Very damp and mold all over veiling.

The room was very very dirty. Mold on the walls dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Some lights didn’t work and lamps were so dirty. And the sheets had what looked like blood stains on them did get new ones that still had some stains but not as bad. Appliances not working correctly either. Would not stay at those hotels again

Beds were comfortable, room was big, AC was nice and cool how I expect my hotel stays to be. I like how it was fresh when I walked in. Bathroom was beautiful and room as well.

The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The room was clean and decent for a nights stay. Just the overall area. It doesn't seem the safest but I had no issues

I found a razor blade and white powdery residue right by the microwave after I woke up, meaning my kids could have been exposed to drugs and the manager never even called me.

The staff is rude and don’t help at all. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the room was dirty even the sheets. The tv wouldn’t stay on. The place was just terrible and I do not recommend. I would have canceled if I could get my money back cause over $100 was ridiculous for that.

We had to stay here because of an emergency, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The place smells terrible as soon as you walk in, it’s very dirty, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the elevators don’t work. The entire property feels very neglected and poorly maintained. You definitely get what you pay for here, but even then, the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The bedsheets were dirty, and the carpets had questionable stains not only in the room but throughout the entire hotel. The overall cleanliness was so concerning that I didn’t feel comfortable eating there or even using the shower. As visitors who are not from the area, we were also surprised that the surroundings did not look anything like the photos. Even our Uber driver advised us to be careful because the area was not considered very safe. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was nearby a lot of stuff to do in Dallas. Original room and replacement room were dirty, smelled, and were not comfortable to be in. Location looked nothing like the pictures.

I like the location and is so close to downtown Dallas, the breakfast was good also and the pool was also good. I enjoy my stay there. I didn't like that there was stain on the carpet and some part of the bathroom and the blankets also. They could update the paint all over the hotel also.

This place is in a bad area. Unhoused everywhere, felt very unsafe. It is dirty, only 1 door with access ( I assume for safety) The whole place is dirty and beat up. Specifically stayed at a motel with breakfast to not be able to eat because of sanitation. The room was nasty. The more you looked the worse it got. Dust on outlets, stains on the pillows, sheets, bath towels, multiple hairs found on different surfaces in bathroom. You could see dirt and debris around the room. I put on brand new clean white socks and walked around just the room for 10 minutes and they were stained brown. Disgusting. The TV barely work. Microwave didn't work at all. Coffee pot never seen a rag. So gross. Dont stay here. It isn't worth it.

Upon arrival we were met with a horrid smell of cigarette smoke and the bed appeared stained and wrinkled. I asked for new sheets, instead was told my room would be changed because the cleaning staff was leaving for the day, it was 10minutes after 3pm, check-in time. I wasn’t upset about the room change because I was assuming it would be nicer. However, the next room was far worse stained sheets, carpets stained, ac stained, pillows stained, lamps stained. The worse part was having to kill a COCKROACH in the room. To be clear I then immediately requested another room change because where there’s one this another in that room. The final room I wasn’t expecting anything better just hopefully no stained sheets, and yet again I was let down. We had just got off a flight and had a plethora of things we had to do, so we settled and removed the sheets that were stained. We were able to get some blankets to use from our close by family members house. This hotels looks nothing like the pictures they are advertising.

This hotel was terrible. The images on this site are not reality. The property is rundown. My room furniture was damaged and the room smelled of marijuana. I was not able to get a refund. I was polite and asked to be moved to another room but the clerk said there were no other rooms available. I left and slept in my truck. I don’t blame Hotel.com. This was my first bad experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

One thing that caught us off guard was the required CASH $60 deposit per room. They also inspect the room at checkout for stains or damages, which felt ironic because the rooms themselves were covered in stains. The couch was heavily stained and honestly unpleasant to look at, and the carpets throughout the room were stained as well. Overall, the rooms had a strange odor that made you question how thoroughly things were cleaned. That being said, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the staff members we interacted with were very kind. While I personally wouldn’t stay here again, I can appreciate it as a budget-friendly option for a short one-night stay.

Not clean. Sheets not white. Stains on everything. Took $60 deposit for any stains or anything wrong with the room, when the room was already filthy. Deposit was returned and was aware of the pre-stains.

I have stayed at other Comfort Inn before and have never had any problem until now. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was popcorn and stain underneath of the mattress. The bathtub wasn't clean; there was red/pink residue all over (who know what it was). The lamp was rusted. Even though it was a smoking free hotel, there were a lot of people smoking. Even when they did it in front of the receptionist, they did nothing. The smoking smell is everywhere once you step inside.

Pictures are NOT a great depiction of this hotel. Not kept up with. Elevator lights inoperable. Cash only deposit. Beds rock from being uneven. Staff is kind. Decent people. Hotel on the LOW END

The room was clean, but the property was a bit old! The elevator was broke, but the stairs were in a convent space.

I did not feel safe in this place. There was an incident when I was there where somebody who was injured and bodily fluid was dispelled throughout the facility. The bathrooms were important condition. The bed was nice. The hallways had trash as well as the stairwells. The staff was very nice. The elevator was malfunctioning and only one of the elevators worked.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM. LAMP LIGHTS DIDNT WORK AND DRESSER DRAW KEPT OPENING AS IF THERE WS A GHOST OPENING THEM ALL THE TIME. THE SHOWER KNOB IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ATTACHED WAS A SCREW.

I do not recommend this place. Especially if you have kids. Dirty, smelly and just by telling you there’s a nightclub right behind tells you enough. I really tried but with just an hour of being there I couldn’t.

The place was suspect. They didn’t even have a hairdryer to give to us.

Parking was easy

I didn’t feel safe at the hotel with my and grandchildren. The hotel smell like someone was smoking marijuana by entrance of the hotel and and third floor. I was discuss with un safe environment . I checked in and took my family to safer and cleaner place. I would like to get my refund.

Then I went to take a shower and the Shower knob was stripped so I couldn’t turn on the water. I did not complain because I was only there for 2 days, and I had showered before I arrived at the hotel.

The room was dirty it had a smell throughout and the sheets were all stained all the pillows had glitter on them they didn’t clean the room well on the floor next to the night stand there was trash from previous people that were there before me.

Didn’t have towels to wash our selves for the night and we had a child present never been to a room and there where no face towels in them but there was a deposit charged the showers could have been better cleaned also

The hotel in general was dirty. In my room there was left over food in the fridge and I'm sure the shampoo and conditioner was used the bottle was half full. Service was unfriendly. The breakfast was average and ran out quickly and the guy behind the desk did not seem interested in refilling. I will not be back.

Rough looking carpet. Not sure how breakfast was. They ran out of eggs and sausage. The line for the food they did have was long as a result. We left to have breakfast at a restaurant.

The first room we checked into had dead cockaroaches in the bed and the room was cleaned we then went to the front desk and was given a second room thankfully it was clean. The bathrooms in the lobby were inoperable as well as the gym along with a couple of other amentities

I had a reservation of 1 king bed and was given a room with a queen bed. When I went to ask the front desk to move me to a King bed, the man said all king beds were taken. My husband kept telling him we booked for a room with a king bed to which the man said all king and queen beds are the same size. At the end the man said he could instead give us a room with 2 queen beds. When we went into the room one of the queen beds had stains and the room smelled funky. Hallways reeked of weed. Elevator is missing buttons but it was working. For the $60 cash deposit they make you sign a ticket saying you provided the $60. During check out we asked for the cash back and were provided it with no issues.

This is a great place to stay for the price. Rent desk so super friendly. It’s not the Four Seasons but it’s clean and comfortable.

The room was not clean. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom, hair in the bed and food smeared on the light switches. The staff was nice though. The breakfast was mediocre.

Room felt like a second grade room, curtain was broken and suspending in corner and couldn't close, room smell was stuffy, shower curtain was broken in a few places on the rail and looked tatty. Staff look like they just woke up from a nap. Really will NEVER stay at the hotel chain again.

Cons: Not in a great area (but feels safe once inside) some chips in furniture, it smelled like weed in the 2nd floor hallway, the breakfast food was gross but they had a couple of good options (yogurt, fruit, cereal and waffles) All in all, if you want something cheap and good, this place is for you. A heads up before you go, they require a $60 cash deposit. They didn't find any issues but I took pictures of the chips in furniture before I unpacked just to be safe and I advise you do the same.

Yes, I know we came in late, but it was just one person checking in a long line of people. I would think there should be at least 2 people at the desk, just in case. Also there were nothing but blue stripe swimming pool towels available my whole 2 night stay. I had to go buy an hand towel to wash up. I was in room 230 the bed close to the window, had a iron rod sticking out of it which my leg was slightly injured on. The lobby was warm all the time, but the room was much cooler, I'm grateful for that. These are all the reasons my stay got poor rating.

$60 cash deposit required but they don’t even check the room. The room stunk very badly of cigarette smoke and the hallways and elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. The walls were dirty in the room, there were no wash cloths. Breakfast is set out at 6am BUT it does not get replenished so by 7 there’s only waffles available. The front desk lady was very nice and polite and she does try to be accommodating. The hotel as a whole is just lacking. Do not recommend unless it’s the very last option available.

There was always hair on what suppose to be clean towels. Staff is okay, the person ( guy) that works Sunday and Monday is nice. The first room we checked into has stains on everything. Hair was in the bed. The bed was wrinkled. The bathroom was barely cleaned. There were holes in the wall. The TV and thermostat had broken parts. We asked to be switched to a new room and as we walked in to check the new room the lights were broken. Also, there is a foul smell throughout the hotel. The rooms smell so musty and like mildew. We had to book a new hotel because there was no way we could sleep comfortably. Also, I’m pretty sure the staff know it’s bad—he didn’t seem surprised when I told him to cancel our booking.

5 stars no doubt room super clean, bed nice and comfortable

The outside was dirty. The parking was fenced in but no security and anybody can drive in. My truck was stolen out of there at 12pm.

There was a roach in the bathroom and on the front door. The telephone in the room did not work. The bathtub was clogged so when we took a shower, it would fill up. We tried calling the office several times and no one answered. When we went down there we asked them why they weren’t answering the phone and the lady responded “do you want me to answer the phone or do you want me to help people at the counter end“ but no one was at the counter and she was sitting down. we didn’t have face towels. The elevator is super scary. It feels unstable. Never again!

Wasn't too safe, phone and Tdidn't work

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was run down and in a very bad part of town. Smelled like mildew or mold on every floor but the 2nd floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Club next door took up parking and people were loud at all times of night. There was trash everywhere outside. I don’t suggest it for families.

Since I'm Westin Resorts, West Jets, and Navarro CVS pharmacy I should have the whole year for free all paid for at the Hilton Marriott Hyatt Radisson

They forgot to do the service from yesterday, before, yesterday, today, and the coming for tomorrow even though I gave them a tip of $30,000 USD from the JP Morgan Chase bank money that came from the oil drilling exploration businesses from Texas, American Airlines, Texaco, Valero, AT&T Wireless and the Dallas Cowboys.

Staff was decent. Hotel felt old and run down.

Front desk did not have change for $100 for their $60 incidental fee so they made me leave the whole $100. Cockroach in my room. Fridge did not cool and microwave smelled bad. Pool water was almost green. Crackheads hung outside. They refused to refill anything 30 minutes before breakfast hours were over despite the number of people still needing breakfast. Would not stay here again.

My stay here was great, no issues what so ever. There is a club across the street and people used the parking from the hotel to go there which the clutter of cars was uncomfortable bit over all great stay. Would stay again.

This hotel was across a street from a busy night club. The parking it’s just for the families staying at the hotel you share it with people that go to the night club. There was always loud noises in the hallway and half dress females walking around THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES. There were blood stains on the wall in our room and an open condom wrapped next to the bed. Sink and tub would both clog up when we would use the water. One of the bed was off balance meaning I would sit on the edge of the bed and the other side would lift up felt like you would fall over on the floor. I mentioned this to the front desk and all she did was take notes down and put it in the system. She didn’t offer to move us rooms or anything. I would never stay here at brings my kids back to the place.

This hotel is dirty. This is near a club and so you can expect the unexpected. This is definitely not for families. I did not know until I came here. Very disappointed with Choice hotels. I thought they are some of the good ones. I will need to reconsider my bookings with them in future.

This was a horrible hotel stay! The waiting Lobby was extremely hot, due to an inadequate AC system. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. It literally had very few options for breakfast; with no orange juice or apple juice beverages. Only water to quench your thirst with whole eggs and a self-serve waffle maker.

This was my first and last time on the property. I never leave reviews but I felt the people needed to know. I saw 2 bugs in our room - one dead roach near the bathroom and one unidentified bug near the AC unit. It is unlikely the room had been recently vacuumed. There was persistent sediment in our water pipes, both shower and sink, leaving behind black residue after it had run. The room was not stocked with enough towels for a double room. There was one bath towel and two hand drying towels. The bathroom had a lingering moldy smell, and there was unidentified gunk on the phone cord. I don’t expect perfection but it’s clear that this room had been neglected. Luck of the draw!
