Location I was assigned to a very bad room. I complained about it. The young lady i was talking to keep asking me what is it that I don't like about my room, I was explaining everything to her but she wasn't listening. First impression matters. My flight came in late, early in the morning and I needed a comfortable place to rest my head and head on to my conference in three hours but everything was ruined.

Great A/C, a must for Dallas heat. Very convenient if visiting someone at Clements Hospital as it is walkable. The shuttle will also take you there and pick up, but quicker to Uber from hospital than wait. Rooms are nice and modern. Such a great location and there are a handful of restaurants just feet by hotel you can walk to.

The location was on point and they had a pool party! We stayed for two nights and the room didnt get replenished and the shower looked gross, not the cleanest.

Cons: The bathroom was gross— Shower was gross, yellow stains/rust on the bathtub floor, I stood outside the shower and washed my hair over the tub. shower drain was slow/clogged, loose shower faucet, toilet was spray some sort of mist so the seat was always wet when seat cover was closed (i have no clue why). Shower curtain was cheap and did not do its job. I had to use the extra towels to wipe up the water. Hotel phone did not work. Parking is not convenient. The bathroom sliding door was stuck open.

Great place to stay and excellent staff. Very nice. I was so happy it is a pet friendly place so i can take my fur baby with me. The rooms are very clean and cozy.

I always stay here when flying from Dallas Love Field. The service is great, the rooms are clean, and it is close in proximity to restaurants and the airport.

Stayed for one night just to catch my flight early the next morning. Typical Aloft hotel experience, which is always a great comfortable stay! Room was nice and bed was super comfortable. Staff was really nice and the shuttle to the airport was quick in getting me there timely.

The floors were sticky/wet. We found packs of condoms on top of the mini fridge. The mini fridge did not get cold enough to cool anything inside. We left at 8am and returned at 3:30pm to find our room had not been clean yet. Probably will never return.

The room was clean and the amenities were good. The staff was okay and they may have been a little tired but they could have done better. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are staying at the love field airport.

Location and the bar area The room smelled mildewy, ac was not working very well, the water stopped working for a while and started shooting out yellow water, they charge for parking which is bizzare considering the prices for the stay, some people have tags and some don’t plus there is no security to verify this "paid parking" is enforced.

The rooms were clean and nice. We loved that they had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. They smelt amazing!! I did not like the fact that the one day we were able to go to the pool during our stay that the pool area was rented out by a party and we were not able to take our children to the pool at all! This party was loud and obnoxious!! There were girls barley covered and twerking as our childern were able to see through any window we were near. It was almost pure nudity. My husband tried to go to the pool at the time the pool opened up and denied access due to the party that was being set up for. The pool is opened from 10:30am -9pm. The party was scheduled for 10:30am -8:30. Giving no one time to enjoy access to the pool they paid good money for. Many guests left due to this issue. The area was not a safe feeling! Every restaurant in the area you had to have a pass code to enter in the restroom due to the amount of homeless people in the area that would sleep in the restaurant restrooms. Also, NOTE! Do not look under bridges or underpasses, you may see homeless people having sexual relations in broad day light!! The hotel does not own the parking lot. It is owned by the airport. You pay the airport for parking. The only security they have is wal mart parking lot cameras. Also you will not have a parking spot due to the airport using the hotel parking lot for people who are leaving for trips.

Crowded parking, but we found a spot. Room was nice. They even included bottled water so we could make coffee or tea.

Beautiful interior from the main entrance to the room. Finishes were very nice and modern. Staff was super sweet & helpful. And there were so many amenities, vending machines, and food kiosks to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My family booked this stay to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and expected a relaxing family getaway. Before going to the pool area, I contacted the front desk after noticing event preparations and was informed that the event was not private and that hotel guests would continue to have access to the amenities. Unfortunately, the atmosphere we encountered was not family-oriented and included excessive drinking, smoking, inappropriate behavior, and overly revealing attire around children. In addition, the pool area appeared to exceed the posted occupancy limit by more than double, creating an overcrowded and uncomfortable environment. My 9-year-old daughter became visibly uncomfortable, and I no longer felt the environment was appropriate for my family. As a result, I chose to leave the hotel and secure accommodations elsewhere that same evening. Had I been informed in advance about the nature of the event, I would not have booked or remained at the property. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the morning front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel room was excellent. There was some sort of event taking place downstairs. Lobby and bar area was packed with loud and obnoxious “people”. Checked out at 0300 to catch a flight and they were still causing a ruckus in lobby.

Room was too dark, especially in the vanity area. There was a disposable glove laying on the floor in the hall on the 8th floor. Check in was not very welcoming. Check out was much more pleasant.

We stayed here before our early morning flight and it was clean, smelled fresh and we had no problems. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Nice stay

The room was quite large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. There was a cook who made omletes to orders and there were plenty of other items to eat as well. I had supper which was a poke salad that was delicious. Very convenient so close to the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made it easy to relax after a long day of getting married. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt peaceful and welcoming.The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire stay. They were quick to answer questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude truly enhanced the experience.

The staff was very friendly; which is always a plus. Even when my flight was delayed and arrived at 3AM, they were going to send the driver. It's a nice atmosphere in the hotel. I liked the availability of so many charging ports of varying types for all of my devices. I didn't get breakfast, but it was available. Good job.

The Loft is a great place to stay when I visit Dallas. I really appreciate the Airport shuttle to Love Field and how close it is to where I want to go downtown.

We weren’t able to use the room AT ALL as there was NO PARKING available as there was a NYE celebration in the Lobby with LOUD music.

The room was perfect to me. Double Queens ,Nice big shower wonderful water pressure. Everyone at the hotel was so wonderful and nice very friendly. The event as always a time was had.

This was, I think, my fourth stay at this hotel and it always is a great experience. The hotel is solid, clean, and with great amenities. But, the thing that always puts it over the top, is the staff.

The manager was GREAT!

This is a very loud hotel. The doors all slam shut. The bathroom door slides open, and will not stay closed so there is zero privacy. Outside noise and neighbor/above noise made sleeping nearly impossible, even with 2 white noise machines going. Location is convenient, it misses the mark on comfort.

Only one business chair in the room. No normal comfortable chair. Safe wouldn’t work. Staff was very friendly.

From check in through check out the stay was awesome. Room was in perfect condition and clean.

The shuttle took additional time because I called when they were putting gas in the van apparently. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, just minor wear on various fixtures. This would be expected for a room at a lesser price, but a little lackluster for the price I paid.

We arrived at the hotel around 1 am and not only had they guven our dbl queen away, they put us in a handi-cap room with a shower that spilled over into the vanity area.only had they
