I found a bug in the room

It was Central to where we needed to go. The shower head was dirty, and there were stains on the sheets.

Both the lobby and the room smelled terrible, the lobby smelled like mold or mildew and the room smelled like body odor.

The ac did not work and there were blood stains on the sheets and comforter.

There was no ac in the room and the showers would randomly go cold then back to hot. Sheets were stained and dirty and the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t even connected so there was no place to wash your hands. We left after the first night.

Not much The bed sheets were dirty. Had stains and dirty spots & when i asked for new sheets, the sheets was slightly torn and had stains and spots as well. A/c did not work

Nothing They told me to wait for check in at 11 and once I waited till 11 they told me to wait until 2pm after me and my girlfriend waited in the car since 1am

Big roaches, weird smells, dirty sheets and rooms, broken appliances, hard water in shower

The bed sheets had burnt cigarette holes in them and the room service phone had blackish looking gunk on it.

Smelled like weed everywhere

The room was not clean at all there was a snicker bar under the bed beer bottle caps under the table. The floor wasn’t properly vacuumed and there was a stain on the blanket

The security guard and night manager were awful. On my second night there, those idiots called the police on me, and the police ended up escorting me to my room. Fortunately, after the police intervened those dummies stopped harassing me.

Overall it’s a cheaper hotel for a reason, worked for a place to sleep but won’t be staying again.

Everything was perfect. Definitely going back there.

This is by far the worst Hotel I have stayed at in my 30+ years of life.

Parking was secure, room was comfortable but noisy on friday night

Parking was very convenient. We did not use the pool. The beds were comfortable. TV was a bit difficult at first, but then we got the hang of it.

Convenient for the commute I had to make. And they served breakfast Odor and the room didn’t have a good smell. There was a big roach in our room after the 2nd day that I had to get the guy from the front to come kill it.

The room was in poor condition, the check-in did not align with Hotels․com price guarantee, the pillowcases were dirty and i had personally walk them over to the front desk to ask for clean ones. The other room we had also had dirty sheets and the room was not presented as it was on the website.

There’s bed bugs, super dirty. Smells like smoke. Key cards don’t work. Staff is okay, called their boss for everything.
