Pros: Your right off the highway ,Mexican restaurant STEPS away ,decent pool ,ice machine, pretty good cameras throughout the whole motel that actually work & you can see when your checking in lots of cameras! They had a gentleman walking the property all night to make sure nobody messes with the rooms/vehicles. The AC works just fine had it at 66 all night. Cons: The smell of mildew is there and ready to say hello. The card reader on my door wasn’t working properly but that’s okay because they helped me get into my room anyways. The toilet seat moves lol.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Bed was broken, towels had stains, main light was broken and we had to fix it ourselves cause maintenance never came, had to go get batteries twice for the remote and TV had lines across the screen. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did nothing. Stay away from here.

Horrible , the bathroom had someone else’s shampoo, ac unit was leaking a lot of water , ceiling had mold. A lot of humidity in both of the rooms making the floors and appliances wet with an oily feeling. I would NOT recommend this place at all

The location and room was deplorable floors were caving in on 3rd and 2nd floor. No hot water, cracks under door &would not lock or close well,everything outdated and no housekeeping . I had to go down to front office for towels and toilet paper everyday

Nothing was horrible Everything. Bugs in room. Was suppose to have a king size bed was a full spoke with office staff and all he said was I wasn’t the only one complaining but he was new and nothing he can do about it. I’m just stuck

Inside and out was very dirty and old. Water barely trickled out of sink and shower. I’ve stayed in much better and cleaner hotels in Mexico. You must remove this hotel from your choices!!!

Mold covered room. Exposed wires because no actual breaker box, just the switches. Terrible patch work jobs. Switched rooms still had mold around tub but could breathe. More terrible patchwork jobs. Dead bird skeletons around pool. No chairs for our eating table. They give you kitchenettes but absolutely nothing to cook with. Have to go buy everything you need. Three people in a 4 person room. Only provide two towels per room. AC had to be put on constant for it to keep cool, low air flow, and 1 inch gap at bottom of door letting in more heat. Daily fire alarm test, but would have been nice to know instead of scrambling to pack and get out of there before we realized. Roaches in room. For those that can’t do stairs well, elevator doesn’t work. Trash dumpsters in breezeway area make the areas stink instead of one big dumpster on the property. Whole places needs gutted and cleaned of mold.

Moldy and dirty

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Furniture old and wobbling, tv remote didn’t work at all, toilet got plugged and no maintenance or plunger to unplug. No other rooms available and no solution was provided except deal with it. Never again will stay in one of these hotels

Didn’t give me the room I had reserved and the room they ended up giving me was leaking water from the fridge had dents in the floor from water getting in it and saw a small cockroach

Where do I begin? RM #1 #100 motel image on web has been cleaned up using an image program. Outside needs touch up and clean up. Parking lot needs a redo. The ACs have holes in the cement for drainage. Smelled mould, from dampness. Sprayed an odor eater but that didn't help, Curtain missing hooks, Put together shower has mould at the bottom near the floor, the fuse box is open, and looks unprofessional. sink faucet loose, paint peeling in areas, bad repairs over drywall cracks, sink stopper didn't work, trim repairs looked sloppy, and rough, tile by tub had gaps, not caulked. I was bare foot, and the floor felt WET then found the WHOLE floor was "wet", probably from a non working AC to draw out humidity. It was after 9pm when we asked for another room. ROOM #2 #166; curtains were bug eaten, and missing hooks, covering on the AC was missing exposing the inside of AC-dangerous, "stove" area had a large space to the side, maybe for an oven, that was full of dirt and dust, mould around tub, dirt and damage that needed repair on door trim, near floor, large crack between tub and floor (caulk), unprofessional trim used at top of tub walls, back plate loose on shower head, paint peeling on door, moved microwave to a working plug, one above stove was turned off and not working, asked for light bulbs for only desk light, they didn't work because on/off switch missing, but light base was on - DANGEROUS! Worse place we have ever stayed. We have photos if you need them.

There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close.

For the price it was quit good to tell the truth.

The elevator was broken but price was cheap and it was clean but obviously needs more repairs! 4:30 am someone tried to enter our room. We had the extra latch on it so they opened the door but could not enter!

Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again

I stayed a week and was itching all over the place. I believe there’s bed bugs and roaches in the restroom. Pool was not available. Uou pay what you get for.

Very Cold rooms on a hot work day hit right on the spot

Please note: Theres no king size beds as the add suggests. They provided me witha full size bed fie 2 people and stated that fhe futon next to the bed technically makes my room a king size if i open it.

Key didn’t unlock the door, had to wait on employees to use an actual key anytime we wanted to enter. Power was lost for over 7 hours, when power came on the key pads still didn’t work. The overnight employee was the only helpful one. Property was kinda poorly maintained, looks like it could collapse.

This property is not properly maintained and in my opinion should not be opened to the public.

The place was a little rundown and the pool was unusable . Don’t know if it was because of the storms or something else. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had to get us a new microwave due to the one in-house not working.

The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Some of the furniture was unstable and looked like it was falling apart. The outside of the property also looked very weathered and run down. I wasn’t expecting a five-star hotel, but I also wasn’t expecting the property to be in such poor condition. I ended up checking out within a few hours of arriving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Overall, it did not match the expectations set by the listing.

TV selection is great with a lot of on demand options. As a whole everything is serviceable and you get what you pay for.

Ac temp was super! Bedding had stains, but smelled clean. Smell was a bit musty. Served its purpose, place to sleep overnight.

i'm sorry to say but there was trouble with the shower handle I had to give me a screwdriver, the remote control stopped working, the TV blanked out, and there were German roaches

The building looks near collapse. No smoke alarm. Silverfish and roaches in the bathroom

Dirty/ smelly room. Holes in walls and furniture falling apart. Wifi kept disconnecting. Booked and paid for 2 rooms and no mention of a security deposit and was blindsided by that at check in.

The staff were great and very helpful, but unfortunately the property itself felt run down and didn’t match the pictures online. In my first room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were roaches. The room also had a strong mold smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff moved me to another room. The second room was much better, it smelled fresher and was a big improvement over the first. I appreciated the staff’s help, but the condition of the rooms definitely needs attention.

Was pleased with the front desk associate for seeing there was a room available a couple of hours before check in and I was a a little disappointed because I couldn't play a game from my phone to the TV to stream it but other than that it was great

Tv wasn’t working had to get maintenance to help. Staff was kind of rude and location was okay. I liked that there was a Mexican restaurant nearby.

The room was somewhat clean cobwebs with the spiders in them in the shower and behind the toilet and on the walls and ceiling, dining chairs were in bad repair, other than the cockroaches, the room was passable, the staff was very kind and helpful, not at all what I expected from a motel 6

my main issue was with Hotels.com because my reservation wasn’t sent over to them, so I was stuck waiting for a long time for it to be resolved.

Very professional Customer Service, very friendly cleaning staff, very clean room, kitchenette available, table for 2, inexpensive stay, closed to exit from IH 37 to hotel and attraction sites, closed to a restaurant next to hotel. Thank you Expedia for our wonderful reservation.

Friendly staff. Room was okay after the fumigation. It was a room for work, not for vacation. So it was what you'd expect a $200 a week room would be like.

Cockroaches, broken bed frame,and will illegally charge you 50.00 for smoking cigarettes in the parking lot, even in Your own car, they make one pot off coffee in mornings and expect it to last for all the guest.

The rooms walls and celing was visibly moldy and in disrepair. Bathroom tub water backed up, walls and trim were in need of repair. A/C was ok. The TV had a black shadow accross the screen. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Since the moment we arrived, our room keys did not work. We were then told that staff would have to open the room for us every time we left. Room did not look as advertised on website. THE WORST experience ever! Bed was so uncomfortable, woke up hurting. Please contact me (210)984-4778. Wasted money!!!

Building is falling apart, soft spots on sexond floor, told managembr and only said they could do nothing, in addition mold, broken tiles in bathroom, and just to say, managemwnr did nothing to assist my inquiries. Highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay if your in a budget.

They gave us a broken bed and they changed us to another room were me and my husband had to sleep in separate beds . When we originally booked for a king size bed . Took forever to get them to help us .
