Great place very clean and great ppl

Understand why this place is only $90 on a Saturday night. Floor in room was filthy…needed to be mopped. Bathroom door has no latch on it and does not shut. Elevator and hallways were disgusting…smelled. No one at desk at 8:30am to check out.

Room was small, bed too small, bed only had two flat pillows for two people, the bed slid every time we’d sit or lay down, the tv did not work, trash bags scattered down the hallway. Checked out after only about 20 minutes

The bed mattress were really bad and uncomfortable and the water pressure was really low making it hard to take a decent shower.

Upon arrival we were told we could not check in, they had no rooms available for us even with our reservation number and even called ahead to confirm our late check in and was turned away traveled with wife and daughter we had to stay in our vehicle that night do to no rooms available in other hotels

The day before I spoke to a customer service rep and he said everything was good to go that if we go there after 10 I had to use theeir phone . So we did arrive later and I called and was told my reservation was not good anymore and there were no rooms even after driving 7 hours. I had no room to stay in and had to call about 15 more hotels not being able to stay here was very disappointing. Will not consider ever coming here.

It was clean for the most part. Staff was friendly. The beds were hard. Water pressure when on shower mode was low.

The front desk young lady had great customer service. She looked worried, upset and exhausted because of the upset male worker but she still gave us, the customer, great customer service. Bed mattresses need to be replaced, not comfortable at all. There was a drawer missing on the dresser which displayed a huge hole. Our beds were not made, a thin blanket was folded on top of the bed instead of being spread out on the bed, the top comforter blanket was missing but was brought to us afterwards that evening. Male worker running around doing maintenance needs to respect coworkers in front of customers and also respect the customers by not using foul language, he seemed to be upset for whatever reason but we as customers don't need to see his unprofessional behavior or hear his foul language; no breakfast, dirty restroom, no security to monitor the people outside late at night.

The price per night was pretty low and location was just right. It was over crowded. Parking was scarce. People were smoking near the building. The bathroom was inadequate for my liking.

Bree at the front desk was an angel! My kids and I needed a room to check into just to wait a couple hours in before our flight back home. The hotel was sold out the night before so I was worried I wouldnt get a room after checking out that day. She was able to check us into a rm. Early and I cant tell you how grateful I am for her. Thank you Bree !

This bad review, is for Expedia. We reserved and payed for a night and when we got there , the front desk lady said they had no rooms so our room was cancelled. She stated that 3rd party (Expedia) over booked. so my family and I had no choice but to drive a 3 and a half hour drive home at night! I will never use Expedia again!

The bed was comfy and I like having a small kitchen. Also liked that it was close to the beach. The mildew smell as soon as u walk in. There was no small soaps in the bathroom or little plastic cups in the kitchen. The room also needs a rug beside the bed because the floors are cold. Also thr bathroom door handle didnt work and got trapped in the bathroom for a min.

Customer service at its best. Very nice and friendly workers. Very clean rooms.. Room was clean and ready to go. I really didn't like and the only thing I didn't like was the TV was not working that day. I could not watch Anything on the TV supposedly the manager said they were working on the cable so there was no TV no shows nothing on the TV screen. My reason is when I go to a hotel besides getting a good night's rest is to watch movies on the TV.

I liked the value of the stay, nothing good about the property. And no bugs Upon arrival, our room had leftover food in the refrigerator from someone else. Our toilet did not work, was clogged, and no one came to help us. We had to resort to going to Walmart or Target to use the toilet. The A/C system was not working as our room was hot and humid the entire stay. We resorted to buying a box fan to just keep us cool. Our shower felt like one step and we would come crashing down as it was so hollow underneath the tub. I would definitely only book this place if it is your last resort. And bring your own box fan and get ready to be using the restroom somewhere else for the time you stay here.

The staff was very kind and professional I had no issues with them. The location was very convenient for me in terms of distance that was a plus. The pavement needs to be fixed there is a gigantic hole that can cause serious damage to vehicles. The building smells off putting especially my mattress and that elevator. My room appeared to look clean but there were black spots on the bathtub so I couldn't take a shower. The top of the fridge was dirty as well in what could only be described as "dried bird poop". I always kept my shoes and socks on because I didn't want to step on the floor barefoot. I hated and dreaded while being in the city was staying at that hotel it left a stain on my short vacation. (No disrespect to the staff that works there they didn't cause any issues for me.)

Great rooms very nice and clean for the price The location but it really wasn’t that far away from the attractions. And for the price of the room it was worth it.

our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!!

Make sure your reservation has been actually booked by hotels.com and ensure the price that’s quoted is the actual price that you’ll pay at the front desk First they said I had no reservation on file even after showing them the confirmation number and itinerary number and also showed them where it was deducted from my card clerk wanted to swipe my card again and it was double charging the reservation then to try to contact hotels.com was an even bigger challenge I got fed up went back to the property talked to the clerk explained to them what issue I was having and after reviewing my charged card for the amount she decided to let me stay in good faith? By this time I was exhausted I just threw my hands in the air and said give me whatever I’ve always used Hotels. Com to book my stays but after this one I’ll just pay at the desk to avoid future surprises and inconveniences

Parking lot had a lot of pot holes, no staff on duty for hours, i went to check-in at 4:10 and at 530 and waited till 615 and nothing, i wasn't able to check-in at all, number provided was off the hook, lobby phone didnt work, other guests needed to check-in, they claimed they were waiting for 3 hours

The first room we got there was no bedsheets on the bed , stains all over the mattress, the tv was on and it looked like someone was already staying in it . The cover for the AC was in the tub and there was mold all over the walls and the sink area in room 212, the second room they moved us to in 313 had blood on the doors and in the restroom, the mold in the counter top was visible the mold under the cabinets were thick , it smelt so bad in there . There was cockroaches and bugs in the window and the floor was filthy.

Dirty, trash in hallways, CATS walking on hallway, strong weed smell inside and outside, drinking people on sidewalk, never again, if you are traveling with little kids or family do not stay here, good thing my husband was with me, we had men knocking at our door several times.

Staff polite, but building smelled bad...went in room smelled like urine! I left immediately and hope to receive a refund. Thank you 🙏

First of all check in was okay, however this location is currently under much needed renovations, secondly it's in the hood, so to house various people in need is a concern to lookout for booking sites are totally unaware of changes but sites need to stay updated also, I was switched 4 times before I felt okay to stay considering it was late and I was tired, staff should review which rooms are absolutely suitable to rent out and the conditions, my room 414 had a clogged sink, no flushing toilet, and no working TV, no working phone, elevation is slow as hell... not happy at all, I did manage to cook my son a birthday meal 12/29 of chili beans, fried cornbread, and fried chicken on that 2 burner stove in the room, that was the highlight... would probably stay again if only room 414 is available, I've stayed at other locations in other cities this location in Corpus was the worst but after renovations I'm sure it will be as well as can be ...

When we arrived they put us in a room that was not ready. Everything was dirty. The bed was not done there were no towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. We had to ask to be changed to a different room. When they put us in the new room the TV did not work or the phone.

Our fridge had rust on it. They literally had one bar of soap for shower amenities. Our toilet didn’t work either so that’s lovely. The only thing nice about this place was checking out.

This property is really good for staying. Only complaint about the internet. If you use the free internet, it is slow. However, you can buy the internet $1.99/day.

Management gave us a key/room already rented middle of night was bombarded by strangers and then police threatening theft managers allowed blatant disrespect of personal privacy and allowed door to be forcefully opened and US physically pushed out of the way as we were in the room sleeping for 5 hours already

The room was really dirty, there were roaches all over the room. Dirty bottles of lubricant all over the room. The towels looked dirty and used.

Full waste of money. Even staff is so rude said no daily cleaning for room, no garbage disposal and not even any sort of daily room service. Avoid this at any cost, wish I had never paid in advance, I would run away seconds entering this place.

Would not feel comfortable sleeping here, I am from Montana. Booked a room after looking an ONLY pictures and price online.However what you see in person once you get there is not what's portrayed in the pictures. There was a drug deal going down in the parking lot. The room rank of dirty sex and had alcohol in the fridge. There was a lot of questionable company occupying the rooms. Not at all what I was expecting. We actually got our money back and went to a different hotel. The man working the front desk said originally there was no refunds once we booked the room for our 2 week stay. Until he came to our room and looked for himself. He refunded us and we were able to go book a new room at a more family friendly hotel. So I am very thankful for him doing that.

Although I was disappointed with all of this I will book them again just because how affordable it is and how convenient I’m the location is.

First, the floor carpet in the hallway was very dingy and dirty. The kitchen counter had dirt drops. There were 2 tvs in the room. Only one turned on and had no signal. I reported it to the front desk and the person on the phone said they only have 1 to 40 channels but still no signal. No coffee pot in the room. No complimentary breakfast. So sad.

It was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms and hallways stunk like they have smoking marijuana and have a stingy smell of mold. Half of the light swithches dis not work as well as the A/C did not work properly, barely got any sleep at all it was so warm.

I've never felt welcomed at this location, it's like all the employees act like the customers are wasting there time when we are actually the ones paying for services so you can receive a paycheck.....changes need to be made at this location

The staff was ok but not overly friendly and had to be searched for constantly. The whole floor reeked of weed and there were people loitering out front at all hours of the day and night. One of the absolute worst hotels I have ever stayed at. If I hadn’t been dealing with a family crisis I would have tried to change hotels. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not happy at all as when we arrived there was no one at front desk, No one answered our calls and we called several times. We made a reservation and didnt even get to stay there. Instead we had to call arou d to find a place that had room for us. Also when we called, voicemail was full so we couldnt even leave a voicemail.

I will never rent rhis hotel again. It smells like weed the entire day. The rooms stink of old clothes or something. The smell even came home with us on our clothes. Drawers broken.....refrigerator not cooling. We asked for clean towels and toilet paper before leaving for rhe day. Came back to same room...no clean towels....no toilet paper so i had to look for a cleaing lady to get some. Check in time took a little long and i had reserved online. If i knew our stay was going to be compared to a motel 6 i would have booked elsewhere.

This was an older hotel and looks nothing like the photos on the internet, was not aware it was an extended stay. Had a lot of people in front entrance smoking and relaxing. My refrigerator had rust on the door, stove looked like it was from the 80’s. Drain in the shower was rusted and had hair in it.

The hotel it self was ok, needs a lot of work but okay, the area and the people staying there were so shady. Didn’t like the dogs either. But the staff was amazing and helpful.

Hotel smells and the building is just not in good condition. The people there are shady and sketchy. Someone came up to my door trying to sell me AirPods and when I said no, they tried to tell me something. I will NEVER book there again.

Booked for a week. Had to check out early do to hurricane. I was there for 3 days. And they wouldn’t refund remaining 4 days. So I lost $350 on this booking.

The building outside looked nice, but the inside looked trashed. There was a letter in my room that said if I didn't take out the trash myself. I would be charged 50 dollars. I have never stayed at a motel that required you to take out your own trash. The Ac didn't work well. It was hot in the room. When I walked into my room the vent cover in the bathroom was laying on the sink. Which I went to install it back.. It was a bad experience all and all. Will not be staying there again.

My stay was truly a horrible experience. From my room flooding to not having a dead bolt on the door of a corner room and the impossibly rude front desk attendant named roxeanne. This has possibly been the worst stay I’ve had

Customer service was outstanding. The place could use some updating though. Sadly, the bed was not in the greatest or cleanest condition (it had a mattress protector, but only noticed the mold before checkout as we stripped the covers off, should’ve done this beforehand) the AC unit needs a much thorough cleaning and the hallway to the rooms could use a deep clean and sanitizing too. Overall, the room was decent with a stove and refrigerator. It worked out for a last minute getaway.

One of the rooms, clean no issues. The 2nd room clean but had a musty smell. There was a strong "skunky" odor in the elevator and the floor/hallway (4th floor) the whole time we were there. Also, I entered the elevator and two trash bags (9:00 am) were there unattended. not sure why?

We had some challenges getting there due to traveling in. I called and Roxanne at the front desk helped us with a solution. All front desk employees at all times that we encountered were extremely sweet, helpful, and professional at all times. The hallways always smelt good from people cooking in their rooms. Our room was extremely clean and neat. The only downside was every time we walked in to our room it smelt like cigarettes. Turning the AC on fixed it quickly, it was a small inconvenience for the rest of the stay going well. Not the fanciest, but definitely well maintained.

There was no breakfast available and there were no ice machines on the floors. We had three rooms booked. There were no towels in one of the rooms on the 4th floor and the front desk was gone for the night when discovered.

HAD TO WAIT 20 MIN TOCHECK IN, desk clerk was lettig guests into their room. NO KEY ACCESS FOR GUESTS, clerk said it's been that way for over a week. Told clerk we would check out in the morning. 3 night stay. Next morning no one at front dest, completely closed by wood panel. Tried to reach manager for day. Was charged full amount, when asked mgr 5 days later,I had to call, no return call left message 4 times. Thursday finally got manager to answer the phone. Asked why full charge, he said for total reservation. I asked for refund, he said we don't refund for any reason, very rude. There problem was still not fixed. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Nothing really outstanding from this hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly during the stay but the hotel itself was in horrible condition. It stinked from the smoking even tho it says non-smoking and the bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained. There was only 1 staffed memeber at night who was doing her best trying to help everyone so kuddos to her. This suite needs to better their managing and cleanliness in its rooms. The staff was the only positive thing during the stay.

No towels in our room

The stay was great however lack of towels and a clean cloth was not available is what made an impact on my stay.

Missing fixtures and exposed wires, no towels in the room and front desk report there aren’t any available. Front desk attendant was not overly friendly and seem inconvenienced by our checking in. Elevator was not is great order.

I didn't realize that this hotel is great for long term stays like workers. I was by myself and there were lots of men workers there. So I felt out of place. However, the accommodations were fine. I think it would be perfect for the workers because of the small kichenette and it has everything you would need for an extended stay.

Bugs in room and bathroom changed 2 rooms nasty

And when I woke up to go work my car was broken into.. of course property said they not responsible

First room’s restroom had a clogged shower drain along with poor water pressure. Sheets felt sandy. Room was not properly cleaned. Microwave didn’t function. After service hours, admin were no where to be seen along with the phone/numbers provided to contact people not working as they would naturally hang up. We were given a second room , but regardless of the improvements , the inconvenience of having to move our things after the first incident made it bad. Along with the fact that they didn’t charge the proper amount to my card, leading me to come back to the hotel when I was 30 minutes away, just to go to the lobby and get it solved in less than ten minutes.

I could sleep without any noise. Disabled parking was clear.

We liked being able to have our dogs with us. We liked having the kitchenette
