Nice, because it's right by public transportation and walkable to many areas as well. The restaurant did close the kitchen 20 min early, so be warned if you are arriving late (our flight had been delayed several hours). Other than this, it really was an excellent place to stay.

They had ants in my room so we had to change it and I got a smaller room which wasn’t ideal. But they did give us accommodations for the inconvenience. Sometimes staff at the front desk are just on their phones which wasn’t professional. But if you needed something they would help you.

Smart, clean and great facilities. Nice quiet location with fabulous views of Downtown from the bar. Check out staff member was a little abrupt, valet parking was a bit rushed but efficient, new experience for us. Get rid of the silly Peleton bike in the gym that was unable to be used if you didn't have a Peleton account, very frustrating!

The room The hotel itself is reasonably comfortable, with modern, clean rooms. However, a major downside is the deafening noise of planes taking off at all hours, making it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night; at 4 a.m., everyone was out on the street with about ten fire trucks and firefighters everywhere—a terrible experience. After the alarm—which originated on our very floor—was over, they didn't even move us to a different room, leaving us with dirt and the smell of smoke everywhere; there was no breakfast the next morning, either. At checkout, they didn't want to refund us for the night, and we had to insist. Terrible! Avoid like the plague!

the hotel and staff were awesome. the rooftop bar was great. The location is very close to the airport so the plane noise was mire than i had expected but it never bother us at night so not that big of a deal. Though we had our own terrace, we did wish there was a pool.

My shower door wouldn’t close properly, and the curtains didn’t slide smoothly. The noise level—especially from the food delivery truck—was insane. I was woken up at 3:30 a.m. and called the front desk; she said they would be gone in 10 minutes, but they had already been there for 20. I understand it’s out of her hands, but perhaps the hotel should consider offering earplugs.

Shower had a broke tile on the floor drain. ( Did not check under the drain cap in the shower to see if it was properly cleaned) Cleaness was overall good. Beds comfortable. Closet design VERY VERY efficient and handy. Loved it. Water supply and ice amenity was a good and handy. Staff was very attentive, though it felt understaffed on the weekend. A bit of support is needed at meal time. For cleaning tables and distributing food. Too many customers and very little staff. Yougurt parfait was good. It works for the week - but not for the weekend. Valet very convenient. Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff was very helpful and polite. My room was very clean and well stocked. They gave you a couple of waters and a cookie at check in. I felt very safe at this hotel. It was also very quite.

This hotel is fun and funky with great amenities. Parking is the only downfall with valet or crowded street parking as your only option.

Always a great stay. And the valet attendant, the older guy is the best. He is a pretty good guy, and makes our stay’s even better.

Property and room were very nice. Honestly had zero complaints at all! Surrounding area was walkable and safe, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Close to Katy trail, a busy path for walkers and runners. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a very nice comfortable and clean a hotel. The staff was super friendly, which made her stay even better.

The only downside is that they only have valet parking.Area has some street parking but garage self parking would have been a plus.

The hotel is in a great area, close to the Katy Trail. The room was quiet, even with the airport close by. Check in/out was quick and easy.

We were in town to visit friends. This hotel was an 8 minute walk from their condo, so very convenient. It is a lovely space and we would definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit.

Very modern hotel rooms and great sound isolation from nearby rooms. Friendly service folks. Could wish more welcomeness and convenience from the surroundings since it really is uptown Dallas. Breakfast setup was a pity because though it shows Breakfast Included on my booking, the servant asked for some sort of coupon so we could use breakfast and we ended up skipping. WiFi connection is also fenced by some confusing pay walls although simple steps to connection is already available to many similar hotels around US.

Everyone on the staff was lovely, and the filtered water on each floor is a major win for all of us trying to stay hydrated!

The valet was the best part of the experience. Although parking was expensive. The room was average, I could hear every single sound and word from the person in the room next door, hotel bar packed and breakfast on Sunday was over before 10am. No other options but to go somewhere off site. For the amount of money, definite not worth it.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean. The only knock I had was it did not have alternative options for a down comforter and the heating and cooling system was either too hot or too cold with no way to control it.

We loved the view from the rooftop bar of the Dallas skyline, but the bar is not open every day, so check availability. The rooms were wonderful with a Hugh tv. Great size, bathroom setup, small fridge, etc. The view of the rooftop & its a/c units was a disappointment, but it is the well located Uptown neighborhood with lots of high rises buildings. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise with a delicious omelet & coffee delivered in quick time. We’ll be back!

Ok. A bit pric

My issue the past two times I've stayed here is the temperature of the room. You cant control it from the room itself, its controlled by the staff. It also did not appear that they had the AC on and it was high 70s and 80s outside. I called to request my room temperature be lowered by a few degrees and I dont think they ever followed through. In fact, from the panel in my room it didnt even appear the AC or heat was on at all and the control panel was locked so I couldnt control it myself. This type of thing shouldnt be happening in a semi-luxury hotel.
