This is not necessarily a complaint, because the hotel is nice, but it is more to make guests aware that even though there is a notice of what it says will be done, doesnt necessarily mean it will. So make sure you ask otherwise it may not be done.

The rooms were clean however pieces of furniture were broken in both rooms the indoor pool needs some kind of ventilation otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful. The informed us they would submit a work order for the broken furniture.

Our car broke down and we needed to stay the night last min. It's located right off a main road and was easy to get to. Clean and just what we needed for the night.

Cleaning ladies are rude,small rooms and no microwave in rooms and no closet

Everything was wonderful

The room was dirty! Shower looks like it had never been cleaned. Towels still had dirty stains. Refrigerator was leaking. A/C was not cooling. Asked front desk to have them clean the shower at least but it never happened. Stayed there 3 nights

No extra towels could be provided for pool. Stayed a week and never came in to clean room stated they do it every other day and nothing. Night shift very rude and very unhelpful. Stole our locked hitch overnight with cameras faced to truck. Stated couldn’t review cameras .

My experience at this hotel was average, which is why I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was acceptable, although very basic. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been much better. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the bathroom walls were damaged, giving the room a poorly maintained appearance. The outdoor seating areas also need more attention, as the chairs were very dirty and not inviting to use. The indoor pool was the part I liked the least because the chlorine smell was extremely strong and uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioner made loud noises throughout the night, constantly turning on and off, which made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off several times during the night. We left our room as a precaution, but we didn’t see any staff members providing instructions or explaining what was happening, which left us feeling confused and unsafe. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its friendly staff, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests during emergency situations.

Everything was great! I would stay again. The only thing I would say is the pool should be open til at least 12AM

Room was clean and no musty smell. Breakfast was good pancakes no waffles. Parking lot well lit.

This place truly is pet friendly. By the time we checked out, most of the staff knew our dog’s name and we’re so sweet to her and us. The room was comfortable, quiet and perfect for what we needed. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out.

The parking lot is well lit and feels safe. The landscaping and lounge area out front are well kept and very pleasant. The rooms were spotless, the staff helpful and friendly, they have breakfast and allow pets for a fee. They were very nice about having our dog and even have treats up front for them.

Lobby and staff were great. But room was TERRIBLE. Very humid, even the floor and walls were wet. Blackout curtain chain was broken so couldn’t use it. We got all the light in our room at 7am. Terrible

Needs repairs, horrible customer service

Side door closest to my room is broke, unable to enter from parking lot. 1 staff member assured me my key would work. It did for my room, not parking lot door. Went back to front desk. Mykala, front desk person told me nothing she can do, as she was not the one that checked me in Paul did, nice guy. But he is now gone for the day, would not switch my room, and at this point I have not even stepped foot in my room. No discount, she just smiled, laughed and said yeah that door doesn't work. Its been broke awhile, and if I had asked if the door was working she would maybe have told me, wow!! Just horrible Customer service. I will not be back. And its not cheap to stay there. No repairs being done. Also some guy lives in a white van that is always parked in the back parking lot, thought that was odd. Maybe the owner.

This is normally like my go to places day, but with a span of 10 minutes I found like six roaches which is understandable this place is a perfect climate for them since it’s hot and humid so I would just be wary cause the city tends to have them, but that’s normal

When entering the room it has a smell of urine, thinking that the air needed to be turned on to take out the musty smell, but I just kept getting whiffs of it. But bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good Hotel itself was very clean. Would stay again.

Clean room, comfy beds, a small fridge and plenty of outlets, we enjoyed our stay with the indoor pool. Pool towels needed to be restocked and would love a microwave in the room but all in all a good stay.

the room and design of the hotel is nice, clean, and modern. the small details could use some attention. i stayed in room 428 - the toilet is loose and rocks forward to backward. the door stop is popping out of the ground, and there is a big gap under the bathroom door. the breakfast had variety and there was a tesla charger. overall, pretty ideal. there’s a pool table in the lobby that people seemed to use. another amenity should be considered because it seemed like there was a line to use it.

Lovely place, and great staff. I think the DM was there checking it out and offered us the pool next door when our pool was closed! Very considerate and lovely man, we kept thanking him:) I do wish the water got boiling hot in the bathroom (my preference) but it got hot enough for regular people who don't like boiling alive! Guests were friendly too

The room (accessible) was good, very spacious and clean. Beds were okay (on the hard side), on demand smart tv was hit with kids, especially since the indoor pool was too cold to utilize. The breakfast was above average. I like that there wasn't any icky carpets, as they went with hard flooring when they updated. We have rewards membership that allows for a later checkout, which we were told wasn't a problem twice (check in and again at breakfast time) only to be called and told a late checkout was not avaliable and we had to vacate earlier than we planned.
