The rooms were cool Hard to find the entrance. Blood drop on the sheets. 3 water roaches. Very low water pressure. Deposit was not returned even though no damage was done and the room was left clean

Stained bed skirt, mold on walls, rotted out holes around the doors, rust on basically every metal item, floor was sticky, room hadn't even been checked in 6 days, & there were roaches were all over the floor. I expected the room to be cleaned during the day Saturday, but it was not. I took pictures of the stains, the "did we leave the light on" sheet, & the bugs...It was honestly deplorable.

The staff at the motel was very rude. Would not recommend the hotel for the sole purpose of how rude the ladies are that work there. The property was NOT in the best condition. The shower was in very poor condition as well. You could see mold within the shower and the shower curtain itself was broke. The towels were very small and they did not allow us to get any extra. The ac unit had black and green mold on the bottom growing onto the wall as well. The ac itself inside the hotel did not get cold, it was very dirty and not cleaned. The door had a deadlock but there is an opening of the door that just lets all the air out.

I didn't like any about the hotel The room wasn't that clean, I was there 14 days, no maid service, no sheets changed, no trash taken out. The room had no microwave or fridge, I was living out of a small ice chest. I checked out early and the hotel still will not refund me all of my money. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

No breakfast and location sucked. Very difficult to find and get to. Clean rooms better my room was dirty very dirty and the sheets and bedding need to be changed for Christ sake. My key cards didn’t work. Got 2 key cards and one didn’t work at all. Bathroom was disgusting. I had to clean it myself. Everything was falling apart. The tv remote didn’t work. The door didn’t close properly. More bad things than good. We were scared to use the towels. Random hair everywhere especially in the bathroom.

Que boy a opinar si resulta que cuando lleque me dijeron que no podia quedarme porque no abia habitaciones limpia no avía personal para limpiar yo andaba con mis dos niñas lleque a las 8 de la noche y no le importo no uvo un aviso trabajando súper mal a esa ora tube que salir aver que conseguía yo soy de lejos

When I arrived my tv was on, I’m sure this was due to the remote not working. The remote was missing the back part of it and the batteries were sticky as if someone wet them and put them in the remote. The vent fan in my room was not in place and crooked. The shower had different hair in it. There was a sticky residue of something on the floor and on different walls in the room. When walking up the stairs it smelled like urine and there was some type of liquid and trash at the top next to a full trash can. Also when I was going up to my room there was a man driving around the parking back and forth and appearing to talk to himself. Made me feel uneasy. If you want a low cost location that is not the cleanest and feels slightly off somehow.. this is the place to go. If you’re looking for better, pay for comfort and go with the higher cost locations!

Nice stay room at super clean

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. For a cheap motel I was pleasantly surprised until I found a blood saturated bedbugs on my pillow. There was another one under the bed skirt. Judging from the one I found painted into the wall, I can be sure this is an ongoing issue. I was supposed to get a refund but have not received anything from hotels.com on being refunded. I had to spend a few days camping and leaving my car in the hot sun as well as vacuum, and power wash everything as well as put all my clothes in trash bags and leave them in the hot sun. And still am worried I might bring these disgusting creatures home.

Air conditioning worked great, room was clean pillows sucked had two and it felt like there was only half of a pillow, I wasn’t happy I had to pay a $50 deposit, my card was on file charge my card if I did any damages I caused in the 4.5 hours I was there. Tv had two lines running through it but didn’t bother me as I was only there to take a nap to get on the next plane.

If I could give this property a negative rating I absolutely would. It was horrible. When we arrived and checked in, the front desk person was nice and none of this was his fault, but he explained that the person that does the laundry was not there, so we would not have clean towels for the night and most of the next day. We had been to the beach and we NEEDED showers! It was super late, so we checked in anyway. Went to the room and OMG - the room had a smell that was terrible, we walked into the bathroom and there was a dirty rag on the counter with a spray bottle that had something in it. I looked in the shower and it was so filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while along with some sort of brown pieces on the floor. I would have taken pictures, but I did not want that in my phone for me to have to look at and potentially hurl from how disgusting it was. I immediately went back to the front desk and said we were checking out. There was NO WAY we could have stayed the night at that place. I asked for a full refund, but was told I wouldn't get it, but I was given most of my money back. Again, none of this was the front desk person's fault and he was overwhelmed and frustrated because I was not the only one with issues. I know he helped the best he could, but I would NEVER recommend anyone staying at this piss-poor hotel!

They need Better employment they didn’t want to do there job and throws a fit when told the room was dirty after they said it’s been cleaned the bathrooms were disgusting the sheets were stained pillows were molded water came out the faucet black

When I arrived to check in, I was given room keys that did not work. I had to carry all of my luggage back downstairs to the lobby, where I was issued another set of keys. After carrying everything back upstairs, those keys also failed to work. I then called the front desk and was told that housekeeping would have to unlock my room whenever I needed access because the owner had already left the property with the key-making equipment after pre-programming the keys. That solution was completely unreasonable. I was in town to enjoy a holiday weekend, not to worry about whether I could get back into my room. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings behind knowing I would have to call the front desk and wait for someone to unlock my door every single time I returned. After I explained how unacceptable this was, I was eventually moved to another room. While I appreciated that effort, the replacement room still came with two keys, and only one worked consistently. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The room itself was poorly maintained. The bathroom vent was hanging off the wall, the bedside lamps would turn off if the lampshades were barely touched, and I found a bug in the room. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they reflected a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. I don’t blame the staff, I blamed the owner.

The room was definitely not cleaned prior to stay without a doubt. As soon as i stepped in the shower roaches seen couldn’t step out right due to shower leaking water out. Light in restroom didn’t work had to shower with my cell light. Never in my life will i recommend this room.

As soon as we checked in the sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned nor the sinks, the shower had black gunk running down the sides when we turned the water on. There’s boogers on the wall and roaches. Also non of our outlets worked the first night but thankfully someone was able to fix at least that problem.

Was nasty 1st room had mildew order really bad staff moved us to another room that room had poop on the seat and the shower had hair on it the blankets had been tucked and straightened up you can see someone had s3x on it both rooms had no keys. I ended up not staying at this nasty place. Still waiting on my refund of my deposit and refund from the room.. do not recommend this place

Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.

My stay was ok, but the shower was not clean well. Pieces of hair was left and counter tops was not wiped good. There was no remote control in the room, and I had to go to the clerk three times to get my key card re-keyed because my room door would not open. The high point of my stay was the staff. Excellent personality and service. All were so nice. Especially the staff on the second shift. I believe her name was Lynn. Other than that, everything else was fine. I will be back........

Room was full of bugs, walls were dirty, floor looked like it has never been cleaned. I stayed here with my wife and kids and everyone went to bed afraid the bugs were going to attack them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here the place needs a serious remodel.

If you are looking for a room on a budget this is the place. Beds are really comfy! Room smelled like an ash tray and floors make your feet black. It was fairly safe. There was some people out and about all night but nobody was loud or messed with us or our stuff.

I pay for my room, and while i was at work. They go in my room and take the ice box and microwave out. All my food spoiled. They said I needed to pay 10 dollars more a day for them. That will add 70 more dollars to my room. That is messed up and shouldn't be allowed.

The room was clean. Staff made checking in and checking out extremely easy. Really the only problem i had was with the microwave and fridge i didnt end up using either because of the condition they were in upon arrival. It wasnt really a problem so i didnt go to the front desk about it. I stayed for 5 days. It was an overall good stay would definitely stay again

Our visit was very pleasant motel was clean. The staff was friendly. The only thing is that I still have not received my $50 deposit.

The sidealks and parking lot was horrible. Everywhere you look there was dog poop. The inside of the room was decent. A late check out for 1pm would have been nice but we were told the owner does not allow it.

It is an older property very close to the freeway, but the staff are wonderful! Rooms are clean and pool is clean. I stay here once a month when i visit my daughter. The price is right and as i said, the staff are always so friendly and helpful!

It was a one night stay only, but wont be staying there again as the property looked to be unkept, the rooms front door gapped at the bottom like it was broken into at one time, mattress was shedding material from inside, shower wall had drywall peeling and potential mold. Only good thing is that the air conditioner worked and it was for one night.

The fact that the owner brings in their family for parties is one thing I really don’t have a problem with, but the family members of the owners take parking spots that should be reserved for paying guests strikes me wrong. Had to park a good way away from my room. It is just inconsiderate

As soon as we pulled up to check in, a lady was on drugs and fighting with innocent people. Cops were called and she was so strong the male cop couldnt evwn contain her. She even fought the manager on duty and broke a hotel window. After checking in, our room (151) had water all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled horrible. Room next to us, the AC wasnt working. Will never stay their again!

The hotel room we were given had doors that didn’t seal properly. We felt as if someone could’ve slid a card or knife in.

Great place for the price. Close to Downtown. Pool is clean. Rooms are clean. It is close to freeway which can bother some, but the staff are wonderful and always very helpful.
