Hampton Inn & Suites Corpus Christi

The place was nice and clean but the room had a smell in it maybe from when they did upgrades. The halls were very hot and humid and the room was hot when first checking in so it took awhile for it to cool down. Had some kids above us that were running and jumping all day. Should probably keep kids on the first floor for this reason. Breakfast was ok just busy and not enough places to sit.

The bed was comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Your concierge was very nice.

My room was actually very spacious with good lighting. The king size bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast choices were good and the attendant kept items replenished and tables cleaned. Best of all, everything was clean!! I enjoyed my stay very much.

The Hotel was clean and the room was up-to-date. The bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was trying to figure out how to work the TV. We called the front desk and someone came up within 5 minutes and showed us how to use it.

I always stay at Hampton Inn when I go to Corpus because they are very friendly, the place is immaculate and will help with anything you need if they can. Thier breakfast is suburb!

Great place to stay in corpus

Hampton Inn front desk staff Annette and Jennifer, kitchen staff, and Ms Sylvia in housekeeping were fantastic breakfast every morning was more than enough and delicious. Ms. Sylvia in housekeeping made sure anything we requested was provided in a timely manner. The location of the hotel is in a ideal area surrounded by well known eateries and in walking distance. We're looking forward to our next visit to Corpus Christi we're booking Hampton.

Great beds, close to stores

Upon arrival, my sister and I were greeted by Annette. From the moment we walked in, we were treated by the friendliest person ever. Every staff member we encountered was great even down to the maintenance guy. We felt like family. Breakfast was amazing. We spent a week there. We are already planning a trip back there and plan to stay in the same hotel. We just hope we see the same faces!! The manager was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Housekeeping went above and beyond taking care of us! We want to thank all of you for making our Vacation so wonderful!!! Dorthy and Sheila

Parking was safe and easy. We did not have breakfast at this location.

Next time we are in Corpus we will be staying there.

From the time we checked in til the time we checked out I was very pleased with our stay. The staff always greeted us with a smile and were anxious to assist with our needs. I'd give them a big thumbs up 👍. The breakfast that was served would rival any outside restaurant. I hope I get the chance to stay with them again. 5-stars.

This hotel was about 20 minutes from the beach, and close to many stores and restaurants. The hotel itself was maintained but the bathroom in the room could use some maintenance and updating. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were all welcoming and the breakfast was great. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked fine.

The room was so nice and updated. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. 2 chairs and a table to eat or work. There were plenty of carts available for assistance in getting your belongings to your room too. Oh and breakfast was great too! The hallway was hot and humid. But the room was cool and comfortable.

Our stay had a clean room and the staff was helpful, the hot breakfast part was different every day, and parking was easy to find daily.

Ideal spot for me to do my business in Corpus Christi and for my wife to go to the beach.

Clean rooms but make sure you ask for room service during your stay they will not come in your room otherwise. You need clean towels daily.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Corpus Christi this weekend! Nina was awesome. Her communication was excellent from the moment we arrived, and she made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness really made a difference. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff made our visit feel very welcomed. Can't say there anything I didn't like

Breakfast was good ; it’s an older property which was noticeable in the bathroom but the room was clean and comfortable. Good location too.

Everything was very very average. I think the room size is way too small for a young family with two kids. I guess the breakfast being complimentary is a benefit for sure, but the food quality was very average. Overall experience was just average. Not too bad not too great either.

The room had an animal odor. I found out that pets, dogs are allowed. I wish there were rooms that are animal free. Rooms need to be renovated.

It's a decent place. I asked them to check in a bit early since we arrived in Corpus Christi a bit earlier and we were with kids. They could not accommodate us for some reason. Breakfast could have been much better and the staff could have been more pleasant and helpful. The property was clean, and the room was comfortable. Other than that it was okay, but not a luxury for sure.

Nice place

Location perfect to Starbucks, restaurant and beach trip to Port A Pictures online didn’t match the room I was assigned. Ac unit on the corner of the room didn’t keep the other end where my bed was located cool. The second night placed someone with dogs right next to us. We were unable to get sleep the next morning. There were dogs barking at six am on Saturday morning.

Ok breakfast Over charged for my stay

The staff was very accommodating, and the room was nice and clean. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but my wife did and she indicated that it was OK - typical hotel breakfast. The TV left a lot to be desired. When I finally found a channel guide, it did not correspond to the TV channels...go figure! Also, there was only one ice machine (that I could find) located on the first floor at the furthest end of the hallway - very inconvenient!

They have remodeled and some items were missing from my room. Also I had a two beds and the one next too the ac blocked the cold air. Maintenance did what they could and moved the bed away from the ac 7nit. The new ac is horrible because the vents dont move enough so that you can adjust them. Also the towel rack was removed and the new one didn't have a hook so I had to but my towel over the bathroom door so it could dry. Oh and the chair is wobbly.

The roomwas very clean and beds were really good. We went as a lagre team for a soccer tournament and the employee at the front desk at night was not very welcoming. The would be my only complaint. The emoloyee in charge of the breakfast area was was an out standing to our kids. He always made sure their was enough food for our large groupnof kids. He was very patient and seemed to be a very happy to help us. Every one in our group keept on talking about him withbplenty of good things said about him.

Did not clean my room for3 days would not give me a refund, told me it was their policy on the weekend, not to clean the rooms ruined the trip. Cold hot tub phone did not work in the room.\n Found a dead bird in the hot tub. The 1st day.

The room wasn’t great. The shower didn’t have hot water. Very low pressure. Tv didn’t have more than 4 channels. Very musty and not great for it being Hampton.

The shower and bathroom area very spacious, the shower pressure was strong, and the warmth of the water was perfect. The breakfast was good, and the lobby was clean. The the man who prepared the breakfast was very kind and friendly. On a less positive note our room seemed pretty beat up. The wall by the door was scraped up. A cleaning rag was left on our bathroom counter. The carpet looked stained, the furniture needed to be replaced. One of the chairs was dirty and had spots on the head rest part, the armrest, and other areas. This review is done by the wife.

The property was right off the main expressway and near lots of places to eat. It was comfortable and the AC worked great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive and kind. It smelled a little musty, and was under renovations. Nothing too inconvenient though.

My room is comfortable, but most importantly clean. I appreciate the clean wipes next to the remotes. The staff was very courteous; from the welcoming to the breakfast personnel, I want to stay longer hoping to come back soon.

There was ample amount of parking and restaurant in the area. We had a power outage that lasted about 30 to 35 minutes, and the water was shut off twice for maintenance.

There was a good variety of breakfast items, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe parking in the front of the hotel, is well lighted.

While Hampton Inn & Suites has consistently delivered clean rooms and courteous staff, this recent experience fell short of expectations. Despite the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, our room was not ready until 4:00 PM. No prior notice was given, leaving us to aimlessly drive around for an hour after a long trip. This lack of communication and preparedness was both unprofessional and disappointing. Guests deserve timely updates and respect for their time—especially when plans are made around published check-in policies.

By far one of the best hotel experiences in Corpus. It is exceptionally clean. The rooms are big and well laid out, the entire building was very well designed and well kept. Will definitely be staying again.
