Bedding had cigarette burn holes in them furniture was falling apart rooms need renovated interior looked like from the 50s

Breakfast was pre-packed something you get at a Petrol pump/gas station. Coffee was good fresh, hot and ready from 6am.My room the shower tub was not draining and it felt uncomfortable to stand in soapy water and not use up as much water as I would have liked. The staff was unable to address this issue throughout the stay unfortunately. I also noticed what look like mould on the bathroom wall. The laundry machines looked old and not state of art so didn't attempt to do my laundry over on my own.

Dirty room old and disgusting

About a week and a half before my arrival, I specifically booked a suite because that was the room I wanted and the main reason I chose your hotel. However, when I checked in, I was simply given the keys to a standard room, which is a lower category and costs less than the suite I had booked. No one informed me that my reserved suite was unavailable, and no one asked for my approval before changing my reservation. When I opened the door, I was shocked to discover that it was not the room I had booked. I immediately returned to the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff apologized and told me that all of the suites were occupied, despite the fact that I had reserved mine well in advance. Instead of offering a comparable or upgraded room, or informing me before my arrival, I was simply told that I could receive a refund if I was unhappy with the standard room. This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed reservation should guarantee the room category that was booked. If the hotel is unable to honor a reservation, the guest should be notified in advance and offered an equivalent or better accommodation—not downgraded without any explanation or consent.

The ac did not work in either room spoke to the gentleman at the front desk after the manager told me was the owner he lied and said he wasn't the owner and couldn't help me with anything other then a box fan for each room. Both box fans were poorly taken care of and the fan blades were knocking against the housing 5 hours before check out it was unbearable to sleep so we slept in our vehicles after rinsing off the sweat we encountered because of the hot room

The breakfast was not the greatest very limited. Our room had a smell or odor I complained to the staff and they give us another room. The cleaning staff did clean the room but they did not leave us any clean towels or toilet paper, we had to ask

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly very nice The only bad thing they gave us a different room that room had been freshly painted it ruined two of my shirts and the room was dirty I did bring it to their attention and they told me it was bleach things I worked in housekeeping for 10 years so I know the difference between bleach things and dirtiness I don't recommend this hotel for a future reference

Oh, and by the way, the owner stays on property so he’s always watching whatever is going on you would think that he would go in and check his rooms to see how clean they were and to see if they were probably getting done, but he was more worried about what time we were checking out

Not a shining example of Rodeway properties at all. Broken door security hardware, bedding threadbare and grimy looking, easy chair and desk chair both with food or body stains.

The room hasn't been cleaned in a good while. The hair dryer had stains on it like someone used it with dirty hands. My husband had 2 small spiders on his side of the bed that he killed. The furniture needs to be wiped off. Apparently they never vacum under the bed even though it has a board along the edge. There was trash under the bed and behind the bedside table. The young lady that gave us keys was nice but the older lady when we checked out didn't say anything. The inside of door needs a deep cleaning. They need to wipe down everything. We will never stay there again.😡

Stay away! Heat did not work, tv didn’t work, no ice machine or coke machine they were stolen and washer and dryer don’t work. Maintenance man is out of the country! We’ll close the hotel then before you try and welcome guests

They had no breakfast It stated in review really clean and it was not clean at all. Sheets were all burnt with cigarette burnings restroom toilet seat was broken and sink also had burnings. Microwave was burnt and fridge was nasty dirty. I have pictures of it all.

Roaches were there, rooms were not clean..breakfast was only kolaches and juice. I wouldnt stay again or recommend.

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was quiet and had great ac had some roaches ad dusty dressers and the door key would stop working sometimes and the 24/7 customer service was not 24/7 at all. Luckily I shared the room with someone otherwise , when I got off of work , I would have been locked out.

Not a good place , roaches one of the guys accuse me of stealing a TV remote then harassed me outside. I kept telling him I didn’t have it , breakfast is not really breakfast, but you get what you pay for

The room was clean but old and the lamps should be changed for new ones without the rust. I asked one of the cleaning staff about the wi-fi and she provided the information instead of at check in.

We had 2 roaches in our room and when we used the pool i had to tell my wife and daughter to get out because some teenagers came into the area i dont think they were staying there and we didn't feel safe

there was mold where you’re meant to iron your laundry, found silverfish, bath towels were stained, shower was not properly cleaned there was soap residue

We stayed for two nights. First night wasn’t too bad but even though everything seemed clean it definitely wasn’t. There was hair on the towels and tiny bugs/roaches in the fridge. The sheets had stains. A bullet hole in the ceiling. The security latch on the door was broken and the water pressure in the sink was none existent. And AC wasn’t working too well either. We brought it up to the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We asked that she at least replace the towels and she refused to do that. We roughed it for the night and bought our own towels from Walmart. The next day my husband was able to speak with a manager and he was VERY helpful. He was apologetic of the situation and upgraded us (at no charge) to a suite with all the things the room prior lacked. So it definitely turned our experience around. But by far the best thing about our stay was the pool. It was small but VERY clean. We stayed in the pool for hours! Overall experience is s a 7/10.

It was a good experience. We were a large group. We rented about 12 rooms. The only thing I did not like was that they did not have breakfast even though they mentioned it on the amenities. There was only a honey bun I believe.

The lamp in the living area did not work at all. There was condiments for coffee but no coffee machine. There was an iron but the cord was cut so we couldnt iron our shirts for our family funeral. In the bedroom the tv was broken there was a line through the screen and a big black spot on the corner of the screen . The lamp in the bedroom the shade was all torn up . The ceilings had cracks in them . It was just not our first choice at all . The didnt even want to work with us at all for a family rate for a funeral either upon check in they ended up only giving us a small discount for the first night and then charged us double for all the other nights. Will never stay there again ! Sorry i didnt take no pictures we were just going non stop or else i would have taken pictures of everything .

Horrible experience! The room was Old, dirty, infested with coackroaches and termites all over. Bath towels were stained and bedsheets ragged. It was a terrible experience! Totally unhealthy place.

Beds were not very comfortable. Pillows were very uncomfortable and go flat as soon as you lay on it. The bedsheets had holes. The shower curtain was ripped and hanging. The water pressure is so low it took forever to wash my hair. The air conditioner was noisy and did not cool the room. I notified the staff that it was very hot in our room. He said he would go talk to his manager amd never came back. I asked for a fan if they could not move us to another room. He said he would check on it and never came back. So we had a terrible sleep.

Wasn’t very clean and needs to be updated. Bathroom door would not close all the way unless we pushed really hard. Their breakfast was not even a breakfast at all was a very satisfied with it. The only good thing was it was really close to the Selena museum.

The bldg is quite old with lots of cracks (toilet basin and shower tiles). Needs repairs and upgrades desperately!!

The hotel was easy to get to and in a centralized location, but thats about it. Unfortunately i was hoping to write a good review, but this hotel was mediocre. The pool had only 2 tables with a few chairs and the people doing extended stays used all of them every day. There is minimal parking, The ice machines never worked, and the breakfast was just a few muffins and danishes. The coffee was so cold my creamer would not melt. The room itself was fine, other than the door nearly touched the toilet so it was hard to maneuver. Id prob stay again and bring my own food and chairs for the pool

They king size bed only had two tiny pillows, that together were the anoint of one adult pillow. The ice machine did not work. The breakfast was just honey buns, prepackaged tiny pigs in a blanket and tangerines.

We needed something quick. They were really nice, Beds were comfy and i loved the pool. It had a low area for little ones. They offer the basic stuff for breakfast but we were fine with that cause we were planning to go out for food.
