Staff was friendly and the room was great I only have one complaint - the lady who works in the breakfast area this morning (around 8-830) was incredibly rude. My boyfriend had made a waffle and the timer on the machine wasn’t working, so the machine was beeping and he didn’t know why. She rudely snapped at him and told him “it’s beeping for a reason”. I was seriously taken aback by her rude tone. And then I watched her snap at a child and a couple of other people too, while she walked off and shook her head. She should really change her attitude if she’s going to work around people.

From just walking in to check in we could tell this would be bad. It STINKED. The smell is un nameable and it was obviously trying to be masked with cleaning supplies. It was so dirty. There are no comforters. We asked for some and they said they have none. We were given 2 towels, yet booked for 4 guests. Moral of the story, don’t come here unless you genuinely need to.

It is dishonest to have a picture of a swimming pool and then the swimming pool doesn’t work. I did not like the place. It was not as described. I feel like I was misled and I’m not happy and I win. I want a refund.

The shower was disgusting. The restroom was dirty. The toilet did not flush. The swimming pool was not available.

Location was good morning staff was good as well. Mold in bathroom ceiling and lots of it and room didn't look to clean either

The front desk staff would not give us another room nor help us find availability at a nearby LaQuinta. From you enter the door of the hotel you smell water damage/mold/mildew. The room (1019) had a desk chair falling apart, all fixtures were severely rusted out, the bedding torn, the curtain torn, growths in all drawers in the room. The fitness room was completely dilapidated. I took my disabled, US Army Veteran father and we left to find accommodations elsewhere. The images and advertisements on the expedia website did not match what we encountered at all.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a pool. If a hotel promotes an amenity as part of what guests are paying for, it should be available or guests should be notified before arrival if it is out of service. I understand that equipment can break unexpectedly, but having the pool unavailable during the hottest part of the year significantly impacted the overall experience.

The experience was very poor, nothing terrible happened but the pool was closed, several amenities were out of service and we found 2 roaches in the hallways during our stay

I liked that it’s pet friendly so I was able to take my 2 boys there and only $20 extra for both which ain’t bad. My stay was pretty dirty it was sad how it was the vents in the room were extremely full of lint, the shower curtain does not stay closed so as I showered water would be spraying out, the biggest thing was the bed couch Holly crap, the bed couch was dirty stains absolutely all over it(white and brown), on the arms of it and seats it smelled odd too. 2 roaches came out from the restroom as well.

Breakfast was fine. Could have had more variety of fruit. Room was not very clean (lampshades filthy), no cups in room, phones didn’t work, lamp didn’t work (bulb needed replacing), and shower head had to be replaced because of poor water flow. The only bright spot was the staff - they were friendly and helpful and tried to do the best they could under the circumstances!

Terrible and dirty my nasals starting hurting because of the moldy humid and dust smell . Lots of trapped moisture in the room and the whole place. The walls were so dirty. The staff was nice and respectful and let me and my family have our privacy.

I liked the location because I was going to the VA Bed bugs. I got a bunch of bed bug bites. Never stay here again.

My daughter forgot her favorite blanket, and when we called the staff had found it, and was so kind to send it to us.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had enough choices to satisfy everyone. The staff was very friendly. You can tell it's been there for awhile but it was nicely maintained. I would like for there to be more than two towels but I'm sure we could have asked for more if needed.

Location was great. We booked a king nonsmoking, and were given a double. When I showed them my confirmation for a king they said that is not what they showed on their part and they refused to do anything about it. The restroom light did not work, and the room had a moldy smell. They did not want to change our room. Maintenance came to try and fix the light, but were unable to.

There was lots of roaches and not very clean

A few young women at front desk day shift. I believe one was Samantha. Smells, breakfast little to be desired. Powdered eggs, so gross, sausage microwaved. Small refrigerator in my room was not working, called asked to be fixed, no one responded. My son was able to get it working. Microwave works but you go to open door when done and it locks every time so I had to unplug each time to open it. Ugh!! Window was constantly wet with condensation. Garbage can by elevator on 3rd floor had garbage for 3 days, never emptied and cockroaches crawling on it. Booking.com should send people to physically check out hotels before putting on their site. It is their job to advertise truthfully and not expect us travelers to do it by reporting to them here. I ended up having a way two weeks worth of money on this shit hole.. I am not a happy camper at all!!

Too much mold in the room in the restroom ceiling and AC. AC was on 61 and it was still not cold enough. Restroom granite walls felt slimy like they haven't been scrubbed. I went to buy my own bleach to scrub it. Restroom door did not close because it was swollen from bottom due to the water that spills out because the shower curtains are too small. There was also dead bug on the wall. It looked like someone smacked it and just left it on the wall and it hasn't been cleaned up. Pool was full of debris and warm. Parking lot of trashy and there's even clothes scattered in the middle of the parking lot. I paid $140 to stay there and this hotel is NOT worth what I paid!!! Never again!!! And I did not dare eat their complimentary breakfast!

Gym equipment were broken. Breakfast is ok. Not all lights in room were working.

Found a dirty sock and a Gatorade cap underneath bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable otherwise stay was decent.

The beds do not fit the bed frames correctly and there are metal pieces of the frame hanging out in each side that we kept getting caught on and it hurt. The side door lock was broken and you could not get in with your card key. The breakfast was not that great. You didn't really have much of an option. You could have eggs, sausage links, and/or and oversized waffle. There was no option for whole milk and apples were the only fruit offered. The one piece gym equipment was useless as the cables were all broken. Staff had someone who was hanging out there at the desk and it was uncomfortable to interrupt and ask for items or other questions. I regularly stay at La Quinta hotels, and this one was very disappointing. Makes ne wonder if corporate is aware of the status of this hotel.

Beds were unmade when we arrived; did not look like the room had been vacuumed, much less mopped. No cups for the coffee, and I have never seen such small bottles of soap. Customers could be warned ahead of time.

The beds are really hard. The keys do not stay programmed so I kept having to go down to get them reprogrammed. There was a 5 ft snake in the pool.

They have bed bugs I got bites all in my neck and face

Staff was wonderful. Lobby, breakfast room, exercise room were all kept beautiful. Our room could have been cleaner (Q-tips under desk, cobwebs in curtains and child art on wall), but our friends rooms were fine. Overall, our stay was good. Location is great. Easy to get to the beach or downtown.

The bathroom was not updated!!! No fan either … the room was to humid, breakfast close to early by 9:00am was close. Next time for sure I’m going to look for different place to stay. 😒

The stuff are beyond helpful and breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and enough spacious.

The bedding was old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet took a long time to fill with water. The shower drain was also very slow. The floor was carpeted and looked old; if you walked barefoot, the carpet felt disgusting. It wasn't even that cheap because for $125 dollars a night, it should at least have bedding in good condition. The only good thing was the included breakfast and the lady who made it, who was very attentive, and everything tasted great. Other than that, if you have the chance to find a better place than this, do it without a second thought

Staff was very nice!! Room was clean, slept well. Water pressure in the shower was not great, at all. Hotel could certainly use some updates and fresh coat of paint on the interior. Breakfast was fair. Location of the hotel felt safe and was close to places to eat and things to do.

We had a pleasant stay, the area was great and in a great location. Was a little annoyed because the control panel for the AC was not working probably so during the day it was too warm and at night too cold. Two of the lamps did not work and was disgusted because we had opened the sofa sleeper and the mattress had black stains and a lot of junk. Either than that everything else was good.

The hotel was nice but all ice makers didnt work. Plus they need to specify to take extra blanket. There was only one sheet on bed and I requested another one and they didnt give any extra. Plus we were 3 in the room and they only had 2 towels. Also requested more and nothing. Disappointed.

Rome was clean but the lights did not work until we plugged the lights into the broken outlet. The refrigerator was not functioning and the night stand had a broken handle. There were probably other items that needed attention or repairs but the bed was good…

AC worked great! There were ants in the bathroom and also some bugs in the room. Large room but definitely had some repairs that needed to be corrected. I would not stay here again!

Our room had a jacuzzi that didn't work. No hand soap was provided. Toilet paper holder was broken and they just stuck the toilet paper on the one holder arm left. Shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were so tiny it would be hard to clean and condition short hair. Blanket was so thin we had to ask for another blanket to keep warm. Coffee pot and 2 styrofoam cups and 2 coffee pods were provided, but no sugar or sugar substitute or creamer or stirrers were provided. TV had limited channels working. Breakfast bar was ok but would have been nice if they had bagels and cream cheese besides just bread and muffins. Coffee at breakfast bar was good. Air conditioning worked great, but was set at 61° degrees when we arrived and room was freezing. For the quality of the premises the rate should have been cheaper. Reasonable on pets. We had 2 dogs and it was only $20 per night for both.

The room was a very nice one. It was clean. Fresh towels. The staff was great! Parking was easy. It was a nice temperature when we came into our room.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The detergent that they use at this location made us itchy (we usually use free & clear). Also there was a moldy smell in the room that made us feel sick. We feel good now that we’re back home.

At first, we were put in a room with a broken jacuzzi, and said if we used we'd be charged for damages. I made this reservation 2 weeks ago and would've appreciated if I would have been notified previously. They made it right too me and my family, and we were moved to another room. However, they have a little store that had nothing in it. I was suffering from allergies and would've appreciated the store stocked up on basic amenities.

The room had an empty water bottle on the floor when we checked in, 6 cockroaches on the wall when we returned from the stock car races, and the coffee maker did not work in the morning, The men’s bathroom door in the main lobby wouldn’t lock, the button pushed in Ok but someone opened the door on me while I was using it, The handle still operated when button pushed in would not lock

The pillows are little tiny square pillows your head falls off when you roll over no real blankets the Breakfast was bad. And I stay a la quintas all over the country and holiday in they should tear this down and start over.

This was by far be nastiest hotel I have ever stayed. I can’t believe we slept here. Between the dirty elevator, walls, floors to the mold in the bathroom it was atrocious. The rooms reeked of urine, there was mold on the bathroom door and shower curtain. The bed skirts were chewed up and the curtains over the non-working AC unit had literal animal feces on them. The walls were also disgusting. The bed covers were absolutely uncomfortable and did not feel clean what so ever.

Need to replace pillows! They were filthy dirty.
