Very friendly and helpful.

I told the person at the front desk that the body wash in my shower was empty. Two days later, when I left, it was still empty. The bathroom had other people's hair on the floor and the elevators were filthy.

Very nice staff and Ice machine very functional Room had no vent working in bathroom and room door entrance had more flex to it than I would have liked, also had no hinge to maintain door open to facilitate check out with large items.

We had a clean room. Breakfast and staff were awesome. The room was quiet and comfortable. Definitely a number one option for families,

Food Paid with 3rd party but for some reason were told payment had not gone thru … i won’t use a third party anymore…(which I don’t really know why this happened)..and made me put my card payment in . Got double charged but they were good about crediting my account later.. thank Goodness!

Nice hotel

I later went to dinner without the problem being resolved. Jaime was working the desk and told me that he was unaware of the situation, when I inquired. He asked someone in the back and informed me that it was taken care of. When I asked if I could be moved to another room if it remained a problem he was very accommodating. Jaime was also working when I checked in, he was friendly, efficient and very professional. That was my experience when I stayed at the Fairfield in Roswell, NM last month which prompted me to select it in this occasion. Employees like Sharon make me rethink that choice.

I had made reservations for 4 rooms to pay at property. Manager charged over $600 to my CC; there were 7 of us to pay individually. Was advised manager was checking to determine if CC was valid. Unacceptable! Was unable to speak with manager (was advised she had left the property earlier to go to hospital). Unfortunately the outlet near the bed was not functioning. Reported to staff.

The location was ok. The breakfast was good. The person who greeted me was rude. We had been on the road for 6 hours and asked if we could have an early entrance and the response was no due to them being busy and my room was not ready. I understand that early entrance is not always given but when we did make it to our room, it smelled awful and that made it feel unclean along with the rudeness of the lady that checked us in was not worth staying and spending my money there.

The room and bathroom were moderately clean. Property is quiet and safe. Towels and sheets are rough and have a strange odor. The beds need to be updated. They are very uncomfortable.

The staff this facility was excellent. Breakfast was just kind of mediocre. The room was clean my only issue and it’s just me being petty was for a facility that had just been renovated recently. The must have a hired a chimpanzee to do the caulking around the bathtub and the commode. It was messy and all over the place. Not a professional job. Other than that, everything was great!

The front desk agent got me an early check in, which I was appreciative of! Thank you!

The floors need to be vacuum especially the elevator floor and I stayed from a Friday until Monday and it stayed that way! The carpet in my room was yucky to even walk on without shoes on some of my towels stained. The staff at the front desk were nice.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, especially the shower. Stains on sheets and found some type of residue on them. Air conditioner made loud noise all night which prevented me from getting a good nights rest. I will not be booking here again.

There is a very funky smell when you walk into the lobby. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but there was some maintenance that needed to be done - on ceiling and in bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Overall was pretty quiet but it kind of smell like mildew a little and restrooms need to be a bit more clean specially the walls not sure if it was a water damage in property

I live in Houston changed plans and they said it was guaranteed. I have never been charged by any hotel for not staying there. The night person was very rude (fenale). I plan to contact corporate for a refund.

The the room was fairly clean the sheets had stains on them the shower was dirty and mold the shower head was green and they didn’t come in to clean it even after requested

The stay was good. Room was clean but housekeeping never passed to provide clean towles and toilet paper. My stay was for 3 days.

The staff is friendly and amazing always accommodating and the place is comfortable and cozy

Our second room got to 73 but the whole room felt damp. First floor was beautifully kept up and the breakfast had decent options. Loved that there were microwaveable burritos, biscuits, etc... more options than most places. The front desk guy got us moved as soon as we realized there was an AC issue which was much appreciated but the whole place needs a good air neutralizer.

I had placed the dirty towels outside of our door on Sunday morning but when we. Went back we didn’t have any clean towels. I went downstairs around 7:30pm and the front staff said they had 63 Rooms that had been checked out and the towels were still being washed. Went downstairs again around 9 fine staff gave us 3 towels. Washer or dryer didn’t work

The receptionist at check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful in getting us settled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast as there was a variety of selections from fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles and pastry. Checkout was a breeze. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but checked them out and were pleased at the quality of service they afforded.

The stay was ok. Went through Expedia to book the hotel room for 2 nights with 2 queen beds for 4 people. Paid in advance 2 months ahead. Got to the hotel and the Front counter guy was really nice and cordial. Gave us the room keys and went up and found that there was 1 king bed and a sofa sleeper. Went back to the counter and looked up on the reservation and it said 2 queen beds. The counter guy said that they are all booked up and can't move us and to basically take what we get because I reserved through a third party. There were no other hotels with rooms available around the area due to the beach soccer tournament. So we stayed. There was 2 tv's but 1 the volume didn't work. There was towels available the first day and none the second day so we had to reuse the bath towels. There was black soot or black mold on the roof in our room. I didn't investigate too much. Room was nice and cold though and the pool was clean. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about.

Wanted to use the dinning area or the conference table in the lobby so our boys could have dinner after their baseball game and we were not allowed to ,boys had to eat outside in the parking lot while battling the mosquitoes

All things considered my first presentation of the hotel was it was very nice and appeared clean once I gain entry to my room it was simple and clean, but upon further inspection is clearly in need of some repair specifically roof. There was a lot of ceiling damage and like you can see like Mould some things I felt like I could’ve been cleaned better, but it could’ve been rust. I truly didn’t touch her inspect to see if it come off, but the personnel were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. If I needed something they got it for me right away. Cleaning ladies were excellence. Extra towels didn’t have to fight over how many I Had. Everything was accessible otherwise would definitely stay again maybe in a room that didn’t have more repair.

I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were overall clean. However, we woke up the first morning to find that the ceiling was covered in either mold or mildew or something. We alerted the man at the front desk in the mornings, and he was largely unhelpful and a bit snippy, telling us that the manager wouldn't be there for days and that we could move rooms, but he didn't know if one would be available. We declined since we were only staying a couple nights. I think they cleaned our room while we were out for the day because there was a spray bottle of liquid left in the room and the ceiling looked better. The cleaning crew did not replace the towels left on the floor, however. There was also no do not disturb sign in our room. The man at the front desk in the evenings was incredibly nice and helpful, the best part of the stay along with the big comfortable bed. The bathroom door did not close all the way, like it was stuck from the foundation shifting, though we were on the third floor. The breakfast was honestly subpar compared to similar hotels, but edible and sanitary. Overall, we were a bit disappointed because we had a good image of Marriott hotels before this. It wasn't awful, but we were barely at the hotel anyhow.

Clean room, nice staff. Very close to the airport. Looks like a nice gym and pool. It's great for a short stay. If you're vacationing you might want to be closer to the Gulf.

I didn’t expect such a poor quality from Marriott hotels.. There was a very bad odor smell in the room and I identified it was coming from the fridge. When I reported this concern with the front desk, he was not helpful. The only option he gave me was to change the room.. it was already late in the night and changing rooms for me was not an option. The entire stay in this hotel was uncomfortable due to bad smell.. I requested the manager to check the fridge and clean it before next guest checks in..

This hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. Angela and Juan were both so very friendly. Made my husband and I feel very welcomed.

When booking at this location, please make sure to buy the insurance coverage. I booked a stay for Memorial weekend. Friday to Monday. I was there for related work purposes and wanted to take Sunday to enjoy my stay. When I woke up Saturday morning, I was feeling extremely under the weather. I called in early Saturday morning to see if I could get an early check out. Hotel.com made the request for me but when I reached the front desk early Sunday morning, the man covering said the manager was out and not returning until Tuesday but he seriously doubted I would get my money back for the night and he didn't say it in a nice way if you know what I mean. Needless to say, I never received a response from the manager as he said he would let her know. I was also charged for the remaining day and I am back at home still feeling miserable with the flu. What luck!!

Didn’t like the leaf shade. Visually disruptive in a very otherwise calm aesthetic. Staff was exceptional. Water pressure and cleanliness were wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the exercise room. Good selection for the complimentary breakfast, i.e. waffles, eggs, yogurt, granola, etc. Would stay there again.

Didn’t use pool. Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly when we asked for help with tv. Bed mattress had bad slump in the side closest to door where if single person stayed in room they’d sleep in that side and cause over use divet in mattress. Pillows were not comfortable.

Room 201 needs to be maintained and thoroughly cleaned. If I can attach photos, I will. Bathroom needs new wall paper. Needs new toilet paper holder. Shower molding needs to be fixed. Shower needs to be caulked. Fixtures need to be dusted. Telephone was covered in dust. Doors and walls need to be wiped down. Mattress needs to be replaced. Not to Marriott standards.

There were shockingly loud frogs in the grassy area near hotel. I could hear them in my room on the fourth floor. Most likely seasonal. Front desk was very nice about it. But I had to get ear plugs to sleep.

There were problems with the room. -Sink in the bathroom was clogged -Toilet seat broken -Room is a handicap room, water from shower went all over floor -The water was lukewarm -Light over sink is deem and flickered -Bathroom door squeaks

Was perfect!

Lobby is nice, as is breakfast but room was in tough shape. Beds uncomfortable and two pillows dirty. The tub/shower diverter didn't work so the tub filled with water as we showered.

Everything was excellent but only one detail the ice machine wasn’t working properly!

Stayed here 3times now, 2 times the ice machine does not work, staff advised management knows of issue, just wishes not to fix it, Ice may or may not be available on 3rd floor, also advised a gas station close by sells ice, no ice at breakfast either
