My son loves the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. Th staff was friendly.

The room had damaged stuff

It was easy to arrive at this location It was impossible to get staff to be at the front desk, my rooms hot water wasn’t working and i was charged the incidental fee for a missing phone. There was no phone when I checked in.

Yes,the gap underneath the door to hallway.Needs thresholds to stop noise from elevator and laundry room. Also,the tub was rusting looks really bad in room 307.

Cleanliness of the room was appreciated along with friendliness of the front desk staff. The amount of counter space, lounge space/ couch area. Size of the room, comfy pillows and bed. Parking gets full and there are no signs indicating where else is available for anyone from either hotel (this and the one next door) to park. The elevator felt like it was fighting for it's life, is it even safe to ride? Breakfast seemed very watered down from the orange juice to the thin sheet pancakes. The AC in the room sounded like a rainstorm was going on all night.

It’s fair for the price. Pool was dirty and full of hairs, room smell really bad. Breakfast was okay. Staff were awesome. Card keys stopped working after 4-5 uses. Bathroom was clean. Beds and sheets were okay as well.

The room's carpet wasn't clean. After taking a shower, walking barefoot on the carpet, the soles of my feet were black.

Receptionist was not responsive. I booked 3 rooms in one booking and asked to allot rooms together but she argued that you didn’t inform earlier. While my booking was under one booking number, was that not an indication that we people were together? She gave me all three rooms on different floor. She was not ready to hear and was rude.

I loved staying here but the lighting in the bathroom was too dark for me. I like the lighting to be bright. Other than that everything was great!

I didn't like that there's only one elevator, because it took awhile to wait because of the capacity of people staying. And I also did not like that the sink in the restroom would clog up, it wouldn't drain fast enough.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also enjoyed the swimming facility but I feel like the tables could use a little more shade. Our room only had 1 coffee cup and one coffee pod, had to go get more. The only thing for a closet to hang stuff was 2 hooks on the wall. Other than that, it was very good.

Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.

We asked for advice on places to go since it was our first time ever in corpus and they had plenty to give.

Disappointing

The pool was the best. Just the right temperature for jumping straight in. There is a bathroom & shower in the pool area which made it very convenient. Breakfast was hot, with a variety to choose from. The hotel itself is right off the highway, with a Denny’s & convenience store next door. We will definitely stay here wherever we are in Corpus Christi. Thank you.

The room was super clean the breakfast was awesome kind of sad that the waffle maker was broken but it's okay Saturday morning there was biscuits and gravy on the buffet and on Sunday scrambled eggs and bacon it was awesome the food was wonderful the service was great the stuff is friendly it was just an overall perfect experience thank you all for your hard work and making our time in your establishment so wonderful 😊😊😊

Overall, it was a good stay. Although the pool was out of commission and one of the rooms didnt have a blow dryer.

Comfy beds and the best bagels at breakfast

Stayed for one night with my kiddos.. ages 19-7. Definitely met expectations, staff was friendly. Check in was super quick and easy… I booked the 2 bed suite w/additional living space.. and it was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing! They literally had a little bit of everything. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice staff, clean room, good food

Staff was great, especially Jordan, he was very professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, it could use a little TLC as you can start seeing some issues due to aging. Card keys wouldn’t work at first so staff had to come reprogram the door but when talking to a different staff member, apparently this is something that happens a lot there. The outside of the hotel was a bit overgrown with grass. Again, with the doors and the cosmetic aging being seen, maybe the grass is another part of that TLC that could be taken to spruce up the environment. All in all in was a good stay though and the room was clean.

Room seemed to be under construction with loose floor tiles in the bathroom and painting swatches on the walls. Had complimentary toiletries available.

Great service and good facilities. Only opportunity was door lock did not function and had to switch rooms. Need to confirm when maintenance says it fixed go and confirm it’s really fixed.

What i didnt like is that the fridge made noise and the a/c.

The entire room was so damp. The sheets were damp no matter if we turned the air up or down. It was pretty miserable

Only negatives were other people's very small children playing on gym equipment without supervision, and the breakfasts were not prepared for the amount of guests I suppose. Items ran out quickly. Staff did their best to accommodate, by putting out extra fruits and cereals. Rooms were clean and wonderfully cold. Clean and check in was swift.

Pillows were not good. 4 all flimsy

Overall not a bad experience. I had reserved two roomss and they were close together. The fridge in our room didn't work. The ice machines on at least 2 of the 4 floors didn't work. Our room had a pull out sofa but no bedding was stocked in the room. The breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Clean.

Everything was great except for the 6:17 a.m digital checkout email. My alarm was set for 7:03.

Overall everything was good. The breakfast was good and had different options. The beds were comfortable. They have free parking and free WiFi. It was a good options for what we were doing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I got a package with Expedia. I rented the hotel and car, but the rental place charged me insurance which I had already purchased with my rental agreement with Expedia.

The hotel is alright. It does seem old, but still decent. Pool was clean, room was clean, walls are thin so maybe not the best place for light sleepers. It worked out for my family of 4. Staff was nice, would stay again

Rust all over the bathtub very uncared for bath area will never go again. I’m very disappointed and was a waste of money. O

First room a/c and tv did not work , had to get another room . Breakfast did not have much , once it ran out there was no restocking of items , they had ran out of items , also asked for extra towels and they had ran out

It is a great place to stay. Just the drainage of the bath tub is slow.

BUT WORSE, we were not able to REST our first night. We were in the room right on top of the MAIN DOOR which was NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, making a very LOUD NOISE AND VIBRATION when cosed&open. The noise didn’t allow us to sleep! We had to wait until next day to talk to the manager. The main door is still cracking and vibrating loudly when we left the hotel… no repair in sight. Besides the person in charge before 12 midnight WAS RUDE! He sent a MESSAGE FOR EXPEDIA: “GO AND COMPLAIN TO EXPEDIA ONCE YOU CHECK OUT”.

This was an older building. The front reception area looked to be under construction. The floor near the elevators looked like they hadn't been mopped in a couple days. Our room was a smoking room and we didn't request that.

Good stay! Great location not far from anything fun in the area.

Checking in was not so good when I tried to pay with cash and they wouldn't take it. On check out I received a email stating that check out was at 12 pm and 11:15 am the knocked on my door saying since I was late on the checkout they was going to charge me another night and I said no. Then they said I had 15 minutes to get out of they were going to call the police. I showed them the email about the check out time and they said that they didn't know about that and said check out time was 11 am.

The room key card did not work. We were not given a different room. One of us had to remain in the room to let the other person enter the room. The owner was not even available to help. The check in process was tiring and cumbersome. Had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to get a room.

The staff was beneficial and great. Tehy really help us from the arrival at midnight to the point when we leave.

Area was in a quiet area off the hwy, convenient to places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was okay. Ran out pretty quick though and seating was on the smaller end.

Economy destination with noisy lightly insulated rooms. I could here everything goings on in the rooms near may room and the highway noise.

Place is good. Large rooms, nice linen. AC is noisy with banging noises whenever fan stops, so low quality of sleep for lightsleepers.

The hotel was nice. The ac made lots of noise. Only had one elevator so took sometime checking out.

Overall the stay was good! Only complaint I have is for it being a busy holiday weekend they were short on staff. The breakfast was not stocked very well. The guy that was working the breakfast area made the comment he came from the next door hotel to help. If it wasn’t for him not sure breakfast would have been served.

Please update the characteristics of the hotel. This hotel is not pet friendly when I reserved online. It stated pet friendly hotel when I arrive yesterday. Front desk did not allow me to stay in hotel with my service animal even if I have proper documentation, this is against the law, even though I provided ID card for them, they still would not let me check into hotel.

The bed had a bad smell. When I asked for new beddings, they only changes the sheets. I had to take all sheets, pillowcases, and bed fittings to have them replace everything. Key cards would not work. Had to get them replaced every time I would leave and return until they replaced the door scanner. Sorry but I will not stay there again.

This is a great place to stay - clean, excellent area, and great breakfast. Only drawback is the elevator is very slow and when the hotel is full, you need to allow extra time for this.
